工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的清洁装置利用流体对料斗进行清洁,不会影响斗式提升机的正常传动。清洁装置结构简单,且清洁管对料斗的清洁位置会自动地移动,清洁的效果良好。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种斗式提升机的清洁装置,包括
    支架、转动体、至少三个清洁管以及流体输送管路;
    所述转动体以可旋转的方式安装在所述支架上,
    每个清洁管的一端均附接于所述转动体,
    所述流体输送管路与所述至少三个清洁管流体连通,
    所述清洁装置被设置为:在所述斗式提升机的料斗行进接近清洁装置时,所述至少三个清洁管中的一个的另一端位于一料斗的开口侧,且该清洁管与该料斗行进的方向成角度;随着该料斗的行进,该料斗的边缘接触位于该料斗的开口侧的该清洁管并对其施加外力,该清洁管及所述转动体被该外力推动而转动,直到该清洁管的另一端离开该料斗的开口侧为止,且随着所述转动体的转动,后续另一清洁管转动以致该另一清洁管的另一端相对于后续另一料斗,位于该另一料斗的开口侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述转动体设置有空腔、所述流体输送管路通过所述转动体的空腔与所述至少三个清洁管流体连通。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述至少三个清洁管沿着所述转动体的径向伸出且在所述转动体上均匀布置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁管有3或4或5或6个。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述支架包括支臂及与所述支臂连接的一转轴,所述转轴垂直于所述转动体的旋转面延伸,所述转动体安装在所述转轴上。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述转动体为开有中心孔的转盘,所述转盘通过所述中心孔套设在所述转轴上,所述清洁管沿着所述转盘的径向伸出。
  7. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁管的头部设置有多个朝向不同的开口或清洁头。
  8. 一种斗式提升机,包括如权利要求1至10中任一项权利要求所述的清洁装置,所述支架安装在所述斗式提升机的内侧壁上,且所述至少三个清洁管中的一个的另一端位于所述斗式提升机的一料斗的开口侧。
  9. 一种清洁斗式提升机的方法,包括:
    靠近斗式提升机的料斗行进路径,安装清洁装置,以使料斗行进接近所述清洁装置时所述清洁装置的一清洁管的一端位于一料斗的开口侧;
    向所述清洁装置输送清洁流体,以使在随着该料斗的行进,所述清洁装置保持该清洁管的所述一端位于该料斗的开口侧,清洁流体自所述清洁装置的所述一端流出,清洁该料斗;
    随着该料斗的继续行进,所述清洁装置的该清洁管的所述一端受到该料斗施加的力离开该料斗的开口侧,且相对于另一料斗的开口侧,所述清洁装置的另一清洁管的一端处于另一料斗的开口侧,以开始对另一料斗的清洁。
