- a plurality of storage batteries are registered in the management device 10 in advance.
- the management device 10 and the plurality of registered storage batteries 20 are configured to be able to communicate with each other via a network 40 such as the Internet.

- the management device 10 acquires and manages information indicating free capacity from a plurality of storage batteries 20 at predetermined timings regardless of whether the change information acquisition unit 12 acquires change information. Also good. And if the change information acquisition part 12 acquires change information, the storage battery information acquisition part 13 may calculate
- a plurality of storage batteries 20 may be grouped, and a monitoring device 30 that monitors the state of the storage battery 20 may be provided for each group. Then, the management device 10 may request information indicating the free capacity of the storage battery 20 from each monitoring device 30 at a predetermined timing, and acquire the information from each monitoring device 30. - the monitoring apparatus 30 may acquire and manage the information which shows free capacity from the some storage battery 20 for every predetermined timing irrespective of the presence or absence of the said request from the management apparatus 10.
- the correction unit 14 corrects the power generation schedule acquired by the schedule acquisition unit 11 based on the change information acquired by the change information acquisition unit 12 and the storage battery information acquired by the storage battery information acquisition unit 13.
- the correction unit 14 in the first power generation means when it is necessary to increase the power generation amount of the first power generation means from the initial schedule, and the free capacity of the storage battery 20 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the correction unit 14 in the first power generation means at the earliest possible timing.
- the power generation schedule can be modified so that the output power is increased from the initial schedule and the required output power at each timing is reached as early as possible. Thereby, even if the situation where the required output power after the change is changed further increases, there is a high possibility that a stable supply of power can be realized. In this case, a lot of surplus power can be generated, but the surplus power can be charged to the storage battery 20 whose free capacity is equal to or greater than a predetermined position. For this reason, the inconvenience of discarding surplus power can be avoided.
- the predetermined value can be appropriately determined in consideration of, for example, the output change rate in the first power generation means and the increase rate of the changed output power.
- the correction unit 14 may determine the timing for switching the power generation schedule to the corrected power generation schedule according to the free capacity of the plurality of storage batteries 20.
- the correction unit 14 is configured such that Pr1 that is required output power at the first timing based on the change information is larger than Pr0 that is output power at the first timing in the power generation schedule before the change, and the storage battery
- the power generation schedule may be modified so that the output power becomes greater than or equal to Pr1 before a predetermined time t before the first timing.
- the correction unit 14 may determine the predetermined time t according to the free capacity of the plurality of storage batteries 20.
- the correcting unit 14 determines a predetermined time t m (0 ⁇ 0) from the first timing.
- the power generation schedule may be modified so that the output power becomes Pr1 or more before t m ⁇ t).
- the correction unit 14 holds the maximum value of the rate of change in power generation (output rate of change) that can be handled by the first power generation means. And the correction
- FIG. 12 shows a part of the same graph as FIG.
- the relationship of (power increase rate of necessary output power after change) ⁇ (maximum value of output change rate) holds in any time zone. Therefore, in the example of FIG. 12, the correction unit 14 generates a power generation schedule that employs the power generation schedule before change until time A, the required output power after change from time A to time B, and the power generation schedule before change after time B. Generate.
- the correction unit 14 corrects the power generation schedule based on the storage battery information acquired by the storage battery information acquisition unit 13.
- the correction unit 14 when it is necessary to increase the amount of power generation from the power generation schedule before the change and the free capacity of a plurality of storage batteries based on the storage battery information is smaller than a predetermined value, the correction unit 14 generates surplus power as much as possible
- the modified power generation schedule is generated so that the relationship of (necessary output power after change) ⁇ (power generation schedule after change) is satisfied in any time zone.
- the power generation schedule before change and the required output power after change have a relationship as shown in FIG.
- the relationship of (power increase rate of necessary output power after change) ⁇ (maximum value of output change rate) does not hold in the time zone from time A to time D.
- the correction unit 14 increases the output value at the maximum output change rate (may be a value slightly smaller than the maximum), and (the post-change required output power Change from time C to time D so that the output power becomes the required power at time D when the required power becomes the maximum value in the time zone where the relationship of (power increase rate) ⁇ (maximum value of output change rate) does not hold After schedule is generated. Then, the correction unit 14 is the power generation schedule before change until time C, the schedule after change determined as described above from time C to time D, the required output power after change from time D to time B, and after time B Can generate a power generation schedule that adopts the pre-change power generation schedule. In this case, the filled portion shown in the figure becomes surplus power. Time C is uniquely determined based on the pre-change power generation schedule, time D and required power at that time, and the maximum value of the output change rate.
- the correcting unit 14 When it is necessary to increase the power generation amount compared to the power generation schedule before the change and the free capacities of the plurality of storage batteries based on the storage battery information are greater than or equal to a predetermined value, the correcting unit 14 The power generation schedule is corrected so that the output power in the power generation means is increased from the initial schedule and the required output power at each timing is reached in advance.
- the power generation schedule before change and the required output power after change have a relationship as shown in FIG.
- the relationship of (power increase rate of necessary output power after change) ⁇ (maximum value of output change rate) does not hold in the time zone from time A to time D.
- the correction unit 14 sets the required output power after change at an arbitrary timing (first timing) to Pr1, a predetermined time t or more before the timing.
- a post-change schedule from time C to time E (power peak time) is generated so that the output power reaches.
- the correction unit 14 is the power generation schedule before change until time C, the schedule after change determined as described above from time C to time E, the required output power after change from time E to time B, and after time B Generates a power generation schedule that uses the pre-change power generation schedule. In this case, the filled portion shown in the figure becomes surplus power.
- the amount of increase in power from time C to time E, the timing for switching the power generation schedule to the corrected power generation schedule (time C), and the predetermined time t may be determined according to the available capacity of the storage battery. Good. For example, as the free space increases, the power increase amount from time C to time E is reduced, the timing (time C) for switching the power generation schedule to the corrected power generation schedule is advanced, and the predetermined time t is increased. Also good. This is preferable because the load on the first power generation means can be reduced. Further, the amount of power increase from time C to time E may be constant or may be changed so as to increase gradually.
- the predetermined time t may be a different value for each arbitrary timing.
- tm shown in FIG. 13 is compared with t shown in FIG. tm and t are values indicating how far before Pr1 that is the required output power after change at an arbitrary timing (first timing) is reached.
- first timing arbitrary timing
- the correction unit 14 corrects the schedule so that the power generation amount at each time of the changed power generation schedule does not fall below the required output power after the change.
- the free capacity of the plurality of storage batteries at that time is confirmed and changed. Based on the information and the free capacity, the power generation schedule of the first power generation means can be corrected. For example, when the storage battery has sufficient free capacity, stable output of power can be realized by increasing the output power of the first power generation means early. In this case, a large amount of surplus power can be generated, but the surplus power can be charged into a storage battery having sufficient free capacity, so that the disadvantage of discarding a lot of surplus power can be avoided. it can.
- the present embodiment it is possible to determine “how fast the output of the first power generation means is to be increased” according to the degree of available capacity of the storage battery. For example, the larger the free capacity, the faster the output of the first power generation means can be increased. In this way, it is possible to determine how quickly the output of the first power generation means is increased according to the available capacity of the storage battery, so that the output of the first power generation means is increased too quickly to charge the storage battery. Generation
- production of the inconvenience of becoming impossible can be reduced.
- the larger the available capacity of the storage battery the earlier the timing for switching the power generation schedule to the corrected power generation schedule (time C in FIGS. 13 and 14).
- the load on the first power generation means eg, thermal power generation
- the management device 10 When the power generation schedule is corrected so that the output power becomes equal to or higher than Pr1 before the first timing, the management device 10 according to the present embodiment outputs a request for prompting the storage battery 20 to be charged. Different from the embodiment. When the power generation schedule is corrected so that the output power becomes Pr1 or more before t before the first timing, a lot of surplus power can be generated. Therefore, the management device 10 secures a place for charging the surplus power by outputting a request for prompting the storage battery 20 to be charged in accordance with the correction. As a result, even if surplus power is generated, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience of discarding it by charging it in a previously secured place (storage battery 20).
- FIG. 9 shows an example of a functional block diagram of the management apparatus 10 of the present embodiment.
- the management device 10 includes a schedule acquisition unit 11, a change information acquisition unit 12, a storage battery information acquisition unit 13, a correction unit 14, and a request output unit 15.
- the configurations of the schedule acquisition unit 11, the change information acquisition unit 12, the storage battery information acquisition unit 13, and the correction unit 14 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted here.
- the request output unit 15 outputs a request for prompting the storage battery 20 to be charged when the correction unit 14 corrects the power generation schedule so that the output power becomes Pr1 or more before t from the first timing.
- the request may be transmitted toward the storage battery 20 or may be transmitted toward the mail address of the user who manages the storage battery 20.
- the user can confirm the content of the request using an arbitrary terminal.
- the content of the request includes at least a request for receiving power from the power system and charging the storage battery 20 within a predetermined period (a period in which surplus power can be generated).
- a predetermined period a period in which surplus power can be generated.
- information indicating the lowering of the power charge and the charge after the reduction may be further included. Such an offer is expected to promote charging of the storage battery 20.
- the request output unit 15 if the correction unit 14 outputs power before t m than the first timing has modified the power generation schedule such that the Pr1 or may not output the request. Moreover, the request output part 15 does not need to output the said request, when the required output after a change is employ
- the change information acquisition unit 12 indicates change information indicating the change contents of the required output power in the first power generation unit. Waiting for acquisition. The change information acquisition unit 12 continues the waiting state while the change information is not acquired (No in S11). On the other hand, if the change information acquisition part 12 acquires change information (Yes of S11), it will progress to S12.
- the management apparatus 10 may determine whether the relationship of (power increase rate of required output power after change) ⁇ (maximum value of output change rate) holds in any time zone. . If the relationship of (power increase rate of required output power after change) ⁇ (maximum value of output change rate) holds in any time zone, the process does not proceed to S12, and the required power after change specified by the change information is set.
