Abstract
La présente invention concerne un revêtement d'asphalte modifié par de la résine époxyde et du caoutchouc et un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant. Le revêtement d'asphalte modifié par de la résine époxyde et du caoutchouc est constitué des constituants suivants en parties en poids : 22 % d'asphalte de pétrole, 8 % de goudron de houille, 8 % d'une résine époxyde, 2 % d'une solution de caoutchouc naturel, 10 % de poudre de talc, 10 % de poudre de mica, 5 % de pâte d'aluminium et 35 % de xylène. Le revêtement d'asphalte modifié par de la résine époxyde et du caoutchouc est pourvu de propriétés d'imperméabilité à l'eau, antifongiques et anticorrosion, améliore la fragilité provoquée par une basse température, le craquelage et la fluidité provoquée par la chaleur d'un asphalte, augmente la ductilité de l'asphalte, conserve la résistance à l'eau et l'imperméabilité de l'asphalte et, en même temps, utilise la résine époxyde et le caoutchouc naturel pour augmenter la force d'adhérence, la performance mécanique et la résistance à la corrosion du revêtement.
