Description

本发明涉及隔断式淋浴室组件中轨道转角结点处专用的快速连接装置及采用该装置构建的淋浴室组件。本发明基于申请日为2014年11月21日、申请号为201420708089.2的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
淋浴室从结构形态上来分有整体式和隔断式,隔断式淋浴室是用由玻璃构成具有壁和/或门的框架,将卫生间或其他建筑物内的部分区域分隔出的一个淋浴空间,该带玻璃的框架在本发明中称为淋浴室组件。
参见图1,在包括相互垂直的墙壁1、2和地面3的建筑物空间内由淋浴室组件4分隔出了一个淋浴室,淋浴室组件4由框架及固定在框架内的玻璃壁和门构成,框架由垂向布置的一些竖框41与水平布置的轨道50、60等连接而成,图1中的玻璃门可以是一般的门,也可以是轨道式推拉门。还应该指出的是,图1中的轨道50、60在水平面的交角是90度,即在转角结点形成的转角是90度,现有技术中也不乏该转角是其他可选的角度,例如是135度。

为实现上述另一目的,本发明提供的淋浴室组件包括框架及固定在框架内的门,框架由垂向布置的竖框与水平布置的轨道连接而成。轨道至少包括第一轨道和第二轨道,第一轨道与所述第二轨道通过快速连接装置在转角处进行连接。快速连接装置包括插入元件,包容元件和锁紧键。其中,插入元件具有片状的第一本体,第一本体有一个用于与第一轨道的转角端的端面固定连接的第一连接面,与第一连接面相背的第一主面,自第一主面向外延伸出的柱状插入体,柱状插入体的表面上形成有第一键槽;包容元件具有片状的第二本体,第二本体有一个用于与第二轨道的转角端的端面固定连接的第二连接面,与第二连接面相背的第二主面,自第二主面向外延伸出的包容体,包容体形成有一个与柱状插入体间隙配合的包容腔,包容体内形成有第二键槽;柱状插入体插入包容腔就位时,第一键槽与第二键槽处于吻合状态,锁紧键对柱状插入体自包容腔的退出进行约束。
进一步的方案是第一键槽具有圆缺形的横断面形状,第二键槽具有圆缺形的横断面形状。第一键槽与第二键槽吻合时的横断面形成一个完整的圆形。锁紧键为一圆柱键,具有一个位于锁紧孔外部的手持部,一个位于中段的主键体,主键体的横断面形状与第二键槽的横断面形状相同。
更进一步的方案是主键体远离手持部的一端为弹性止退部。
再进一步的方案是柱状插入体具有矩形的断面形状,包容腔具有矩形的断面形状。
更进一步的方案是还包括护盖,用于覆盖组合后的插入元件,包容元件和锁紧键。护盖的内部自顶壁向下延伸有一销,销与内壁之间形成有连接筋。第一主面和第二主面中的至少一个向外延伸有凸出体,凸出体上设有与销配合的开口销孔。
本发明的快速连接装置具有插入元件与包容元件之间装配速度极快的优点。
本发明的淋浴室组件具有在施工现场作业的操作简捷、快速的优点。

以下结合附图及各实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
由于实施本发明的淋浴室组件与现有技术的主要不同之处在于使用了快速连接装置作为联接件,以下仅以快速连接装置的各实施例进行详细说明,对于淋浴室组件的其他部分的实施,本领域技术人员可以通过现有技术进行了解。
快速连接装置第一实施例
参见图2,第一轨道50和第二轨道60都是型材,两者在连接结点处形成的转角是90度,通过快速连接装置连接后,采用护盖40对快速连接装置加以覆盖。
参见图3,第一轨道50的转角端有一个垂直其长度方向的连接面51,连接面51上形成有封闭腔52、53,还形成有螺钉孔54。第二轨道60的转角端有一个垂直其长度方向的连接面61,连接面61上形成有封闭腔62、63,还形成有螺钉孔64。插入元件10片状的第一本体有一个用于与第一轨道50的连接面51固定连接的第一连接面11,及与之相背的第一主面12,柱状插入体13自第一主面12向外延伸。包容元件20片状的第二本体有一个用于与第二轨道60的连接面61固定连接的第二连接面21,及与之相背的第二主面22,包容体23自第二主面22向外延伸,锁紧键30的结构及作用在后说明。
参见图4和图5,包容元件20自其第二主面22向外延伸出形成有长方体空间状的包容腔24的包容体23,包容体23内形成有圆缺状的第二键槽,第二键槽与位于包容体23壁上的锁紧孔25对直连通,同时也与第二本体上的止退轴孔261共轴线,第二本体与螺钉孔64对应处设有贯穿第二连接面21和第二主面22的光孔26。自第二主面22向外还延伸出凸出体27,在凸出体27上形成有一个开口销孔28。为便于锁紧键的操作,锁紧孔25旁还设置有转动限位凸条251。
参见图6和图7,插入元件10自其第一主面12向外延伸出柱状插入体13,柱状插入体13的上表面形成有圆缺状的第一键槽14,第一本体与螺钉孔54对应处设有贯穿第一连接面11和第一主面12的光孔15。自第一主面12向外还延伸出凸出体16,在凸出体16上形成有一个开口销孔17。
参见图8,锁紧键30为一圆柱键,一端为手持部31,中段为主键体32,主键体32是在圆柱体被切去一块,形成一个平面321,从而使主键体32横断面的形状与第二键槽横断面的形状相同,另一端为开口弹性销头33。
参见图9,为说明问题清楚起见,图9对包容体23和柱状插入体13进行了局部剖。用螺钉18穿过光孔15并紧定在螺孔54上时,也就将插入元件10固定在了第一轨道50的连接面51上了。同样地,用螺钉29穿过光孔26并紧定在螺孔64上时,就将包容元件20固定在了第二轨道60的连接面61上。将锁紧键30自锁紧孔25强力推入,直至开口弹性销头33穿出止退轴孔261,这时,锁紧键30可旋转地支撑在锁紧孔25和止退轴孔261上,操作手持部31转动锁紧键30至平面321与包容腔24的内表面241平齐,如图9中被转动限位凸条251止档,即可将柱状插入体13插入包容腔24,就位后的状态如图9,操作手持部31转动锁紧键30至主键体32的圆弧部分进入第一键槽14,即转至被转动限位凸条251另一端止档,就完成了快速连接装置的主要连接工作,还要说明的是,当插入体13进入包容腔24如果还有3mm以内没到达终止位置时,锁紧键32的转动可以起一个拉动作用迫使插入体13到达终止位置。
参见图10、图11,护盖40主要的作用是对转角结点进行防尘,同时也起到美观作用,其内部设有自顶壁41向下延伸的销42,销42与内壁之间形成有连接筋43,以防止销42悬壁过长在受力时折断。
图9状态下的开口销孔28和开口销孔17是处于共轴线状态的,盖上护盖时,销42穿在开口销孔28、17之内。
快速连接装置第二实施例
第二实施例与第一实施例的结构基本相同,以下仅对不同之处进行说明。
参见图12,本例中包容元件20上的第二键槽设置在了包容体23的垂向壁内侧,因此锁紧孔25位于包容体23的上表面,而止退轴孔261则位于包容体23的下表面。
参见图13,插入元件10上的第一键槽14则设置在柱状插入体13对应的垂向壁上,考虑到插入元件10相对本例和上例的通用性,第一键槽14也可以设置成如图13示环绕柱状插入体13一周或半周的形式。
快速连接装置第三实施例
对于转角的角度较大时,如达到135度时,则可对柱状插入体和包容体的形状略加改动。
参见图14、图15,在这两图中,组装后的结点转角为135度,与前例相同的标号指示相同的名称。第一轨道50、第二轨道60的结构与前例中相同,护盖40仅尺寸略有变化,锁紧键30的结构也与前例相同。插入元件10的柱状插入体13自第一主面12向外延伸,并在其外表面上形成有相对倾斜设置圆缺状的第一键槽14。包容元件20的包容体23自第二主面22向外延伸,其内形成有包容腔24,包容腔24的内壁上形成有圆缺状的第二键槽,第二键槽与位于包容体23壁上的锁紧孔25及第二连接面21上的止退轴孔261共轴线。第一连接面11与第一轨道50的固定连接方式与前例相同,第二连接面21与第二轨道60的固定连接方式也与前例相同。插入元件10与包容元件20的组装方式及过程,锁紧键30、与护盖40的安装顺序也与前例相同。
其他的实施方式
本发明并不仅限于上述具体实施例,以下的一些改变同样能够实现本发明的目的。
参见图3,第一连接面11向外延伸出连接体,该连接体的截面形状与封闭腔52和/或封闭腔53的断面形状相同,两者之间过盈配合,或者间隙配合加胶,如此实现插入元件10与第一轨道50的固定连接。同理,也可实现包容元件20与第二轨道60的固定连接。
对于锁紧键30,也可以设计为平键的结构形式,对应地,第一键槽和第二键槽依平键的断面尺寸进行设计。
对于插入体13和包容腔24,也可以设计成横断面是圆形或圆缺形的。
对于第一实施例,当第一轨道50与第二轨道60转角为120度的情形,还可以通过对第一本体的结构进行简单的改进设计实现,将第一连接面11与第一主面12设计为一定的夹角,使第一本体的外廓成为楔状体,对第二本体的结构进行类似的改进,使两个楔状体的夹角之和为30度。也可以将轨道的转角端斜切,使连接面51与第一轨道50的轴线交角15度,连接面61与第二轨道60的轴线交角15度。
本发明的快速连接装置,只需插入元件和包容元件靠拢,使柱状插入体插入包容腔,操作锁紧键使柱状插入体与包容体实现键连接即可,装配速度极快。
本发明的淋浴室组件,可以先将锁紧键装配到包容元件上,转动锁紧键使柱状插入体可以顺利进入包容腔,再转动锁紧键,即可使插入元件与包容元件牢固连接,整个操作简捷快速。

Claims (10)

  1. 快速连接装置,专用于淋浴室组件中轨道在转角处的连接,其特征在于:
    插入元件,具有片状的第一本体,所述第一本体有一个用于与第一轨道的转角端的端面固定连接的第一连接面,与所述第一连接面相背的第一主面,自所述第一主面向外延伸出的柱状插入体,所述柱状插入体的表面上形成有第一键槽;
    包容元件,具有片状的第二本体,所述第二本体有一个用于与第二轨道的转角端的端面固定连接的第二连接面,与所述第二连接面相背的第二主面,自所述第二主面向外延伸出的包容体,所述包容体形成有一个与所述柱状插入体间隙配合的包容腔,所述包容体内形成有第二键槽;
    锁紧键,所述柱状插入体插入所述包容腔就位时,所述第一键槽与所述第二键槽处于吻合状态,所述锁紧键对所述柱状插入体自所述包容腔的退出进行约束。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述快速连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一键槽具有圆缺形的横断面形状;
    所述第二键槽具有圆缺形的横断面形状;
    所述第一键槽与所述第二键槽吻合时的横断面形成一个完整的圆形;
    所述锁紧键为一圆柱键,具有一个位于所述锁紧孔外部的手持部,一个位于中段的主键体,所述主键体的横断面形状与所述第二键槽的横断面形状相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述快速连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述主键体远离所述手持部的一端为弹性止退部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述快速连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述柱状插入体具有矩形的断面形状;
    所述包容腔具有矩形的断面形状。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述快速连接装置,其特征在于:
    还包括护盖,用于覆盖组合后的所述插入元件,所述包容元件和所述锁紧键,所述护盖的内部自顶壁向下延伸有一销,所述销与内壁之间形成有连接筋;
    所述第一主面和所述第二主面中的至少一个向外延伸有凸出体,所述凸出体上设有与所述销配合的开口销孔。
  6. 淋浴室组件,包括
    框架及固定在所述框架内的门,所述框架由垂向布置的竖框与水平布置的轨道连接而成;
    所述轨道至少包括第一轨道和第二轨道,所述第一轨道与所述第二轨道通过快速连接装置在转角处进行连接;
    其特征在于所述快速连接装置包括:
    插入元件,具有片状的第一本体,所述第一本体有一个用于与第一轨道的转角端的端面固定连接的第一连接面,与所述第一连接面相背的第一主面,自所述第一主面向外延伸出的柱状插入体,所述柱状插入体的表面上形成有第一键槽;
    包容元件,具有片状的第二本体,所述第二本体有一个用于与第二轨道的转角端的端面固定连接的第二连接面,与所述第二连接面相背的第二主面,自所述第二主面向外延伸出的包容体,所述包容体形成有一个与所述柱状插入体间隙配合的包容腔,所述包容体内形成有第二键槽;
    锁紧键,所述柱状插入体插入所述包容腔就位时,所述第一键槽与所述第二键槽处于吻合状态,所述锁紧键对所述柱状插入体自所述包容腔的退出进行约束。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述第一键槽具有圆缺形的横断面形状;
    所述第二键槽具有圆缺形的横断面形状;
    所述第一键槽与所述第二键槽吻合时的横断面形成一个完整的圆形;
    所述锁紧键为一圆柱键,具有一个位于所述锁紧孔外部的手持部,一个位于中段的主键体,所述主键体的横断面形状与所述第二键槽的横断面形状相同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述主键体远离所述手持部的一端为弹性止退部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述淋浴组件,其特征在于:
    所述柱状插入体具有矩形的断面形状;
    所述包容腔具有矩形的断面形状。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一项所述淋浴组件,其特征在于:
    还包括护盖,用于覆盖组合后的所述插入元件,所述包容元件和所述锁紧键,所述护盖的内部自顶壁向下延伸有一销,所述销与内壁之间形成有连接筋;
    所述第一主面和所述第二主面中的至少一个向外延伸有凸出体,所述凸出体上设有与所述销配合的开口销孔。
