Abstract
Description
モータ10について、図1及び図2を参照して説明する。図1及び図2において、ハッチングは、断面箇所を示す。モータ10は、各種の製品に搭載される。例えば、空調機が備えるファン等を回転させる駆動源として利用される。この他、モータ10は、圧縮機の駆動源として利用されることもある。更に、モータ10は、電動車両の駆動源として利用されることもある。電動車両としては、電気自動車、電動自転車、電動車椅子、電動カート又は電動配膳車が例示される。電気自動車は、ハイブリッド自動車を含む。
実施形態によれば、次のような効果を得ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 回転自在に支持されるロータと、ステータと、を備えるモータであって、
前記ロータのロータコアを形成する電磁鋼板が積層される積層方向の第一側となる前記ステータの部分に設けられ、筒状の収容室を含む、導電材料により形成されたハウジングと、
導電材料により形成された内輪と、導電材料により形成された外輪と、導電材料により形成された転動体と、を含み、前記内輪が、前記収容室の前記積層方向の第一側の第一端面に接しない状態で、前記ロータの導電材料により形成された回転軸の前記積層方向の第一側の端部に装着され、前記外輪が、前記収容室の第一端面に接した状態で、前記収容室の内周面に嵌合される転がり軸受と、
前記積層方向において、前記回転軸の前記積層方向の第一側の第二端面と、前記収容室の第一端面と、の間に設けられる、導電材料により形成された摺動体と、
前記積層方向において、前記摺動体と、前記収容室の第一端面と、の間に設けられる、導電材料により形成された受け部と、
前記積層方向において、前記受け部と、前記収容室の第一端面と、の間に設けられ、前記受け部を前記積層方向の第二側に付勢する、導電材料により形成された付勢部と、を備え、
前記回転軸と前記ハウジングとが、前記摺動体と前記受け部と前記付勢部とにより電気的に接続されている、モータ。 - 前記収容室は、前記収容室の第一端面のうち、前記外輪と接しない領域に第一凹部を含み、
前記受け部と前記付勢部とは、前記第一凹部に収容される、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記回転軸は、前記回転軸の第二端面に第二凹部を含み、
前記摺動体は、前記摺動体の一部が前記第二凹部に収容された状態で、前記回転軸の第二端面と、前記収容室の第一端面と、の間に設けられる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のモータ。 - 前記第二凹部は、前記回転軸の第二端面のうち、前記回転軸の径方向の中心位置に設けられる、請求項3に記載のモータ。
- 前記摺動体は、球体である、請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載のモータ。
