Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施形態に係る作業車両1を図1および図2に示す。図1は作業車両1の側面図であり、図2は作業車両1の上面図である。図1、2では、作業車両1として、ブルドーザを図示しているが、油圧ショベル、ホイールローダ、モータグレーダ、ダンプトラックなどの他の作業車両であってもよい。作業車両1は、キャブ2と、車両本体3と、作業機4とを備える。なお、以下の説明において、前後方向とは、作業車両1の前後方向を意味する。言い換えれば、前後方向とは、キャブ2に着座したオペレータから見た前後方向を意味する。また、左右方向とは、キャブ2に着座したオペレータから見た左右方向を意味する。側方とは、作業車両1の車幅方向、すなわち、前述の左方向もしくは右方向のいずれかを意味する。
キャブ2には、作業車両1のオペレータが座るためのシートや各種操作のためのレバー、ペダルおよび計器類が内装されている。また、キャブ2は、転倒時運転者保護構造(ROPS構造)を有しており、車両本体3に配置されている。
車両本体3は、エンジンフード31、排気管32、左右の走行装置33、第1収容部5、第2収容部34、及び、これらを支持するメインフレーム(図示せず)を含む。
作業機4は、ブレード41、アーム部材42、および、油圧シリンダ43,44を含む。ブレード41は、エンジンフード31の前方に設けられている。ブレード41は、キャブ2の左右方向の幅よりも大きな幅を有している。また、ブレード41の下端部が地面に接触している状態において、ブレード41の上端部は、エンジンフード31の上面よりも下方に位置しており、エンジンフード31の上面は、ブレード41の上端部とキャブ2の前面の上端部とを結んだ仮想線よりも下方に位置している。アーム部材42は、作業機4を支持する。アーム部材42の一端が車両本体3に接続され、アーム部材42の他端がブレード41に接続されている。油圧シリンダ43,44は、伸縮することによって、ブレード41を所望の方向へ傾けたり、移動させたりする油圧アクチュエータである。
図3を参照すると、第1収容部5は、外装カバー51と、開閉カバー52と、ヒンジ部材53とを含む。図3に示すように、外装カバー51は、還元剤タンク6を覆い、還元剤タンク6の補給口61に面する部分に開口部51aを有する。開閉カバー52は、開口部51aを覆う。図3及び図5に示すように、ヒンジ部材53は、開閉カバー52の下端と外装カバー51との間に設けられ、開閉カバー52を回転可能とする。
本実施形態に係る作業車両1は、以下の特徴を有する。
(1)作業車両1では、開閉カバー52が開けられたときのヒンジ部材53の上部には、凹部531a,532aが形成されている。これによって、容器本体70の底部前端70bを凹部531a,532aに引っ掛けて、凹部531a,532aを支点として容器本体70を傾けることによって、ノズル71を補給口61に容易に挿すことができる。したがって、補給用容器7による液体の補給が容易となる。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。
Claims (9)
- 補給口を含むタンクと、
前記タンクを覆い、前記補給口に面する部分に開口部を有する外装カバーと、
前記開口部を覆う開閉カバーと、
前記開閉カバーの下端と前記外装カバーとの間に設けられ、前記開閉カバーを回転可能とするヒンジ部材と、
を備え、
前記開閉カバーが開けられたときの前記ヒンジ部材の上部には、凹部が形成されている、
作業車両。
- 前記ヒンジ部材は、前記開閉カバーの回転軸に対して垂直に延びる第1板状部材を少なくとも1つ含み、
前記凹部は、前記第1板状部材に形成される、
請求項1に記載の作業車両。
- 前記第1板状部材は、複数の前記凹部を含む、
請求項2に記載の作業車両。
- 前記ヒンジ部材は、第2板状部材をさらに含み、
前記凹部は、前記第2板状部材に形成される、

- 前記ヒンジ部材は、第2板状部材をさらに含み、
前記第2板状部材は、前記第1板状部材の前記凹部の数と同数の前記凹部を含む、
請求項3に記載の作業車両。
- 前記開閉カバーが開けられたときの、前記第1板状部材の上端と前記第2板状部材の上端とは、同じ水平面上に位置する、請求項4または5に記載の作業車両。
- 前記開閉カバーは、前記開閉カバーの少なくとも1つの端部において、屈曲部を含み、
前記開閉カバーが開けられたときの、前記第1板状部材の上端と前記屈曲部の上端とは、同じ水平面上に位置する、請求項2または3に記載の作業車両。
- 前記開閉カバーは、前記開閉カバーの内面に設けられた載置部材をさらに含み、
前記開閉カバーが開けられたときの、前記第1板状部材の上端と前記載置部材の上端とは、前記同じ水平面上に位置する、請求項2または3に記載の作業車両。
- 前記開閉カバーは、前記開閉カバーの内面に設けられた載置部材をさらに含み、
前記開閉カバーが開けられたときの、前記第1板状部材の上端と前記屈曲部の上端と前記載置部材の上端とは、前記同じ水平面上に位置する、請求項7に記載の作業車両。
