技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜拉伸设备,尤其是一种塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨。
背景技术
塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨主要用于塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材设备上夹具的固定与滑动以及为塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材所要的拉伸片材长度而实现专用导轨之间的有效连接与固定,可根据不同的工艺要求,导轨进行加长与缩短。
目前,用于塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材的专用导轨,导轨结构零件为分体式组装,为了保证导轨的整体组装精度,对每个零件的加工精度要求很高,大大增加了加工成本,夹具的安装形式是固定在导轨的侧面,需要对夹具左右定位,上下定位,左右定位用上下两对轴承,上下定位采用上下链条传动,使其定位传动稳定,这相对增加了每个夹具的外购件成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种成本低、精度高、定位准确、滑动稳定可靠的 塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨 。
实现本发明目的的 塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,包括由一横梁、两个侧板和一个凸块一体构成的导轨本体,所述两个侧板位于横梁的两端呈工字型,所述凸块位于所述横梁上方的中间部位;所述凸块上方固定有上定位板,所述横梁一侧上方固定有底滑板,所述底滑板上方设有固定在一个侧板内侧的侧滑版,所述上定位板、底滑板和侧滑板之间设有滑座,所述滑座能够在沿着导轨本体方向,在上定位板、底滑板和侧滑板之间滑动;所述滑座上设有链条和夹具,所述夹具用于固定塑料薄膜。
所述导轨本体两端各设有一个用于连接另一导轨本体的转轴托板,所述两个转轴托板不在同一高度,两个转轴托板的高度差为所述转轴托板的厚度。
所述转轴托板固定在所述横梁的下方。
所述导轨本体的侧板两端的外侧设有用于固定另一导轨本体的连接板。
所述滑座由顶面、底面和侧面组成,所述顶面与所述上定位板的下表面接触,所述底面与所述底滑板的上表面接触,所述侧面与所述侧滑板的内表面接触。
所述顶面与上定位板的下表面之间,底面与底滑板的上表面之间、侧面与侧滑板的内表面之间分别开有贮油槽,起到润滑的作用。
所述顶面和底面之间固定有一定位轴,所述定位轴固定在所述链条上。
所述顶面一侧设有定位板,所述定位板上连接有夹具。
所述夹具通过螺栓、弹簧垫圈和平垫圈固定在所述定位板上。
所述上定位板、底滑板和侧滑板通过螺钉固定在所述导轨本体上。

具体实施方式
如图 1 、 2 、 3 、 4 所示,本发明的 塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,包括由一横梁 31 、两个侧板 32 和一个凸块 33 一体构成的导轨本体 3 ,所述两个侧板 32 位于横梁 32 的两端呈工字型,所述凸块 33 位于所述横梁 31 上方的中间部位;所述凸块 33 上方固定有上定位板 4 ,所述横梁 31 一侧上方固定有底滑板 5 ,所述底滑板 5 上方设有固定在一个侧板 32 内侧的侧滑版 6 ,所述上定位板 4 、底滑板 5 和侧滑板 6 之间设有滑座 7 ,所述滑座 7 能够在沿着导轨本体 3 方向,在上定位板 4 、底滑板 5 和侧滑板 6 之间滑动;所述滑座 7 上设有链条 10 和夹具 8 ,所述夹具 8 用于固定塑料薄膜。
所述导轨本体 3 两端各设有一个用于连接另一导轨本体的转轴托板 1 ,所述两个转轴托板 1 不在同一高度,两个转轴托板 1 的高度差为所述转轴托板 1 的厚度。所述转轴托板 1 通过螺钉固定在所述横梁 31 的下方。所述导轨本体 3 的侧板 32 两端的外侧设有用于固定另一导轨本体的连接板 2 。所述上定位板 4 、底滑板 5 和侧滑板 6 通过螺钉固定在所述导轨本体 3 上。
所述滑座 7 由顶面 71 、底面 72 和侧面 73 组成,所述顶面 71 与所述上定位板 4 的下表面接触,所述底面 72 与所述底滑板 5 的上表面接触,所述侧面 73 与所述侧滑板 6 的内表面接触。所述顶面 71 与上定位板 4 的下表面之间,底面 72 与底滑板 5 的上表面之间、侧面 73 与侧滑板 6 的内表面之间分别开有贮油槽,起到润滑的作用。所述顶面 71 和底面 72 之间固定有一定位轴 9 ,所述定位轴 9 固定在所述链条 10 上。所述顶面 71 一侧设有定位板 74 ,所述定位板 74 上连接有夹具 8 。所述夹具 8 通过螺栓、弹簧垫圈和平垫圈固定在所述定位板 74 上。
本发明的塑料薄膜 双向拉伸片材专用导轨的工作原理如下:
由沉头螺钉把底滑板 5 固定于导轨本体 3 的底面上,沉头螺钉把滑侧板 6 固定于导轨本体 3 的侧面上,链条 10 由定位轴 9 装配在滑座 7 上,上定位板 4 由内六角螺钉固定于导轨本体 3 的顶面上,并且可以压住滑座 7 ,这样可以使滑座 7 上下定位,滑座 7 由侧滑板 6 进行左右定位,夹具 8 由六角螺栓、弹簧垫圈、平垫圈固定于滑座 7 上,转轴托板 1 由内六角螺钉固定在导轨本体 3 的下面。底滑板 5 和侧滑板 6 与滑座 7 相接触的面上分别开有贮油槽,便于滑座 7 快速移动时进行有效润滑,减少与底滑板 5 ,侧滑板 6 、上定位板 4 之间的摩擦力,转轴托板 1 左右各一件两者之间存在一定的高度差 , 便于另一节导轨的相互联接,以保证每件导轨可以送到互换,这样大大减少了装配难度。连接板 2 由内六角螺钉固定在导轨本体 3 的侧面上,便于导轨与另一件导轨的中间联接与定位,以及滑座 7 通过是的导向,减少移动中的振动。

  1. 1 、一种塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:包括由一横梁、两个侧板和一个凸块一体构成的导轨本体,所述两个侧板位于横梁的两端呈工字型,所述凸块位于所述横梁上方的中间部位;所述凸块上方固定有上定位板,所述横梁一侧上方固定有底滑板,所述底滑板上方设有固定在一个侧板内侧的侧滑版,所述上定位板、底滑板和侧滑板之间设有滑座,所述滑座能够在沿着导轨本体方向,在上定位板、底滑板和侧滑板之间滑动;所述滑座上设有链条和夹具,所述夹具用于固定塑料薄膜。
    2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述导轨本体两端各设有一个用于连接另一导轨本体的转轴托板,所述两个转轴托板不在同一高度,两个转轴托板的高度差为所述转轴托板的厚度。
    3 、根据权利要求 2 所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述转轴托板固定在所述横梁的下方。
    4 、根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述导轨本体的侧板两端的外侧设有用于固定另一导轨本体的连接板。
    5 、根据权利要求 1~4 任一所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述滑座由顶面、底面和侧面组成,所述顶面与所述上定位板的下表面接触,所述底面与所述底滑板的上表面接触,所述侧面与所述侧滑板的内表面接触。
    6 、根据权利要求 5 所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述顶面与上定位板的下表面之间,底面与底滑板的上表面之间、侧面与侧滑板的内表面之间分别开有贮油槽。
    7 、根据权利要求 5 所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述顶面和底面之间固定有一定位轴,所述定位轴固定在所述链条上。
    8 、根据权利要求 5 所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述顶面一侧设有定位板,所述定位板上连接有夹具。
    9 、根据权利要求 8 所述的塑料薄膜双向拉伸片材专用导轨,其特征在于:所述夹具通过螺栓、弹簧垫圈和平垫圈固定在所述定位板上。
