技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬质棉生产线,尤其是一种既可用于生产厚型硬质棉(厚度为 4~15cm ),又可用于生产薄型硬质棉(厚度 1~3cm )的双规格硬质棉生产线。
背景技术
硬质棉,也称立棉,是一种非织造布,它本身具有如同直立的波浪形的纤维层排列结构,具备比普通绵更轻、更蓬松、更透气的优良性能。中国发明专利 CN102260961B ,公开了一种立棉生产工艺,主要包括开棉及混棉、梳棉、成型、烘干定型和冷却定型等步骤。其中,成型步骤和烘干步骤是比较关键的制程。在现有技术中的硬质棉生产线中,一般一条生产线都只能生产厚型硬质棉(厚度 4~15cm )或者只能生产薄型硬质棉( 厚度 1~3cm ) 。生产厚型硬质棉时,通常采用摇摆式折棉机,经梳理后的棉网落入摇摆式折棉机的折棉通道后被折叠成 S 形立体结构,厚度可根据产品要求做到 4~15cm 。生产薄型硬质棉时,通常采用插入式折棉机,其具有从上至下开口逐渐变小的折棉通道,经梳理后的棉网落入插入式折棉机的折棉通道后被折叠成 S 形立体结构,厚度一般在 1~3cm 。
在工厂里,由于订单需要,有时候生产厚型硬质棉,有时候生产薄型硬质棉,因此就需要在车间安装两条生产线,不仅设备投入较大,而且十分占用空间,切换生产时,效率也较低。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种 既可用于生产厚型硬质棉,又可用于生产薄型硬质棉的双规格硬质棉生产线,实现双规格硬质棉生产的及时切换,提高生产效率,减少设备投入成本和空间占用 。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

相较于现有技术,本发明将用于生产厚型硬质棉的摇摆式折棉机和用于生产薄型硬质棉的插入式折棉机一起安装在同一生产线上,利用第一输送带和第二输送带之间的间隙设计,以及过渡输送装置的辅助输送功能,根据生产需要选择棉网输送路线,以生产不同规格的硬质棉。在生产厚型硬质棉时,使棉网直接从该间隙中落下,经过摇摆式折棉机折成立棉网层后,通过过渡输送装置送入烘箱烘干定型;在生产薄型硬质棉时,棉网经过第二输送带的前端落下,经过插入式折棉机折成立棉网层后,直接落到烘箱入口处的传送带上送入烘箱烘干定型。
因此,本发明的双规格硬质棉生产线,将摇摆式折棉机和插入式折棉机集成在一条生产线中,可在生产中根据生产需要及时切换棉网输送路径及所采用的折棉机,效率更高,占用空间较小。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种双规格硬质棉生产线,其特征在于:所述摇摆式折棉机的下方和所述烘箱之间还设有沿前后方向延伸设置的导轨,所述车轮滚动设置在所述导轨上。
