Abstract
Description
最初に、生牛から精肉商品に加工されるまでの処理の概要について説明する。生牛は、食肉として利用可能になるまで、生産地である牧場で飼育される。生牛は、個体識別番号が付与される。例えば、生牛の耳には、個体識別番号をバーコードで表した耳標が付される。個体識別番号は、例えば、生牛の生産地である牧場に固有の番号と、各生産地において各生牛に重複せずに割り当てられる番号とを組み合わせた10桁の番号である。生牛の生産者は、個体識別番号を用いて、各生牛の生年月日、購入日付、その他の飼育履歴等を管理する。個体識別番号は、生牛から精肉商品に加工されるまでの各段階において、生牛を特定するためのトレーサビリティ管理に用いられる。
次に、計量包装値付装置100について説明する。図1は、計量包装値付装置100の正面図である。図2は、計量包装値付装置100の断面図である。図3は、計量包装値付装置100のブロック構成図である。計量包装値付装置100は、主として、生鮮食品である部分肉が加工された精肉の計量処理と、包装フィルムによる精肉の包装処理と、計量された精肉の重量、使用期限および小売価格等をラベルに印字して包装フィルムにラベルを貼付する値付処理とを行う。
スーパーマーケットの食肉コーナーの担当者は、部分肉を精肉商品に加工する前に、計量包装値付装置100の読取部40を用いて、部分肉に付されている部分肉用ラベルから種種の情報を計量包装値付装置100に読み込む。読み込まれる情報は、図4に示される部分肉用ラベルに印刷されているバーコードBC1,BC2に記録されている情報である。これらの情報は、計量包装値付装置100のデータベース57に登録される。部分肉用ラベルから読み取られてデータベース57に登録される情報は、個体識別番号、部分肉の重量、部分肉に加工された日付、部分肉の使用期限等である。個体識別番号および部分肉の使用期限は、部分肉の元となった枝肉に付されているRF-IDタグから承継されたデータである。計量包装値付装置100の操作者による読取部40を用いた上記の操作によって、計量包装値付装置100が製造する精肉商品の元となる部分肉が特定される。計量包装値付装置100の操作者は、特定された部分肉から加工された精肉をトレー12に入れ、精肉入りのトレー12を計量部10の上に載せる。計量包装値付装置100は、トレー12を計量および包装し、値付ラベル18を貼付して、精肉商品を製造する。以下、計量包装値付装置100による精肉商品の使用期限の管理について説明する。
本実施形態に係る計量包装値付装置100は、精肉商品の元となる部分肉の使用期限日を取得し、かつ、精肉商品の使用期限日を生成することができる。すなわち、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日、および、精肉商品の使用期限日の両方を記憶することができる。そのため、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日と精肉商品の使用期限日とを比較して、両者の間に整合性が取れていないことを検知することができる。従って、計量包装値付装置100は、生鮮食品から加工された商品の使用期限を適切に管理することができる。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明の具体的構成は、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で変更可能である。次に、本実施形態に対する適用可能な変形例について説明する。
実施形態では、計量包装値付装置100が使用する使用期限管理プログラムは、使用期限変更部154、使用期限変更許可部155および製造禁止部156を有している。しかし、使用期限管理プログラムは、使用期限変更部154、使用期限変更許可部155および製造禁止部156の代わりに、ラベル発行制御部157を有していてもよい。図8は、本変形例における使用期限管理プログラムのブロック構成図である。図9は、本変形例における使用期限管理プログラムが行う処理を表すフローチャートである。図9に示されるステップS1A~S4Aは、それぞれ、図6に示されるステップS1~S4と同じ処理を表す。

実施形態では、比較条件判断部153は、部分肉の使用期限日が精肉商品の使用期限日以降でない場合に、部分肉の使用期限日と精肉商品の使用期限日との間において整合性が取れていないと判断する。しかし、比較条件判断部153は、部分肉の使用期限日が精肉商品の使用期限日以降でない場合において、さらに、現在日から部分肉の使用期限日までの期間と、所定期間とを比較して、精肉商品の使用期限日を管理してもよい。以下、所定期間は、3日であると仮定する。
実施形態では、比較条件判断部153は、比較条件に基づいて、部分肉の使用期限日が精肉商品の使用期限日以降であるか否かを判断する。しかし、比較条件判断部153は、部分肉の使用期限日および精肉商品の使用期限日に関する他の比較条件に基づいて判断してもよい。
実施形態では、自動有効日調整機能フラグおよび有効日調整選択機能フラグの状態は、計量包装値付装置100の操作者によって予め設定され、記憶部54に記憶されている。しかし、これらのフラグの状態は、必要に応じて、計量包装値付装置100の操作者によって入力表示部20を介して設定されてもよい。
実施形態では、計量包装値付装置100には、精肉商品の元となる部分肉の使用期限日が登録される。計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日と精肉商品の使用期限日とを比較する。しかし、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日を取得した後に、部分肉の使用期限日と現在日とを比較する処理をさらに行ってもよい。この場合、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日が現在日より前である場合、当該部分肉から精肉商品を製造することを禁止する。これにより、計量包装値付装置100は、使用期限日が経過した部分肉の加工を防止することができる。
実施形態では、計量包装値付装置100は、現在日を基準にして精肉商品の使用期限日を自動的に設定する。しかし、計量包装値付装置100は、精肉商品の使用期限日を操作者に設定させてもよい。この場合、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日を取得した後に、精肉商品の使用期限日を設定するための画面を、入力表示部20の表示パネル22に表示する。計量包装値付装置100の操作者は、入力表示部20の入力ボタン24を操作して、精肉商品の使用期限日を設定する。操作者が設定できる精肉商品の使用期限日は、元となった部分肉の使用期限日以前の日である。これにより、計量包装値付装置100の操作者は、精肉商品の使用期限日を必要に応じて設定することができる。
実施形態では、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日が精肉商品の使用期限日よりも前である場合、精肉商品の使用期限日を部分肉の使用期限日に自動的に変更する。しかし、計量包装値付装置100は、必要に応じて、精肉商品の使用期限日を自動的に変更した旨を通知するための画面を、入力表示部20の表示パネル22に表示してもよい。
実施形態では、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日と精肉商品の使用期限日との間において整合性が取れていない場合において、精肉商品の使用期限の設定を操作者に指示することができる。しかし、計量包装値付装置100は、部分肉の使用期限日と精肉商品の使用期限日との間において整合性が取れていない場合において、精肉商品の使用期限を自動的に変更してもよいか否かについて操作者に尋ねてもよい。操作者が、精肉商品の使用期限を自動的に変更してもよいと回答した場合、計量包装値付装置100は、例えば、精肉商品の使用期限を部分肉の使用期限日に自動的に変更する。

前記第1使用期限と前記第2使用期限とを比較して所定条件が満たされているか否かを判断する判断部と、
