청구항 제 12항 내지 제 15항은 유지합니다. 이로써,보정 후 청구범위에는 삭제된 청구항 제 4항을 제외하고, 제 1항 내지 제 3항, 및 제 5항 내지 제 15항이 계류합니다.

REMARKS 제 1항 내지 제 3항 및 제 5항 내지 제 11항의 보정, 그리고 제 4항의 삭제는 명세서 36쪽 14- 15째 줄의 [표 2] 및 명세서 39쪽 13- 14째 줄의 [표 3]에 근거하여 청구범위를 감축 한 것이고, 명세서 10쪽의 3째 줄, 화학식 I -d, 및 화학식 Π -d에 기재되어 있는 내용 입니다.
