权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 涉及智能终端 (10) 、 服务中心 (2
0) 、 车载终端 (30) 和支付中心 (40) ; 所述智能终端 (10)通过 无线分别与所述服务中心 (20) 、 所述车载终端 (30) 和所述支 付中心 (40) 相互连接, 所述服务中心 (20) 通过无线分别于所 述车载终端 (30) 和支付中心 (40) 相互连接;
包括以下步骤:
51、 租车用户通过所述智能终端 (10) 发送租车请求, 所述智能 终端 (10) 取得自身的定位信息, 所述智能终端同吋将租车请求 和定位信息同步发送至所述服务中心 (20) ;
52、 所述服务中心 (20) 接收所述智能终端 ( 1.0) 发出的所述租 车请求和所述智能终端 (10) 的定位信息, 并根据所述智能终端
( 10) 的定位信息将附近可租车辆的基本信息生成信息列表; 所 述信息列表包含所述可租车辆的状态, 所述可租车辆的状态有可 租、 锁定和使用中三种;
53、 所述服务中心 (20) 将所述信息列表发送至所述智能终端 (1 0) ; 租车用户根据所述智能终端 (10) 提供的信息列表决定是否 选取车辆; 若同意租赁则转至步骤 S4, 若放弃租赁所述可租车辆 无需进行任何操作或通过所述智能终端 (10) 选择放弃租赁;
54、 租车用户通过所述智能终端 (10) 选取所述可租车辆后提交 订单, 所述订单通过所述智能终端 (10) 发送至所述服务中心 (2 0) ;
55、 所述服务中心 (20) 确认订单, 并通过所述车载终端 (30) 将租车用户选定车辆状态由可租更改为锁定;
56、 租车用户到达所述可租车辆所在地并向所述服务中心 (20) 发起身份验证请求, 通过身份验证后, 所述服务中心 (20) 通过 所述车载终端 (30) 对所述可租车辆进行解锁, 租车用户即可使 ' 用; 同吋, 所述车辆状态由锁定更改为使用中; S7、 租车用户通过所述智能终端 (10) 确认车辆使用结束, 所述 智能终端 (10) 将使用结束的信息发送至所述服务中心 (20) , 所述服务中心 (20) 控制所述车载终端 (30) 将车辆锁死; 同时 , 所述车辆状态由使用中更改为可租。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S2中 , 可租车辆的基本信息包括可租车辆的车型、 租金和押金。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S4中 ,租车用户确认订单后, 所述智能终端 (10) 对租车用户进行身份 验证信息确认, 同时将租车用户身份验证信息发送至所述服务中 心 (20) , 所述身份验证信息包括租车用户的姓名、 证件号和联 系方式。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S5中 , 所述服务中心 (20) 在确认订单后, 租车用户通过所述智能终 端 ( 10) 像所述支付中心 (40) 进行支付。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S6中 , 当租车用户到达车辆所在地后放弃租车, 可以通过所述智能终 端 (10) 选择放弃租车, 所述智能终端 (10) 将请求发送至所述 服务中心 (20) , 所述服务中心 (20) 确认请求, 并通过所述车 载终端 (30) 将租车用户选定的状态由锁定更改为可租。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S6中 , 当所述车载终端 (30) 在预设时间内没有获取租车用户的确认 , 所述车载终端 (30) 将信息反馈至所述服务中心 (20) , 所述 服务中心 (20) 取消订单, 并通过所述车载终端 (30) 将租车用 户选定的所述车辆的状态由锁定更改为可租。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S7中 , 在所述车载终端 (30) 将所述可租车辆锁死同时, 所述车载智 能终端 (30) 将所述可租车辆的基本信息发送至所述服务中心 (2 0) 。 [权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的一种租车方法, 其特征在于, 所述可租车辆 的基本信息包括油量、 车况和位置。
[权利要求 9] 一种租车系统, 其特征在于, 包括智能终端 (10) 、 服务中心 (2
0) 、 车载终端 (30) 和支付平台 (40) ;
所述智能终端 (10) 包括第一定位模块 (101) 、 第一无线通信模 块 (102) 和支付模块 (103) ;
所述车载终端 (30) 设置于所述可租车辆内, 包括 CAN模块 (301 ) 、 第二定位模块 (302) 、 第二无线通信模块 (303) 、 微处理 器 (304) 和点火模块 (305) ;
租车用户的需求和信息通过所述第一无线通信模块 (102) 发送至 所述服务中心 (20) , 所述服务中心 (20) 根据租车用户的需求 和信息筛选可租车辆, 并将所述可租车辆的信息生成信息列表, 再由所述服务中心 (20) 将所述信息列表发送至所述智能终端 (1 0) ;
所述智能终端 (10) 用于选择同意租赁所述可租车辆或放弃租赁 所述可租车辆; 在租车用户同意租赁所述可租车辆后, 所述智能 终端 (10) 生成支付请求, 所述支付请求包括向所述智能终端 (1 0) 索要客户信息 ID及支付项目; 所述支付平台 (40) 响应所述支 付请求并生成一支付信息, 所述支付平台 (40) 将所述支付信息 发送至所述智能终端 (10) , 所述智能终端 (10) 根据所述支付 信息登录所述支付平台 (40 进行支付;
所述服务中心 (20) 通过所述微处理器 (304) 控制所述点火模块
(305) 对所述可租车辆进行上电和点火;
使用结束, 所述车载终端 (30) 对所述可租车辆进行上锁, 同时 所述可租车辆通过所述第二无线通信模块 (303) 将所述 CAN模块
(301) 、 第二定位模块 (302) 和所述微处理器 (304) 取得的所 述可租车辆的基本信息发送至所述服务中心 (20) 。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 9所述的一种租车系统, 其特征在于, 所述车载终端 (30) 还包括身份验证模块 (306) 。
