本发明实施例的支架用于承载清洁管。清洁管的一端附接在支架上,清 洁管的另一端伸向料斗行进的路径。在清洁管的初始位置,清洁管与料斗行进方向的角度大于0°且小于90°。角度为90°时,清洁管与料斗行进方向垂直,无法进行清洁;角度为0°时,清洁管与料斗行进方向平行,也无法进行清洁。
清洁管的初始位置是指清洁管相对于一料斗可以进行有效清洁的最开始的位置。有效清洁是指自清洁管流出的流体能够达到料斗的开口侧的任何一部分。料斗的开口侧是指料斗装卸货料、且需要清洁的部分。
在一些本发明实施例中,清洁管与料斗行进方向的角度可以是固定的。也就是说清洁管在清洁过程中始终保持在初始位置上。
在另一些本发明实施例中,清洁管与料斗行进方向的角度可以是变化的,可以随着料斗的行进而逐渐改变角度。也就是说,清洁管在清洁过程中的初始时在初始位置上,随着清洁的进行清洁管与料斗行进方向的角度可以在大于0°且小于90°的范围内变化。
本发明实施例提供的斗式提升机包括任何一种本发明实施例的清洁装置,所述支架安装在所述斗式提升机的内侧壁上,在所述清洁管的初始位置,所述清洁管的另一端位于所述斗式提升机料斗的开口侧。
本发明实施例提供的清洁斗式提升机的方法包括:
靠近斗式提升机的料斗行进路径,安装清洁装置,以使料斗行进接近所述清洁装置时所述清洁装置的一端的初始位置位于一料斗的开口侧;
向所述清洁装置输送清洁流体,以使在随着该料斗的行进,所述清洁装置保持的所述一端位于该料斗的开口侧,清洁流体自所述清洁装置的所述一端流出,清洁该料斗;
随着该料斗的继续行进,所述清洁装置的所述一端离开该料斗的开口侧,相对于另一料斗的开口侧,所述清洁装置的所述一端处于初始位置,以开始对另一料斗的清洁。
本发明实施例提供的清洁装置利用流体对料斗进行清洁,不会影响斗式提升机的正常传动。清洁装置结构简单,且清洁管对料斗的吹扫位置会自动地移动,清洁的效果良好。

发明详述
以下对本发明实施例的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明实施例,并不用于限制本发明实施例。
本发明实施例的清洁装置利用流体对料斗进行清洁,不会影响斗式提升机的正常传动。
图1是本发明实施例的一种斗式提升机清洁装置及相关部件的侧视示意图,在此实施例中,本实施例的斗式提升机的清洁装置包括:支架113、清洁管112以及流体输送管路。流体输送管路包括清洁管112上设置的一流体输送口119及与流体输送口119连接的一段软管116,还可以包括穿过箱体侧壁121的一段管路117。流体输送管路通过管路117、软管116以及流体输送口119与清洁管112连通,将流体直接引入清洁管112喷出。清洁管112的一端附接在支架113上,清洁管112的另一端靠近斗式提升机的料斗行进路径。
在此实施例中,清洁管112与料斗行进方向的角度是固定的,而清洁管112在料斗行进过程中固定不动,且保持在不影响料斗行进的初始位置,即清洁管112的另一端可靠近料斗但在料斗行进中不接触料斗侧边缘。
在斗式提升机的料斗行进接近清洁装置时,清洁管112的另一端位于一 料斗120的开口侧;随着该料斗的行进,清洁管112的另一端保持位于料斗120的开口侧;随着该料斗的行进,且在清洁管112的另一端位于料斗120的开口侧的状态下,清洁管112的清洁头所对准的料斗的位置会由远及近地变化,使得清洁管112可以将流体由远及近地喷至该料斗120开口内,以清洁该料斗120。为了具有更好的清洁效果,可以在清洁管112的头部设置多个清洁头,这些清洁头可以朝向不同的方向,从而对料斗做全面的清洁。随着料斗120的继续行进,清洁管112的另一端离开料斗120的开口侧,且清洁管112的另一端相对于后续另一料斗,位于该另一料斗的开口侧,从而重复上述过程,清洁后续的料斗。
在此实施例中,清洁管112固定不动,无需对清洁管额外地提供动力,且不影响斗式提升机的正常传动。
图2是本发明实施例的另一种该斗式提升机清洁装置及相关部件的侧视示意图,应用于具有箱体的斗式提升机,图3是其中清洁装置的俯视示意图。本实施例的清洁装置包括支架、控制机构、清洁管和流体输送管路;所述控制机构包括转动体和回复机构;所述转动体以可旋转的方式安装在所述支架上、所述清洁管从所述转动体上伸出,所述流体输送管路与所述清洁管连通,所述控制机构被设置为:随着该料斗的行进,该料斗对位于该料斗的开口侧的所述清洁管施加外力,推动所述清洁管及所述转动体转动,直到所述清洁管离开该料斗的开口侧,所述回复机构使所述清洁管回复到初始位置。
如图2和图3所示的示例中,支架包括支臂13及与支臂13连接的一转轴14,转轴14在水平方向上延伸。虽然示例中的该支架整体为L型,但也可以做成U型,即该支架具有2个支臂,或其他任意的形状。转动体安装在转轴14上,清洁管沿着转动体的径向伸出且在所述转动体上均匀布置,图中,转动体为开有中心孔的转盘11,转盘11通过该中心孔套设在转轴14上,可以是直接套设,也可以通过轴承套设在转轴14上。转盘11的径向上布置有清洁管12。在图2和图3中,流体输送管路包括清洁管12上设置的一流体输送口19及与流体输送口19连接的一段软管16,还可以包括穿过所述箱体侧壁的一段管路17,流体输送管路将气体直接引入清洁管12喷出。在另一实施例中,转盘11设有空腔,清洁管12的底部与该空腔连通,流体输送口19 设置在转盘上,此时,通过流体输送管路将流体引入转盘11的空腔,再从清洁管12喷出。
在图2和图3中,回复机构包括卡簧18,卡簧18一端固定在支架上,另一端与转动体或清洁管连接。卡簧18的一端固定在转轴上,但也可以固定在该转轴上连接的螺栓上或者支架的其他部件上。卡簧18的另一端搭接或卡接在转盘11侧面的一凸块15上,但也可以连接在转动体或清洁管的其他部位。卡簧18在正常状态下,即在无压缩无伸长状态下,清洁管12位于初始位置,如图2所示。
除了清洁装置,图2中还示出了斗式提升机的机箱的一个侧壁21,及斗式提升机构上的料斗20及与料斗20连接的传送链条22。侧壁21位于料斗20行进的一侧,支臂13安装在侧壁21上。清洁管12位于初始位置时,伸入到料斗20的行进路径上。这样,当料斗20行进时,清洁管12在初始位置与一料斗20接触并随该料斗20行进而被推动向行进方向旋转,卡簧18被压缩。在向行进方向旋转过程中,该清洁管12的清洁头所对准的料斗的位置会由近及远地变化,使得清洁管12可以自动对料斗开口的各个位置加以清洁,结构简单而效果良好。如料斗较大时,为了具有更好的清洁效果,可以在清洁管12的头部设置多个清洁头,这些清洁头可以朝向不同的方向,从而对料斗做全面的清洁。该清洁管12与该料斗20脱离后,利用卡簧18的回复力回复到初始位置,又可以对后一料斗进行清洁,这样使得该清洁装置可以对各个料斗进行清洁而不需要任何额外的驱动装置。
在另一实施例(未列示意图)中,回复机构未包括卡簧,而是包括一弹簧,该弹簧一端连接到侧壁21上,另一端连接到清洁管12或转盘11上,弹簧无压缩无伸长时,清洁管12位于初始位置,此时会伸入到料斗的行进路径上。随着料斗的行进,清洁管12会被料斗20推动旋转一个角度,弹簧被拉长,在清洁管12与料斗20脱离后,利用该弹簧的回复力也可以使清洁管12回到初始位置,以开始针对下一个料斗的清洁循环。
在本发明实施例的另一种实施方式(未列示意图)中,清洁装置的设置与图2-3中所示出的清洁装置基本相同,而不同在于此实施例中的控制机构包括感应控制器,而非转动体和回复机构。感应控制器包括感应器和控制器, 感应器被设置为感应清洁管的另一端与料斗的开口侧的距离,控制器根据感应器所感应的距离来控制清洁管的另一端与料斗的开口侧保持间距。清洁管与料斗的开口侧所保持的间距是指清洁管相对于一料斗可以进行有效清洁、且不接触料斗、不影响料斗行进的间距。
在此实施例中,清洁管与料斗行进方向的角度是固定的,而清洁管在料斗行进过程中可伸缩,且保持不影响料斗行进,即清洁管的另一端可靠近料斗但在料斗行进中不接触料斗侧边缘。
在斗式提升机的料斗行进接近清洁装置时清洁管的初始位置处,清洁管的另一端处于伸展状态;随着该料斗的行进,该控制器响应感应器所感应的距离来控制所述清洁管的另一端向附接于所述控制机构的一端的方向缩回;随着该料斗的继续行进,所述清洁管的另一端向附接于所述控制机构的一端继续缩回,直至离开该料斗的开口侧;在清洁管的另一端离开料斗的开口侧后,控制器使所述清洁管的另一端回到初始位置的伸展状态,且所述清洁管的另一端位于另一料斗的开口侧,以开始针对该料斗的下一个清洁循环。
本发明实施例中涉及的支架、清洁管、流体输送管路、转动体、回复机构、感应器、控制器以及其他相关的部件可以是常规的或已有的。在此处所述的本发明实施例的斗式提升机及其清洁装置上可以进行变动,而不背离如权利要求中所限定的本发明实施例的原理和范围。虽然可以许多不同形式来使本发明实施例具体化,但是此处详细描述本发明实施例的一些实施方案。本公开内容是本发明实施例的原理的示例,且并不规定为使本发明实施例限于所示的具体实施方案。此外,本发明实施例包括此处所述的各种实施方案的一些或全部的任意可能的组合。在本申请中或在任一个引用的专利、引用的专利申请或其它引用的资料中任何地方所提及的所有专利、专利申请和其它引用资料据此通过引用以其整体并入。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种斗式提升机的清洁装置,包括:
    支架、清洁管、流体输送管路;
    所述清洁管的一端附接在所述支架上,
    所述流体输送管路与所述清洁管连通,
    所述清洁装置被设置为:在所述斗式提升机的料斗行进接近清洁装置时,所述清洁管的另一端位于一料斗的开口侧,且所述清洁管与该料斗行进的方向成角度;随着该料斗的行进,所述清洁管的另一端保持位于该料斗的开口侧;随着该料斗的继续行进,所述清洁管的另一端离开该料斗的开口侧,且所述清洁管的另一端相对于后续另一料斗,位于该另一料斗的开口侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,所述清洁装置还包括控制机构;
    所述控制机构安装在所述支架上,
    所述清洁管的一端是附接在所述支架上的所述控制机构上,
    所述控制机构被设置为:在所述斗式提升机的料斗行进接近所述清洁装置且所述清洁管的另一端位于一料斗的开口侧时,所述清洁管处于初始位置;随着该料斗的继续行进且所述清洁管的另一端离开该料斗的开口侧时,所述控制机构使所述清洁管回到初始位置,且所述清洁管的另一端位于另一料斗的开口侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述控制机构包括转动体和回复机构;
    所述转动体以可旋转的方式安装在所述支架上,所述清洁管从所述转动体上伸出;
    所述控制机构被设置为:随着该料斗的行进,该料斗对位于该料斗的开口侧的所述清洁管施加外力时,所述清洁管及所述转动体被该外力推动而转动,直到所述清洁管的另一端离开该料斗的开口侧,所述回复机构使所述清洁管回复到初始位置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的清洁装置,其中,所述支架包括支臂及与所述支 臂一端连接的转轴,所述转轴垂直于所述转动体的旋转面延伸,所述转动体安装在所述转轴上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其中,所述转动体为开有中心孔的转盘,所述转盘通过所述中心孔套设在所述转轴上,所述清洁管沿着所述转动体的径向伸出。
  6. 如权利要求3至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述回复机构包括卡簧,所述卡簧一端固定在所述支架上,另一端与所述转动体或所述清洁管连接,
    以使所述外力推动所述清洁管及所述转动体转动时所述卡簧被压缩,所述清洁管离开该料斗的开口侧后,所述卡簧的回复力使所述清洁管回复到初始位置。
  7. 如权利要求3至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述回复机构包括弹簧,所述弹簧一端固定在斗式提升机箱体的侧壁上,另一端与所述转动体或所述清洁管连接,
    以使所述外力推动所述清洁管及所述转动体转动时所述弹簧被拉长,所述清洁管离开该料斗的开口侧后,所述弹簧的回复力使所述清洁管回复到初始位置。
  8. 如权利要求3至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述转动体设置有一通道,所述流体输送管路连通到所述转动体的通道的一端,所述转动体的通道的另一端连通到所述清洁管。
  9. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁管的头部设置有多个朝向不同的开口或清洁头。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述控制机构还被设置为:在所述清洁管的初始位置,所述清洁管的另一端处于伸展状态;随着该料斗的行进,所述控制机构使所述清洁管的另一端向附接于所述控制机构的一端的方向缩回;随着该料斗的继续行进,所述清洁管的另一端向附接于所述控制机构的一端继续缩回,直至离开该料斗的开口侧;所述控制结构使所述清洁管的另一端回到初始位置的伸展状态,且所述清洁管的另一端位于另一料 斗的开口侧。
  11. 一种斗式提升机,包括如权利要求1至10中任一项权利要求所述的清洁装置,所述支架安装在所述斗式提升机的内侧壁上,在所述清洁管的初始位置,所述清洁管的另一端位于所述斗式提升机料斗的开口侧。
  12. 一种清洁斗式提升机的方法,包括:
    靠近斗式提升机的料斗行进路径,安装清洁装置,以使料斗行进接近所述清洁装置时所述清洁装置的一端的初始位置位于一料斗的开口侧;
    向所述清洁装置输送清洁流体,以使在随着该料斗的行进,所述清洁装置保持的所述一端位于该料斗的开口侧,清洁流体自所述清洁装置的所述一端流出,清洁该料斗;
    随着该料斗的继续行进,所述清洁装置的所述一端离开该料斗的开口侧,相对于另一料斗的开口侧,所述清洁装置的所述一端处于初始位置,以开始对另一料斗的清洁。
