Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施例の携帯情報端末を含む通信システムの一例を示すシステム構成図である。本実施例の通信システムは、携帯情報端末100、インターネット等のブロードバンドネットワーク200及びアクセスポイント200aとルータ装置200r、移動体電話通信サーバ300及び移動体電話通信網の基地局300b、放送受信装置400及びアンテナ400a、放送局の電波塔400t、その他のアプリケーションサーバ500、で構成される。
図2Aは、携帯情報端末100の内部構成の一例を示すブロック図である。携帯情報端末100は、主制御部101、システムバス102、ROM103、RAM104、ストレージ部110、通信処理部120、拡張インタフェース部124、操作部130、画像処理部140、音声処理部150、センサ部160、で構成される。
図2Bは、本実施例の携帯情報端末100のソフトウェア構成図であり、ROM103、RAM104及びストレージ部110におけるソフトウェアの構成の一例を示す。本実施例においては、ROM103に基本動作プログラム1001及びその他の動作プログラムが記憶されており、ストレージ部110にリモート視聴プログラム1002と通信管理プログラム1003とコンテンツ再生プログラム1004及びその他の動作プログラムが記憶されている。また、ストレージ部110は、動画、静止画、音声等のコンテンツを記憶するコンテンツ記憶領域1011、外部機器との連携動作の際に使用するための認証情報を記憶する認証情報記憶領域1012、その他の各種情報を記憶する各種情報記憶領域1019を備えるものとする。
図3は、放送受信装置400の内部構成の一例を示すブロック図である。放送受信装置400は、主制御部401、システムバス402、ROM403、RAM404、ストレージ部410、LAN通信部421、拡張インタフェース部424、チューナ/復調部431、分離部432、映像復号部433、音声復号部434、字幕復号部435、データ放送受信処理部436、映像重畳部437、符号変換部440、映像表示部451、スピーカ452、映像出力部453、音声出力部454、で構成される。
以下では、本実施例の携帯情報端末100の動作に関して説明する。
200:インターネット、200a:アクセスポイント、200r:ルータ装置、
300:移動体電話通信サーバ、300b:基地局、400:放送受信装置、400a:アンテナ、400t:電波塔、500:その他のアプリケーションサーバ
Claims (13)
- データを送受信する携帯情報端末であって、
前記データの送受信は映像データの受信を含み、
所定期間に前記携帯情報端末が送受信したデータの通信量を取得する通信管理実行部と、
前記取得した通信量と予め設定された所定値を比較し、
前記取得した通信量と前記所定値との関係に応じて、前記映像データの画質を選択可能にするリモート視聴実行部と、
を有することを特徴とする携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記選択可能な画質の情報を表示し、
前記表示した画質の情報に対する選択の操作を受け付け、
前記選択された画質の情報を送信すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記取得した通信量と前記所定値との関係に応じて、前記画質の選択可能な数を変更すること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の携帯情報端末。 - 第1の選択可能数と前記第1の選択可能数より少ない第2の選択可能数が予め設定され、
前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記取得した通信量が前記所定値より少ない場合は前記画質の選択可能な数を前記第1の選択可能数とし、前記取得した通信量が前記所定値より多い場合は前記画質の選択可能な数を前記第2の選択可能数とすること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
番組情報あるいはファイル情報を取得し、
前記画質の選択可能な映像データは、前記番組情報あるいはファイル情報に情報が含まれる映像データであること
を特徴とする請求項4に記載の携帯情報端末。 - データを送受信する携帯情報端末であって、
前記データの送受信は映像データの受信を含み、
所定期間に前記携帯情報端末が送受信したデータの通信量を取得し、
前記所定期間の経過量を取得する通信管理実行部と、
前記経過量に基づいて所定値を選択し、
前記取得した通信量と前記所定値を比較し、
前記取得した通信量と前記所定値との関係に応じて、前記映像データの画質を選択可能にするリモート視聴実行部と、
を有することを特徴とする携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記選択可能な画質の情報を表示し、
前記表示した画質の情報に対する選択の操作を受け付け、
前記選択された画質の情報を送信すること
を特徴とする請求項6に記載の携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記取得した通信量と前記所定値との関係に応じて、前記画質の選択可能な数を変更すること
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の携帯情報端末。 - 第1の選択可能数と前記第1の選択可能数より少ない第2の選択可能数が予め設定され、
前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記取得した通信量が前記所定値より少ない場合は前記画質の選択可能な数を前記第1の選択可能数とし、前記取得した通信量が前記所定値より多い場合は前記画質の選択可能な数を前記第2の選択可能数とすること
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
番組情報あるいはファイル情報を取得し、
前記画質の選択可能な映像データは、前記番組情報あるいはファイル情報に情報が含まれる映像データであること
を特徴とする請求項9に記載の携帯情報端末。 - データを送受信する携帯情報端末であって、
前記データの送受信は映像データの受信を含み、
所定期間に前記携帯情報端末が送受信したデータの通信量を取得する通信管理実行部と、
受信可能な複数の前記映像データの一覧を表示し、
前記取得した通信量と予め設定された所定値を比較し、
前記取得した通信量と前記所定値との関係に応じて、前記一覧の表示より前面に前記映像データの画質に関する情報を表示するリモート視聴実行部と、
を有することを特徴とする携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記映像データの画質に関する情報として映像データの表示画素数あるいは表示走査線数を含めて表示すること
を特徴とする請求項11に記載の携帯情報端末。 - 前記リモート視聴実行部は、
前記映像データの画質する情報として視聴可能時間を含めて表示すること
を特徴とする請求項12に記載の携帯情報端末。
