顧客等によって陳列棚の手前側に載置された物品が陳列棚から取り除かれた場合、陳列棚には物品が載置されていない空白領域が生じる。空白領域を迅速に物品で埋めるためには、空白領域よりも奥側に載置されていた物品を手前側に移動させればよい。
例えば、特許文献1には、ベース部材に形成された軸穴にローラー部材の軸を圧入することで、多数のローラー部材が略矩形状の前出し本体に架設されている物品移動具が開示されている。例えば、特許文献2には、ベース部材に、商品の移動方向と直角に商品を支持するためのローラー部材が並列して回転自在に架設されると共に、ローラー部材の軸が同一高さの平面で支承され、ローラー部材の上周面を露出及び突出可能な透孔を有するカバー部材を被着させた物品移動具が開示されている。
また、上記特許文献2に記載の物品移動具では、軽量化に向けて、全体の厚みが薄くなった場合に、ベース部材の強度が低下し、撓みによってベース部材からカバー部材が外れ、ローラー部材が散在する、また自重や物品の重量に耐え切れず、割れてしまう、或いは部分的に破損する等の問題があった。

図1は、物品移動具1の構成要素を分解して示した概略図である。
物品移動具1は、物品Pを載置する陳列棚(図6参照)に設置されている。物品移動具1は、物品移動具1に載置された物品Pを陳列棚の奥側から手前側に向かって移動可能に構成されている。物品Pは、例えば清涼飲料水等の液体を缶やペットボトル等に収容したものが該当するが、特にこれらに限定されない。

物品移動具1は、ローラー部材10の周面10s上に物品が載置されることで、物品Pを一方向(図1に示す矢印D1方向、又は矢印D1方向の逆方向)に沿って移動可能とする(図6参照)ためのものである。本実施形態では、ローラー部材10は、ローラー部材10の軸線に直交する一方向に沿って複数配列されると共に、ローラー部材10の軸線方向に複数配置されている。
また、ローラー部材10のローラー本体部10aを円滑に回動させる観点から、ローラー軸部10bは、ベース部材5及びカバー部材20の材質に対する静摩擦係数が0.1以上0.5以下程度の材質で構成されていることが好ましい。なお、静摩擦係数は、ISO 8295で測定した値を示す。
本実施形態では、一つのベース部材5に対して、矢印D1方向に四つ、矢印D2方向に二つで合わせて八つのカバー部材20が配置可能とされている。図1では、一つの物品移動具1(開口部9)に割り当てられる八つのカバー部材20の一つのカバー部材20を図示し、その他のカバー部材20は省略する。なお、大面積のカバー部材20の取り扱いが容易で、物品移動具1の組み立ての容易性等に問題がなければ、一つのベース部材5に対して、一つのカバー部材20が配されていてもよく、八未満又は九以上の複数のカバー部材20が配されていてもよい。即ち、一つのベース部材5に対して配されるカバー部材20の数は特に限定されず、製造条件、陳列棚50の大きさ、形状等を勘案して適切に設定されればよい。
底板部6の上面6uには、ローラー部材収容部8が矢印D1,D2方向(縦横方向)に配列された領域を複数の区画領域Bに区画する区画壁19が設けられている。
また、「梁材の機能を有する」ために、側壁部7の長手方向は連続して一定の厚み(高さ)である必要はない。また、側壁部7の高さは、その上面が底板部6の上面6uよりも高い位置に且つローラー部材10の上面よりも低い位置に位置していればよい。
仕切り部材15の形状及び形態は、物品移動具1に取り付け可能に構成されていれば、特に制限されない。溝16の形状及び形態も仕切り部材15の形状及び形態に合わせて適宜変更される。
本実施形態では、平面視において、係合突起22がローラー部材貫通部28の長手方向に平行な方向(図1及び図2に示す矢印D2方向)に延びるカバー部材20の両外壁部に、カバー部材20の板面を挟んで対向配置されている。また、被係合突起32は、ローラー部材収容部8の長手方向に直交する一方向(図1及び図2に示す矢印D1方向)に、底板部6を挟んで対向配置されている。
ここで、本発明における周壁部とは、側壁部7の一部又は全部、仕切材支持部17の一部又は全部及び区画壁19の一部又は全部をいう。
図4及び図5に示すように、カバー部材20の上端面とベース部材5の区画壁19及び仕切材支持部17の被係合爪部34の上端面、側壁部7の上端面とは略面一とされている。これにより、物品移動具1における移動面52(図6参照)が側壁部7も含めてベース部材5の外縁まで確保される。
係合突起22は、被係合突起32の下面32dに係合可能とされている。これにより、ベース部材5の底板部6から離間する方向(図4に示す矢印D3方向)へのカバー部材20の移動が抑制されている。
また、係合突起22は、被係合爪部34の先端に係合可能に形成されている。即ち、被係合爪部34は、カバー部材20がベース部材5の開口部9に配された際に、係合突起22に向かって突出する姿勢で被係合突起32の先端に形成されている。
また、係合爪部24は、被係合突起32に向かって突出すると共に、被係合爪部34に係合可能とされている。これにより、ベース部材5の区画壁19又は仕切材支持部17から離間する方向(図4に示す矢印D1方向、又は矢印D1方向の逆方向)へのカバー部材20の端面20eの移動が抑制されている。係合爪部24と被係合爪部34との充分な係合を持たせ、且つより確実に保持する観点から、係合爪部24の係合突起22からの突出長は、0.3mm以上1.3mm以下であることが好ましい。同観点から、被係合爪部34の被係合突起32からの突出長は、0.3mm以上1.3mm以下であることが好ましい。これにより、係合爪部24と被係合突起32の下面32dとの係合状態が保持されるための、係合爪部24の先端の被係合突起32の下面32dに対する離間距離の許容範囲、及び、カバー部材20の内側を向いている係合爪部24の壁面が被係合爪部34の内側面34dに対して壁面方向にずれる距離の許容範囲が充分に確保される。
また、ローラー部材10のローラー本体部10aを円滑に回動させる観点から、カバー部材20はローラー軸部10bに対する静摩擦係数が0.1以上0.5以下程度の材質で構成されていることが好ましい。
図6は、本実施形態の陳列棚50の概略図である。
陳列棚50は、一以上の物品移動具1を備えている。具体的には、物品移動具1の一方向(即ち、ローラー部材10のローラー本体部10aの軸線に直交する方向であり、図6に示すD1方向)が陳列棚50の前後方向となるように、物品移動具1が陳列棚の上に載置されている。図6では、物品Pを陳列棚50の後方から前方に向けて迅速に移動させる観点から、陳列棚50の後方は前方よりもやや上方に配置されていてもよい。この配置によれば、ローラー部材10の周面10sで構成される物品の移動面52は、陳列棚の後方から前方に向かうに従い、下降するように形成されている。
図6では、矢印D2方向に二つの物品移動具1が連結され、互いに連結された物品移動具1が多段に配置された陳列棚50を例示している。なお、陳列棚50において、互いに連結する物品移動具1の数、及び、連結した物品移動具1の段数は特に限定されず、陳列棚50の大きさ、形状、陳列棚を収容する冷蔵庫の大きさ等を勘案して適切に設定されればよい。
物品移動具1上の物品に対して、最前方の物品Pが陳列棚50から取り出されることで後方の物品Pが前方に移動する、移動面52を物品Pが陳列棚50の後方から前方に向かって下降するように配置する等により、ローラー部材10が物品Pとの摩擦で回転する。このようなローラー部材10の回転によって、物品Pが一方向(即ち、矢印D1方向)に沿ってローラー部材10上を搬送されるので、物品移動具1上で物品Pが前方に移動し、物品移動具1の最前方には常時物品Pが配置された状態になる。
物品移動具1を形成する際には、先ず、複数のローラー部材10同士の軸線が互いに平行するように、一方向に沿って複数のローラー部材10をベース部材5に載置する(図2参照)。この際、各ローラー部材10のローラー軸部10bよりも下側を各ローラー部材収容部8に収容する。これにより、ローラー部材10の位置決めが成される。また、各ローラー部材10の一対のローラー軸部10b、10bは、ベース部材5の底板部6の上面6uに上方から当接した状態となる。
物品移動具1の運搬時に、物品移動具1の前後方向における一端を保持し、他端部が自重により垂れ下がる状態にすることで、物品移動具1が凸形状に撓み、物品移動具1に外力が入力される。

その結果、落下時や運搬時に、カバー部材20がベース部材5から外れて複数のローラー部材10が散在する事態を確実に防ぐことができ、物品移動具1の運搬、陳列棚等への着脱の作業効率が格段に高まり、物品移動具1の保管及び管理もし易くなる。同時に、カバー部材20にローラー部材10の位置決めだけでなく、補強材としての役割を付与することができるようになり、ローラー部材10全体の撓みに対する物品移動具1の強度を高め、且つ物品移動具1の薄型化を図ることができる。
従って、運搬及び着脱の作業効率が高く、管理し易く、且つ強度と弾性に優れた陳列棚50を提供することができる。

Claims (11)
- 複数のローラー部材と、前記複数のローラー部材を回動自在に収容する底板部及びこの底板部の周縁部から立ち上がる周壁部を有したベース部材と、前記複数のローラー部材の周面の一部を突出させた状態で前記周壁部に囲繞された開口部に着脱自在に配される板状のカバー部材と、を備え、
前記ベース部材は、曲げ弾性率が2500MPa以上4000MPa以下であり、曲げ弾性率[MPa]×引張降伏応力[MPa]×厚み[mm]÷密度[g/cm3]÷100000で表される第一パラメータが7.00以上18.00以下であり、且つ、前記第一のパラメータ×引張破壊呼び歪み[%]÷100で表される第二パラメータが2.00以上10.00以下である材質で構成されている物品移動具。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記ベース部材と同一の材質で構成されている請求項1に記載の物品移動具。
- 前記周壁部には、前記開口部の内側又は外側に突出する被係合突起が設けられ、
前記カバー部材には、このカバー部材が前記開口部に配された際に前記被係合突起に係合して、前記カバー部材の前記底板部から離間する方向への移動を抑制する係合突起が設けられ、
前記被係合突起には、前記カバー部材が前記開口部に配された際に前記係合突起に向かって突出する被係合爪部が形成され、
前記係合突起には、前記被係合突起に向かって突出すると共に、前記被係合爪部に係合し、前記カバー部材において前記周壁部に対向する端面の前記周壁部から離間する方向への移動を抑制する係合爪部が形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の物品移動具。 - 前記係合爪部の突出長が0.3mm以上1.3mm以下である請求項3に記載の物品移動具。
- 前記周壁部のうち少なくとも収容された前記ローラー部材の軸線方向に対して直交する方向に延びる部分が梁材の機能を有している請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の物品移動具。
- 請求項1から請求項5の何れか一項に記載の物品移動具を少なくとも一以上備えている陳列棚。
- 複数のローラー部材と、前記複数のローラー部材を回動自在に収容する底板部及びこの底板部の周縁部から立ち上がる周壁部を有したベース部材と、前記複数のローラー部材の周面の一部を突出させた状態で前記周壁部に囲繞された開口部に着脱自在に配される板状のカバー部材と、を備え、
前記周壁部には、前記開口部の内側又は外側に突出する被係合突起が設けられ、
前記カバー部材には、このカバー部材が前記開口部に配された際に前記被係合突起に係合して、前記カバー部材の前記底板部から離間する方向への移動を抑制する係合突起が設けられ、
前記被係合突起には、前記カバー部材が前記開口部に配された際に前記係合突起に向かって突出する被係合爪部が形成され、
前記係合突起には、前記被係合突起に向かって突出すると共に、前記被係合爪部に係合し、前記カバー部材において前記周壁部に対向する端面の前記周壁部から離間する方向への移動を抑制する係合爪部が形成されている物品移動具。 - 前記係合爪部の突出長が0.3mm以上1.3mm以下である請求項7に記載の物品移動具。
- 請求項7又は請求項8に記載の物品移動具を少なくとも一以上備えている陳列棚。
- 複数のローラー部材と、前記複数のローラー部材を回動自在に収容する底板部及びこの底板部の周縁部から立ち上がる周壁部を有したベース部材と、前記複数のローラー部材の周面の一部を突出させた状態で前記周壁部に囲繞された開口部に着脱自在に配される板状のカバー部材と、を備え、
前記周壁部のうち少なくとも収容された前記ローラー部材の軸線方向に対して直交する部分が梁材の機能を有している物品移動具。 - 請求項10に記載の物品移動具を少なくとも一以上備えている陳列棚。
