Definitions

  • the invention is related to motor land vehicles heating and cooling system developed for motor land vehicles, that transfers the air coming from current air-conditioning system of motor land vehicles into the motor land vehicle, that comprises air transmission channels placed on vehicle glasses, vehicle floor, vehicle top ad vehicle doors. Furthermore, these channels are heated by electric energy, thus, provides heating without use of airflow.
  • Motor land vehicles heating and cooling system ensures faster cooling, heating inside of the vehicle, prevents condensation on vehicle windows, enables healthier cooling or heating in terms of human health and less fuel consumption and environmental pollution.
  • Glasses not fragmented in case of break are used to ensure security of life in the scope of manufacturing of windscreens and door windows of automobiles.
  • two glass types are improved named safety glass.
  • Automobile glasses consist of double glass tempered by high temperature heating and then, sudden cooling. When tempered glasses are broken, they may be fragmented into small parts that are not sharp.
  • transparent membrane is added between double glasses to keep broken glass parts together.
  • Air-conditioner is the system or mechanism designed to draw heat from any environment by using cooling cycle (in other words, decreasing ambient temperature), to provide fresh air to the environment after eliminating excessive moisture. Air-conditioners ensures cooling and heating inside of overall building structures or automobiles. Air-conditioners of motor land vehicles are generally placed on the area under the hood on front side of automobiles.
  • In-vehicle air-conditioning systems are the valves and wings enabling discharge of stale air from the vehicle. It is placed on various points in the vehicle, including dashboard on front side of vehicles.
  • Windscreen is heated and cooled by directing cold or hot air towards the windscreen of the automobile, but at the same time, this air is reflected through the glass and can contact with body of the driver and front passenger. Condensation may occur on all windows of the automobiles during cold and rainy weathers. Condensation is prevented by directing the hot air from air-conditioning channels towards the windscreen and side screens. Cooling or heating of the automobile by means of air-conditioner is necessary for comfortable travel, but some implementation methods should be paid attention to prevent specific drawbacks of this system. These are as follows; ⁇ To prevent direct contact of air-conditioner air with the driver and passengers, directing the blowers towards the glasses and the top,
  • Air-conditioner should not be turned on before engine is run and heated
  • air-conditioner should, first, operate at low speed, then, if necessary, at higher speeds.
  • Prior art discloses methods that cause several lung and respiratory tract diseases and air-conditioner based pneumonitis due to release of cold air flowing from the air- conditioner during cooling process towards the driver and passenger body.
  • Present invention is related to motor land vehicles heating and cooling system that fulfills the aforementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings certain additional advantages.
  • Main purpose of the invention is to achieve economic, environment-friendly and healthy cooling and heating requirement by way of circulating the cold and hot air released by climate and air-conditioning systems through automobile windows and automobile body (floor, top and doors) instead of its direct transition into the vehicle by air channels.
  • This invention comprises air transition channels placed inside the automobile windows, top, floor and side doors. Air to be circulated in this system will be released from current air-conditioning systems of automobiles and transferred to the inside of the vehicle by means of new air channels. In other words, air generated by air- conditioning system of the automobile is transmitted to the new system by way of additional air channel outlet and circulated through all body of the automobile. In this way, all body of the automobile is heated and cooled. This method eliminates any health problem that is experienced in prior technique due to contact of climate air with human body.
  • Another purpose of the invention in particular, windscreen of the automobiles mist up during winters.
  • the air coming from air-conditioning channel is directed towards the glass and the automobile glass is heated; however, elimination of condensation through this method is time-consuming and condensation on all glasses cannot be removed.
  • mist on glass is eliminated quickly and demisting is realized on a wider surface.
  • the air entering into the glass circulates first through the windscreen by means of the channels within the glass and then, through the automobile top, floor and doors by means of other channel systems.
  • the air recirculating overall system is transferred to inside or outside of the automobile by means of the last channel on glasses.
  • Another purpose of the invention is to prevent heat entry from windscreen (35%), rear window (23%), side screens (16%), floors (19%), top (5%), doors (2%) or in other words, from overall glasses (74%), top (5%) and the floors (19%) before its transfer inside of the vehicle and to release desired temperature without air injection.
  • Another purpose of the invention is to have automobiles consume less fuel and less emission rate.
  • Another purpose of the invention is to decrease diseases arisen due to vehicle air- conditioners.
