Description

锁紧装置及淋浴室组件
本发明涉及在建筑物内修建的用于特别业务的小建筑物,具体地说,涉及一种锁紧装置及采用这种锁紧装置的淋浴室组件。
淋浴室从结构形态上来分有整体式和隔断式,隔断式淋浴室是用由玻璃构成具有壁和/或门的框架,将卫生间或其他建筑物内的部分区域分隔出的一个淋浴空间,该带玻璃的框架在本发明中称为淋浴室组件。
淋浴室组件通常是利用其他建筑物内的至少两个墙壁和地面进行定位,即淋浴室组件通常靠着墙壁安装,其中,地面是基准面,淋浴室组件在安装后要保证处于铅垂状态。
参见图1,在包括相互垂直的墙壁1、2和地面3的建筑物空间内由淋浴室组件4分隔出了一个淋浴室,淋浴室组件4由框架及固定在框架内的玻璃壁和门构成,图1中的玻璃门可以是一般的门,也可以是轨道式推拉门。还应该指出的是,图1中的淋浴室组件在地面的投影是“直角折线型”的,现有技术中也不乏该投影是“弧线型”的,另外,图1是利用一对相互的墙壁1、2,现有技术中也有大量利用一对相互平行的墙壁来分隔沐浴室的,这时的淋浴室组件在地面3上的投影则是“一字型”的。

参见图2,本例为一字型的淋浴室组件,在淋浴室组件的A、B、C、D四个结点处安装有锁紧装置,锁紧装置用于使固定边框10与调节框架快速固定连接,调节框架由上下横框40及两竖框固定连接而成,玻璃门等安装在调节框架内。
参见图3,锁紧装置由锁紧组件50和调节元件20构成,锁紧组件50安装在横框40上,调节元件20安装在固定边框10上,横框40和竖框30之间安装有玻璃及玻璃门。
参见图4、图5,固定边框10为一型材,从横断面上看,具有由安装壁101和两侧壁102围成的有一开口的空腔,在侧壁靠近安装壁处设有滑道103,在安装壁101上设有若干个腰圆孔104,用于将固定边框10通过紧固件安装在墙壁上。
参见图6,横框40为一型材,且有一纵向壁401,纵向壁401上开设有一扳手体操作窗口402,纵向壁401的右侧有一个沿纵向延伸的封闭腔体403,左侧有一个半开口腔体404,纵向壁401上还设有供自攻螺钉固定用的螺孔405。
参见图7,竖框30为一型材,有一玻璃安装槽,在端部加工有供锁紧头部穿过的通孔301,用于与锁紧组件50连接的光孔302。
参见图8,锁紧装置由锁紧组件50和调节元件20构成,图8中对调节元件20与锁紧组件50的配合部分进行了剖切。
参见图9,调节元件20有一个固定部201,自固定部201向外延伸的调节体202,调节体202内形成有管委会敞口朝外且具有塑性的通道203。通道203的横截面为矩形,也可以为腰圆形。当调节元件20采用尼龙等塑性材料制造时,通道203自然就具有塑性;当调节元件20采用金属等刚性材料制造时,可以在尺寸较大的矩形或腰圆孔内固定一个具有一定壁厚的塑性材料管来获得通道203的塑性。在固定部201的壁上设置有用于与滑道103紧配合的引导部204,可以将调节元件20安装在固定框10的端部。
参见图10,锁紧组件50由固定元件,锁紧元件60和扳手体70构成,出于工艺性考虑,固定元件由固定块51和固定块52组合而成,固定元件有一个转动腔511,锁紧元件60可转动地固定在固定元件上,扳手体70通过铰71铰接在转动腔511近旁。
参见图11,固定块51在转动腔511两端设置有共轴线的半圆形轴孔512、513,还在与固定块52的结合面上设置有销孔514。
参见图12,固定块52设置有与半圆形轴孔512结合的半圆形轴孔521,与销孔514结合的销钉524,一个用于将固定元件固定在横框40的纵向壁401上的光孔523,一个用于固定铰71的铰轴的孔522。
参见图13、图14,锁紧元件60沿自身轴向依次为轴头部601,驱动翼部602,主体杆部603及锁紧头部604。驱动翼部602有一对位于轴向两侧的翼6021、6022,锁紧头部604上设置有轴向均布的凸条6041,从横截面上看,凸条6041的轮廓形成了腰圆形,凸条6041的顶部在这个腰圆形的大曲率边上。凸条6041的截面为三角形。
参见图15、图16,扳手体70有一铰孔701,铰孔701的一侧为手持部702,另一侧设置有与手持部702垂直的第一凸台703和沿扳手体方向平行延伸的第二凸台704。在铰孔701的轴向上,第一凸台703与第二凸台704交错布置。
参见图17,固定块51、52组合后安装在横框40的封闭腔体403内,并通过螺钉依次穿过竖框30上的光孔302、固定块52上的光孔523把固定块52固定在横框40上的螺孔405上,从而将竖框30、整个锁紧组件50和横框40固定连接在一起。扳手体70位于扳手体操作窗口402处。当扳手体70处于图17示的第二位置时,驱动翼部的翼6021被第二凸台704约束在第二角位,此时,锁紧头部604与通道203之间如图8的局部剖部分所示是间隙配合的,也就是说,锁紧头部604是可以相对通道203在轴向上移动的。
参见图18,调节框架相对固定边框10调节至克服了墙不垂直等缺陷的理想状态后,可操作手持部702使扳手体70转动至图18示的第一位置,驱动翼部的翼6022被第一凸台703约束在第一角位,也就是说整个锁紧元件60绕其自身轴线转了90度,这时,锁紧头部604上的凸条6041啮入了具有塑性的通道203内壁,从而使锁紧头部604相对通道203在轴向上相对固定。
参见图19,将横框40、竖框30锁紧组件50及门等组装成调节框架后,将四只扳手体70置于图19示的第二位置,先固定单边的固定边框10,将该边的两只锁紧头部604插入相应的通道203中如图20,然后将另一边的固定框固定在另一侧的墙上,再将另一边的两只锁紧头部插入对应的通道中,固定边框10与竖框30处于相互插接状态,调节调节框架处于理想状态后,将四只扳手体70置于图21示的第一位置,即完成整个淋浴室组件的安装。
本发明通过锁紧装置的结构设计,使得淋浴室组件的安装极为快速,既方便了淋浴室组件的生产,又利于淋浴室组件的安装,还能度绝安装时对淋浴室组件带来损坏的现象发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 锁紧装置,包括锁紧组件和调节元件,其特征在于:
    所述锁紧组件包括固定元件,锁紧元件和扳手体;所述固定元件具有一个转动腔,所述锁紧元件沿自身轴向依次具有轴头部,驱动翼部,主体杆部及锁紧头部,并相对所述固定元件可转动地固定在所述固定元件上,所述驱动翼部位于所述转动腔内,所述锁紧头部伸出所述固定元件,所述锁紧头部设置有锁紧凸起,在横截面上,所述锁紧凸起的外轮廓为矩形或腰圆形,所述扳手体铰接在所述转动腔近旁,所述扳手体具有位于铰一侧的手持部,位于所述铰另一侧与所述手持部垂直的第一突台和沿所述扳手体方向平行延伸的第二突台,所述扳手体位于第一位置时,所述第一突台限制所述驱动翼部位于第一角位,所述扳手体位于与所述第一位置垂直的第二位置时,所述驱动翼部被所述第二突台驱动转至与所述第一角位呈90度角的第二角位;
    所述调节元件有一个固定部,还有一个自所述固定部向外延伸的调节体,所述调节体内形成有一敞口朝外且具有塑性的通道;
    所述驱动翼部位于所述第二角位时,所述锁紧头部与所述通道间隙配合;
    所述驱动翼部位于所述第一角位时,所述锁紧凸起啮入所述通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述固定部的壁上设置有用于与滑道紧配合的引导部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述驱动翼部具有半圆管状或等边角钢状的横断面;
    所述第一突台与所述第二突台在所述铰的轴向上交错布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述锁紧凸起为轴向均布的一组凸条,所述凸条的顶部在所述短边面或所述大曲率面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述凸条的截面为三角形。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述锁紧凸起为径向伸出并在所述短边面或所述大曲率面上均布的锥体。
  7. 淋浴室组件,包括
    固定边框,为一型材;
    调节框架,包括均为型材的横框及竖框,所述竖框与所述固定边框在横向上相互插接;
    其特征在于:
    所述横框包括一纵向壁,所述纵向壁上开设有一扳手体操作窗口;
    锁紧装置,包括锁紧组件和调节元件;
    所述锁紧组件包括固定元件,锁紧元件和扳手体;所述固定元件具有一个转动腔,所述锁紧元件沿自身轴向依次具有轴头部,驱动翼部,主体杆部及锁紧头部,并相对所述固定元件可转动地固定在所述固定元件上,所述驱动翼部位于所述转动腔内,所述锁紧头部伸出所述固定元件,所述锁紧头部设置有锁紧凸起,在横截面上,所述锁紧凸起的外轮廓为矩形或腰圆形,所述扳手体铰接在所述转动腔近旁,所述扳手体具有位于铰一侧的手持部,位于所述铰另一侧与所述手持部垂直的第一突台和沿所述扳手体方向平行延伸的第二突台,所述扳手体位于第一位置时,所述第一突台限制所述驱动翼部位于第一角位,所述扳手体位于与所述第一位置垂直的第二位置时,所述驱动翼部被所述第二突台驱动转至与所述第一角位呈90度角的第二角位;
    所述锁紧组件通过其固定元件固定在所述纵向壁上;
    所述调节元件有一个固定部,用于固定在所述固定边框的端部,还有一个自所述固定部向所述横框延伸的调节体,所述调节体内形成有一敞口朝外且具有塑性的通道;
    所述驱动翼部位于所述第二角位时,所述锁紧头部与所述通道间隙配合;
    所述驱动翼部位于所述第一角位时,所述锁紧凸起啮入所述通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述空腔靠近所述安装壁的侧壁上设置有滑道,所述固定部与所述滑道对应的壁上设置有与所述滑道紧配合的引导部;
    所述横框有一个由所述纵向壁参与构成的沿纵向延伸的封闭腔体,及一个位于所述封闭腔体另一侧的半开口腔体;
    所述固定元件固定在所述封闭腔体内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述驱动翼部具有半圆管状或等边角钢状的横断面;
    所述第一突台与所述第二突台在所述铰的轴向上交错布置。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9任一项所述的淋浴室组件,其特征在于:
    所述锁紧凸起为轴向均布的一组凸条,所述凸条的顶部在所述短边面或所述大曲率面上,所述凸条的截面为三角形。
