教室内的黑板是教师的一种使用频率最高的教学工具。长期以来,教师所使用的黑板都是单一的可供书写的玻璃板或者水泥墙面,近些年随着多媒体教学的普及,很多学校也有了多媒体教室,教师可以用PPT的方式给学生上课,一些条件好的学校甚至用上了电子白板进行教学或互动。但是多媒体教学的投影布不能书写,当老师在使用多媒体教学时,想书写一些东西时会非常不方便,往往要收起投影布,或者只能书写在投影布两边的黑板上。而且,多媒体教室要安装投影仪及投影布,还需要一台主机控制投影仪。教室里的这些设施容易被调皮的学生弄坏,增加了维护维修成本。
目前经济比较发达地区,一些学校在使用一种带红外触控功能的白板来取代普通的黑板,这种触控白板可以使用白板笔来写字,还可以实现多媒体教学的功能,但是这种红外的触控白板有一个凸出的边框,无法使用粉笔书写,而且在清洗时容易造成触控功能的失灵,造成触控不灵敏或无法触控,体验感很差。
我公司在先申请的一种可书写的触控黑板,申请号201520042697.9,公开了一种黑板技术,包括一块可用于书写且具有良好透光性的玻璃黑板及一智能触控设备;智能触控设备包括:触控显示器,主板模块,电源模块及其它模块的计算显示单元和支撑外壳。这种智能互动黑板结合了普通黑板方便书写的优点与智能互动一体机的优点,使不管小孩子,还是工作中的各种交流活动书写,标注更加便捷,随意,即可以使用粉笔书写,还可以进行多媒体演示;轻便易移动,增加使用场景的随意性。由于这种黑板的市场定位是家用及会议室用,所以其支撑外框的设计强度及结构方式是常见的普通设计,而本发明主要是为了解决大尺寸,重量比较大的黑板,其支撑外框的强度及结构设计主要是解决用于挂在墙上的牢固性与安全性所做的全新的设计。
此外,我公司曾申请过名为:“一种触控一体化设备”的专利,该专利披露了一种可智能便捷安装于多种应用场合的触控一体化设备,将触控单元、成像显示单元、计算控制单元及相关抗干扰单元集成为一体化产品,非常适合用在公共展示场所和一些互动场所,还可以用在办公场所,用于演示电子文件及多人互动交流的场所。其中在某些办公场所,展示人员对触控一体化设备提出了新的需求,希望可以直接用签字笔或者粉笔在显示屏幕上书写便于沟通和交流的文字,但是由于目前的触控一体化设备的外壳保护玻璃是普通玻璃,非常光滑,不适合用于书写展示。
目前市场上还有一种黑板技术,是基于适于手写液晶面板的装置,提供了不需要墨水可书写的智能纸,代替了传统非环保材料的黑板和粉笔书写模式,实现了完全电子化的模式,但对于多年来习惯用于粉笔书写的人来说,粉笔书写有时更习惯,更便利。但该技术存在着不能解决区域擦除,只能整板擦除,以及不能进行多媒体播放及书写保存的问题。
发明内容
基于此,本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种基于纳米触控膜的触控黑板,以及相关的触控黑板框架、触控一体机以及组合黑板。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种触控黑板,包括至少一个玻璃黑板,至少一触控膜,以及至少一显示单元;所述触控膜粘贴在玻璃黑板用于写字面的背部,显示单元放置于触控膜的正背部。
进一步地,触控膜粘贴在玻璃黑板的中心位置;
进一步地,玻璃黑板使用的是亚光玻璃板或者超白玻璃板或者纳米玻璃板等有机高强度玻璃;
进一步地,玻璃黑板是一种拟态玻璃。
进一步地,玻璃黑板适用于白板笔书写或者是粉笔书写;
进一步地,玻璃黑板的触控区域可使用手指直接触控或者使用触控笔实现触控控制;
进一步地,玻璃黑板的下部安装有与显示单元实现通讯连接的各种通讯接口;
进一步地,显示单元安装有无线网卡及无线通讯接口及USB接口等。
本发明的触控黑板,不仅便于教师书写,而且便于进行电子教学,方便的实现与学生进行互动教学,且兼具普通黑板与多媒体教室的两种优点,节约成本,便于维护管理。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种用于触控黑板的黑板框架,所述触控黑板包括显示设备和玻璃黑板,所述黑板框架由凹字型的合金框架材料组合而成,且在凹字型材的底面有一凸起的挡条,用于固定玻璃黑板。
进一步地,显示设备通过左右两个钣金挂架固定在黑板框架的上下两根横梁上,钣金挂架上有至少1个以上的螺纹孔。
进一步地,钣金挂架两端有一折弯的拐角,拐角上有至少一个用于固定显示设备的螺纹孔。
进一步地,黑板框架是铝合金材料。
进一步地,黑板框架的凹字性底面的凸起挡条与玻璃黑板在同一平面上。
进一步地,黑板框架通过一个L型的挂钩与黑板框架的凹字型槽相匹配。
本发明的黑板框架结构简单,机械强度大,便于安装,且牢固安全,适用于教室、大会议室的壁挂式触控黑板使用。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种触控一体机,主要包括前置外壳,主机单元,显示单元,触控感应单元,后置外壳,所述前置外壳由外框和一块内嵌于外框内的玻璃黑板组成。
进一步地,所述外框与玻璃黑板在同一平面上。
进一步地,所述玻璃黑板是亚光玻璃板或者超白玻璃板或者纳米玻璃板等有机高强度玻璃。
进一步地,所述玻璃黑板适用于签字笔书写或者是粉笔书写。
进一步地,所述玻璃黑板的透光度大于90%。
进一步地,所述玻璃黑板的厚度为1mm-25mm。
进一步地,所述玻璃黑板的触控区域可使用手指直接触控或者使用触控笔实现触控控制。
上述触控一体机,即可以做为普通触控一体电脑来使用,又可以作为白板来 使用,方便用户在展示文件或者沟通时书写,圈画,更加符合客户的使用习惯,给客户带来更好的体验。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供了一种组合黑板,包括具有至少两块可书写区域的黑板,组合黑板由上述的触控黑板、以及液晶手写黑板和/或玻璃黑板组成,且所述组合黑板在同一个平面上。
进一步地,所述组合黑板包括中间固定触控黑板和左右两侧各一块可拼接玻璃黑板。
进一步地,触控黑板包括上述的触控一体机。
进一步地,玻璃黑板由黑板框架及一防眩光的玻璃黑板组成。
进一步地,触控黑板的玻璃黑板是防眩光玻璃,且可以使用粉笔进行书写。
进一步地,液晶手写黑板是一种胆固醇相液晶手写装置,其可以通过手指压力产生笔迹,并可通过擦除按键一键消除笔迹。
进一步地,液晶手写黑板的液晶装置还可以是双稳态的液晶显示装置。
进一步地,所述液晶手写黑板上覆盖有透明柔性材料和触控膜,所述柔性透明材料位于液晶手写黑板与触控膜之间,所述触控膜连接至一包括处理器和存储器的计算机设备,所述存储器中存储有指令,该指令在执行时适于令处理器实现对触控膜上的书写记录的保存。
进一步地,所述计算机设备包括通信模块,保存的书写记录通过该通信模块传输至外部设备。
进一步地,所述通信模块为蓝牙模块,且所述传输为无线传输。
进一步地,液晶手写黑板正前方有照明装置,其光线可以使书写字迹更加清晰。
本发明的组合黑板结构简单,汇集了目前所有黑板技术的优点,适合各种不同使用习惯的老师使用。

具体实施方式
通过参考示范性实施例,本发明的目的和功能以及用于实现这些目的和功能的方法将得以阐明。然而,本发明并不受限于以下所公开的示范性实施例:可以通过不同形式来对其加以实现。说明书的实质仅仅是帮助相关领域技术人员综合理解本发明的具体细节。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种触控黑板,如图1所示,由包括一显示单元12、中间固定黑板11、粘贴在玻璃黑板用于写字面的背部的触控膜,两侧可拼接黑板13和14组成,可拼接黑板13和14与中间固定黑板在一个平面上。在中间固定黑板11的用于写字面的背部粘贴有触控膜,触控膜的正背部安装有显示单元12,显示单元12的面积小于中间固定黑板11的面积,并放置在中间固定黑板11后面的中央位置。触控膜的特性就是可以实现悬空触控或者隔着非金属物体实现触控。中间固定黑板是由玻璃黑板制成,玻璃黑板选用亚光玻璃板、超白玻璃板或者纳米玻璃板等有机高强度玻璃,其厚度可控制在5mm-20mm,透光度在80%以上的玻璃材质,当开启显示单元12时,教师可以用手指或者触控笔隔着中间固定 黑板11实现对显示单元12进行操作;采用拟玻璃黑板,当无触控操作时,显示器进入休眠状态,整个黑板与普通玻璃黑板是一样的,当需要进行操作时,只需用手指轻轻触碰触控区域,显示器又恢复显示状态;当关闭触控黑板12时,教师可以直接在玻璃黑板表面使用粉笔或者白板笔进行书写。在中间固定黑板11的下边还设置有与显示单元实现通讯连接的各种通讯接口,包括网络接口,USB接口等各种常用通讯接口。显示单元12的主机上安装有无线网卡及无线通讯接口及USB接口等,教师可利用手中的移动设备将课件通过通讯接口有线或无线传输到所述显示单元12上进行显示观看,方便实现各种通讯连接,方便进行电子文件,及网络资源的使用。
实施例2
如图2所示,一种触控黑板包括一块玻璃黑板21,粘贴在玻璃黑板21用于写字面的背部的触控膜,及显示单元22,该实施例的玻璃黑板采用整体式结构,使整个黑板看起来浑然一体,与普通玻璃黑板一样,但却可以实现电子白板,多媒体播放,互动展示等多种功能。
这样触控的显示黑板不仅具有普通黑板能书写的功能,而且完全集成了多媒体教学的功能,可以完全取代投影系统所组成的多媒体教学方式,而且更容易操作和实现与学生的互动展示,节约了资源且减少了维护和维修的成本。
实施例3
如图3所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种智能黑板的主视图,包括中间黑板34以及分别位于其两侧的左边黑板35和右边黑板36,其中在中间黑板34的玻璃黑板内部安装有智能显示设备31。
如图4所示,为本发明实施例的中间黑板34的背部示意图,黑板框架32呈矩形,在其内部左右两侧有两根钣金挂架33,智能显示设备31通过左右两个钣金挂架33固定在黑板框架32的上下两根横梁上,在钣金挂架33上分布有用于固定的螺纹孔。
如图5和6所示的黑板框架32的局部立体图和剖面图,框架构件是凹字型的合金材料,且在凹字型材的底面有一凸起的挡条322,用于放置和固定玻璃黑 板。所述的凸起挡条322与玻璃黑板在同一平面上。黑板框架32采用结构稳定且价格低廉的铝合金材料,或者采用不锈钢等其他合金材料。
如图7和8所示的钣金挂架的主视图及左视图,在钣金挂架33的两端有一折弯的拐角,拐角上有至少一个用于固定智能显示设备的螺纹孔。
如图9所示的用来固定黑板的挂钩的主视图,挂钩38呈L型,其长端上有螺纹孔,用于固定在墙上,其短端的挂钩凸起与凹字型材的凹槽321相匹配,这样挂钩结构便于安装,且刚好利用型材的结构非常牢固和安全的固定在墙面,结构简单,便于安装维护。
用于教室或者大会议室的智能黑板优选的采用三块组成,其中中间一块智能黑板的面积较大,且智能显示设备放置在中间黑板的背部,两侧采用较小的黑板,组合结构便于安装,运输及灵活的配置。
实施例4
本发明的一种触控白板一体机,如图10所示,主要包括前置外壳46,主机单元,显示单元43,触控感应单元45,后置外壳41等,其中所述前置外壳由外框和一块内嵌于外框内的玻璃黑板47组成,且外框与玻璃黑板在同一平面上。所述的外壳还可以是由红外触控感应模块所形成的外框及内嵌于外框内的玻璃黑板组成,玻璃黑板内凹于外框。其中玻璃黑板47是一块厚度在1mm-25mm的亚光玻璃板或者超白玻璃板或者纳米玻璃板等有机高强度玻璃,具有耐磨,耐冲击的优质特性,且其透光度在90%以上。玻璃黑板47即可用签字笔书写也可以使用粉笔书写,而且玻璃具有便于清洁的特点。而玻璃黑板47的背面即是粘贴在显示单元43上的触控感应单元45,这样用户可以隔着玻璃黑板47进行触控操作一体机,触控区域不仅可以使用手指直接触控也可以使用触控笔实现触控控制。
本发明的一种触控白板一体机,即可以做为普通触控一体电脑来使用,又可以兼做白板,方便用户在展示文件或者沟通时书写,圈画,更加符合客户的使用习惯,给客户带来更好的使用体验。
实施例5
如图11所示,为本发明实施例5提供的一种组合黑板的主视图,包括位于中间位置的触控黑板51,位于触控黑板51右侧的液晶手写黑板53及位于触控黑板51左侧的玻璃黑板52。
触控黑板51包括安装在黑板框架内的玻璃黑板及放置于玻璃黑板后面的触控一体机,适于进行粉笔书写及手写输入,还适合播放多媒体教学课件;液晶手写黑板53是一种胆固醇相液晶手写装置,其可以通过手指压力产生笔迹,且可以通过擦除按键一键消除笔迹,适于手写且便于擦除;玻璃黑板52由黑板框架及一防眩光的玻璃黑板组成,适合用粉笔书写。
如图12所示,为本发明实施例5的组合黑板的变形例的主视图,左侧为触控黑板51,右侧为液晶手写黑板53。
如图13所示,为本发明实施例5的组合黑板的又一变形例的主视图,位于中间位置的触控黑板51,及位于触控黑板51两侧的两块相同的液晶手写黑板53。
如图14所示,为本发明实施例5的组合黑板的又一变形例的侧视图,其中所述液晶手写黑板53上覆盖有透明柔性材料52和触控膜51,所述柔性透明材料52位于液晶手写黑板53与触控膜51之间,所述触控膜51连接至一包括处理器和存储器的计算机设备(未图示),所述存储器中存储有指令,该指令在执行时适于令处理器实现对触控膜上的书写记录的保存。所述计算机设备包括通信模块,保存的书写记录通过该通信模块传输至外部设备;所述通信模块可以为蓝牙模块,且所述传输可以为无线传输。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种触控黑板,其特征在于,包括至少一个玻璃黑板,至少一触控膜,以及至少一显示单元;所述触控膜粘贴在玻璃黑板用于写字面的背部,显示单元放置于触控膜的正背部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触控黑板,其特征在于,所述触控膜粘贴在玻璃黑板的中心位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的触控黑板,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板使用的是亚光玻璃板或者超白玻璃板或者纳米玻璃板等有机高强度玻璃。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的触控黑板,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板是一种拟态玻璃。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的触控黑板,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板适用于白板笔书写或粉笔书写。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的触控黑板,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板的触控区域可使用手指直接触控或者使用触控笔实现触控控制。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的触控黑板,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板的下部安装有与显示单元实现通讯连接的各种通讯接口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的触控黑板,其特征在于,所述显示单元安装有无线网卡及无线通讯接口及USB接口等。
  9. 一种用于触控黑板的黑板框架,所述触控黑板包括显示设备和玻璃黑板,所述黑板框架由凹字型的合金框架材料组合而成,且在凹字型材的底面有一凸起的挡条,用于固定玻璃黑板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的黑板框架,其特征在于,所述显示设备通过左右两个钣金挂架固定在黑板框架的上下两根横梁上,钣金挂架上有1个以上的螺纹孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的黑板框架,其特征在于,所述的钣金挂架两端有一折弯的拐角,拐角上有至少一个用于固定显示设备的螺纹孔。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的黑板框架,其特征在于,所述的黑板框架是铝合金材料。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的黑板框架,其特征在于,所述的黑板框架的凹字 性底面的凸起挡条与玻璃黑板在同一平面上。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的黑板框架,其特征在于,所述的黑板框架通过一个L型的挂钩与黑板框架的凹字型槽相匹配。
  15. 一种触控一体机,包括前置外壳,主机单元,显示单元,触控感应单元,后置外壳,其特征在于,所述前置外壳由外框和一块内嵌于外框内的玻璃黑板组成。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的触控一体机,其特征在于,所述外框与玻璃黑板在同一平面上。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的触控一体机,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板是亚光玻璃板或者超白玻璃板或者纳米玻璃板等有机高强度玻璃。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的一种触控一体机,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板适用于签字笔书写和/或粉笔书写。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的触控一体机,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板的透光度大于90%。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的触控一体机,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板的厚度为1mm-25mm。
  21. 根据权利要求15所述的触控一体机,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板的触控区域可使用手指直接触控或者使用触控笔实现触控控制。
  22. 一种组合黑板,包括具有至少两块可书写区域的黑板,其特征在于,所述组合黑板由如权利要求1到8中任一项所述的触控黑板、以及液晶手写黑板和/或玻璃黑板组成,且所述组合黑板在同一个平面上。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述组合黑板包括中间固定触控黑板和左右两侧各一块可拼接玻璃黑板。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述触控黑板包括如权利要求17所述的触控一体机。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述玻璃黑板由黑板框架及一防眩光的玻璃黑板组成。
  26. 根据权利要求22所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述触控黑板的玻璃黑板是防眩光玻璃,且可以使用粉笔进行书写。
  27. 根据权利要求22所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述液晶手写黑板是一种胆固醇相液晶手写装置,其可以通过手指压力产生笔迹,并可通过擦除按键一键消除笔迹。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述液晶手写黑板的液晶装置是双稳态的液晶显示装置。
  29. 根据权利要求22所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述液晶手写黑板上覆盖有透明柔性材料和触控膜,所述柔性透明材料位于液晶手写黑板与触控膜之间,所述触控膜连接至一包括处理器和存储器的计算机设备,所述存储器中存储有指令,该指令在执行时适于令处理器实现对触控膜上的书写记录的保存。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述计算机设备包括通信模块,保存的书写记录通过该通信模块传输至外部设备。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述通信模块为蓝牙模块,且所述传输为无线传输。
  32. 根据权利要求22所述的组合黑板,其特征在于,所述液晶手写黑板正前方有照明装置。
