本发明涉及需进行长度或高度调节的用品,特别是一种伸缩管。
背景技术
现有的产品,其越来越人性化,能够满足不同用户的各种需求。
现有的用户,例如:儿童、成人,其身高可分多级,对应的,对产品的高度要求亦分多种,为了满足用户对高度自行调节的需求,亟需对现有的伸缩装置进行改进。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明提供一种伸缩管,其增设外端塞,内管与外端塞配合实现伸缩移动,且内管与外端塞之间为滚动摩擦,能够减少外管与内管因大小和形状偏差造成的阻力,使得伸缩更平稳、顺畅。
本发明解决上述现有的技术问题,提供一种伸缩管,包括外管和内管,还包括外端塞,所述外端塞设置于所述外管的一端部,所述内管插接于该端部;所述外端塞包括环体和滚体,所述滚体设置于所述环体;所述滚体局部突出于所述环体的内表面,所述滚体不高于所述环体的外表面;所述环体的外表面与所述外管的内壁配合连接;所述滚体与所述内管的外壁之间为间隙配合。
本发明更进一步的改进如下所述。
所述滚体为滚珠或滚针。
所述环体具有安装孔,所述滚体设置于所述安装孔。
所述滚体至少为一个,或者均匀分布的多个。
所述环体的外表面设置一环阶,所述外管与所述环阶对接在一起。
所述伸缩管包括内端塞,所述内端塞设置于所述内管的端部;所述内端塞容置于所述外管的内部,与所述内管同步运动。
所述内端塞具有支撑部,所述支撑部处于所述内管的外围,且与所述外管的内壁配合。
所述支撑部具有间隔设置的至少两个配合面。
所述内端塞包括滚体,所述滚体设置于所述支撑部;所述滚体局部突出于所述支撑部的表面。
所述滚体为滚珠或滚针。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:增设外端塞,内管与外端塞配合伸缩移动,能够减少外管与内管因大小和形状偏差造成的阻力。亦增设内端塞,内端塞具有与外管内壁相配合的支撑面,这样外管与内管之间具有两组配合连接,使得伸缩更平稳、顺畅,伸缩调节也更省力且噪声亦低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1至图7所示,一种伸缩管,包括外管11、内管13和外端塞12,外端塞12设置于外管11的一端部,内管13插接于该端部;内管13能够顺着外管11滑移,即伸长或缩短,从而改变整体的长度。外端塞12包括环体121和滚体122,滚体122设置于环体121,滚体122局部突出于环体121的内表面,同时,滚体122不高于环体121的外表面,使得环体121的外表面与外管11的内壁配合连接;滚体122与内管13的外壁之间为间隙配合,这样,外端塞12与外管11固定不动,外端塞12相对内管13滑动。
本发明的滚体122能够采用两种方式,滚珠或滚针。例如:当内管13的外壁呈弧形时,可选用滚珠配合方式;当内管13的外壁为平面时,可选用滚针的配合方式;当内管13的外壁为平面时,亦能够选用多滚珠并列排列的配合方式。
本发明的环体121具有安装孔1211,滚体122设置于安装孔1211内,因为滚体122与外管11非接触而与内管13可接触,所以滚体122可从环体121的内部放置于安装孔1211内。
本发明的滚体122至少为一个,一个即能够助于内管13相对外端塞12的滚动摩擦,或者均匀分布的多个亦可。
本发明环体121的外表面设置一环阶1212,外管11与环阶1212对接在一起,该环阶1212的设置,便于外端塞12相对外管11的安装固定。
本发明伸缩管包括内端塞14,内端塞14设置于内管13的端部;内端塞14容置于外管11的内部,与内管13同步运动。
本发明内端塞14具有支撑部141,支撑部141处于内管13的外围,且与外管11的内壁配合。该支撑部141具有间隔设置的至少两个配合面,依据外管11内壁的形状,该配合面能够对称设置。或者,内端塞14包括滚体142,滚体142设置于支撑部141;滚体142局部突出于支撑部141的表面,这样,内端塞14与外管11的内壁之间为滑动或滚动摩擦。该滚体142为滚珠或滚针。
本发明增设外端塞12,内管13与外端塞12配合伸缩移动,能够减少外管11与内管13因大小和形状偏差造成的阻力。亦增设内端塞14,内端塞14具有与外管11内壁相配合的支撑面1411,这样外管11与内管13之间具有两组配合连接,使得伸缩更平稳、顺畅,伸缩调节也更省力且噪声亦低。

  1. 一种伸缩管,包括外管和内管,其特征在于:还包括外端塞,所述外端塞设置于所述外管的一端部,所述内管插接于该端部;
    所述外端塞包括环体和滚体,所述滚体设置于所述环体;所述滚体局部突出于所述环体的内表面,所述滚体不高于所述环体的外表面;
    所述环体的外表面与所述外管的内壁配合连接;
    所述滚体与所述内管的外壁之间为间隙配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述滚体为滚珠或滚针。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述环体具有安装孔,所述滚体设置于所述安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述滚体至少为一个,或者均匀分布的多个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述环体的外表面设置一环阶,所述外管与所述环阶对接在一起。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述伸缩管包括内端塞,所述内端塞设置于所述内管的端部;所述内端塞容置于所述外管的内部,与所述内管同步运动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述内端塞具有支撑部,所述支撑部处于所述内管的外围,且与所述外管的内壁配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述支撑部具有间隔设置的至少两个配合面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述内端塞包括滚体,所述滚体设置于所述支撑部;所述滚体局部突出于所述支撑部的表面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的伸缩管,其特征在于:所述滚体为滚珠或滚针。
