Description
図1は本発明の実施形態のキャップチップ取外し装置を示す正面図であり、図2はその左側面図である。1は平板状のベース、2はベース1の表面に固定された直線レールである。この実施形態では直線レール2が上下方向に延びるように垂直配置されているが、直線レール2が水平方向に延びるように水平配置することも、斜めに配置することも可能である。この直線レール2上には、上下一対の爪載置台3、4と、それらの間に位置するスライダ5とが配置されている。爪載置台3、4は向きが逆である点を除いて同一構造であるから、上側の爪載置台3の構造を説明する。
図6に示すように、上下のシャンク50は溶接装置70に取付けられており、溶接装置70の全体がロボットアームにより移動可能となっている。図6の溶接装置70では、上側のシャンク50はシャンク移動機構71により移動可能であり、下側のシャンク50はC型アーム72の先端に固定されている。この実施形態では本発明のキャップチップ取外し装置は所定箇所に固定されており、図6のようにロボットアームが溶接装置70とともに上下のシャンク50を移動させ、先端のキャップチップ60を爪載置台3、4の固定爪8と可動爪12の段付き凹部9,13の内部に挿入する。図7にこの状態を示した。

Claims (4)
- 固定爪と可動爪との間にシャンクの先端部を挿入し、可動爪を開くことによってシャンクの先端のキャップチップを取外すキャップチップ取外し装置であって、
固定爪と可動爪とが搭載された一対の爪載置台と、それらの爪載置台の間に位置するスライダとからなり、
これらの爪載置台は可動爪をスライダ側として、少なくとも一方の爪載置台がスライドできるように、スライダとともに直線レール上に配置され、
可動爪は枢軸と、この枢軸の反対側に伸びる腕部と、この腕部を爪載置台から離れる方向に弾発するスプリングとを備え、
各腕部の先端をスライダに当接させたことを特徴とするキャップチップ取外し装置。 - 一対の爪載置台とスライダとを、同一の直線レール上にスライド可能に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャップチップ取外し装置。
- 一対の爪載置台を、上下方向に延びる直線レールに沿って上下に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャップチップ取外し装置。
- 直線レールの両端に、爪載置台のストッパを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャップチップ取外し装置。
