Abstract

2枚の鋼板(1)を突合せて、上部に開口部(2)、下部にルートフェイス部(3)を有するY開先を形成し、前記Y開先の開口部(2)をサブマージアーク溶接で接合して、Tiを0.030~0.100質量%、Bを0.0030~0.0080質量%含有し、かつAl含有量(質量%)を[%Al]、O含有量(質量%)を[%O]としたとき、[%Al]/[%O]が0.5~1.2の範囲内となるサブマージアーク溶接金属(4)を形成し、次に、前記Y開先のルートフェイス部(3)をレーザ溶接で接合して、前記サブマージアーク溶接金属(4)に侵入するようにレーザ溶接金属(5)を形成する。
