根据本发明的示例,在图1所示的方法的步骤10,建立商户的数据库,包括商户的基本属性数据与商户的客户集,建立持卡人的特征库,其中,商户的基本属性包括商户所在地以及商户的基本类型等。商户的客户集包括了在该商户消费过的所有持卡人的卡信息及持卡人信息。卡信息例如包括该卡的卡号、卡的类型以及卡所在的发卡机构等。持卡人信息例如包括持卡人的姓名、电话号码等。持卡人的特征库可能有一个也可能是多个,每个特征库表征了一个消费特征且该库所包含的持卡人是多个。例如特征库A所表征的消费特征是珠宝类消费,则表明该持卡人特征库中的各持卡人在其消费偏好中,珠宝类消费的占比高于预先设定的消费偏好阈值。各特征库之间可彼此关联,例如特征库A可因归类在其中的持卡人m也被归类在表征美食的特征库B中而索引到特征库B。需要说明的是,每个持卡人在这段时期之内的消费是多样的,根据本发明,将其消费归类,例如按照饮食类、服装类、珠宝类、生活用品类、商旅类等进行分类,再计算各类在其总的消费记录中的比重,当所所计算的比重小于预先确定的消费偏好阈值时,则将该持卡人归入相对应的特征数据库中,其中,消费偏好阈值的大小例如为其针对某项消费的频率与数额占其在这个时期的总消费额的20%以上,便可认为其对该项消费具有消费偏好。
在步骤12,在接收到持卡人的交易数据处理请求时,所述转接平台在对交易数据进行处理的同时,获取持卡人卡号与持卡人消费的商户标识。
在步骤14,以在步骤12中所获取的持卡人卡号从在步骤10中建立的持卡人特征库中获取与该持卡人有关的一系列消费特征数据,以在步骤12中所获取的持卡人消费的商户 标识,从商户数据库中搜索该商户的相关数据。商户的相关数据包括商户的基本属性、该商户的客户集等。商户的基本类型表明该商户的服务类型(例如是咨询服务类等)或商户销售的商品类型(例如商户贩售珠宝或商户是面包店等)。
在步骤16,基于所获取的该持卡人的一系列消费特征数据,计算该持卡人的价值信息,所计算的基本价值信息包括:持卡人在该商户的过往消费情况,持卡人在同行业其它商户的消费情况等;随后,基于所计算的基本价值信息产生该持卡人对于该商户的价值。
在步骤18,将所产生的该持卡人的价值传送给该商户的显示设备,以便商户了解。
根据本发明的一个示例,根据图1所示的方法中的步骤10包括从历史交易数据中提取一段时间内的所有消费记录,所述消费记录包括持卡人消费信息及商户信息;基于所提取的消费记录,提取表征消费倾向的消费特征数据,并建立持卡人特征库,每个特征库对应一种消费特征;建立所述客户集与所述持卡人特征库之间的关联关系。
图2是根据本发明示例的客户价值评估系统的结构示意图。该客户价值评估系统其应用在交易处理系统,交易处理系统包括支付终端以及对交易进行处理的转接平台。该客户价值评估系统分别与所述支付终端20及转接平台22电性连接。该客户价值评估系统包括数据库建立模块30、第一获取模块32、第二获取模块34、数据生成模块36、传输模块38。
数据库建立模块30建立商户数据库及持卡人特征库,商户数据库包括商户基本属性数据与商户的客户集,持卡人特征库表征持卡人的消费特征,且商户数据库的客户集与该持卡人特征库之间有关联关系使得可通过该客户集中的卡号从持卡人特征库中索引到与该卡号对应的数据。更为具体地,持卡人的特征库可能有一个也可能是多个,每个特征库表征了一个消费特征且该库所包含的持卡人是多个。例如特征库A所表征的消费特征是珠宝类消费,则表明该持卡人特征库中的各持卡人在其消费偏好中,珠宝类消费的占比高于预先设定的消费偏好阈值。各特征库之间可彼此关联,例如特征库A可因归类在其中的持卡人m也被归类在表征美食的特征库B中而索引到特征库B。
第一获取模块32在转接平台22接收到持卡人的交易数据处理请求对所述对交易数据进行处理,获取持卡人卡号与持卡人消费的商户标识。持卡人通过例如POS终端的支付终端20发出支付请求,转接平台22接收到该请求之后,对交易数据进行处理。在转接平台22接收到请求时,第一获取模块32从该转接平台获取持卡人卡号与持卡人消费的商户标识。
第二获取模块34以第一获取模块32所获取的持卡人卡号及商户标识,从所建立的持卡人特征库中获取与该持卡人有关的特征数据,以及从所建立的商户数据库中获取与消费 所在的商户有关的数据。商户的相关数据包括商户的基本属性、该商户的客户集等。商户的基本类型表明该商户的服务类型(例如是咨询服务类等)或商户销售的商品类型(例如商户贩售珠宝或商户是面包店等)。
数据生成模块36基于所获得的商户有关的数据以及所获取的与该持卡人有关的特征数据确定该持卡人的基本价值信息,并基于所确定的价值信息生成该持卡人针对该商户的价值数据。数据生成模块36基于所获取的该持卡人的一系列消费特征数据,计算该持卡人的价值信息,所计算的基本价值信息包括:持卡人在该商户的过往消费情况,持卡人在同行业其它商户的消费情况等;随后,基于所计算的基本价值信息产生该持卡人对于该商户的价值传输模块38将所生成的价值数据传送给与该商户的显示部件,以便该商户获知该持卡人的价值信息。
根据本发明的示例,数据库建立模块30包括第一单元,用于从历史交易数据中提取一段时间内的所有消费记录,所述消费记录包括持卡人消费信息及商户信息。根据示例,这一段时间例如为1年。第二单元基于所提取的消费记录,提取表征消费倾向的消费特征数据,并建立持卡人特征库,每个特征库对应一种消费特征,例如倾向于买珠宝的消费特征、倾向于美食的消费特征、倾向于商旅的消费特征等。需要说明的是,每个持卡人在这段时期之内的消费是多样的,根据本发明,将其消费归类,例如按照饮食类、服装类、珠宝类、生活用品类、商旅类等进行分类,再计算各类在其总的消费记录中的比重,当所所计算的比重小于预先确定的消费偏好阈值时,则将该持卡人归入相对应的特征数据库中,其中,消费偏好阈值的大小例如为其针对某项消费的频率与数额占其在这个时期的总消费额的20%以上,便可认为其对该项消费具有消费偏好。
第三单元,其用于建立客户集与所述持卡人特征库之间的关联关系,使得可通过该客户集中的卡号从持卡人特征库中索引到与该卡号对应的数据。
根据本发明所述的客户价值评估方法可实现在转接平台中,或实现在其它电子设备中,只需该电子设备可以与该转接平台通信即可。根据本发明所述的客户价值评估系统可实现为软件或硬件或软件与硬件的结合,且该客户价值评估系统可直接实现在转接平台中,或与给转接平台通信连接。
根据本发明所述的客户价值评估方法和/或客户价值评估系统中,已经建立的商户数据库及持卡人特征库可以更新。例如,每天都从历史数据中获取交易数据,进行分析,获得更新的商户数据库与持卡人特征库,可以更新的商户数据库与持卡人特征库全面覆盖原有的,也可只将新增加的商户数据库数据及持卡人特征库的数据更新到商户数据库与持卡人特 征库。此外,可替代地,在已经建立了商户数据库与持卡人特征库的情况下,后续更新商户数据库与持卡人特征库时,所采用的历史数据可以不包括已建立的商户数据库与持卡人特征库所采用的历史数据。
图3a是以假日酒店作为商户来举例说明在该假日酒店的显示设备上所显示的某持卡客户的价值估计。如图所示,该持卡客户对假日酒店而言,客户潜力值达到82.03%。图3b是图3a中的持卡客户在同行业商户的消费习惯,基于该消费习惯,可估算出如图3a所示的价值估计。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种客户价值评估方法,所述方法用于现有的交易处理系统,所述交易处理系统包括支付终端以及对交易进行处理的转接平台,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    a.建立商户数据库以及持卡人特征库,所述商户数据库包括商户基本属性数据与商户的客户集,所述持卡人特征库表征持卡人的消费特征,且所述商户数据库的客户集与所述持卡人特征库之间有关联关系使得可通过所述客户集中的卡号从持卡人特征库中索引到与该卡号对应的数据;
    b.在接收到持卡人的交易数据处理请求时,所述转接平台对交易数据进行处理,同时获取持卡人卡号与持卡人消费的商户标识;
    c.以在步骤b中所获取的持卡人卡号及商户标识,从在步骤a中建立的持卡人特征库中获取与该持卡人有关的特征数据,以及从在步骤a中建立的商户数据库中获取与消费所在的商户有关的数据;
    d.基于在步骤c中所获得的商户有关的数据以及所获取的与该持卡人有关的特征数据确定该持卡人的基本价值信息,并基于所确定的价值信息生成该持卡人针对该商户的价值数据;
    d.将所生成的价值数据传送给与该商户的显示部件,以便该商户获知该持卡人的价值信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的客户价值评估方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a包括:
    从历史交易数据中提取一段时间内的所有消费记录,所述消费记录包括持卡人消费信息及商户信息;
    基于所提取的消费记录,提取表征消费倾向的消费特征数据,并建立持卡人特征库,每个特征库对应一种消费特征;
    建立所述客户集与所述持卡人特征库之间的关联关系。
  3. 一种客户价值评估系统,其应用在交易处理系统,所述交易处理系统包括支付终端以及对交易进行处理的转接平台,其特征在于,所述客户价值评估系统分别与所述支付终端及转接平台电性连接,所述客户价值评估系统包括:
    数据库建立模块,其用于建立商户数据库及持卡人特征库,所述商户数据库包括商户基本属性数据与商户的客户集,所述持卡人特征库表征持卡人的消费特征,且所述商户数据库的客户集与所述持卡人特征库之间有关联关系使得可通过所述客户集中的卡号从持卡人特征库中索引到与该卡号对应的数据;
    第一获取模块,其用于在转接平台接收到持卡人的交易数据处理请求对所述对交易数据进行 处理,获取持卡人卡号与持卡人消费的商户标识;
    第二获取模块,其用于以第一获取模块所获取的持卡人卡号及商户标识,从所建立的持卡人特征库中获取与该持卡人有关的特征数据,以及从所建立的商户数据库中获取与消费所在的商户有关的数据;
    数据生成模块,其用于基于所获得的商户有关的数据以及所获取的与该持卡人有关的特征数据确定该持卡人的基本价值信息,并基于所确定的价值信息生成该持卡人针对该商户的价值数据;
    传输模块,其用于将所生成的价值数据传送给与该商户的显示部件,以便该商户获知该持卡人的价值信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的客户价值评估系统,其特征在于,所述数据库建立模块包括:
    第一单元,其用于从历史交易数据中提取一段时间内的所有消费记录,所述消费记录包括持卡人消费信息及商户信息;
    第二单元,其用于基于所提取的消费记录,提取表征消费倾向的消费特征数据,并建立持卡人特征库,每个特征库对应一种消费特征;
    第三单元,其用于建立所述客户集与所述持卡人特征库之间的关联关系。
