一种栈板,包括多个第一基座(20)、多个第二基座(30)、一中央基座(10)和多个连接杆(60A,70A),多个连接杆(60A,70A)固定中央基座(10)、多个第一基座(20)和多个第二基座(30)从而构成栈板框架,一面板(8A)固定于栈板框架上。该栈板在横向和纵向两个方向上都能够调整尺寸,能根据实际需要自由组合和调整,非常灵活方便,降低了制造生产成本;如果因碰撞造成某个部件的磨损,即可使用新的部件替换,提高了栈板的使用率,极大的降低了使用成本;且连接好的中央基座(10)、第一基座(20)、第二基座(30)和连接杆(60A,70A)能形成一个平整的栈板框架,该框架的结构牢固、稳定,各部分间不会产生位移或错位,在搬运和承载重物时非常安全。

一种栈板 技术领域
本发明涉及承载技术领域,特别是指一种栈板。
背景技术
众所周知,塑料栈板大都是一体成型,若要使用不同尺寸的塑料栈板,就要有相应的模具来制造,但模具费用又非常昂贵,且如果栈板因碰撞造成缺损,即使只缺失一小角,也会造成整个栈板的报废。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种栈板,解决现有技术中栈板制作成本和使用成本较高、使用率较低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种栈板,包括:
多个第一基座,所述第一基座包括第一基座本体和设于所述第一基座本体上的多个第一定向槽,所述多个第一定向槽的一端成直角相连;
多个第二基座,分别位于所述多个第一基座之间,所述第二基座包括第二基座本体和设于所述第二基座本体上的一第二定向槽和一第二沟槽,所述第二定向槽的一端与所述第二沟槽成直角相连;
一中央基座,位于所述多个第二基座之间,所述中央基座包括中央基座本体和设于所述中央基座本体上且通过同一交错点的多个中央沟槽;
多个连接杆,嵌置于所述多个第一定向槽、多个第二定向槽、多个第二沟槽及多个中央沟槽内,而固定所述中央基座、多个第一基座和多个第二基座构成栈板框架,所述多个连接杆的两端分别抵持所述多个第一定向槽或多个第二定向槽的壁面,使所述多个第一定向槽、多个第二定向槽及所述中央沟槽限位所述多个连接杆;
一面板,固定于所述栈板框架上。
其中,所述中央基座还包括设于所述中央基座本体上的多个中央斜向沟槽,所述多个中央沟槽与多个中央斜向沟槽均通过所述交错点而交错排列。
其中,所述第一基座还包括设于所述第一基座本体上的一第一斜向定向槽,所述 第一斜向定向槽的一端与所述多个第一定向槽成直角相连的一端相连。
其中,所述中央基座还包括设于所述中央基座本体上的多个中央斜向沟槽,所述多个中央斜向沟槽各别包括依次向所述交错点方向形成的一中央外部扩张区、一中央抵持部及一中央内部扩张区。
其中,所述第一基座还包括设于所述第一基座本体上的一第一斜向定向槽,所述第一斜向定向槽包括向所述多个第一定向槽成直角相连处方向形成的一第一外部扩张区、一第一抵持部及一第一内部扩张区。
其中,所述栈板还包括:
多个斜向连接杆,嵌置于所述多个第一斜向定向槽与多个中央斜向沟槽内而固定所述中央基座与多个第一基座,并以所述多个第一斜向定向槽与多个中央斜向沟槽限位所述多个斜向连接杆。
其中,所述中央基座还包括多个中央定位插孔,所述多个第一基座还包括多个第一定位插孔。
其中,所述多个连接杆与多个斜向连接杆均包括一主杆部和多个弯头插接部,所述弯头插接部由所述主杆部的两端同向的弯折延伸,所述多个弯头插接部插置于所述多个中央定位插孔和多个第一定位插孔内而固定所述中央基座和多个第一基座。

其中,构成栈板框架后,所述中央斜向沟槽与所述第一斜向定向槽延伸在同一直线上。
其中,所述连接杆上设有一弯折部,用于两个所述连接杆交迭时相配合。
其中,所述连接杆上设有一弯折部,用于两个所述连接杆交迭或一所述连接杆与一所述斜向连接杆交迭时相配合,所述斜向连接杆上设有一斜向弯折部,用于两个所述斜向连接杆交迭或一所述连接杆与一所述斜向连接杆交迭时相配合。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
上述方案中,所述栈板由中央基座、第一基座、第二基座、连接杆和面板构成,组合成的栈板在横向和纵向两个方向上都能够调整尺寸,能根据实际需要自由组合和调整,非常灵活方便,降低了制造生产成本;连接杆的两端分别抵持第一定向槽或第二定向槽的壁面而达到限位的效果,有效避免连接杆发生偏位位移或脱落的问题;如果因碰撞造成某个部件的破损,即可使用新的部件替换,提高了栈板的使用率,极大的降低了使用成本;且连接好的中央基座、第一基座、第二基座和连接杆能形成一个平整的栈板框架,该框架的结构牢固、稳定,各部分间不会产生位移或错位,在搬运和承载重物时非常安全。

为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明针对现有的技术中栈板制作成本和使用成本较高、使用率较低的问题,提供一种栈板9,如图1至图7所示,包括:
多个第一基座20,所述第一基座包括第一基座本体23和设于所述第一基座本体23上的多个第一定向槽21,所述多个第一定向槽21的一端成直角相连;
多个第二基座30,分别位于所述多个第一基座20之间,所述第二基座30包括第二基座本体33和设于所述第二基座本体33上的一第二定向槽31和一第二沟槽32,所述第二定向槽31的一端与所述第二沟槽32成直角相连;
一中央基座10,位于所述多个第二基座30之间,所述中央基座10包括中央基座本体13和设于所述中央基座本体13上且通过同一交错点10A的多个中央沟槽11;
多个连接杆60A,嵌置于所述多个第一定向槽21、多个第二定向槽31、多个第二沟槽32及多个中央沟槽11内,而固定所述中央基座10、多个第一基座20和多个第二基座30构成栈板框架1,所述多个连接杆60A的两端分别抵持所述多个第一定向槽 21或多个第二定向槽31的壁面,使所述多个第一定向槽21、多个第二定向槽31及所述中央沟槽11限位所述多个连接杆60A;
一面板8A,固定于所述栈板框架1上。

另,如图2和图4所示,中央基座10为塑料挤出成型,其包含中央基座本体13与多个中央沟槽11,多个中央沟槽11位于中央基座本体13上并共同横跨一交错点10A而交错排列。在本实施例中,中央基座本体13为多边形体,中央基座本体13亦可为圆形状,前述形状仅为举例,本发明非以此为限。多个中央沟槽11位于中央基座本体13上的同一面,并且,中央沟槽11与相邻的中央沟槽11之间为具有垂直的夹角,多个中央沟槽11排列成十字型。
如图2、图3和图5所示,第一基座20以中央基座10为中心而对称设置,其为塑料挤出成型,并包含第一基座本体23与多个第一定向槽21,其中,多个第一定向槽21位于第一基座本体23上,并且,多个第一定向槽21的一端相连接并具有垂直的夹角。
如图5所示,在此,第一定向槽21的一端为开放式结构,也就是该开放端贯穿至第一基座本体23的侧壁面,并于侧壁面上具有一开口,另一端则为封闭式结构,也就是该封闭端为终止于第一基座本体23,第一定向槽21为由第一基座本体23的侧壁面向内延伸且不会贯穿第一基座本体23的沟槽结构。
如图2、图3和图6所示,第一基座20位于第二基座30之间,并以中央基座10为中心而对称设置,在本实施例中,中央基座10为正方体,多个第一基座20分别设置于中央基座10的端角处,多个第二基座30分别位于中央基座10的侧面处。
如图6和图15所示,第二基座30为塑料挤出成型,其包含第二定向槽31、第二沟槽32及第二基座本体33,其中,第二定向槽31与第二沟槽32位于第二基座本体33上,并且,第二定向槽31的一端连接于第二沟槽32,两者具有垂直的夹角。在此,第二定向槽31为由第二基座本体33的侧壁面向内延伸且不会贯穿第二基座本体33的沟槽结构,第二沟槽32为由第二基座本体33的侧壁面向另一侧壁面延伸而贯穿第二基座本体33的沟槽结构。
此外,第一基座20与/或第二基座30可为多边形体,例如正方体(如第1图所示)、长方体,抑或是圆形体等形状,本发明非以此为限。在本实施例中,中央基座10位于中央位置处,多个第一基座20分别设置于中央基座10的端角处,多个第二基座30分别位于中央基座10的侧面处,其排列为3×3矩阵状。
在此,各基座可为中空体,可有效达到轻量化之目的。在本实施例中,中央基座10、多个第一基座20和多个第二基座30的基座本体内部呈镂空的梁柱状结构(如第7图所示),如H形、I形或X形等多种形状,在减轻基座重量的同时还能大大地提高其支撑强度。再者,各基座本体具有相对的第一面与第二面,定向槽与沟槽设置在第一面上。
如图2所示,连接杆60A用于连接与固定中央基座10、多个第一基座20、多个第二基座30,在此,连接杆60A呈长条状,并且,连接杆60A的直径不大于定向槽与/或沟槽的深度。在此,连接杆60A嵌置于第一定向槽21、第二定向槽31、第二沟槽32及中央沟槽11内而固定中央基座10、多个第一基座20、多个第二基座30。
如图2、图3和图5所示,连接杆60A的两端分别嵌置于二个第一基座20的第一定向槽21内,且连接杆60A的两端分别抵持第一定向槽21的壁面,连接杆60A的中间段则嵌置于第二基座30的第二沟槽32,借此将此三个基座连接并固定在一起,并借由定向槽的壁面抵靠连接杆而定位连接杆,避免连接杆在定向槽内晃动移位而无法达到固定基座的效果。
如图2、图3和图6所示,另一连接杆60A的两端分别嵌置于二个第二基座30的第二定向槽31内,且连接杆60A的两端分别抵持第二基座30的壁面或前述的连接杆60A(即中间段嵌置于第二沟槽32的连接杆60A),连接杆60A的中间段则嵌置于中央基座10的中央沟槽11内,借此将此三个基座连接并固定在一起,可避免连接杆在定向槽内晃动移位而无法达到固定基座的效果。
如图1所示,如前所述以连接杆60A将中央基座10、多个第一基座20、多个第二基座30固定,即组成栈板框架1,然后将面板8A固定在栈板框架1,即组成本发明的栈板9。在此,面板8A可为一片大平板或多个小平板所组成,其可为塑合板、纸质蜂巢板或复合板,并可通过卡合、黏胶胶合、锁固或同材质热封法被固定在栈板框架1上而组成栈板9,即可以使得叉车(或称栈板搬运车)叉起栈板9。
进一步的,如图8至图11以及图13所示,本发明实施例提供的所述栈板中所述中央基座10还包括设于所述中央基座本体13上的多个中央斜向沟槽14,所述多个中央沟槽11与多个中央斜向沟槽14均通过所述交错点10A而交错排列;所述第一基座20还包括设于所述第一基座本体23上的一第一斜向定向槽24,所述第一斜向定向槽24的一端与所述多个第一定向槽21成直角相连的一端相连;所述栈板9还包括:多个斜向连接杆70A,嵌置于所述多个第一斜向定向槽24与多个中央斜向沟槽14内而固定所述中央基座10与多个第一基座20,并以所述多个第一斜向定向槽24与多个中央斜向沟槽14限位所述多个斜向连接杆70A。
其中,如图8至图10所示,中央基座本体13上的多个中央沟槽11排列成十字型,并在十字型的多个中央沟槽11上增加斜向的多个中央斜向沟槽14,两者排列成米字型。在此,多个中央沟槽11与多个中央斜向沟槽14为由中央基座本体13的侧壁面向另一侧壁面延伸而贯穿中央基座本体13的沟槽结构。
如图11和图14所示,第一基座20包含第一基座本体23、多个第一定向槽21与第一斜向定向槽24,其中,多个第一定向槽21位于第一基座本体23上,并且,第一斜向定向槽24与多个第一定向槽21的一端相连接,第一斜向定向槽24与多个第一定向槽21之间分别具有约45度的夹角。在此,多个第一定向槽21与第一斜向定向槽24为由第一基座本体23的侧壁面向内延伸且不会贯穿第一基座本体23的沟槽结构。
在本实施例中,如图8至图11所示,各基座为多边形体,其中,中央基座10位于中央位置处,多个第一基座20分别设置于中央基座10的端角处,多个第二基座30分别位于中央基座10的侧面处,其排列为3×3矩阵状。此外,构成栈板框架1后,中央斜向沟槽14与第一斜向定向槽24为延伸在同一直在线。
如图9至图15所示,连接杆60A与斜向连接杆70A用于连接与固定中央基座10、多个第一基座20和多个第二基座30,在此,连接杆60A与斜向连接杆70A呈长条状,并且,连接杆60A与斜向连接杆70A的直径不大于定向槽与/或沟槽的深度。在此, 连接杆60A嵌置于第一定向槽21、第二定向槽31、第二沟槽32及中央沟槽11内而固定中央基座10、多个第一基座20和多个第二基座30;斜向连接杆70A嵌置于中央斜向沟槽14与第一斜向定向槽24内,以强化中央基座10与多个第一基座20的连接关系。
在此,斜向连接杆70A的两端分别嵌置于第一基座20的第一定向槽21与中央基座10的中央沟槽11内,且斜向连接杆70A的一端抵持第一定向槽21的壁面,借此将中央基座10与第一基座20连接并固定在一起,并借由定向槽的壁面抵靠连接杆而定位连接杆,避免连接杆在定向槽内晃动移位而无法达到固定基座的效果;或者
斜向连接杆70A的两端分别嵌置于二个第一基座20的第一定向槽21内,斜向连接杆70A的中间段则嵌置于中央基座10的中央沟槽11内,借此将此三个基座连接并固定在一起,并借由定向槽的壁面抵靠连接杆而定位连接杆,避免连接杆在定向槽内晃动移位而无法达到固定基座的效果。
如图8所示,如前所述以连接杆60A与斜向连接杆70A将中央基座10、多个第一基座20、多个第二基座30固定,即组成栈板框架1,然后将面板8A固定在栈板框架1,即组成本发明的栈板9。在此,面板8A可为一片大平板或多个小平板所组成,其可为塑合板、纸质蜂巢板或复合板,并可通过卡合、黏胶胶合、锁固或同材质热封法被固定在栈板框架1上而组成栈板9,即可以使得叉车(或称栈板搬运车)能够叉起栈板9。
进一步的,如图13至图16所示,所述中央基座10还包括多个中央定位插孔16,所述多个第一基座20还包括多个第一定位插孔26;所述多个连接杆60A与多个斜向连接杆70A均包括一主杆部(分别为61A和71A)和多个弯头插接部(分别为62A和72A),所述弯头插接部(分别为62A和72A)由所述主杆部(分别为61A和71A)的两端同向的弯折延伸,所述多个弯头插接部(分别为62A和72A)插置于所述多个中央定位插孔16和多个第一定位插孔26内而固定所述中央基座10和多个第一基座20。
如图13和图14所示,所述多个中央定位插孔16位于所述多个中央沟槽11和多个中央斜向沟槽14内,所述多个中央定位插孔16的深度大于所述多个中央沟槽11和多个中央斜向沟槽14的深度;所述多个第一定位插孔26位于所述多个第一定向槽21和多个第一斜向定向槽24内,所述多个第一定位插孔26的深度大于所述多个第一 定向槽21和多个第一斜向定向槽24的深度。
如图13和图14所示,斜向连接杆70A主要可由斜向主杆部71A和位于斜向主杆部71A两端的斜向弯头插接部72A组成,其概呈ㄇ字体状,并且,斜向主杆部71A的直径不大于沟槽或定向槽的深度。斜向弯头插接部72A由主杆部71A的两端同向地弯折延伸,并可插置于多个中央定位插孔16与多个第一定位插孔26内而固定中央基座10与多个第一基座20。
如图8和图14所示,如前所述以连接杆60A或以连接杆60A与斜向连接杆70A将中央基座10、多个第一基座20、多个第二基座30固定,即组成栈板框架1,然后将面板8A固定在栈板框架1,即组成本发明的栈板9。在此,可通过卡合、黏胶胶合、锁固或同材质热封法被固定在栈板框架1上而组成栈板9,即可以使得叉车(或称栈板搬运车)能够叉起栈板9。
如图13至图17所示,连接杆60A主要可由主杆部61A和位于主杆部61A两端的弯头插接部62A组成,其概呈ㄇ字体状,并且,主杆部61A的直径不大于沟槽或定向槽的深度。弯头插接部62A由主杆部61A的两端同向地弯折延伸,并可插置于多个中央定位插孔16、多个第一定位插孔26及多个第二定位插孔36内而固定中央基座10、多个第一基座20及多个第二基座30。
在此,位于主杆部61A两端的弯头插接部62A可分别插置于二个第一基座20的多个第一定位插孔26内,或可插置于第一定位插孔26与第二定位插孔36内而固定第一基座20与第二基座30,抑或可插置于中央定位插孔16与第二定位插孔36内而固定中央基座10与第二基座30。
如图12所示,所述连接杆60A上设有一弯折部606A,用于两个所述连接杆60A交迭或一所述连接杆60A与一所述斜向连接杆70A交迭时相配合,所述斜向连接杆70A上设有一斜向弯折部706A,用于两个所述斜向连接杆70A交迭或一所述连接杆60A与一所述斜向连接杆70A交迭时相配合,即其中连接杆60A上设有弯折部606A,于二个连接杆60A交迭时,其中一连接杆60A以弯折部606A迭置于另一连接杆60A上或迭置于斜向连接杆70A上,斜向连接杆70A上设有斜向弯折部706A,于二个斜向连接杆70A交迭时,其中一斜向连接杆70A以斜向弯折部706A迭置于另一斜向连接杆70A上或迭置于连接杆60A上。
如图13至图16所示,本发明提供的另一实施例中所述中央基座10还包括多个中 央定位插孔16,所述多个第一基座20还包括多个第一定位插孔26,所述多个第二基座30还包括多个第二定位插孔36;所述多个连接杆60A均包括一主杆部61A和多个弯头插接部62A,所述弯头插接部62A由所述主杆部61A的两端同向的弯折延伸,所述多个弯头插接部62A插置于所述多个中央定位插孔16、多个第一定位插孔26和多个第二定位插孔36内而固定所述中央基座10、多个第一基座20和多个第二基座30。
如图13至图15所示,所述多个中央定位插孔16位于所述多个中央沟槽11内,所述多个中央定位插孔16的深度大于所述多个中央沟槽11的深度;所述多个第一定位插孔26位于所述多个第一定向槽21内,所述多个第一定位插孔26的深度大于所述多个第一定向槽21的深度;所述多个第二定位插孔36位于所述多个第二定向槽31内,所述多个第二定位插孔36的深度大于所述多个第二定向槽31的深度。
连接杆60A的结构如图17所示,同上所述,在此不再赘述。
如图6所示,所述连接杆60A上设有一弯折部606A,用于两个所述连接杆60A交迭时相配合,即二个连接杆60A交迭时,其中一连接杆60A以弯折部606A迭置于另一连接杆60A上。
进一步的,如图18、图19与图21所示,本发明实施例提供的所述栈板中所述中央基座10还包括设于所述中央基座本体13上的多个中央斜向沟槽14’,所述多个中央斜向沟槽14’具体为四个,各个中央斜向沟槽14’分别位于所述中央基座本体13的四个角落处,各个中央斜向沟槽14’的一端均由所述中央基座本体13的侧壁面朝向交错点10A处的方向延伸,但非与中央沟槽11相互贯通的沟槽结构,也就是各个中央斜向沟槽14’彼此不相通。并且,各个中央斜向沟槽14’包括依次朝向交错点10A方向形成的中央外部扩张区141、中央抵持部142及中央内部扩张区143,由各中央斜向沟槽14’的俯视观之概呈漏斗造型,也就是,中央抵持部142的宽度小于两侧的中央外部扩张区141与中央内部扩张区143的宽度,而中央内部扩张区143的宽度小于中央外部扩张区141的宽度。
如图18至图20所示,所述第一基座20还包括设于所述第一基座本体23上的一第一斜向定向槽24’,所述第一斜向定向槽24’的一端朝向所述多个第一定向槽21成直角相连处的方向延伸形成,各个第一斜向定向槽24’包括依次向所述多个第一定向槽21成直角相连处方向形成的第一外部扩张区241、一第一抵持部242及一第一内部扩张区243。由各第一斜向定向槽24’的俯视观之概呈漏斗造型,也就是,第一抵持部 242的宽度小于两侧的第一外部扩张区241与第一内部扩张区243的宽度,而第一内部扩张区243的宽度小于第一外部扩张区241的宽度。
如图18至图21所示,所述栈板9还包括:多个斜向连接杆(分别为70B和70B’),嵌置于所述多个第一斜向定向槽24’与多个中央斜向沟槽14’内而固定所述中央基座10与多个第一基座20,并以所述多个第一斜向定向槽24’与多个中央斜向沟槽14’限位所述多个斜向连接杆(分别为70B和70B’),也就是各斜向连接杆70B的两端分别可抵靠在第一内部扩张区243与中央内部扩张区143而固定所述中央基座10与多个第一基座20。
特别说明的是,本发明栈板可调整不同大小尺寸运用,并以第一斜向定向槽24’与中央斜向沟槽14’的结构设计达到夹持角度共享的作用。举例而言,如图18、图20及图21所示,栈板的整体长度L1(如纵向的两个第一基座20相对外侧距离)为1100cm,与整体宽度L2(如横向的两个第一基座20相对外侧距离)为1100cm时,斜向连接杆70B与相邻的两个连接杆60A之间的内角度θ1为45度、内角度θ2为90度、内角度θ3为45度。此时,斜向连接杆70B的两端分别可受到第一抵持部242与中央抵持部142的夹持。如图19、图20及图21所示,若栈板的整体长度L1’(如纵向的两个第一基座20相对外侧距离)为1000cm,与整体宽度L2’(如横向的两个第一基座20相对外侧距离)为1200cm时,斜向连接杆70B与相邻的两个连接杆60A之间的内角度θ1’为52度、内角度θ2为90度、内角度θ3’为38度。此时,图18的栈板的整体及其内角度θ1与内角度θ3的角度分别与图19的栈板的整体及其内角度θ1’与内角度θ3’的角度不同,但斜向连接杆70B’的两端亦可分别受到第一抵持部242与中央抵持部142的夹持。也就是,利用中央外部扩张区141及中央内部扩张区143让斜向连接杆70B’的一端在改变角度后亦可被中央抵持部142所夹持,而斜向连接杆70B’的另一端亦在第一外部扩张区241、第一内部扩张区243中改变角度后可被第一抵持部242所夹持。
前述栈板因应不同大小以致于内角度θ1与θ1’分别为45度及52度,然而,在另外实施例中,整体长度(分别为L1和L1’)与整体宽度(分别为L2和L2’)亦可变换,例如整体长度为1100cm,搭配整体宽度为1200cm时,斜向连接杆与相邻的两个连接杆之间的内角度θ1为48度、内角度θ2为90度、内角度θ3为42度。或者是整体长度为1000cm,搭配整体宽度为1100cm时,斜向连接杆与相邻的两个连接杆之间的内角度θ1为49度、内角度θ2为90度、内角度θ3为41度。而上述变换不同 大小的栈板后,θ1为48度及49度皆在前述45度至52度之间,可知斜向连接杆的两端亦可分别受到第一抵持部242与中央抵持部142的夹持,且斜向连接杆的两端可分别在中央外部扩张区141、中央内部扩张区143以及第一外部扩张区241、第一内部扩张区243中改变所需的角度,并以第一斜向定向槽24’与中央斜向沟槽14’供达到夹持角度共享的作用。
本发明的栈板具有以下优点:第一基座与第二基座以不同长度的连接杆固定而可调整第一基座与第二基座之间的间距,使组合式栈板在横向和纵向二个方向上都能调整尺寸,能根据实际需要自由组合和调整,非常灵活方便;并且,连接杆的两端分别抵持第一定向槽或第二定向槽的壁面而达到限位的效果,有效避免连接杆发生偏位位移或脱落的问题。
此外,当本发明的栈板因碰撞造成基座缺角时,即可用新的基座替换旧的部件,提高了栈板的二次或多次使用率,极大地降低了成本。另,基座的内部为梁柱状结构,如H形、I形或X形,在减轻基座重量的同时还能大大地提高其支撑强度。另外,连接好的基座和连接杆能形成一个平整的框架,该框架的结构牢固、稳定,各部分间不会产生位移或错位,在搬运和承载重物时非常安全。
在本发明中,弯头插接部能插入基座上不同的固定插孔来调整两基座的间距,或是不同长度的连接杆连接各基座,使组合式栈板在横向、纵向上都能调整尺寸。
以上所述的是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种栈板,其特征在于,包括:
    多个第一基座,所述第一基座包括第一基座本体和设于所述第一基座本体上的多个第一定向槽,所述多个第一定向槽的一端成直角相连;
    多个第二基座,分别位于所述多个第一基座之间,所述第二基座包括第二基座本体和设于所述第二基座本体上的一第二定向槽和一第二沟槽,所述第二定向槽的一端与所述第二沟槽成直角相连;
    一中央基座,位于所述多个第二基座之间,所述中央基座包括中央基座本体和设于所述中央基座本体上且通过同一交错点的多个中央沟槽;
    多个连接杆,嵌置于所述多个第一定向槽、多个第二定向槽、多个第二沟槽及多个中央沟槽内,而固定所述中央基座、多个第一基座和多个第二基座构成栈板框架,所述多个连接杆的两端分别抵持所述多个第一定向槽或多个第二定向槽的壁面,使所述多个第一定向槽、多个第二定向槽及所述中央沟槽限位所述多个连接杆;
    一面板,固定于所述栈板框架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述中央基座还包括设于所述中央基座本体上的多个中央斜向沟槽,所述多个中央沟槽与多个中央斜向沟槽均通过所述交错点而交错排列。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述第一基座还包括设于所述第一基座本体上的一第一斜向定向槽,所述第一斜向定向槽的一端与所述多个第一定向槽成直角相连的一端相连。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述中央基座还包括设于所述中央基座本体上的多个中央斜向沟槽,所述多个中央斜向沟槽各别包括依次向所述交错点方向形成的一中央外部扩张区、一中央抵持部及一中央内部扩张区。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述第一基座还包括设于所述第一基座本体上的一第一斜向定向槽,所述第一斜向定向槽包括向所述多个第一定向槽成直角相连处方向形成的一第一外部扩张区、一第一抵持部及一第一内部扩张区。
  6. 如权利要求3或5所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述栈板还包括:
    多个斜向连接杆,嵌置于所述多个第一斜向定向槽与多个中央斜向沟槽内而固定 所述中央基座与多个第一基座,并以所述多个第一斜向定向槽与多个中央斜向沟槽限位所述多个斜向连接杆。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述中央基座还包括多个中央定位插孔,所述多个第一基座还包括多个第一定位插孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述多个连接杆与多个斜向连接杆均包括一主杆部和多个弯头插接部,所述弯头插接部由所述主杆部的两端同向的弯折延伸,所述多个弯头插接部插置于所述多个中央定位插孔和多个第一定位插孔内而固定所述中央基座和多个第一基座。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述多个中央定位插孔位于所述多个中央沟槽和多个中央斜向沟槽内,所述多个中央定位插孔的深度大于所述多个中央沟槽和多个中央斜向沟槽的深度;所述多个第一定位插孔位于所述多个第一定向槽和多个第一斜向定向槽内,所述多个第一定位插孔的深度大于所述多个第一定向槽和多个第一斜向定向槽的深度。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述中央基座还包括多个中央定位插孔,所述多个第一基座还包括多个第一定位插孔,所述多个第二基座还包括多个第二定位插孔。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述多个连接杆均包括一主杆部和多个弯头插接部,所述弯头插接部由所述主杆部的两端同向的弯折延伸,所述多个弯头插接部插置于所述多个中央定位插孔、多个第一定位插孔和多个第二定位插孔内而固定所述中央基座、多个第一基座和多个第二基座。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述多个中央定位插孔位于所述多个中央沟槽内,所述多个中央定位插孔的深度大于所述多个中央沟槽的深度;所述多个第一定位插孔位于所述多个第一定向槽内,所述多个第一定位插孔的深度大于所述多个第一定向槽的深度;所述多个第二定位插孔位于所述多个第二定向槽内,所述多个第二定位插孔的深度大于所述多个第二定向槽的深度。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述面板以胶合、热封或锁固方式固定于所述栈板框架上。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述多个第一定向槽相连接处形成有一止挡面,用以限位所述多个连接杆。
  15. 如权利要求3所述的栈板,其特征在于,构成栈板框架后,所述中央斜向沟槽与所述第一斜向定向槽延伸在同一直线上。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述连接杆上设有一弯折部,用于两个所述连接杆交迭时相配合。
  17. 如权利要求6所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述连接杆上设有一弯折部,用于两个所述连接杆交迭或一所述连接杆与一所述斜向连接杆交迭时相配合,所述斜向连接杆上设有一斜向弯折部,用于两个所述斜向连接杆交迭或一所述连接杆与一所述斜向连接杆交迭时相配合。
