为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下技术方案:用于输料机的锁定装置,所述输料机包括第一输送段和通过枢转机构铰接在第一输送段上的第二输送段,所述用于输料机的锁定装置包括:
枢接于所述第一输送段或第二输送段上,并能够在第二输送段枢转的方向上枢转的卡勾件,所述卡勾件具有两个挂钩;
设置在未枢接所述卡勾件的第二输送段或第一输送段上,并在所述第二输送段处于与所述第一输送段相对折叠或展开状态时,用于分别与两个所述挂钩配合钩挂以固定所述第二输送段与第一输送段的相对位置的第一柱和第二柱;以及
用于驱动所述卡勾件枢转的第一动力机构。
作为优选,所述卡勾件还包括本体和驱动部,所述驱动部和两个挂钩分别连接在所述本体的外缘周并伸出于所述外缘周,所述本体枢接于第一输送段或第二输送段上;
所述第一动力机构为液压油缸,其一端固定在第一输送段或第二输送段上,另一端与所述驱动部的自由端枢接。
作为优选,所述本体为扇形,两个所述挂钩分别连接在扇形的弧的两端,驱动部为连杆状且其一端连接在扇形的圆心角处,两个所述挂钩和驱动部均与所述本体位于同一平面内。
作为优选,所述第一输送段与第二输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第一侧板,所述第二输送段与第一输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第二侧板;
所述卡勾件的本体枢接于所述第一侧板的内侧面的中部,并在朝向所述第二输送段的方向上伸出于所述第一输送段,所述第一柱和第二柱均固定于与设有所述卡勾件的第一侧板相对应的所述第二侧板的内侧面上,以使所述第二输送段折叠或展开时,两个所述挂钩分别与第一柱和第二柱钩挂固定;
所述液压油缸的一端固定在第一输送段上。
作为优选,所述第一输送段与第二输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第一侧板,所述第二输送段与第一输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第二侧板;
所述卡勾件的本体枢接于所述第二侧板的内侧面的中部,并在朝向所述第一输送段的方向上伸出于所述第二输送段,所述第一柱和第二柱均固定于与设有所述卡勾件的第二侧板相对应的所述第一侧板的内侧面上,以使所述第二输送段折叠或展开时,两个所述挂钩分别与第一柱和第二柱钩挂固定;
所述液压油缸的一端固定在第二输送段上。
作为优选,枢转机构包括第二动力机构、连杆和连架杆,所述第一柱为第一销轴;
所述连杆的一端通过所述第一销轴枢接于第二侧板的外侧面;连架杆的一端与枢接有连杆的第二侧板相对的第一侧板的外侧面枢接;所述连杆的另一端和第二动力机构均分别枢接于连架杆的另一端;所述第一侧板的下端与第二侧板的下端枢接。
作为优选,所述第一销轴靠近所述第二侧板的上端,所述第二柱靠近所述第二侧板的下端,且所述第二柱比第一销轴更远离所述第一输送段。
本发明同时提供一种输料机,包括两个上述的用于输料机的锁定装置,两个所述用于输料机的锁定装置均设于所述第一输送段和第二输送段上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的用于输料机的锁定装置及其输料机的有益效果在于:本发明通过卡勾件和第一动力机构,能够快速有效固 定第二输送段,无需额外人员在输料机旁进行插销作业,一个操作员在驾驶平台上即可完成第二输送段的折叠和展开,从而提高第二输送段的折叠和展开效率,减轻操作人员的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图3至图6所示,本发明的实施例公开的用于输料机的锁定装置,所述输料机包括第一输送段1和通过枢转机构铰接在第一输送段1上的第二输送段2。所述锁定装置用于在第二输送段2处于展开或折叠状态时,通过钩挂的方式将第二输送段2固定住,从而使操作更简单,效率更高。
下面继续结合图3至图6对本发明的用于输料机的锁定装置进行具体介绍。用于输料机的锁定装置包括:卡勾件、第一动力机构4、第一柱和第二柱(本实施例中第一柱以第一销轴5为例进行说明,第二柱以第二销轴6为例进行说明)。卡勾件包括本体3、第一挂钩8、第二挂钩9和驱动部10,第一挂钩8、第二挂钩9和驱动部10分别连接在本体3的外缘周并伸出所述外缘周。在本实施例中,本体3的形状为扇形,第一挂钩8和第二挂钩9分别连接在扇形的弧的两端,且第一挂钩8和第二挂钩9的钩开口方向一致,并朝向扇形的弧的逆时针方向。驱动部10为连杆状且其一端连接在扇形的圆心角处。本实施例中的两个第一挂钩8、第二挂钩9和驱动部10均与本体3位于同一平面内。
卡勾件3枢接于第一输送段1上,本实施例中卡勾件3是通过第三销轴7枢接于第一输送段1上。本实施例中,第一动力机构4采用液压油缸,液压油缸的底座固定在第一输送段1上,液压油缸的活塞杆的自由端与驱动部10的自由端枢接。液压油缸通过其活塞杆的伸出或回缩能够驱动卡勾件3绕第三销轴7枢转,卡勾件3的枢转方向与第二输送段2的枢转方向相同(也就是,卡勾件3和第二输送段2在相同或相互平行的平面内枢转)。第一销轴5和第二销轴6设置在第二输送段2上,当第二输送段2处于折叠状态时,第一挂钩8勾住第一销轴5,而固定住第二输送段2,保持第二输送段2与第一输送段1的相对位置固定不动;当第二输送段2处于展开状态时,第一挂钩8勾住第一销轴5,而固定住第二输送段2,保持第二输送段2与第一输送段1的相对位置固定不动。
继续结合图4至图6,第一输送段1与第二输送段2相对的一端具 有两相对的第一侧板11(图中仅示出了一块),第二输送段2与第一输送段1相对的一端具有两相对的第二侧板12(图中仅示出了一块);卡勾件的本体3通过第三销轴7枢接于第一侧板11的内侧面的中部,并在朝向第二输送段2的方向上伸出于第一输送段1(参见图4)。第一销轴5和第二销轴6均固定于与设有所述卡勾件的第一侧板11相对应的第二侧板12的内侧面上。其中,第一销轴5靠近第二侧板12的上端,第二销轴6靠近第二侧板12的下端,且第二销轴6比第一销轴5更远离第一输送段1。
如图3至图6所示,所述枢转机构包括第二动力机构13、连杆14和连架杆15,连杆14的一端通过第一销轴5枢接于第二侧板12的外侧面,也就是,第一销轴5既是连杆14与第二侧板12枢接的枢轴又是用于使第一挂钩8钩挂固定的固定件。连架杆15的一端通过第四销轴16与第一侧板11的外侧面枢接;连杆14的另一端和第二动力机构13均分别枢接于连架杆15的另一端(两者的枢接位置不同);第一侧板11的下端与第二侧板12的下端通过第五销轴17枢接。在第二动力机构13的驱动下,第二输送段2能够绕第一输送段1旋转,实现第二输送段2的展开或折叠。本实施例中第二驱动机构13采用的是油缸。
下面结合图3至图6对本发明的用于输料机的锁定装置动作过程进行介绍:
如图4所示,第二动力机构13的活塞杆缩回,拉动连架杆15绕第四销轴16顺时针转动,使连架杆15带动连杆14一起向第一输送段1运动,连杆14拉动第二输送段2以第五销轴17为枢轴转动,使第二输送段2展开呈图4所示的状态,此时启动第一动力机构4,使其活塞杆伸出,推动卡勾件绕第三销轴7逆时针转动,直至第一挂钩8勾在第一销轴5上,第二输送段2被锁定,完成第二输送段2的展开作业,操作非常方便,提高了工作效率;
当第二输送段2需要由展开状态变成折叠状态时,首先启动第一动力机构4,使其活塞杆缩回,驱动本体3绕第三销轴7顺时针转动,使第一挂钩8与第一销轴5脱离,卡勾件处于解锁的位置。如图5所 示,第二动力机构13的活塞杆伸出,推动连架杆15逆时针转动,连架杆15带动连杆14推动第二输送段2以第五销轴17为枢轴转动,直至转动至图6所示的状态,第二输送段2呈折叠状态,再次启动第一动力机构4,使其活塞杆伸出,推动卡勾件绕第三销轴7逆时针转动,直至第二挂钩9勾在第二销轴6上,第二输送段2被锁定,完成第二输送段2的折叠作业,操作非常方便,提高了工作效率。
由于第一输送段1和第二输送段2的枢转机构,使得即使作为第一动力机构4的油缸减压甚至更换卡勾件的过程中,第二输送段2也可以保持锁定的位置。
通过以上的描述可知,本发明在仅使用两个第一动力机构4的情况下,能够快速有效锁定第二输送段2,无需额外人员在输料机旁等候作业,一个操作员在驾驶平台上即可完成,生产效率得到了提高,工人的工作强度得到了降低。
上述的实施例是以卡勾件设置在第一输送段1上,而第一销轴5和第二销轴6设置在第二输送段2上为例进行的说明,当然也可以将卡勾件设置在第二输送段2上,而将第一销轴5和第二销轴6设置在第一输送段1上,也是完全能够实现本发明的锁定的目的的,本领域技术人员根据上述实施例的描述完全可以容易的实现卡勾件与第一销轴5和第二销轴6位置的调换,因此,在此对此结构不进行具体介绍。
另外,也可以将第一柱和第二柱替换成挂钩,而相应地将第一挂钩8和第二挂钩9替换成柱,也是能够实现在第二输送段2折叠或展开时,两者进行钩挂,以将第二输送段2锁定。
本发明中的第一动力机构4和第二动力机构13除了采用上述实施例中介绍的油缸外,也可以采用其他动力机构代替,只要能够分别驱动卡勾件和第二输送段2枢转即可。而且,卡勾件的形状也不仅限于上面介绍的结构,比如本体3除了采用扇形外,也可以为三角形、矩形等。或者取消本体3,第一挂钩8的一端、第二挂钩9的一端和驱动部10的一端固定连接在一起并枢接于一点也是可行的。本体3可以具有一定的厚度,比如块状,而不仅仅限于薄片状。
通过以上的描述可知,本发明主要是利用具有两个挂钩的部件以及两个杆状体(第一销轴5和第二销轴6),当第二输送段2展开时,利用一个挂钩与一个杆状体勾住,而将第二输送段2固定,而在第二输送段2折叠时,利用另外一个挂钩与另外一个杆状体勾住,而将第二输送段2固定。使第二输送段2展开或折叠时固定非常方便,节省人力,提高工作效率。
本发明中提到的各销轴(第一销轴5、第二销轴6、第三销轴7、第四销轴16和第五销轴17)可以采用铰接的方式固定,与可以采用焊接的方式固定。
本发明同时还公开了一种输料机,如图3所示,所述输料机包括上述的两个用于输料机的锁定装置,两个锁定装置对称设置在输料机上,具体的,继续结合图3至图6,其中一个锁定装置的卡勾件枢接于其中一块第一侧板11的内侧面上,另一个锁定装置的卡勾件则枢接于另外一块第一侧板11的内侧面上,两个卡勾件相对应。其中一个锁定装置的第一销轴5和第二销轴6设置于其中一个第二侧板12的内表面,另外一个锁定装置的第一销轴5和第二销轴6设置于另外一块第二侧板12的内表面。其中一个锁定装置的第一动力机构4设置在第一输送段1上并位于其中一块第一侧板11的内侧,另一个锁定装置的第一动力机构4设置在第一输送段1上并位于另外一块第一侧板11的内侧,从而使得两个锁定装置的第一动力机构4均设置在第一输送段1上,并分别靠近两块第一侧板11。
两个枢转机构的第二动力机构13分别位于两块第一侧板11的外侧,连杆14和连架杆15均位于第一侧板11和第二侧板12的外侧,具体位置关系参见图3。当然,如果将本发明的用于输料机的锁定装置设置在第一侧板11和第二侧板12的外侧,而将第二动力机构13、连杆14和连架杆15设置在第一侧板11和第二侧板12的内侧也是可以的,只不过可能会导致第一输送段1和第二输送段2的体积较大,结构不紧凑。
以上实施例仅为本发明的示例性实施例,不用于限制本发明,本发明的保护范围由权利要求书限定。本领域技术人员可以在本发明的实质和保护范围内,对本发明做出各种修改或等同替换,这种修改或等同替换也应视为落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 用于输料机的锁定装置,所述输料机包括第一输送段和通过枢转机构铰接在第一输送段上的第二输送段,其特征在于,所述用于输料机的锁定装置包括:
    枢接于所述第一输送段或第二输送段上,并能够在第二输送段枢转的方向上枢转的卡勾件,所述卡勾件具有两个挂钩;
    设置在未枢接所述卡勾件的第二输送段或第一输送段上,并在所述第二输送段处于与所述第一输送段相对折叠或展开状态时,用于分别与两个所述挂钩配合钩挂以固定所述第二输送段与第一输送段的相对位置的第一柱和第二柱;以及
    用于驱动所述卡勾件枢转的第一动力机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于输料机的锁定装置,其特征在于,
    所述卡勾件还包括本体和驱动部,所述驱动部和两个挂钩分别连接在所述本体的外缘周并伸出于所述外缘周,所述本体枢接于第一输送段或第二输送段上;
    所述第一动力机构为液压油缸,其一端固定在第一输送段或第二输送段上,另一端与所述驱动部的自由端枢接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于输料机的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述本体为扇形,两个所述挂钩分别连接在扇形的弧的两端,驱动部为连杆状且其一端连接在扇形的圆心角处,两个所述挂钩和驱动部均与所述本体位于同一平面内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于输料机的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述第一输送段与第二输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第一侧板,所述第二输送段与第一输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第二侧板;
    所述卡勾件的本体枢接于所述第一侧板的内侧面的中部,并在朝向所述第二输送段的方向上伸出于所述第一输送段,所述第一柱和第二柱均固定于与设有所述卡勾件的第一侧板相对应的所述第二侧板的内侧面上,以使所述第二输送段折叠或展开时,两个所述挂钩分别与第一柱和第二柱钩挂固定;
    所述液压油缸的一端固定在第一输送段上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于输料机的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述第一输送段与第二输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第一侧板,所述第二输送段与第一输送段相对的一端具有两相对的第二侧板;
    所述卡勾件的本体枢接于所述第二侧板的内侧面的中部,并在朝向所述第一输送段的方向上伸出于所述第二输送段,所述第一柱和第二柱均固定于与设有所述卡勾件的第二侧板相对应的所述第一侧板的内侧面上,以使所述第二输送段折叠或展开时,两个所述挂钩分别与第一柱和第二柱钩挂固定;
    所述液压油缸的一端固定在第二输送段上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于输料机的锁定装置,其特征在于,枢转机构包括第二动力机构、连杆和连架杆,所述第一柱为第一销轴;
    所述连杆的一端通过所述第一销轴枢接于第二侧板的外侧面;连架杆的一端与枢接有连杆的第二侧板相对的第一侧板的外侧面枢接;所述连杆的另一端和第二动力机构均分别枢接于连架杆的另一端;所述第一侧板的下端与第二侧板的下端枢接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于输料机的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述第一销轴靠近所述第二侧板的上端,所述第二柱靠近所述第二侧板的下端,且所述第二柱比第一销轴更远离所述第一输送段。
  8. 一种输料机,包括两个如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的用于输料机的锁定装置,两个所述用于输料机的锁定装置均设于所述第一输送段和第二输送段上。
