Abstract
Description
図1は、通信システム100の概略図である。通信システム100は、基地局装置200および通信端末装置300で構成されている。基地局装置200と通信端末装置300とは、無線通信を行う。アクセス規制時には、基地局装置200は報知情報としてアクセス規制情報を送信し、通信端末装置300は、送信されたアクセス規制情報を受信する。そして、その情報に基づいてアクセス規制を制御する。なお、通信端末装置300は、例えば、スマートフォン、携帯電話、PDA端末、タブレット端末、さらには、通信機能の付いたセンサデバイス、家電機器、自動販売機等である。
図2は、通信端末装置300を示すブロック図である。通信端末装置300は、LTE送信部311、LTE受信部312、無線LAN送受信部313、NFC送受信部314、入力部321、出力部322、SIMカード接続部330、規制判定部340、制御部350、音声認識部360、録音部370、記憶部380およびGPS部390を備えている。
報知情報に含まれるASAC情報には、以下のような例が挙げられる。
ASAC情報が、災害、イベント等の規制原因を示す情報である場合が挙げられる。この場合には、通信端末装置300の記憶部380に記憶するデータベースを用いて、規制対象となる個別のアプリケーション(以下、アプリとも記す)を特定することができる。ASAC情報は、アプリケーションの種類を特定する情報であってもよい。また、ASAC情報は、個別のアプリケーションを特定する情報であってもよい。なお、イベントによる規制には、例えば、コンサート会場での活動に参加するための機能を除いた他の機能を規制する場合が考えられる。
ASAC情報は、原則アプリケーションを規制せず、規制されるアプリケーションのみを報知する情報とすることができる。また、ASAC情報は、原則全てのアプリケーションを規制し、規制されないアプリケーションを報知する情報としてもよい。
ASAC情報は、アプリケーションの起動を規制するものであってもよいし、アプリケーションの通信を規制するものであってもよい。
上記のように構成された通信端末装置300の動作を以下に説明する。まず、規制情報が規制の原因または規制しようとするアプリケーションの種類のみを示し、通信端末装置300が、それらと個別のアプリケーションとの対応関係を記憶している場合における動作を説明する。図3は、通信端末装置300の動作を示すフローチャートである。
次に、規制情報が規制しようとするアプリケーションの個々の識別情報を示すものである場合の動作を説明する。図4は、通信端末装置300の動作を示すフローチャートである。
まず、通常時における画面表示例を説明する。図5は、通常時の通信端末装置300の待ち受け(デスクトップ)画面400を示す図である。図5に示す画面表示例では、待ち受け画面400には、通話開始アイコン410、災害用キット起動アイコン420、IM起動アイコン430、動画共有サービス起動アイコン440、インターネット電話起動アイコン450が同等の大きさで無造作な配置で表示されている。

図6は、規制時の待ち受け画面を示す図である。図6に示す例では、画面上端に「規制中」と記載された画像510を表示している。また、各アイコンの配列を変更し、利用可能なアプリケーションのアイコンとして、災害用キット起動アイコン422を他のアイコンより画面上方に配置し、大きく表示している。
図7は、規制時の待ち受け画面の一例を示す図である。通信端末装置300は、アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されたサービスまたはアプリケーションの表示のみを表示することができる。これにより、サービスに対するアクセス規制が行われた場合に、ユーザは許可されたサービスやアプリケーションを容易に認識できる。図7に示す例では、待ち受け画面にアクセス規制中でも起動または通信が許可されたアプリケーションのアイコンとして災害用キット起動アイコン420のみが表示されている。
図8は、規制時の待ち受け画面の一例を示す図である。通信端末装置300は、アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されていないサービスまたはアプリケーションの表示をグレー表示してもよい。これにより、サービスまたはアプリケーションに対するアクセス規制が行われた場合に、ユーザは許可されていないサービスを容易に認識できる。グレー表示を含め、不許可のアプリケーションを許可されたアプリケーションより目立たなく表示することができる。
図9は、規制時の待ち受け画面の一例を示す図である。規制を受けてアプリケーションの挙動が変わるものは、アイコンの色を変えてもよい。例えば、災害中はインスタントメッセンジャーとキャリアの災害伝言板が連動する場合に、インスタントメッセンジャーのアイコンの色を変えることができる。図9に示す例では、通話開始アイコン415、動画共有サービス起動アイコン445およびインターネット電話起動アイコン455がグレー表示されているのに対し、災害用キット起動アイコン420が通常通り表示され、IM起動アイコン438が通常とは異なる色で表示されている。
通信端末装置300は、アクセス規制がアプリケーションを規制する場合には、アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されていないアプリケーションのアイコンを不活性にしてもよい。不活性は、タッチやクリックの操作でアイコンを選択してもアプリケーションが起動しないことを指す。これにより、アプリケーションに対する規制が行われた場合に、ユーザは許可されていないアプリケーションを容易に認識できる。
図10は、規制時の待ち受け画面の一例を示す図である。通信端末装置300は、アクセス規制がアプリケーションを規制する場合には、アクセス規制のもとで異なる挙動をするアプリケーションのアイコンの形態を変える。これにより、アプリケーションに対する規制が行われた場合に、ユーザはアクセス規制のもとで異なる挙動をするアプリケーションを容易に認識できる。図10に示す例では、待ち受け画面400に、災害用キット起動アイコン427、通話開始アイコン417、IM起動アイコン437が中央に配置され、通常時のアイコンより大きく表示されている。なお、アイコンの形態には、アイコンの形状、模様若しくは色彩またはこれらの結合が含まれる。
上記の例では、規制時に待ち受け画面400上の表示のみが変更されているが、通信端末装置300は、アクセス規制が有効と判定された場合に、節電モードに移行してもよい。これにより、端末の使用が規制されているアクセス規制中には電力消費を削減できる。
図12は、規制時の待ち受け画面を示す図である。通信端末装置300は、節電モードとしてバックライトの電源を節電してもよい。例えば、図12に示すように、表示領域とバックライト照射領域を狭くし、節電する。これにより、アクセス規制中には特にバックライト電源について電力消費を削減できる。
制御部350は、節電モードとして、基地局装置200に対して同期をとるためのセルサーチの頻度を下げる、または一時的に停止してもよい。これにより、アクセス規制中にはセルサーチに要する電力消費を削減できる。
通信端末装置300は、報知情報に規制情報が含まれないようになり、アクセス規制が有効でなくなったと判定された場合には、節電モードを終了する。これにより、アクセス規制が解除されたときに自動で節電モードを終了できる。
図13は、規制時の待ち受け画面を示す図である。通信端末装置300は、アクセス規制がACB規制である場合に、無線LANでの接続が可能であることを強調表示することもできる。図13に示す例では、インターネット電話起動アイコンの傍らに「W」の文字710を表示し、無線LANでの接続が可能であることを示している。これにより、ユーザはACB規制時に無線LANでの接続が可能であることを認識でき、ユーザの利便性が向上する。

Claims (23)
- 受信したアクセス規制情報によりアクセス規制を制御する通信端末装置であって、
アクセス規制が有効か否かを判定する規制判定部と、
前記アクセス規制が有効と判定された場合に、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されたサービスの表示のみを強調する制御部と、を備えることを特徴とする通信端末装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されたサービスの表示のみを表示することを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制がアプリケーションを規制する場合には、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されたアプリケーションのアイコンのみを表示することを特徴とする請求項2記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されていないサービスの表示をグレー表示することを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制がアプリケーションを規制する場合には、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されていないアプリケーションのアイコンをグレー表示することを特徴とする請求項4記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制がアプリケーションを規制する場合には、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されていないアプリケーションのアイコンを不活性にすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制がアプリケーションを規制する場合には、前記アクセス規制のもとで異なる挙動をするアプリケーションのアイコンの形態を変えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記規制判定部は、前記受信したアクセス規制情報が災害時の規制を示すか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記規制判定部は、前記受信したアクセス規制情報が災害時であることを示す情報を含むか否かにより、前記受信したアクセス規制情報が災害時の規制を示すか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項8記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記規制判定部は、前記受信したアクセス規制情報が災害用アプリケーションの利用を許可することを示す情報を含むか否かにより、前記受信したアクセス規制情報が災害時の規制を示すか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項8記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記受信したアクセス規制情報が災害時の規制を示すと判定された場合には、デスクトップ表示を災害時用に変更することを特徴とする請求項8から請求項10のいずれかに記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制が有効と判定された場合に、節電モードに移行することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれかに記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制が有効と判定され、アクセス規制が有効であれば節電モードに移行してよいというユーザによる設定がなされている場合には、節電モードに移行することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記節電モードとしてバックライトの電源を節電することを特徴とする請求項12または請求項13記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制が有効と判定された場合に、アクセス規制が有効でない場合に比べて短い時間でバックライトの電源をオフにすることを特徴とする請求項14記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記節電モードとして、基地局装置に対して同期をとるためのセルサーチの頻度を下げることを特徴とする請求項12または請求項13記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制が有効でなくなったと判定された場合には、節電モードを終了することを特徴とする請求項12から請求項16のいずれかに記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制が有効でなくなったと判定された場合には、ユーザへアクセス規制解除の報知を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項17のいずれかに記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制が有効でなくなったと判定され、アクセス規制が解除されればユーザへの報知を行うというユーザによる設定がなされている場合には、ユーザへアクセス規制解除の報知を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項17のいずれかに記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制解除の報知のタイミングを設定に応じて遅らせることを特徴とする請求項18または請求項19記載の通信端末装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクセス規制がACB規制である場合に、無線LANでの接続が可能であることを強調表示することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項19のいずれかに記載の通信端末装置。
- 受信したアクセス規制情報によりアクセス規制を制御する通信端末装置の制御方法であって、
アクセス規制が有効か否かを判定するステップと、
前記アクセス規制が有効と判定された場合に、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されたサービスの表示のみを強調するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする制御方法。 - 受信したアクセス規制情報によりアクセス規制を制御する通信端末装置の制御プログラムであって、
アクセス規制が有効か否かを判定する処理と、
前記アクセス規制が有効と判定された場合に、前記アクセス規制のもとで利用が許可されたサービスの表示のみを強調する処理と、を含む一連の処理をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする制御プログラム。
