- step S1009 when the corresponding product name does not exist in the product name table 214, the process proceeds to step S1011 described later.
- step S1009 when the corresponding product name exists in the product name table 214, the counter control unit 272 increments the value of the product name counter (step S1010).
- step S10 is the same as the processing in step S811 and step S812 in FIG. 8, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
- step S1012 when there is no corresponding model number in the model number table 215, the process proceeds to step S1014 described later.
- step S1012 when the corresponding product name exists in the model number table 215, the counter control unit 272 increments the value of the model number counter (step S1013).
- the learning processing unit 270 of the present embodiment extracts the first counter value by the weighting unit 273 (step S1014).
- the weighting unit 273 performs weighting on the acquired count value (step S1015). Details of the weighting of the weighting unit 273 in step S1015 will be described later.
- the learning processing unit 270 uses the level determination unit 274 to determine whether or not the weight calculated in step S1015 is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold (step S1016).
- the predetermined threshold may be set in advance.
- the database update unit 275 determines whether the value of the item included in the draft data exists in the table corresponding to the counter that has acquired the count value (step S1016). S1017).
- step S1017 when the value of the item included in the draft data does not exist in the corresponding table, the database update unit 275 registers the value of the item included in the draft data in the corresponding table (step S1018). - step S1021 the database update unit 275 updates the chemical substance determination database 210 (step S1023) and ends the process.
- the same threshold value is used when determining whether to register or delete the value of the item included in the draft data in the corresponding table in step S1016.
- the present invention is not limited to this. .
- a threshold value used for determination of registration of an item value included in draft data in a corresponding table and a threshold value used for determination of deletion from the table may be provided separately.
- the weighting unit 273 of the present embodiment calculates the weight using one of the following two formulas.
- Weight initial fixed value ⁇ ( ⁇ ) nx ⁇ (1 / ⁇ ) x formula (1)
- the initial fixed value is a value set in advance by the administrator of the ordering system 100 or the like.
- ⁇ and ⁇ are coefficients for weighting, and are preset values.
- n is the number of draft data received by the draft reception unit 231, that is, the number of draft data acquired by the draft data acquisition unit 271.
- x is the number of times each counter has not been incremented in the processing from step S1004 to step S1014. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the value of nx is the number of times the counter is incremented.
- Weight initial fixed value + n ⁇ ⁇ (nx) ⁇ ⁇ Equation (2)
- the weighting unit 273 of the present embodiment may perform weighting by arbitrarily selecting any one of the formula (1) and the formula (2). In the present embodiment, when Expression (2) is used, the case where it is not incremented is largely reflected by the weight.
- FIG. 11 is a diagram for explaining processing of the learning processing unit of the first embodiment.
- FIG. 11A shows weights corresponding to the respective tables in the chemical substance determination database 210 calculated before obtaining the latest draft data
- FIG. 11B obtains the latest draft data.

Incremented.
- the learning processing unit 270 uses the database update unit 275 to acquire the value of the non-chemical supplier counter as the first counter value, for example. Since the aa chemistry is not included in the non-chemical supplier table 212, the value of the non-chemical supplier counter is not incremented here. Accordingly, in Expression (1) or Expression (2), n, which is the number of pieces of draft data acquired by the draft data acquisition unit 271 and x, which is the number of times the counter is not incremented, is plus one.
- the weighting unit 273 calculates the weight corresponding to the non-chemical supplier counter using the values of n and x. If the calculated weight is not greater than or equal to the threshold value and aa chemistry is present in the non-chemical supplier table 212, the aa chemistry is deleted. Get the counter value.

- the weight calculated from the value of the non-chemical supplier counter is equal to or greater than the threshold value TH2. Therefore, in the example of FIG. 11A, aa chemistry is registered in the non-chemical supplier table 212. Similarly, in FIG. 11A, the weight calculated from the value of the product name counter is equal to or greater than the threshold value TH2. Therefore, “dimethylamine” is registered in the product name table 214.
- the weight calculated from the value of the model number counter is less than the threshold value TH2, but is equal to or more than the threshold value TH1. Therefore, the model number XB is not deleted from the model number table 214.
- the weight calculated from the value of the non-chemical supplier counter is less than the threshold value TH1. Therefore, in the example of FIG. 11B, aa chemistry is deleted from the non-chemical supplier table 212. In FIG. 11B, the weight calculated from the value of the product name counter is equal to or greater than the threshold value TH2. Therefore, “dimethylamine” is registered in the product name table 214.
- the weight calculated from the value of the model number counter is less than the threshold value TH1. Therefore, the model number XB is deleted from the model number table 214.
- the learning processing unit 270 learns the contents of the draft data and updates the chemical substance determination database 210 according to the contents of the draft data. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the accuracy of determination when determining that it is a chemical substance from the draft data.
