Abstract
Description
以下、図1~図6を用いて、第1の実施の形態に係る金属帯板の誘導加熱装置10(以下、単に「誘導加熱装置10」という)について説明する。図1及び図2に示されるように、誘導加熱装置10は、金属帯板40を加熱するための一対の誘導コイル12と、複数の磁性体コア20と、磁性体コア20を移動させるための一対の移動機構30と、金属帯板40の板幅方向の形状を検出する板幅・エッジ位置検出装置51(図1参照)と、金属帯板40の温度分布を検出する温度分布検出装置52と、板幅・エッジ位置検出装置51及び温度分布検出装置52の少なくとも一方からの信号に基づいて移動機構30を制御する制御部38(図1参照)と、を含んで構成されている。板幅・エッジ位置検出装置51による板幅方向の形状の検出は、例えば、画像検出装置により、金属帯板40の板幅方向の両端の位置を検出するように構成されている。そして、板幅・エッジ位置検出装置51は、金属帯板40の板幅方向の両端の位置を検出することで、金属帯板40の板幅及び蛇行を検出できるようになっている。また、温度分布検出装置52による温度分布の検出は、放射温度計等を用いて行ってもよい。温度分布検出装置52による温度分布の検出を行わずに、予めシミュレーションで求めた複数の磁性体コア20の配置と温度分布とに関する情報に基づいて、制御部38により金属帯板40の温度分布の制御を行ってもよく、その場合には、制御部38は、予めシミュレーションで求めた複数の磁性体コア20の配置情報および板幅・エッジ位置検出装置51からの信号に基づいて移動機構30を制御して、複数の磁性体コア20を移動させる。なお、金属帯板40は、略長尺板状(帯状)に形成され、誘導加熱装置10内において自身の長手方向(図1の矢印E方向)に搬送されて、誘導加熱装置10によって連続的に加熱されるようになっている。また、誘導加熱装置10では、板幅の異なる各種金属帯板40を加熱可能に構成されており、図1では、板幅の広い(誘導加熱装置10によって加熱可能な最大板幅の)金属帯板40が誘導加熱装置10内に配置された例として図示されている。
以下、図7~図10を用いて、第2の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置200について説明する。第2の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置200は、以下に示す点を除いて第1の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置10と同様に構成されている。なお、図7及び図8では、板幅の広い金属帯板40が誘導加熱装置200内に配置された例として図示されており、図9及び図10では、板幅の狭い金属帯板40が誘導加熱装置200内に配置された例として図示されている。
以下、図11及び図12を用いて、第3の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置300について説明する。第3の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置300は、以下に示す点を除いて第1の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置10と同様に構成されている。なお、図11では、誘導加熱装置300の要部における上部(金属帯板40に対して上側部分)のみが金属帯板40の板幅方向一方側から見た側面図で示されており、図12では、誘導加熱装置300の要部における上部のみが金属帯板40の長手方向から模式的な正面図で示されている。
以下、図13及び図14を用いて、第4の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置400について説明する。第4の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置400は、以下に示す点を除いて第3の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置300と同様に構成されている。なお、図13では、誘導加熱装置400の要部における上部(金属帯板40に対して上側部分)のみが金属帯板40の板幅方向一方側から見た側面図で示されており、図14では、誘導加熱装置400の要部における上部のみが金属帯板40の長手方向から見た模式的な正面図で示されている。
以下、図16及び図17を用いて、第5の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置500について説明する。第1の実施の形態~第4の実施の形態は、TF方式に関するものであったが、第5の実施の形態は、誘導コイル12の一対の直線部16が、金属帯板40の板面に対して互いに反対側に設けられた傾斜磁束方式に関するものである。第5の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置500は、以下に示す点を除いて第3の実施の形態の誘導加熱装置300と同様に構成されている。なお、図16では、誘導加熱装置500の要部が金属帯板40の搬送方向から見た側面図で示されており、図17は、図16のX矢視図である。
(1)長手方向に走行する金属帯板の板厚方向一方側又は板厚方向両側に設けられ、1次電流を流したときに前記金属帯板の板厚方向から見て閉ループを成す誘導電流を前記金属帯板に形成させる誘導コイルと、前記金属帯板の板厚方向に対向し且つ前記金属帯板から所定距離離間された所定位置に配置されることで前記誘導コイルによって発生する磁束を集中させる複数の磁性体コアと、前記磁性体コアに連結され、前記磁性体コアを移動させることで前記所定位置において前記金属帯板の板幅方向に並ぶ前記磁性体コアの配置数を増減させる移動機構と、を備えた金属帯板の誘導加熱装置。
Claims (8)
- 長手方向に走行する金属帯板の板厚方向一方側又は板厚方向両側に設けられ、1次電流を流したときに前記金属帯板の板厚方向から見て閉ループを成す誘導電流を前記金属帯板に形成させる誘導コイルと、
前記金属帯板の板厚方向に対向し且つ前記金属帯板から所定距離離間された所定位置に配置されることで前記誘導コイルによって発生する磁束を集中させる複数の磁性体コアと、
前記磁性体コアに連結され、前記磁性体コアを移動させることで前記所定位置において前記金属帯板の板幅方向に並ぶ前記磁性体コアの配置数を増減させる移動機構と、
を備えた金属帯板の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記移動機構は、
前記誘導コイルに対して前記金属帯板とは反対側に設けられ、前記金属帯板の板幅方向に延在されたガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールに移動可能に設けられ、前記磁性体コアに連結されると共に、前記ガイドレールの長手方向に移動されることで前記ガイドレールの長手方向における複数の前記磁性体コアの間隔を維持した状態で複数の前記磁性体コアを前記所定位置に配置させる移動部材と、
を含んで構成されている請求項1に記載の金属帯板の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記移動機構は、
前記誘導コイルに対して前記金属帯板とは反対側に設けられ、前記金属帯板の板幅方向に延在されたガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールに移動可能に設けられ、複数の前記磁性体コアのそれぞれに連結されると共に、前記ガイドレールの長手方向に移動されることで前記磁性体コアを前記所定位置に配置させる複数の移動装置と、
を含んで構成されており、
複数の前記移動装置は、前記ガイドレールの長手方向にそれぞれ独立して移動可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の金属帯板の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記移動機構は、複数の前記移動装置にそれぞれに固定され且つ前記移動装置と前記磁性体コアとを連結する複数の接離装置を有しており、
複数の前記接離装置は、前記金属帯板の板厚方向において、それぞれ独立して前記磁性体コアを前記金属帯板に対して接近可能に構成されている請求項3に記載の金属帯板の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記移動機構は、前記磁性体コアのそれぞれに連結された複数の接離装置を有しており、
複数の前記接離装置は、前記磁性体コアに対して前記金属帯板とは反対側に設けられ、前記金属帯板の板厚方向において、それぞれ独立して前記磁性体コアを前記金属帯板に対して接離可能に構成されており、
