Abstract

Se describe un método para soldar por arco en ángulo placas de acero delgadas de alta resistencia, el cual produce una buena forma de borde de soldadura y que puede mejorar las propiedades de fatiga de juntas soldadas, incluso a velocidades de soldadura de 110 cm/min - 150 cm/min. Cuando se suelda por arco en ángulo una placa de acero delgada de alta resistencia con una resistencia a la deformación de 700 MPa o más se lleva a cabo utilizando una protección gaseosa a velocidades de soldadura de 110 cm/min - 150 cm/min y la placa de acero se configura para contener 0.02-0.15% de C, 0.2-1.8% de Si, y 0.5-2.5% de Mn, y de modo que si el contenido de Si (% en masa) de la placa de acero se representa por Si (polaca de acero) y el contenido de Si (% en masa) del alambre soldador utilizado para la soldadura por arco en ángulo se representa por Si (alambre), entonces se satisface la fórmula {Si (placa de acero) + 0.1 x Si (alambre)} = 0.32.
