Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um equipamento de aquecimento por indução para uma tira metálica fornecido com uma bobina de indução fornecida em um ou em ambos os lados, na direção da espessura de uma tira metálica que viaja na direção longitudinal, a bobina de indução caracterizada por formar, na tira metálica, uma corrente de indução que forma um anel fechado se visto a partir da direção da espessura da tira metálica quando uma corrente primária é passada através da bobina de indução; uma pluralidade de núcleos magnéticos arranjados nas posições prescritas uns de frente para os outros na direção da espessura da tira metálica de modo a serem separados por uma distância prescrita da tira metálica, assim os núcleos magnéticos concentram o fluxo magnético gerado pela bobina de indução; e um mecanismo de movimentação ligado aos núcleos magnéticos, o mecanismo de movimentação caracterizado por mover os núcleos magnéticos para aumentar/diminuir o número de núcleos magnéticos arranjados na direção da largura da tira metálica nas posições prescritas.
