背景技术
现有技术中,为了使电梯在运行时有较好的稳定性和平衡性,通常在电梯的顶部和底部分别安装导靴装置。导靴一般分为滚动导靴和滑动导靴,滚动导靴相对于滑动导靴能够提供更高质量的运行性能,可以应用在电梯轿厢侧导轨和对重侧导轨,可以同时应用,也可以分开应用。滚动导靴通常卡设在电梯的运行导轨上,对电梯的垂直上下运行起到导向和限制作用,使电梯在垂直方向运行时不会偏离导轨,减小摆动幅度。
电梯滚动导靴主要包括底板、滚轮、组件等,底板安装在电梯上下粱上,通过调节滚轮组件与导轨之间的受力关系,由于上、下粱导靴连接处所在的平面之间不能保证绝对的平行,通常采用垫电靴底座来达到各滚轮运行时,保持各滚轮轴心线之间的平行关系,此技术理论上是可以完成各滚轮轴心线的平行关系,实际上是无法做到。从而导致电梯运行时导靴与导轨之间的摩擦噪音大,滚轮磨损大,电梯运行舒适感差。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种电梯滚动导靴,通过在主卡位挡板上设置调心轴,使电梯在运行时电梯导轨与轿厢无间隙配合运行,并且滚轮能够进行一定角度的自动调节。
