2.本发明提供的一种可以快速安装盒拆解的锁固装置，锁固机构本体的截面为菱形，活动连接件的截面为矩形。在卡锁动作完成后，所述菱形的四个顶点与所述矩形的四条边相抵，十分稳固可靠。
3.本发明提供的一种可以快速安装盒拆解的锁固装置，在定位卡条上设置凹槽，使卡锁动作完成时，定位卡条上的凹槽与第二凸台完成机械卡锁，进一步增强了整个装置的稳定性。
4.本发明本发明提供的一种可以快速安装盒拆解的锁固装置，通过设置导向装置和导向块，使所述活动链接件套设于所述锁固机构本体时，动作更加顺畅，不卡顿。

具体实施方式
下文结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一：
参考图1，一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，包括：
锁固机构本体1，所述锁固机构本体1具有前端部和和第一凸台12，所述前端部11和第一凸台12的侧面中部连接；所述第一凸台12与所述前端部11之间形成一空腔14；本实施例中，所述前端部11，第一凸台12在垂直安装方向上的截面优选为大小相等的菱形。
定位卡块2，所述定位卡块2设于所述空腔14内；所述定位卡块2沿所述前端部11和第一凸台12分布方向的厚度小于所述空腔14沿所述前端部11和第一凸台12分布方向的深度；
进一步参考图2，所述定位卡块2靠近所述第一凸台12的一面设置有第一凹槽21和第二凹槽22，所述第一凹槽21与所述第二凹槽22呈中心对称分布；本实施例中所述第一凹槽21、第二凹槽22为大小形状相同，且具有高度差的斜凹槽条。
弹性装置3，优选为弹簧。所述弹性装置3设置于所述定位卡块2靠近于所述前端部11的一侧，并具有一定形变；
锁固连接件5，所述锁固连接件5的内部固设有第一定位卡条51和第二定位卡条52，本实施例中，所述锁固连接件5的内部设为矩形，所述矩形的长边与所述菱形的长边对应设置，所述矩形的短边与所述菱形的短轴对应设置。所述第一定位卡条51和第二定位卡条52处于同一平面并且成中心对称分布；所述第一定位卡条51沿着安装方向远离所述前端部11的一侧为第一锁固部件511；所述第二定位卡条52沿着安装方向远离所述前端部11的一侧为第二锁固部件521；
所述第一锁固部件511、第二锁固部件521沿所述前端部11和第一凸台12分布方向的长度大于所述定位卡块2与所述第一凸台12之间的距离；所述第一锁固部件511、第二锁固部件521沿所述前端部11和第一凸台12分布方向的长度小于所述弹性装置3被压缩至最短状态时，所述定位卡块2与所示第一凸台12之间的距离。
参考图3-4，所述锁固连接件5可以套设于所述锁固机构本体1外，此时所述第一锁固部件511、第二锁固部件521贴设于所述定位卡块2的外侧；将所述锁固连接件5转动时，所述第一锁固部件511、第二锁固部件521挤压所述定位卡条2，所述弹性装置3受到压力而压缩，所述定位卡条2向所述弹性装置3发生形变的方向移动；当所述第一锁固部件511、第二锁固部件521与所述第一凹槽21、第二凹槽22位置重合时，所述定位卡条2被所述弹性装置3弹回，使所述第一锁固部件511、第二锁固部件521与所所述第一凹槽21、第二凹槽22完成锁固。同时，所述第一卡槽512和第二卡槽522分别与所述第一凸台12的上半部和下半部卡锁，整个装置锁固完成。锁固完成后，所述前端部11、第一凸台12的四个顶点分别抵住所述锁固链接件5的内壁，整个装置十分牢固，承重效果好。拆解时，只需将所述锁固连接件反向旋转，所述第一锁固部件511、第二锁固部件521即可从所述第一凹槽21、第二凹槽22中弹出，即可拆开。
本实施例中，所述锁固机构本体1固定于底座15上，更加方便将所述锁固机构本体1焊接在需要使用的地方。
实施例二：
进一步参考图1，本实施例与实施例一的区别在于，所述定位卡块2、弹性装置3通过一螺丝4装设于所述前端部11、第一导向装置13之间。使得所述定位卡块2和弹性装置3不会在竖直方向上发生位移。
本实施例的其余部分与实施例一相同，不再赘述。
实施例三：
进一步参考图1，本实施例与实施例二的区别在于，所述第一卡槽512在远离所述第一锁固部件511的一端还具有第一导向块513。所述第二卡槽522在远离所述第二锁固部件521的一端还具有第二导向块523。同时，所述锁固机构本体1还具有第一导向装置13和第三凸台14。所述第一导向装置13设置于所述活动卡块2与所述第一凸台12之间，并与所述第一凸台12保持固定。所述第三凸台14与所述第一凸台12侧面中部连接；所述第三凸台14与第一凸台12之间设有第二导向装置15。
通过设置第一导向块513、第二导向块523和第一导向装置13、第二导向装置15，使得所述活动连接件5套设于所述锁固机构本体1上时，更加轻松容易，不会卡顿。
本实施例的其它部分与实施例二相同，故不再赘述。
实施例四
进一步参考图2，本实施例与实施例一1区别在于，所述定位卡块2靠近所述第一凸台12的一面还设置有第三凹槽23和第四凹槽24，所述第三凹槽23与所述第一凹槽21沿着竖直方向轴对称分布；所述第四凹槽24与所述第二凹槽22沿着竖直方向轴对称分布。
通过设置第三凹槽23与第四凹槽24，使所述活动链接件5可以根据实际需要设计为顺时针转动卡锁或逆时针转动卡锁，使得本发明的易用性得到进一步增强。
实施例五
参考图5，一种使用上述快速安装和拆解的锁固机构制作的展台，包括锁固连接件5、连接框架6和玻璃板。所述连接框架6为两个，相向放置，所述两个连接框架6在对应的位置焊接有所述锁固机构本体1；所述锁固连接件5的两端分别都固定有所述第一定位卡条51和第二定位卡条52。
组装时将所述锁固连接件5的一端套设于其中一个连接框架6上的锁固机构本体1上。将另一个连接框架6上的所述锁固机构本体1插入所述锁固连接件5的另一端内。然后依次将所述锁固连接件旋转完成锁固。将所述玻璃板放置于所述展台内，安装即可完成。
以上所述，仅是本发明较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制，故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实例所作的任何细微修改，等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明提供的一种可以快速安装盒拆解的锁固装置，在使用时只需将活动链接件套设于锁固机构本体并旋转，即可实现横管与纵管的连接固定。拆解时只需反向旋转就可拆开。无需专业人员操作，也无需使用任何附加工具，非常方便，即可快速安装展台、货架等。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，包括：
    锁固机构本体，所述锁固机构本体具有前端部和第一凸台，；所述前端部和第一凸台之间形成一个空腔；
    定位卡块，所述定位卡块设于所述空腔内；所述定位卡块沿所述前端部和第一凸台分布方向的厚度小于所述空腔沿所述前端和第一凸台分布方向的深度；所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面设置有第一凹槽；
    弹性装置，所述弹性装置设置于所述定位卡块靠近于所述前端部的一侧；
    锁固连接件，所述锁固连接件内部固设有第一定位卡条，所述第一定位卡条沿着安装方向远离所述第一凸台的一侧为第一锁固部件；所述第一定位卡条在远离所述第一锁固部件的一端还具有第一卡槽；
    所述第一锁固部件沿所述前端部和第一凸台分布方向的长度大于常态下所述定位卡块与所述第一凸台之间的距离；所述第一锁固部件沿所述前端部和第一凸台分布方向的长度小于所述弹性装置被压缩至最短状态时，所述定位卡块与所述第一凸台之间的距离；
    所述锁固连接件套设于所述锁固机构本体外，此时所述第一锁固部件贴设于所述定位卡块的外侧；将所述锁固连接件转动时，所述第一锁固部件挤压所述定位卡块，所述弹性装置受到压力而压缩，所述定位卡块向所述弹性装置发生形变的方向移动；当所述第一锁固部件与所述第一凹槽位置重合时，所述定位卡块被所述弹性装置弹回，使所述第一锁固部件、与第一凹槽完成锁固；同时，所述第一卡槽与所述第一凸台的上半部卡锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述前端部为与所述第一凸台大小、形状相同的第二凸台。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述第一凸台垂直于安装方向的截面为菱形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述活动连接管的内表面垂直于所述安装方向上的截面为矩形，所述矩形的长边与所述菱形的长轴对应设置，所述矩形的短边与所述菱形的短边对应设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述第一凹槽为具有高度差的斜凹槽条。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面还设置有与所述第一凹槽形状、大小相同的第二凹槽；所述第二凹槽与第一凹槽呈中心对称分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面还设置有第三凹槽和第四凹槽，所述第三凹槽与所述第一凹槽沿着竖直方向轴对称分布；所述第四凹槽与所述第二凹槽沿着竖直方向轴对称分布。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述第一卡槽在远离所述第一锁固部件的一端还具有第一导向块。
  9. 根据权利要求1或6所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述活动连接件的内部还设有第二定位卡条，所述第二定位卡条与所述第一定位卡条大小形状相同，且安装于同一个竖直平面内，呈中心对称分布。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述定位卡块与所述第一凸台之间还设有第一导向装置，所述第一导向装置与所述第一凸台固定。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述锁固机构本体还具有第三凸台，所述第三凸台与所述第一凸台侧面中部连接；所述第三凸台与第一凸台之间设有第二导向装置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述定位卡块与弹性装置通过螺丝连接在所述前端部与第一导向装置之间。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述锁固机构本体固定于一底座上。
  14. 一种根据权利要求1所述的快速安装和拆解的锁固机构制作的展台，其特征在于：包括锁固连接件、连接框架；所述连接框架为两个，相向放置，所述两个连接框架在对应的位置焊接有所述锁固机构本体；所述锁固连接件的两端分别都固定有所述第一定位卡条。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的一种展台，其特征在于：所述展台还包括一玻璃台面，所述玻璃台面可以放置于所述展台内。
  16. 一种使用权利要求1所述的锁固装置进行快速安装和拆解的锁固方法，包括：
    1）在一固定部上设置一活动件，所述活动件与所述固定部之间由一具有一定形变的弹性装置连接；所述活动件上设置有锁固槽；
    2）设置一连接件，所述连接件的内部设置有与所述锁固槽对应的锁固装置；
    3）将所述连接件套设于所述固定部上，此时所述锁固装置贴设于所述活动件外部；
    4）转动所述连接件，使所述锁固装置挤压所述活动件，造成所述活动件发生移动，当所述锁固装置的位置转动到与所述锁固槽位置一致时，所述活动件被所述弹簧弹回，锁固完成。
    5）拆解时，只需将所述连接件反向转动，即可完成拆解。
  17. 一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，包括：
    锁固机构本体，设于横管的侧外壁，所述锁固机构本体具有前端部和第一凸台；所述前端部和第一凸台之间形成一个空腔；
    定位卡块，所述定位卡块设于所述空腔内，并可在前端部与第一凸台之间移动；
    弹性装置，所述弹性装置张顶于所述定位卡块与所述前端部之间；
    锁固连接件，锁固连接件设于纵管内壁；将纵杆套设于横管的锁固机构本体，所述锁固连接件套设于所述锁固机构本体外；将所述锁固连接件转动时，所述锁固连接件挤压所述定位卡块，所述弹性装置受到压力而压缩，所述定位卡块向所述前端部移动；当所述锁固连接件到位时，所述定位卡块被所述弹性装置置顶，使所述横管与纵管完成锁固。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面设置有第一凹槽；所述锁固连接件设有第一定位卡条，所述第一定位卡条沿着安装方向远离所述第一凸台的一侧为第一锁固部件；所述第一定位卡条在远离所述第一锁固部件的一端还具有第一卡槽；
    所述第一锁固部件沿所述前端部和第一凸台分布方向的长度大于常态下所述定位卡块与所述第一凸台之间的距离；所述第一锁固部件沿所述前端部和第一凸台分布方向的长度小于所述弹性装置被压缩至最短状态时，所述定位卡块与所述第一凸台之间的距离。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于所述锁固连接件套设于所述锁固机构本体外，所述第一锁固部件贴设于所述定位卡块的外侧；将所述锁固连接件转动时，所述第一锁固部件挤压所述定位卡块，所述弹性装置受到压力而压缩，所述定位卡块向所述弹性装置发生形变的方向移动；当所述第一锁固部件与所述第一凹槽位置重合时，所述定位卡块被所述弹性装置弹回，使所述第一锁固部件、与第一凹槽完成锁固；同时，所述第一卡槽与所述第一凸台的上半部卡锁。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述第一凸台垂直于安装方向的截面为菱形。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述纵管的内表面垂直于所述安装方向上的截面为矩形，所述矩形的长边与所述菱形的长轴对应设置，所述矩形的短边与所述菱形的短边对应设置。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述第一凹槽为具有高度差的斜凹槽条。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面还设置有与所述第一凹槽形状呈中心对称的第二凹槽。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面还设置有第三凹槽和第四凹槽，所述第三凹槽与所述第一凹槽沿着竖直方向轴对称分布；所述第四凹槽与所述第二凹槽沿着竖直方向轴对称分布。
  25. 根据权利要求18所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述第一卡槽在远离所述第一锁固部件的一端还具有第一导向块。
  26. 根据权利要求18或25所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构，其特征在于：所述活动连接件的内部还设有第二定位卡条，所述第二定位卡条与所述第一定位卡条大小形状相同，且安装于同一个竖直平面内，呈中心对称分布。
