有鉴于前述已知卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降机构于实际使用上,仍有遮罩无法有效及稳定遮蔽车斗及导致升降卷收机构使用寿命不佳的问题,本实用新型 的目的,在于提供一种卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降的纵擒机构,其在较强风力下也能稳定而有效的使遮罩开启或遮蔽车斗,克服了遮罩发生扬帆状况,同时能减少卡车升降卷收机构的损耗。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其是应用于一卡车,且所述的卡车设有一车斗及一ㄇ字形的摆臂,所述的摆臂于两侧分别为至少一臂杆,并两所述的臂杆之间形成有一封闭端,且至少两所述的侧臂杆末端分别形成为一自由端,两所述的自由端于所述的车斗下方间固定设有一枢轴,所述车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构设于所述的车斗对称的两侧的底侧位置,各所述的升降纵擒机构它包括:
一遮网扬升装置,所述的遮网扬升装置配置于所述的枢轴远离所述的车头的一侧,它包含:一第一弹性组件,所述的第一弹性组件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧,另端结合于所述的臂杆,且所述的臂杆于连接所述的遮网扬升装置位置与所述的枢轴间形成有一第一距离;
一遮网下压盖合装置,所述的遮网下压盖合装置配置于所述的车斗,它包含:一第二弹性组件,所述的第二弹性组件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧;一摆动件,所述的摆动件与所述的第二弹性组件连结,所述的摆动件与所述的第二弹性组件连结位置相对于所述的枢轴中心形成有一第二距离。
在一较佳实施例中,其特征在于,所述的遮网扬升装置更包含有一第一固定座及一第一微调件,所述的第一固定座固设于所述的车斗且朝所述的枢轴远离所述的车头的一侧方向,而所述的第一微调件能伸缩调整于所述的第一固定座,并所述的第一微调件的一端与所述的第一弹性组件远离所述的枢轴的一端连结。
在一较佳实施例中,特征在于,所述的遮网下压盖合装置设于所述的枢轴远离所述的遮网扬升装置的一侧。
在一较佳实施例中,特征在于,所述的遮网下压盖合装置更包含一第二固定座及一第二微调件,且所述的第二固定座固设于所述的车斗底侧,所述的第二微调件能伸缩调整于所述的第二固定座,并所述的第二微调件的一端与所述的第二弹性组件结合。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的第二微调件为一第二螺杆,且所述的第二螺杆螺合于所述的第二固定座。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的遮网下压盖合装置更包含一第二挠性体连接物,所述的第二挠性体连接物的一端连结于所述的第二弹性组件且远离所述的第二微调件的一端,所述的第二挠性体连接物的另端连结于所述的摆动件。
在一较佳实施例中,特征在于,所述的摆动件为一卷动件,且所述的卷动件固设于所述的臂杆的自由端并相邻所述的枢轴,而所述的卷动件于周缘的一部分与所述的第二挠性体连接物固定。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的摆动件为一卷动件,且所述的卷动件固设于所述的臂杆的自由端并相邻所述的枢轴,而所述的卷动件于周缘的一部分与所述的第二弹性组件固定。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的卷动件为一半圆形齿盘、一圆形齿盘或其它几何形状齿盘。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的摆动件为一固定件,且所述的固定件与所述的臂杆间形成有一角度,而所述的固定件的一端固定于所述的枢轴或所述的臂杆的自由端,所述的固定件的另端与所述的第二挠性体连接物连结。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的摆动件为一固定件,且所述的固定件与所述的臂杆间形成有一角度,而所述的固定件的一端固定于所述的枢轴或所述的臂杆的自由端,所述的固定件的另端与所述的第二弹性组件连结。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的摆动件是为所述的臂杆的自由端延伸出的一延伸部,且所述的延伸部远离所述的枢轴的一端与所述的第二挠性体连接物连结。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的摆动件是为所述的臂杆的自由端延伸出的一延伸部,且所述的延伸部远离所述的枢轴的一端与所述的第二弹性组件连结。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的遮网下压盖合装置与所述的遮网扬升装置设于相对所述的枢轴的同一侧。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的遮网扬升装置位于所述的遮网下压盖装置的上方。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的摆动件为一卷动件。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的卷动件设为半圆形,且所述的卷动件的半圆形外部轮廓朝所述的第二弹性组件方向设置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型还采用以下技术方案:
一种卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其是应用于一卡车,且所述的卡车设有一车斗及一ㄇ字形的摆臂,所述的摆臂于两侧分别为至少一臂杆,并两所述的臂杆之间形成有一封闭端,且至少两所述的侧臂杆末端分别形成为一自由端,两所述的自由端于所述的车斗下方间固定设有一枢轴,所述卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构设于所述的车斗对称的两底侧位置,且各所述的升降纵擒机构它包括:
一遮网扬升装置,所述的遮网扬升装置配置于所述的枢轴远离所述的车头的一侧,且包含:一第一弹性组件,所述的第一弹性组件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧,另端结合于所述的臂杆,且所述的臂杆于连接所述的遮网扬升装置位置与所述的枢轴间形成有一第一距离;
一遮网下压盖合装置,所述的遮网下压盖合装置配置于所述的车斗,且包含:一第二弹性组件,所述的第二弹性组件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧,另一端连结于所述的枢轴或相对臂杆的自由端,且所述的第二弹性组件与所述的枢轴连结位置相对于所述的枢轴中心形成有一第二距离。
本实用新型有益效果是:本实用新型可达到稳定卷收或盖合遮罩的效果,在较强风力下也能稳定而有效的使遮罩开启或遮蔽车斗,克服了遮罩发生扬帆状况,同时能减少卡车升降卷收机构的损耗。以及具有定位遮罩的效果,以避免卡车于行进震动或侧风所引起的遮罩误弹起,造成车斗内部物品掉落等问题。

具体实施方式
以下仅以实施例说明本实用新型可能的实施态样,然而并非用以限制本实用新型所欲保护的范畴,先予叙明。
如图1所示,本实用新型卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构第一实施例,其是应用于一卡车10,且卡车10具有一车头11、一车斗12、一遮罩13及一摆臂14,车斗12于朝车头11的一侧设有一升降卷收机构20,升降卷收机构20包含一动力源21、一铰盘组22、复数条钢索23等,且摆臂14设呈两个长边相接一个短边而形似中文注音的ㄇ字形,摆臂14于两侧形成有一臂杆140,而两臂杆140的两端分别形成有一封闭端141及一自由端142,两封闭端141之间可固定复数钢索23及遮罩13,而两自由端142藉由一枢轴(图中未标号)以分别枢设于车斗12的两侧的底侧位置,其中动力源21连动铰盘组22的复数铰盘旋转,以卷收或放出钢索23,且上述的结构是与已知卡车设备雷同,故不再赘述。
另外,如图2所示,其是另外一种升降卷收机构的结构,其结构大致与图1的升降卷收机相同,差别在于一动力源210依序带动一铰盘组220及一卷轴24转动,且配合遮罩130的一端固定于卷轴24,而不需如图1需要设置钢索23,并经由动力源210的驱动卷轴24旋转,以卷收或放出遮罩130,同时此结构亦与已知卡车设备雷同,亦不再赘述。
请参阅图1及图3所示,其是本实用新型的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构的第一实施例,且升降纵擒机构分别设有两组,以分别设置在车斗12两侧,升降纵擒机构分别包含一遮网扬升装置30及一遮网下压盖合装置40。
遮网扬升装置30配置于枢轴15远离车头11的一侧,且包含一第一固定座31、一第一微调件32、一第一弹性元件33。
第一固定座31固设于车斗12且朝枢轴15远离车头11的一侧。
第一微调件32能伸缩调整于第一固定座31,且第一微调件32可为一第一螺杆,以供第一螺杆螺合于第一固定座31。
第一弹性元件33的一端结合于第一微调件32的一端,第一弹性元件33可为一弹簧或其他弹性体。
如图1至图6所示,臂杆140突出设有一连动件143,且连动件143为双连杆,连动件143一端固定于臂杆140,连动件143另端连结于第一弹性元件33,并臂杆140于连接连动件143位置与枢轴15间形成有一第一距离。其中,本实施例的第一固定座31、第一微调件32及连动件143均可省略,而直接将第一弹性元件33的一端结合于车斗12底侧,另端结合于臂杆140,此部份仅为本实施例遮网扬升装置30的变化,但不依此为限制。
遮网下压盖合装置40配置于枢轴15朝车头11的一侧,且包含一第二固定座41、一第二微调件42、一第二弹性元件43、一第二挠性体连接物44、一摆动件45。
第二固定座41固设于车斗12且朝车头11的一侧。
第二微调件42能伸缩调整于第二固定座41,且第二微调件42可为一第二螺杆,以供第二螺杆螺合于第二固定座41。
第二弹性元件43的一端结合于第二微调件42的一端,第二弹性元件43可为一弹簧或其他弹性体。
第二挠性体连接物44如本实施例可为一链条,第二挠性体连接物44的一端连结于第二弹性元件43且远离第二微调件42的一端。其中,本实施例亦可省略第二固定座41、第二微调件42及第二挠性体连接物44,而将第二弹性元件43的一端结合于车斗12底侧,而摆动件45与第二弹性元件43连结,且摆动件45与第二弹性元件43连结位置远离臂杆140方向,且相对于枢轴15中心形成有一第二距离,此部份仅为本实施例遮网下压盖合装置40的变化,但不依此为限制。
本实施例的摆动件45为一卷动件,且摆动件45固设于臂杆140的自由端且相邻枢轴15,摆动件45如图面所示为一半圆形齿盘,齿盘并无局限在于半圆形齿盘,于其他实施例可为圆形齿盘或其他几何形状齿盘,摆动件45于周缘的一部分与第二挠性体连接物44固定,且摆动件45可固设于枢轴15,亦可 固设于臂杆140的自由端,以供摆臂14的臂杆140旋转时,可同步带动摆动件45以枢轴15为中心旋转。另外,于其他实施例中,第二挠性体连接物44可以省略,以将摆动件45于周缘的一部分与第二弹性元件43固定。或者,第二挠性连接物44与摆动件45均可省略,以供第二弹性元件43远离车斗底侧的一端连结于枢轴15或相对臂杆14的自由端142,且第二弹性元件43与枢轴15连结位置相对于枢轴15中心形成有一第二距离。
当卷收遮罩13时使用时,如图1及图4所示,此时初始状态为遮罩13已完全遮罩住车斗12,且升降卷收机构20的动力源21启动铰盘组22作旋转,使复数钢索23同步卷收,而拉动摆臂14两封闭端141之间,连动臂杆140以枢轴15为中心朝铰盘组22方向旋转,且在摆臂14旋转的同时,会依序连动遮网扬升装置30,即经由连动件143拉伸第一弹性元件33,且当臂杆140持续旋转的同时,亦会连动遮网下压盖合装置40,带动摆动件45旋转,以拉动第二挠性体连接物44朝异于第二弹性元件43方向卷收,而使第二弹性元件43被弹性拉伸,以缩短第二弹性元件43与枢轴15间的距离,以至遮罩13完全卷收完成,此时,第一弹性元件33及第二弹性元件43均呈拉伸状态,另外,本实施例的第一弹性元件33及第二弹性元件43能依所需要的弹力,分别旋转第一微调件32及第二微调件42,以使第一微调件32及第二微调件42能分别呈水平方向移动,藉以调整第一弹性元件33及第二弹性元件43的弹力。
当需将遮罩13遮蔽于车斗12时,请参阅图1及图5所示,此时,铰盘组22会将复数钢索23逐渐旋转拉出,而受到遮网扬升装置30的第一弹性元件33的拉伸弹力影响,摆臂14一方面受到复数钢索23拉力影响,另一方面受到第一弹性元件33的拉伸弹力作用,会使摆臂14朝卡车10后方旋转,再请参阅图6所示,当第一弹性元件33回复至原未拉伸状态时,此时遮网扬升装置30则无使摆臂14下压的力量,而此时第二弹性元件43即能经由经由拉伸的回复弹力,以拉动摆动件45旋转,而使第二挠性体连接物44朝第二弹性元件43方向移动,以供第二弹性元件43受到复数钢索23的拉力,以及配合摆臂14的重力,缓慢回复至未拉伸状态,而将摆臂14稳定的旋转,同时提供遮罩13遮蔽车斗12的定位效果。
此时,若遮罩13于遮蔽车斗12的过程中,遇到有强风由车斗12后方吹 来时,本实施例不仅能靠摆臂14本身的重力,更包含有第二弹性元件43的弹性拉力,能稳定及安全的将遮罩13遮蔽于车斗12。
如图7所示,其是本实用新型升降纵擒机构的第二实施例,其中与第一实施例的差别在于第一实施例的连动件143改变为一连动组144,连动组144包含一固定件145及一第一卷动件146,固定件145固定于臂杆140,且第一卷动件146固设于固定件145,第一卷动件146如图面所示为一半圆形齿盘,齿盘并无局限在于半圆形齿盘,于其他实施例可为圆形齿盘或其他几何形状齿盘,且第一卷动件146于周缘的一部分与第一挠性体连接物340固定,以供第一挠性体连接物340可卷收或展开于第一卷动件146,而亦能具有如本实用新型第一实施例的效果,以上实施例的第一挠性体连接物340及第一卷动件146仅为举例说明,本实用新型并不以此为限制,只能产生与本实施例相同的连动效果者,均为本实用新型的保护范围内。
请参阅图8所示,其是本实用新型升降纵擒机构的第三实施例图,其中大部份与第二实施例雷同,差别在于遮网下压盖合装置400的摆动件为一固定件450,且固定件450与臂杆147间形成有一角度,而固定件450的一端固定于枢轴150或臂杆147的自由端,固定件450的另端与第二挠性体连接物440连结。另外,于其他实施例中,第二挠性体连接物可以省略,以将固定件的另端与第二弹性元件固定。
请参阅图9所示,其是本实用新型升降纵擒机构的第四实施例图,其中大部份与第三实施例雷同,差别在于遮网下压盖合装置401的摆动件更为臂杆148的自由端延伸出一延伸部451,且延伸部451远离枢轴151的一端与第二挠性体连接物441连结。另外,于其他实施例中,第二挠性体连接物可以省略,以将延伸部远离枢轴的一端与第二弹性元件连结。
请参阅图10所示,其是本实用新型遮网扬升装置的第五实施例图,其中大部份与第一实施例雷同,差别在于第一实施例遮网扬升装置300的连动件143改变为第五实施例的一结合座341,结合座341是固定于臂杆149,而与第一弹性元件330的一端结合,且第一弹性元件330的另端连结设有一第三挠性体连接物342,第三挠性体连接物342远离第一弹性元件330的一端连结于车斗12。
如图11所示,其是本实用新型升降纵擒机构的第六实施例,其中与第一实施例的差别在于遮网扬升装置301及遮网下压盖合装置402均设相对枢轴152朝远离11车头方向的一侧,且遮网扬升装置301位于遮网下压盖装置402的上方,而摆动件452为一卷动件,并依遮网下压盖装置402设置的方向设置相反于第一实施例的方向,即摆动件452的半圆形外部轮廓朝第二弹性元件430方向设置,依此上述的结构亦能产生如本实用新型第一实施例稳定卷收或盖合遮罩的效果,同时兼具有定位遮罩的效果,以避免卡车于行进震动或侧风所引起的遮罩13(如图1所示)误弹起,造成车斗12内部物品掉落等问题。
本实用新型上述的升降纵擒机构各实施例不仅限制应用于单杆式的摆臂,而可依不同卡车的摆臂设计,均能应用本实用新型,且本实用新型的遮网扬升装置及遮网下压盖合装置的弹性拉伸设计,亦可应用扭力弹簧,做为弹力的来源,此部份不加以限制。
本实用新型已藉由上述的实施例及变化例而描述,本实用新型的所有实施例及变化例仅为例示性而限制性,基于本实用新型实质精神及范围,而包含上述特征的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构的各种变化均为本实用新型所涵盖。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其是应用于一卡车,且所述的卡车设有一车斗及一ㄇ字形的摆臂,所述的摆臂于两侧分别为至少一臂杆,并两所述的臂杆之间形成有一封闭端,且至少两所述的侧臂杆末端分别形成为一自由端,两所述的自由端于所述的车斗下方间固定设有一枢轴,所述的升降纵擒机构设于所述的车斗对称的两侧的底侧位置,且各所述的升降纵擒机构包括:
    一遮网扬升装置,所述的遮网扬升装置配置于所述的枢轴远离所述的车头的一侧,它包含:一第一弹性元件,所述的第一弹性元件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧,另端结合于所述的臂杆,且所述的臂杆于连接所述的遮网扬升装置位置与所述的枢轴间形成有一第一距离;
    一遮网下压盖合装置,所述的遮网下压盖合装置配置于所述的车斗,它包含:一第二弹性元件,所述的第二弹性元件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧;一摆动件,所述的摆动件与所述的第二弹性元件连结,所述的摆动件与所述的第二弹性元件连结位置相对于所述的枢轴中心形成有一第二距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的遮网扬升装置更包含有一第一固定座及一第一微调件,所述的第一固定座固设于所述的车斗且朝所述的枢轴远离所述的车头的一侧方向,而所述的第一微调件能伸缩调整于所述的第一固定座,并所述的第一微调件的一端与所述的第一弹性元件远离所述的枢轴的一端连结。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的遮网下压盖合装置设于所述的枢轴远离所述的遮网扬升装置的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的遮网下压盖合装置更包含一第二固定座及一第二微调件,且所述的第二固定座固设于所述的车斗底侧,所述的第二微调件能伸缩调整于所述的第二固定座,并所述的第二微调件的一端与所述的第二弹性元件结合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的第二微调件为一第二螺杆,且所述的第二螺杆螺合于所述的第二固 定座。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的遮网下压盖合装置更包含一第二挠性体连接物,所述的第二挠性体连接物的一端连结于所述的第二弹性元件且远离所述的第二微调件的一端,所述的第二挠性体连接物的另端连结于所述的摆动件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的摆动件为一卷动件,且所述的卷动件固设于所述的臂杆的自由端并相邻所述的枢轴,而所述的卷动件于周缘的一部分与所述的第二挠性体连接物固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的摆动件为一卷动件,且所述的卷动件固设于所述的臂杆的自由端并相邻所述的枢轴,而所述的卷动件于周缘的一部分与所述的第二弹性元件固定。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的卷动件为一半圆形齿盘、一圆形齿盘或其他几何形状齿盘。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的摆动件为一固定件,且所述的固定件与所述的臂杆间形成有一角度,而所述的固定件的一端固定于所述的枢轴或所述的臂杆的自由端,所述的固定件的另端与所述的第二挠性体连接物连结。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的摆动件为一固定件,且所述的固定件与所述的臂杆间形成有一角度,而所述的固定件的一端固定于所述的枢轴或所述的臂杆的自由端,所述的固定件的另端与所述的第二弹性元件连结。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的摆动件是为所述的臂杆的自由端延伸出的一延伸部,且所述的延伸部远离所述的枢轴的一端与所述的第二挠性体连接物连结。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的摆动件是为所述的臂杆的自由端延伸出的一延伸部,且所述的延伸部远离所述的枢轴的一端与所述的第二弹性元件连结。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的遮网下压盖合装置与所述的遮网扬升装置设于相对所述的枢轴的同一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的遮网扬升装置位于所述的遮网下压盖装置的上方。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的摆动件为一卷动件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其特征在于,所述的卷动件设为半圆形,且所述的卷动件的半圆形外部轮廓朝所述的第二弹性元件方向设置。
  18. 一种卡车车斗遮罩启闭的升降纵擒机构,其是应用于一卡车,且所述的卡车设有一车斗及一ㄇ字形的摆臂,所述的摆臂于两侧分别为至少一臂杆,并两所述的臂杆之间形成有一封闭端,且至少两所述的侧臂杆末端分别形成为一自由端,两所述的自由端于所述的车斗下方间固定设有一枢轴,所述的升降纵擒机构设于所述的车斗对称的两底侧位置,其特征在于,各所述的升降纵擒机构包括:
    一遮网扬升装置,所述的遮网扬升装置配置于所述的枢轴远离所述的车头的一侧,它包含:一第一弹性元件,所述的第一弹性元件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧,另端结合于所述的臂杆,且所述的臂杆于连接所述的遮网扬升装置位置与所述的枢轴间形成有一第一距离;
    一遮网下压盖合装置,所述的遮网下压盖合装置配置于所述的车斗,它包含:一第二弹性元件,所述的第二弹性元件的一端结合于所述的车斗底侧,另一端连结于所述的枢轴或相对臂杆的自由端,且所述的第二弹性元件与所述的枢轴连结位置相对于所述的枢轴中心形成有一第二距离。
