- 一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,包括:锁固机构本体,设于横管的侧外壁,所述锁固机构本体具有前端部和第一凸台;所述前端部和第一凸台之间形成一个空腔;定位卡块,所述定位卡块设于所述空腔内,并可在前端部与第一凸台之间移动;弹性装置,所述弹性装置张顶于所述定位卡块与所述前端部之间;锁固连接件,锁固连接件设于纵管内壁;将纵杆套设于横管的锁固机构本体,所述锁固连接件套设于所述锁固机构本体外;将所述锁固连接件转动时,所述锁固连接件挤压所述定位卡块,所述弹性装置受到压力而压缩,所述定位卡块向所述前端部移动;当所述锁固连接件到位时,所述定位卡块被所述弹性装置置顶,使所述横管与纵管完成锁固。
- 根据权利要求17所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面设置有第一凹槽;所述锁固连接件设有第一定位卡条,所述第一定位卡条沿着安装方向远离所述第一凸台的一侧为第一锁固部件;所述第一定位卡条在远离所述第一锁固部件的一端还具有第一卡槽;所述第一锁固部件沿所述前端部和第一凸台分布方向的长度大于常态下所述定位卡块与所述第一凸台之间的距离;所述第一锁固部件沿所述前端部和第一凸台分布方向的长度小于所述弹性装置被压缩至最短状态时,所述定位卡块与所述第一凸台之间的距离。
- 根据权利要求18所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于所述锁固连接件套设于所述锁固机构本体外,所述第一锁固部件贴设于所述定位卡块的外侧;将所述锁固连接件转动时,所述第一锁固部件挤压所述定位卡块,所述弹性装置受到压力而压缩,所述定位卡块向所述弹性装置发生形变的方向移动;当所述第一锁固部件与所述第一凹槽位置重合时,所述定位卡块被所述弹性装置弹回,使所述第一锁固部件、与第一凹槽完成锁固;同时,所述第一卡槽与所述第一凸台的上半部卡锁。
- 根据权利要求18或19所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于:所述第一凸台垂直于安装方向的截面为菱形。
- 根据权利要求20所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于:所述纵管的内表面垂直于所述安装方向上的截面为矩形,所述矩形的长边与所述菱形的长轴对应设置,所述矩形的短边与所述菱形的短边对应设置。
- 根据权利要求21所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽为具有高度差的斜凹槽条。
- 根据权利要求22所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于:所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面还设置有与所述第一凹槽形状呈中心对称的第二凹槽。
- 根据权利要求23所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于:所述定位卡块靠近所述第一凸台的一面还设置有第三凹槽和第四凹槽,所述第三凹槽与所述第一凹槽沿着竖直方向轴对称分布;所述第四凹槽与所述第二凹槽沿着竖直方向轴对称分布。
- 根据权利要求18所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于:所述第一卡槽在远离所述第一锁固部件的一端还具有第一导向块。
- 根据权利要求18或25所述的一种快速安装和拆解的锁固机构,其特征在于:所述活动连接件的内部还设有第二定位卡条,所述第二定位卡条与所述第一定位卡条大小形状相同,且安装于同一个竖直平面内,呈中心对称分布。
