- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물은 하기 화학식 19로 표시되는 것인 전기화학소자용 첨가제:[화학식 19]상기 화학식 19에 있어서,R1 내지 R3는 화학식 1에서 정의한 바와 같고,X1은 O, S 또는 NH이며,R11 내지 R13은 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 히드록시기, -OSiRaRbRc, -SiRdReRf, -NRgRh, 에스테르기, 카보네이트기, 카르보닐기, 티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알킬렌 옥사이드기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C3-C30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기, 또는 이들의 조합이거나 인접한 기와 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성하며, 여기서, Ra 내지 Rf는 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 히드록시기, 에스테르기, 카보네이트기, 카르보닐기, 티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알킬렌 옥사이드기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C3-C30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기, 또는 이들의 조합이고, Rg 및 Rh는 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기이다.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 화합물은 하기 화학식 20으로 표시되는 것인 전기화학소자용 첨가제:[화학식 20]상기 화학식 20에 있어서,R1 내지 R6은 화학식 2에서 정의한 바와 같고,X1은 O, S 또는 NH이며,R은 서로 같거나 상이하고, 수소, 히드록시기, -OSiRaRbRc, -SiRdReRf, -NRgRh, 에스테르기, 카보네이트기, 카르보닐기, 티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알킬렌 옥사이드기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C3-C30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기, 또는 이들의 조합이거나 인접한 기와 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성하며, 여기서, Ra 내지 Rf는 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 히드록시기, 에스테르기, 카보네이트기, 카르보닐기, 티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알킬렌 옥사이드기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C3-C30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기, 또는 이들의 조합이고, Rg 및 Rh는 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기이고,n은 1 또는 2이고, n이 2인 경우 R은 서로 같거나 상이하다.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 화학식 3의 화합물은 하기 화학식 21로 표시되는 것인 전기화학소자용 첨가제:[화학식 21]상기 화학식 21에 있어서,R1 내지 R9는 화학식 3에서 정의한 바와 같고,X1은 O, S 또는 NH이며,R은 서로 같거나 상이하고, 수소, 히드록시기, -OSiRaRbRc, -SiRdReRf, -NRgRh, 에스테르기, 카보네이트기, 카르보닐기, 티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알킬렌 옥사이드기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C3-C30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기, 또는 이들의 조합이거나 인접한 기와 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성하며, 여기서, Ra 내지 Rf는 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 히드록시기, 에스테르기, 카보네이트기, 카르보닐기, 티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20의 알킬렌 옥사이드기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C3-C30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기, 또는 이들의 조합이고, Rg 및 Rh는 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기이며,m은 1 이다.
- 청구항 1 내지 21 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 전기화학소자용 첨가제를 포함하는 전해액.
- 청구항 22에 있어서, 상기 전해액은 전해질염 및 전해액 용매를 더 포함하는 것인 전해액.
- 청구항 22에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물은 상기 전해액 전체에 대하여 0.01 중량% 이상 5 중량% 이하로 포함되는 것인 전해액.
- 청구항 22에 있어서, 상기 전해액은 비수계 전해액인 것인 전해액.
- 청구항 1 내지 21 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 전기화학소자용 첨가제 중의 화학식 1의 화합물이 산 성분을 포집하여 생성된 물질의 산화적 고분자 반응에 의하여 형성된 막을 표면의 일부 또는 전부에 구비한 전극.
- 청구항 26에 있어서, 상기 전극은 양극, 음극, 또는 양극과 음극인 것인 전극.
- 양극, 음극, 분리막 및 청구항 22에 따른 전해액을 포함하는 이차전지.
- 청구항 28에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극 중 적어도 하나는 전기화학소자용 첨가제 중의 화학식 1의 화합물이 산 성분을 포집하여 생성된 물질의 산화적 고분자 반응에 의하여 형성된 막을 표면의 일부 또는 전부에 구비한 것인 이차전지.
- 양극, 음극, 분리막 및 전해액을 포함하고, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극 중 적어도 하나는 청구항 26에 따른 전극인 것인 이차전지.
