Abstract

Le présent modèle d'utilité concerne un agencement structural pour un élément structural destiné à un bâtiment, relevant du domaine technique de la construction civile, visant à dynamiser, renforcer et optimiser l'opération de construction de parois de bâtiments, telles que des maisons et des immeubles résidentiels et commerciaux en général, garantissant une fixation rapide et sûre de la structure sur le plancher ou la dalle de la construction. On sait qu'il existe divers types d'éléments structuraux destinés à faciliter l'opération de construction et à améliorer l'isolation thermoacoustique, mais présentant un coût élevé et une manipulation et une installation complexes, outre les problèmes de fixation à chaque étage du bâtiment, ne permettant pas un montage adéquat sur le plancher ou la dalle, ce qui peut donner lieu à des problèmes de rigidité structurale dans la construction.
