为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种圆木加工流水线,包括沿圆木加工行进方向依次设置的用于上料的输送装置、对圆木进行转动找中的翻转装置、对圆木底部进行刨平面的刨底皮装置、对圆木沿其轴向进行切割分片的圆木分片锯、对圆木中间木片和边缘木片进行分选的板料分选装置,所述板料分选装置还包括设置在其两侧的用于输送中间木片的第一自动送料装置和用于输送边缘木片的第二自动送料装置,所述第一自动送料装置和第二自动送料装置的出口处均设置有对木片进行再次切割分片的方木分片锯。
进一步的,所述输送装置包括一呈斜坡状的框架,所述框架的两侧均设置有由电机驱使转动的链条,所述链条上均布固定有若干个挡板,所述框架两侧的链条均与一转轴传动连接,该电机与该转轴通过链传动机构传动连接。
进一步的,所述翻转装置包括一机架,所述机架内设置有可在机架内上下移动的升降翻转机构,所述升降翻转机构包括两块用连杆相连接的升降板,所述升降板的两侧壁上均铰接有滑轮,所述两块升降板之间通过轴承连接有两根相平行设置的链轮轴和升降轴,所述连杆上设置有两个分别驱使链轮轴和升降轴转动的电机,所述升降板的顶部设置有弧形凹槽,所述升降板的一壁面上沿壁面边缘均布有若干个链轮,所述链轮轴的端部固设有链轮,所述所有链轮上环绕有一链条,该链条高于弧形凹槽边缘设置,所述机架在两块升降板外分别设置有横杆,所述升降轴的两端部均连接有钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳的另一端连接在横杆上,所述输送装置设置在升降翻转机构的一侧,所述机架上设置有三段同一平面上的传送带,所述两块升降板设置在三段传送带的间隔处,所述传送带的高度等于或低于输送装置的出口高度,所述传送带上均布有若干个弧形的托架,所述托架上设置有若干个尖齿。
进一步的,所述机架上还设置有监测圆木的传感器和接收传感器信号并控制升降翻转机构运转的控制中心。
进一步的,所述刨底皮装置包括一设置在翻转装置出口处的刀轮,该刀轮通过一电机驱使转动,所述刀轮由一刀轴和若干片均布在刀轴上的刀片组成,所述刀片的刃口高于翻转装置的托架底部。
进一步的,所述圆木分片锯包括两段同一平面上的传送带,所述圆木分片锯入口处的传送带与翻转装置的出口处等高直线衔接,所述两段传送带之间设置有两组圆盘锯组件,所述圆盘锯组件由若干片间隔设置的圆盘锯组成,所述两组圆盘锯组件圆心所在的直线与传送带相倾斜,所述两段传送带的上方均设置有用于压住圆木的弹性挤压滚轮,所述传送带上均布有若干根带尖齿的齿条。
进一步的,所述圆木分片锯的出口和入口处均设置有防止木屑飞溅的钢片帘幕,所述钢片帘幕由若干块方形的钢片组成,所述钢片底部设置有一斜面,以使钢片底部存在一尖角,其中入口处的钢片斜面朝向圆木前进方向,出口处的钢片斜面背向圆木前进方向。
进一步的,所述板料分选装置包括两个支脚,所述两个支脚之间连接有输送梁和横梁,所述输送梁与圆木分片锯出口处等高直线衔接,所述输送梁上设置有带尖齿的传送带,所述横梁平行设置在输送梁的上方,所述横梁中部设置有抱箍机构,所述抱箍机构包括两块分别铰接在横梁两侧的箍板,所述箍板外壁面上铰接有拉杆,所述横梁上设置有由电机驱使转动的蜗轮蜗杆机构,所述拉杆的另一端连接在该涡轮上以实现箍板的开合,所述箍板底部两侧均设置有带驱动电机的滚轮,所述横梁底部还设置有由电机驱动的弹性拨轮,该弹性拨轮设置在抱箍机构的旁侧且顶抵在圆木的上端,所述第二自动送料装置包括一传送机构,所述传送机构由两个相平行的水平传送带和连接两个水平传送带的斜传送带组成,其中位于低处的水平传送带设置在输送梁的下方,斜传送带的履带上设置有若干个用于输送木片的凸杆,位于高处的水平传送带上设置有升降滚筒架,所述升降滚筒架上均布有若干个滚筒,所述位于高处的水平传送带的下方设置有两根分别由电机驱使转动的动力轴和凸轮轴,所述滚筒通过一皮带与动力轴传动连接,所述凸轮轴的两端设置有凸轮,该凸轮与升降滚筒架底部相接触,以驱使升降滚筒架在位于高处的水平传送带上升降;所述第一自动送料装置包括一机台,所述机台上设置有通过链条传动在机台上往复运动的移动台,该移动台的往复运动方向与输送梁相垂直,所述移动台的两侧设置有由电机驱使转动的传动链条,所述机台的另一端设置有接收移动台输送木片的滚筒输送架,该滚筒输送架上设置有若干个滚筒,所述滚筒输送架内设置有由电机驱使转动的传动轴,所述滚筒通过皮带与传动轴传送连接,所述滚筒输送架的传动方向与输送梁相平行,所述机台的另一端还设置有带驱动电机的翻转挡片,该翻转挡片 在移动台进入滚筒输送架后转动竖起将木片推离移动台留在滚筒输送架上。
进一步的,所述板料分选装置、第一自动送料装置和第二自动送料装置上均设置有传感器和接收传感器信号并控制相关电机运转的控制系统。
进一步的,所述输送梁的入口处两侧分别设置有弹性挤压滚轮,所述滚筒输送架的一侧还设置有防止木片掉落的竖杆。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本流水线将木材加工,尤其是圆木分片加工中的多个设备有机的结合起来,组成流水线,提高了生产效率,减少了占地面积,降低了操作人员数量,使得生产效益大幅度提高。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1所示,一种圆木加工流水线,包括沿圆木加工行进方向依次设置的用于上料的输送装置1、对圆木进行转动找中的翻转装置2、对圆木底部进行刨平面的刨底皮装置3、对圆木沿其轴向进行切割分片的圆木分片锯4、对圆木中间木片和边缘木片进行分选 的板料分选装置5,所述板料分选装置5还包括设置在其两侧的用于输送中间木片的第一自动送料装置6和用于输送边缘木片的第二自动送料装置7,所述第一自动送料装置6和第二自动送料装置7的出口处均设置有对木片进行再次切割分片的方木分片锯8、9。
本实施例中,如图2所示,所述输送装置1包括一呈斜坡状的框架11,所述框架11的两侧均设置有由电机驱使转动的链条12,所述链条12上均布固定有若干个挡板13,所述框架11两侧的链条均与一转轴14传动连接,该电机与该转轴14通过链传动机构传动连接。开机时,操作人员将圆木依次放在输送装置上,链条上的挡板将圆木斜向上输送到翻转装置2。
本实施例中,如图3、4所示,所述翻转装置包括一机架21,所述机架21内设置有可在机架内上下移动的升降翻转机构22,所述升降翻转机构22包括两块用连杆相连接的升降板22a,所述升降板22a的两侧壁上均铰接有滑轮22d,所述机架内设置有供滑轮上下滚动的滑槽,所述两块升降板22a之间通过轴承连接有两根相平行设置的链轮轴22e和升降轴22f,所述连杆上设置有两个分别驱使链轮轴和升降轴转动的电机,所述升降板的顶部设置有弧形凹槽,所述升降板22a的一壁面上沿壁面边缘均布有若干个链轮22b,所述链轮轴22e的端部固设有链轮,所述所有链轮上环绕有一链条22c,该链条22c高于弧形凹槽边缘设置,所述机架上设置有两根横杆,所述两根横杆分别设置在两块升降板22a的外侧,所述升降轴22f的两端部均连接有钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳的另一端连接在横杆上,所述输送装置1设置在升降翻转机构22的一侧,所述机架21上设置有三段同一平面上的传送带23,所述两块升降板22a设置在三段传送带的间隔处,所述传送带23的高度等于或低于输送装置1的出口高度,所述传送带23上均布有若干个弧形的托架,所述托架上设置有若干个尖齿,该尖齿可以防止圆木在轴向和径向的移动。
本实施例中,所述机架21上还设置有监测圆木的传感器和接收传感器信号并控制升降翻转机构22运转的控制中心。工作时,传感器检测到木头进入升降翻转机构时,控制中心驱使升降轴转动卷起钢丝绳,升降翻转机构带动圆木上升,同时,链轮轴被电机驱使转动,驱动升降板上的链条转动,对圆木进行转动进行找中,转动一定时间后,圆木重心稳定在中垂线位置,升降轴反转,升降翻转机构下降,圆木落到机架上的传送带上,控制中心驱使传送带开始传动,重心稳定后的圆木被传送走。
本实施例中,所述刨底皮装置3包括一设置在翻转装置出口处的刀轮31,该刀轮31通过一电机驱使转动,所述刀轮31由一刀轴和若干片均布在刀轴上的刀片组成,所述刀片的刃口高于翻转装置的托架底部。重心稳定后的圆木进入旋转中的刀轮31,刀轮31对圆木底部进行刨平面,使得该圆木进行后续切割分片工艺时更加稳定,不易发生径向转动。
本实施例中,如图5、6所示,所述圆木分片锯4包括两段同一平面上的传送带41,所述圆木分片锯4入口处的传送带41与翻转装置2的出口处等高直线衔接,所述两段传送带41之间设置有两组圆盘锯组件44,所述圆盘锯组件44由若干片间隔设置的圆盘锯组成,所述两组圆盘锯组件44圆心所在的直线与传送带41相倾斜,所述两段传送带41的上方均设置有用于压住圆木的弹性挤压滚轮43,所述传送带上均布有若干根带尖齿的齿条42。
本实施例中,所述圆木分片锯4的出口和入口处均设置有防止木屑飞溅的钢片帘幕45,所述钢片帘幕由若干块方形的钢片组成,所述钢片底部设置有一斜面,以使钢片底部存在一尖角,其中入口处的钢片斜面朝向圆木前进方向,出口处的钢片斜面背向圆木前进方向,钢片帘幕不仅起到防止木屑飞溅,更起到了防止圆木逆行。被刨底平面后的圆木进入圆木分片锯后,圆木顶开弹性挤压滚轮43,弹性挤压滚轮43和传送带上的齿条42共同作用下,使得圆木稳固的进入圆盘锯组件进行切割分片作业,该圆盘锯组件将圆木切割成较厚的中间木片和较薄的边缘木片,该边缘木片可切割成多片。
本实施例中,如图7、8、9所示,所述板料分选装置5包括两个支脚51,所述两个支脚51之间连接有输送梁52和横梁53,所述输送梁52与圆木分片锯4出口处等高直线衔接,所述输送梁52上设置有带尖齿的传送带54,所述横梁53平行设置在输送梁52的上方,所述横梁53中部设置有抱箍机构,所述抱箍机构包括两块分别铰接在横梁两侧的箍板57,所述箍板57外壁面上铰接有拉杆56,所述横梁53上设置有由电机驱使转动的蜗轮蜗杆机构55,所述拉杆56的另一端连接在该涡轮上以实现箍板57的开合,所述箍板57底部两侧均设置有带驱动电机的滚轮,所述横梁53底部还设置有由电机驱动的弹性拨轮58,该弹性拨轮58设置在抱箍机构的旁侧且顶抵在圆木的上端,所述第二自动送料装置7包括一传送机构,所述传送机构由两个相平行的水平传送带和连接两个水平传送带的斜传送带组成,其中位于低处的水平传送带71设置在输送梁52的下方,该水平传送带的端部还设置有防止木片掉落的挡杆77,斜传送带73的履带上设置有若干个用于输送木片的凸杆,位于高处的水平传送带72上设置有升降滚筒架74,所述升降滚筒架74上均布有若干个滚筒75,所述位于高处的水平传送带的下方设置有两根分别由电机驱使转动的动力轴和凸轮轴76,所述滚筒75通过一皮带与动力轴传动连接,所述凸轮轴76的两端设置有凸轮,该凸轮与升降滚筒架74底部相接触,以驱使升降滚筒架74在位于高处的水平传送带72上升降;所述第一自动送料装置6包括一机台61,所述机台61上设置有通过链条传动在机台上往复运动的移动台62,该移动台62的往复运动方向与输送梁相垂直,所述移动台62的两侧设置有由电机驱使转动的传动链条,所述机台61的另一端设置有接收移动台输送木片的滚筒输送架64,该滚筒输送架64上设置有若干个滚筒,所述滚筒输送架64内设置有由电机驱使转动的传动 轴,所述滚筒通过皮带与传动轴传送连接,所述滚筒输送架64的传动方向与输送梁相平行,所述机台的另一端还设置有带驱动电机的翻转挡片63,该翻转挡片63在移动台62进入滚筒输送架64后转动竖起将木片推离移动台留在滚筒输送架64上。
本实施例中,所述板料分选装置5、第一自动送料装置6和第二自动送料装置7上均设置有传感器和接收传感器信号并控制相关电机运转的控制系统。
本实施例中,所述输送梁52的入口处两侧分别设置有弹性挤压滚轮,所述输送梁52的宽度不超过中间木片厚度的1.2倍,所述滚筒输送架64的一侧还设置有防止木片掉落的竖杆。工作时,分片好的木片进入板料分选装置5,输送梁52入口处的弹性挤压滚轮挤压切割好的木片,使木片不分离,所有木片在输送梁上传送带的传送下顶开抱箍机构上的滚轮和弹性拨轮58,进而顶开箍板57,该滚轮也在电机的作用下对木片的前进起到助推作用,而且滚轮将木片抱住合拢使木片不分离,当板料分选装置5上的传感器检测到木片进入到输送梁52中部时,控制系统控制横梁上的电机驱使蜗轮蜗杆机构55运转,涡轮在蜗杆的作用上上移,进而带动拉杆牵动箍板57张开,此时,第一自动送料装置6上的移动台没有凸出,圆木两侧的边缘木片掉落在第二自动送料装置7的传送机构上,然后移动台62向输送梁52移动,弹性拨轮拨动,将中间木片拨到移动台上;边缘木片在传送机构的传送下被移动到升降滚筒架74上,操作人员将最外缘的无用木片筛选扔出设备,升降滚筒架74将在底部凸轮的作用下升起,同时升降滚筒架74上的滚筒75在皮带的带动下不停的转动,将剩余的边缘木片输送到升降滚筒架出口处的方木分片锯8内进行再一次切割分片;中间木片被移动台传送到滚筒输送架64上,第一自动送料装置6上的传感器检测到中间木片输入到滚筒输送架64上后,控制系统通过电机控制翻转挡片63竖起,移动台62后退,中间木片被留在滚筒输送架64上,然后,滚筒输送架64上的滚筒在电机的驱动下开始转动,将中间木片输送到其出口处的方木分片锯9内进行再次切割分片;进而完成了对整根圆木的全部切割分片过程。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:包括沿圆木加工行进方向依次设置的用于上料的输送装置、对圆木进行转动找中的翻转装置、对圆木底部进行刨平面的刨底皮装置、对圆木沿其轴向进行切割分片的圆木分片锯、对圆木中间木片和边缘木片进行分选的板料分选装置,所述板料分选装置还包括设置在其两侧的用于输送中间木片的第一自动送料装置和用于输送边缘木片的第二自动送料装置,所述第一自动送料装置和第二自动送料装置的出口处均设置有对木片进行再次切割分片的方木分片锯。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述输送装置包括一呈斜坡状的框架,所述框架的两侧均设置有由电机驱使转动的链条,所述链条上均布固定有若干个挡板,所述框架两侧的链条均与一转轴传动连接,该电机与该转轴通过链传动机构传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述翻转装置包括一机架,所述机架内设置有可在机架内上下移动的升降翻转机构,所述升降翻转机构包括两块用连杆相连接的升降板,所述升降板的两侧壁上均铰接有滑轮,所述两块升降板之间通过轴承连接有两根相平行设置的链轮轴和升降轴,所述连杆上设置有两个分别驱使链轮轴和升降轴转动的电机,所述升降板的顶部设置有弧形凹槽,所述升降板的一壁面上沿壁面边缘均布有若干个链轮,所述链轮轴的端部固设有链轮,所述所有链轮上环绕有一链条,该链条高于弧形凹槽边缘设置,所述机架在两块升降板外分别设置有横杆,所述升降轴的两端部均连接有钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳的另一端连接在横杆上,所述输送装置设置在升降翻转机构的一侧,所述机架上设置有三段同一平面上的传送带,所述两块升降板设置在三段传送带的间隔处,所述传送带的高度等于或低于输送装置的出口高度,所述传送带上均布有若干个弧形的托架,所述托架上设置有若干个尖齿。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述机架上还设置有监测圆木的传感器和接收传感器信号并控制升降翻转机构运转的控制中心。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述刨底皮装置包括一设置在翻转装置出口处的刀轮,该刀轮通过一电机驱使转动,所述刀轮由一刀轴和若干片均布在刀轴上的刀片组成,所述刀片的刃口高于翻转装置的托架底部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述圆木分片锯包括两段同一平面上的传送带,所述圆木分片锯入口处的传送带与翻转装置的出口处等高直线衔接,所述两段传送带之间设置有两组圆盘锯组件,所述圆盘锯组件由若干片间隔设置的圆盘锯组成,所述两组圆盘锯组件圆心所在的直线与传送带相倾斜,所述两段传送带的上方均设 置有用于压住圆木的弹性挤压滚轮,所述传送带上均布有若干根带尖齿的齿条。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述圆木分片锯的出口和入口处均设置有防止木屑飞溅的钢片帘幕,所述钢片帘幕由若干块方形的钢片组成,所述钢片底部设置有一斜面,以使钢片底部存在一尖角,其中入口处的钢片斜面朝向圆木前进方向,出口处的钢片斜面背向圆木前进方向。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述板料分选装置、第一自动送料装置和第二自动送料装置上均设置有传感器和接收传感器信号并控制相关电机运转的控制系统。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的圆木加工流水线,其特征在于:所述输送梁的入口处两侧分别设置有弹性挤压滚轮,所述滚筒输送架的一侧还设置有防止木片掉落的竖杆。
