一种刹车盘组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种刹车盘组件。
背景技术
在电动自行车等车辆上安装使用的刹车盘在实际应用时通常存在发热磨损的问题,导致刹车盘的使用寿命很短。通常刹车盘上没有另外安装散热部件。
另外,安装在刹车盘上的警示标识一般容易脱落且不易安装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有散热功能的刹车盘组件。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案: 一种刹车盘组件,其包括一刹车盘,所述的刹车盘包括位于外周的制动部、位于内周的安装部、位于所述的制动部与安装部之间的过渡部,所述的刹车盘组件还包括安装在刹车盘两侧的起到散热作用的散热环。
优选地,所述的刹车盘的过渡部设置有沿周向排布的多个连接孔,位于所述刹车盘两侧的散热环包括沿其周向排布的多个连接部,所述位于刹车盘一侧的散热环的连接部穿过连接孔与为与刹车盘另一侧的散热环的连接部连接。
优选地,所述的位于两侧的散热环的连接部上分别安装有相匹配的公母扣或单扣,所述的位于刹车盘两侧的散热环的连接部通过公母扣或单扣彼此可拆卸地连接。散热环采用公母扣直接连接,拆卸方便。
优选地,所述的散热环与所述的刹车盘的过渡部为一体成型。
优选地,所述的散热环的靠近刹车盘一侧面的表面或/和背离刹车盘一侧面的表面上设置有多个导风槽。
优选地,所述的多个导风槽沿所述的散热环的周向排布。
优选地,所述的导风槽沿一斜线延伸,所述的斜线与所述导风槽所在散热环的径向呈一0~90°的夹角,以使散热环在旋转时在周围形成空气漩涡。
优选地,所述的导风槽开设在所述的散热环靠近刹车盘的一侧面,位于刹车盘两侧的散热环的导风槽相互对齐合并后形成贯穿的散热孔。
优选地,所述的散热环上安装有起警示作用的光源,或在散热环的表面设置有荧光物或反光物。
优选地,所述的刹车盘的制动部设置多个用于增加制动部的摩擦力和散热作用的通孔。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:在散热环上可以安装LED灯等光源、或者表面烤荧光漆、贴荧光标签、阳极电镀等表面处理,起安全警示作用;散热环上开设有导风槽,车子在行驶过程中,形成风冷使刹车盘冷却、不易变形,延长使用寿命;内圈可加装惯性发电装置,或太阳能发电装置,满足自用需要;可以制作成各种形状,起装饰美化作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种刹车盘组件,其包括一刹车盘1,所述的刹车盘1包括位于外周的制动部11、位于内周的安装部12、位于所述的制动部11与安装部12之间的过渡部13,安装在刹车盘1两侧的起到散热作用的散热环2。所述的刹车盘1的制动部11设置有多个通孔,以增加制动部11的摩擦力和散热效果。在一种实施方式中,刹车盘1的过渡部13设置有沿周向排布的多个连接孔14,位于所述刹车盘1两侧的散热环2包括沿其周向排布的多个连接部21,所述位于刹车盘1两侧的散热环2的连接部21穿过连接孔14彼此连接。所述的位于两侧的散热环2的连接部21上分别安装有相匹配的公母扣或单扣,所述的位于两侧的散热环2的连接部21通过公母扣或单扣彼此可拆卸地连接。在另一种实施方式中,所述的散热环2与所述的刹车盘1的过渡部13为一体成型。
所述的散热环2上安装有起警示作用的LED灯等光源装置,或在散热环2的表面涂有荧光漆或贴有荧光标签等。散热环2的靠近刹车盘1或背离刹车盘1的表面上开设有沿周向排布的多个导风槽22。在一种优选实施方式中,所述的散热环2靠近刹车盘1的一侧面开设有用于散热的多个导风槽22,所述的导风槽22沿所述的散热环2的周向排布。所述的导风槽22设置在散热环2的连接部21,位于刹车盘1两侧的散热环2的导风槽22相互对齐合并后形成一贯穿的通风孔。优选地,所述的导风槽22沿一斜线延伸,所述的斜线与所述导风槽22所在的径向呈一0~90°的夹角,以使散热环2在旋转时在周围形成空气漩涡。另外,导风槽22不仅可以开设在散热环2靠近刹车盘1的一侧面,还可以开设在其他部位,例如散热环2的背离刹车盘1的一侧面上。
本发明所述的一种刹车盘组件在散热环2上装LED灯等光源、或者表面烤荧光漆、贴荧光标签、阳极电镀等表面处理,起安全警示作用;散热环2上开设有导风槽22,车子在行驶过程中,形成风冷使刹车盘1冷却、不易变形,延长使用寿命;内圈加装惯性发电装置,或太阳能发电装置,满足自用需要;散热环2采用公母扣直接连接,拆卸方便;可以制作成各种形状,起装饰美化作用。

Claims (10)

1、一种刹车盘组件,其包括一刹车盘,所述的刹车盘包括位于外周的制动部、位于内周的安装部、位于所述的制动部与安装部之间的过渡部,其特征在于:所述的刹车盘组件还包括安装在刹车盘两侧的起到散热作用的散热环。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的刹车盘的过渡部设置有沿周向排布的多个连接孔,位于所述刹车盘两侧的散热环包括沿其周向排布的多个连接部,所述位于刹车盘一侧的散热环的连接部穿过连接孔与刹车盘另一侧的散热环的连接部连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的位于两侧的散热环的连接部上分别安装有相匹配的公母扣或单扣,所述的位于刹车盘两侧的散热环的连接部通过公母扣或单扣彼此可拆卸地连接。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的散热环与所述的刹车盘的过渡部为一体成型。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的散热环的靠近刹车盘一侧面的表面或/和背离刹车盘一侧面的表面上设置有多个导风槽。
6、根据权利要求5述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的多个导风槽沿所述的散热环的周向排布。
7、根据权利要求6述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的导风槽沿一斜线延伸,所述的斜线与所述导风槽所在的径向呈一0~90°的夹角,以使散热环在旋转时在周围形成空气漩涡。
8、根据权利要求7所述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的导风槽开设在所述的散热环靠近刹车盘的一侧面,位于刹车盘两侧的散热环的导风槽相互对齐合并后形成贯穿的散热孔。
9、根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的散热环上安装有起警示作用的光源,或在散热环的表面设置有荧光物或反光物。
10、根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车盘组件,其特征在于:所述的刹车盘的制动部设置多个用于增加制动部的摩擦力和散热作用的通孔。
