Abstract
Description
図1は、実施例1に係るシステムの全体構成例を示す図である。図1に示すように、このシステムは、各種サーバ群1と旅程比較装置10とを有し、これらがインターネットなどのネットワークを介して通信可能に接続される。なお、旅程比較装置10は、旅程決定装置の一例である。
図2は、実施例1に係る旅程比較装置の機能構成を示す機能ブロック図である。図2に示すように、旅程比較装置10は、通信部11、記憶部12、制御部13を有する。
図5は、旅程比較装置が実行する処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。図5に示すように、旅程比較装置10の受付部14が独自旅程を受け付けると(S101:Yes)、情報抽出部15は、受け付けられた独自旅程から旅行情報の位置情報を抽出する(S102)。例えば、情報抽出部15は、観光スポット、宿泊施設、出発地、終着地、旅行日、宿泊日数などを抽出する。そして、情報抽出部15は、抽出した各情報を位置特定サーバなどに送信して、各情報の位置情報を抽出する。
次に、上述した旅程比較装置10が旅行パック商品情報の比較を実行してユーザに提案する具体例を説明する。
まず、独自旅程と一致する旅行パック商品情報を提案する例を説明する。図6は、旅行プランの提案例1を説明する図である。図6に示すように、旅程比較装置10は、費用が合計12万円の独自旅程として、「日程:20141101-20141102(1泊)、出発地:新青森、終着地:東京、移動手段:新幹線、観光スポット:△ランド、AAAツリー、BBB寺、宿泊施設:××ホテル」を受け付ける(図6の6-A参照)。
次に、独自旅程と旅行パック商品情報とを比較したメリットおよびデメリットを提案する場合の例を説明する。図7は、旅行プランの提案例2を説明する図である。図7に示すように、旅程比較装置10は、費用が合計12万円の独自旅程として、「日程:20141101-20141102(1泊)、出発地:新青森、終着地:東京、移動手段:新幹線、観光スポット:△ランド、AAAツリー、BBB寺」を受け付ける(図7の7-A参照)。
次に、独自旅程と旅行パック商品情報とを比較したメリットおよびデメリットをユーザに提案するとともに、旅行代理店に旅行プランの変更を提案する場合の例を説明する。図8は、旅行プランの提案例3を説明する図である。図8に示すように、旅程比較装置10は、費用が合計12万円の独自旅程として、「日程:20141101-20141102(1泊)、出発地:新青森、終着地:東京、移動手段:新幹線、観光スポット:△ランド、AAAツリー、BBB寺」を受け付ける(図8の8-A参照)。
次に、独自旅程と旅行パック商品情報とを比較した際に、旅行パック商品情報の自由時間の内容を変更するとともに、独自旅程に含まれない新たな観光スポットの追加をユーザおよび旅行代理店に提案する場合の例を説明する。
次に、異なる旅行代理店または同じ旅行代理店が提供する複数の旅行パック商品情報を組み合わせた新たな旅行パック商品情報を生成して、ユーザおよび旅行代理店に提案する場合の例を説明する。
上記実施例では、旅程比較装置10は、観光スポット等の情報の位置情報や観光スポット間の移動手段等を、外部のサーバから取得する例を説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、旅程比較装置10は、位置情報、移動手段、交通情報、距離などを記憶する外部のデータベースから、該当する情報を取得することもできる。
また、旅程比較装置10は、フリータイム中に行くべきスポットをフリータイム前に訪れるスポットおよびフリータイム後に訪れるスポットの距離に基づいて決定することもできる。例えば、旅程比較装置10は、自由時間に挿入する新たな観光スポットを選択する際に、自由時間前後の観光スポット間の移動時間が所定時間以内となる観光スポットを優先して選択する。または、旅程比較装置10は、自由時間前後の観光スポット間の移動経路上にある観光スポットを優先して選択する。このようにすることで、旅程比較装置10は、旅行プランに無理なく新たな観光スポットを挿入することができる。
例えば、旅程比較装置10は、旅行パック商品情報を検索する際に、独自旅程のどの項目を優先するかを任意に設定することができる。例えば、旅程比較装置10は、出発地、終着地、宿泊施設を優先項目に設定し、これらが一致する旅行パック商品情報について上記比較処理や置き換え処理を実行することもできる。また、旅程比較装置10は、ユーザによって予算が指定されていた場合には、予算の範囲内で、旅行パック商品情報について上記比較処理や置き換え処理を実行することもできる。
また、図示した装置の各構成は、必ずしも物理的に図示の如く構成されていることを要しない。すなわち、任意の単位で分散または統合して構成することができる。さらに、各装置にて行なわれる各処理機能は、その全部または任意の一部が、CPUおよび当該CPUにて解析実行されるプログラムにて実現され、あるいは、ワイヤードロジックによるハードウェアとして実現され得る。
図11は、ハードウェア構成例を説明する図である。図11に示すように、旅程比較装置10は、通信インタフェース10a、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)10b、メモリ10c、プロセッサ10dを有する。また、図11に示した各部は、バス等で相互に接続される。
