Description

一种LED照明装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明装置,特别是一种结构简单、设计合理的LED照明装置。
背景技术
随着国际社会对碳排放的限制及对节能减排的倡导,人们在寻找替代光源上,LED光源成为探索的对象。LED光源具有与传统光源不同的优势,如定向发光、光效不断进步、价格不断下降、节能、环保、防震动等,这些特点随着技术的发展,呈现出独特的优势,使得LED灯的使用前景非常广阔。
LED照明装置的核心部件在于光源,市场现有LED照明装置的光源多采用一体化制成,这就要求对不同的LED照明装置要设计不同的内部光源,在各企业纷纷投入LED照明市场的情况下,这种设计方式无疑会带来极大浪费。相对而言,LED光源模组化则具有很大优势。
此外,现有技术中的LED照明装置,还具有以下缺陷:
第一,结构复杂;
第二,现有结构设计不能够方便、有效的实现上盖与底壳之间的免工具拆装;
第三,当LED照明装置与灯杆连接时,LED照明装置与灯杆之间的走线是不可见的,从而导致LED照明装置与灯杆之间的走线安装过程不方便;
第四,LED灯头大都呈矩形,在上盖与底壳组装时,需对正配合,对安装人员要求高,不便捷。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构简单、设计合理的LED照明装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种LED照明装置,其包括:
灯壳;
LED模组;
电器设备;
灯具连接件;其中,
所述灯壳通过所述灯具连接件连接至一灯杆;
所述灯壳包括底壳和上盖,所述上盖与所述底壳形成一容置所述LED模组和所述电器设备的空腔;所述上盖和所述底壳的一侧转动连接;
所述灯具连接件为直臂式灯具连接件或弯臂式灯具连接件。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述弯臂式灯具连接件包括弯臂主体和弯臂盖板,且所述弯臂主体沿其走向具有一开口,所述弯臂盖板沿所述弯臂式灯具连接件的走势方向可拆卸地覆盖在所述弯臂主体的所述开口上,所述弯臂主体与所述弯臂盖板之间形成用于走线的空腔。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述直臂式灯具连接件连接一可调角度连接件,所述直臂式灯具连接件和所述可调角度连接件以连接夹角可调方式进行连接,所述可调角度连接件连接所述灯杆。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述可调角度连接件包括一齿轮压板,及与所述灯杆连接的连接体,所述齿轮压板设有齿轮槽;所述直臂式灯具连接件与所述连接体枢转连接;所述连接体上固定设有齿轮,所述齿轮压板上的齿轮槽可与所述齿轮的轮齿啮合,同时所述齿轮压板连接在所述直臂式灯具连接件上。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述连接体的与所述直臂式灯具连接件连接的一端设有对称的连接耳,所述直臂式灯具连接件与所述连接耳通过转轴连接,所述齿轮设置在所述连接耳的内侧或外侧。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述齿轮压板通过螺钉连接在所述直臂式灯具连接件上。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述底壳与所述上盖的一侧通过铰链组件进行转动连接;其中,
所述铰链组件包括枢转连接的一铰链和一翻盖合页,
所述铰链包括第一连接片和第一连接端部,所述铰链通过所述第一连接片固定连接于所述底壳;
所述翻盖合页包括第二连接片和第二连接端部,所述翻盖合页通过所述第二连接片固定连接于所述上盖的内侧,
并且,所述第一连接端部和所述第二连接端部枢转连接。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述上盖的一侧通过铰链与所述底壳的一侧相连。

在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述旋钮开关包括第一卡片、第二卡片和旋钮,其中,
所述第一卡片固定设置在所述上盖内侧,且所述第一卡片上设置有一卡口;
所述旋钮的一端自所述底壳的外侧穿进所述底壳内,且所述第二卡片固定安装在所述旋钮的该端上,所述旋钮转动而带动所述第二卡片旋转并卡进所述卡口内;
所述底壳内侧与所述第二卡片对应位置处设置有限位结构和半限位结构;所述第二卡片具有空闲状态和卡紧状态;所述限位结构与所述半限位结构之间的空间限定所述第二卡片空闲状态的旋转行程;通过所述旋钮对所述第二卡片施力使其转过所述半限位结构后,所述第二卡片卡在所述卡口内,使所述第二卡片处于卡紧状态,此时所述第二卡片的旋转角度限定在所述卡口与所述半限位结构之间,以实现所述第一卡片与所述第二卡片之间的锁定。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述半限位结构的与所述第二卡片的滑动接触面设有一定的坡度。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述灯具连接件具有用于走线的空腔,所述灯具连接件连接至所述底壳,所述底壳在其与所述灯具连接件连接的部位设置有走线孔。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述直臂式灯具连接件包括一柱体及设置在所述柱体的一端部的连接部,所述直臂式灯具连接件通过所述连接部连接至所述底壳,所述柱体具有所述用于走线的空腔。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,进一步包括护线管,所述护线管的一端设置有外螺纹管,所述弯臂式灯具连接件或所述可调角度连接件内部设有螺纹穿线孔,所述外螺纹管与所述螺纹穿线孔相配合。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,所述灯壳为圆形或椭圆形;所述电器设备包括电源。
本发明同时提供一种上述的可调角度连接件。
本发明还提供一种设置有上述的可调角度连接件的LED照明装置。
一种模组化圆形LED照明装置,包括灯壳、电源和模组,所述灯壳呈圆形,所述灯壳通过一弯臂式灯具连接件与灯杆相连,所述灯壳包括底壳和上盖;所述上盖与所述底壳的一侧转动连接,另一侧通过旋钮开关连接,所述上盖与所述底壳连接形成一容置所述电源和模组的空间。
一种直臂式LED照明装置,包括灯壳、LED模组、电器设备和灯具连接件,所述灯具连接件为直臂式灯具连接件,所述灯壳包括底壳和上盖,所述底壳和所述上盖形成一容置所述LED模组和所述电器设备的空腔,所述底壳与所述上盖的一侧为可转动式连接,所述直臂式灯具连接件连接至所述底壳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
第一.本发明的LED照明装置结构简单、设计合理;
第二.本发明的LED照明装置的优选实施方式中,灯壳通过一弯臂式灯具连接件与灯杆进行连接,且该弯臂式灯具连接件由弯臂主体和弯臂盖板相连接共同组成,弯臂盖板可拆卸,从而实现了LED照明 装置安装过程中的可视走线,便于安装;
第三.本发明的LED照明装置通过设置直臂式灯具连接件,使整灯产品的包装体积显著变小,便于包装与运输,并大幅减少了包装及运输成本;
第四.本发明的LED照明装置还针对直臂式灯具连接件设置了可调角度连接件,能达到调节灯具安装角度的功能;
第五.本发明的可调角度连接件将大部分重量分解至齿轮压板与直臂式灯具连接件连接的螺钉上,同时,连接直臂式灯具连接件与连接耳的转轴也承受了径向力,从而使直臂式灯具连接件与可调角度连接件的连接更为稳固,提高了连接强度;
第六.本发明的可调角度连接件采用齿轮压板与齿轮啮合,可调角度范围大,且两者不容易错位掉落;
第七.本发明的LED照明装置的优选实施方式中,上盖与底壳的一侧通过铰链连接,另一侧通过旋转开关实现免工具拆装;同时,通过相应于所述旋转开关设置的限位结构和半限位结构来限定旋转开关的第二卡片的旋转行程,从而防止了上盖与底壳未连接时第二卡片任意转动,同时也实现了上盖与底壳连接后的锁定。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

实施例1
请参考图1-图11,本实施例提供了一种模组化圆形LED照明装置,包括灯壳、模组9和电源10,灯壳通过一弯臂式灯具连接件3(以下简称弯臂3)与一灯杆相连;其中,灯壳包括底壳2和上盖1,上盖1与底壳2的一侧转动连接,另一侧通过旋钮开关连接,上盖1与底壳2扣合后形成一容置电源10和模组9的空腔。
在本实施例中,例如,灯壳优选采用纯铝材料制造而成,从而保证了整个灯具具有良好的散热功能。
在本实施例中,上盖1和底壳2均整体呈圆形,从而相对于矩形的照明装置,本实施例的灯具安装时配合起来更加方便。
当然,灯壳的形状及制作材料也可根据具体情况进行设定和选择,上述的示例性描述不作为限制。
在本实施例中,上盖1与底壳2相连接形成的容置空间内安装有模组9、电源10、防雷器5、接线压板6、防水接线7、压线板8等电器设备。
其中,底壳2上设置有若干第二加强筋202,该些第二加强筋202呈由中心向四周扩散型分布;且靠近弯臂3一侧的第二加强筋202从底壳2的底部延伸至底壳2的侧壁上,即靠近弯臂3一侧的第二加强筋202高于其他部分的第二加强筋,如图4中所示,这样设置的目的是使灯壳能够承受更多重力。
在本实施例中,底壳2内侧安装模组9的位置上设置有凸起梁203,模组9通过手拧螺丝11安装在凸起梁203上,从而起到辅助散热的功能。
在本实施例中,底壳2的一侧通过弯臂3与灯杆相连,其中底壳2和弯臂3为单独的两个部件,两者之间通过螺丝等方式进行连接;当然底壳2与弯臂3也可一体成型,本发明将其分为两部分,有利于减小模具,从而降低成本。在本实施例中,底壳2在其与弯臂3的连接部位设置有走线孔。
弯臂3由弯臂主体301和弯臂盖板302两部分组成,弯臂主体301整体呈一圆弧状,其下端与灯杆相连,且弯臂主体301的与灯杆对应的位置处设置有过线孔3013,便于灯杆中的电线穿进弯臂主体301内;弯臂主体301的上端连接到底壳2的外侧面上,且弯臂主体301上设置有过线孔3012,以便来自灯杆的电线穿过弯臂后进入灯壳内,为灯壳内的设备供电。如图3中所示,弯臂主体301的内侧壁上设置有若干第一加强筋3011,且第一加强筋3011的分布密度沿靠近底壳2的方向逐渐增大,从而使得弯臂3承能够承受更多的重力。进一步地,本实施例的LED照明装置还可以包括护线管,护线管的一端设置有外螺纹管,弯臂3内部空腔内对应设有螺纹穿线孔,所述外螺纹管与所述螺纹穿线孔相配合。护线管可用于保护电线。
弯臂主体301圆弧状的外侧面上沿弯臂走势方向设置有一开口,弯臂盖板302覆盖在该开口上并通过螺钉等方式可拆卸的安装到弯臂主体301上,弯臂主体301和弯臂盖板302安装好后形成一用于走线的空腔。
在本实施例中,将弯臂3分成弯臂主体301和弯臂盖板302两部分,实现了照明装置安装过程中的可视走线,便于安装。
在本实施例中,上盖1与底壳2的一侧通过铰链4相连。其中,如图2-图6中所示,铰链4的一端连接到底壳2的外侧面边缘上,且底壳2边缘顶部上与铰链4对应位置处设置有翻转槽204,铰链4的另一端连接上盖1的内侧,从而实现上盖1与底壳2之间的连接;本实施例通过在底壳2上开设翻转槽204,从而实现了上盖1绕与底壳2的连接处的指定角度如270度的翻转。
可替换地,铰链4可以使用铰链组件代替。请参见图17,其所示为一种可用的铰链组件的结构示意图。铰链组件5包括枢转连接的一铰链51和一上盖合页52,其中铰链51包括第一连接片511和第一连接端部512,该铰链51通过第一连接片511固定连接于底壳2;上盖合页52包括第二连接片521和第二连接端部522,该上盖合页52通过第二连接片521固定连接于上盖1的内侧;并且,铰链51的第一连接端部512和上盖合页52的第二连接端部522通过一枢转连接端部53进行枢转连接。此处采用包含铰链51和上盖合页52两个组件的铰链组件来替代上述的铰链,可以使上盖和底壳组装起来后,上盖翻转更方便。
参考图2、图7-图11,上盖1与底壳2的另一侧通过旋钮开关进行免工具拆装,其中铰链4或铰链组件5的连接点和旋钮开关的连接点较佳的设置在灯壳对称轴的两相对端上。
具体的,旋钮开关包括设置在上盖1上的第一卡片12以及设置在底壳2上的第二卡片13和旋钮14。如图7中所示,第一卡片12通过螺钉等方式固定到上盖1内侧面上,且第一卡片12上设置有一弧形卡口121。如图9所示,底壳2内侧面上与第一卡片12对应位置处设置有一凸起平面201,以便第二卡片13的安装;请参见图2和图9、图10、图11,旋钮14的一端自底壳2的外侧穿进底壳2内,且穿孔位置位于凸起平面201上;第二卡片13呈弯折状,其一侧弯折部固定安装到旋钮14的穿进底壳2内的一端上,且通过转动旋钮14来带动第二卡片13转动。本实施例通过旋钮开关来对上盖1和底壳2进行连接,从而实现了免工具拆装,维护便利,大大减少了维护成本。
在本实施例中,如图9中所示,凸起平面201设置有半限位结构2011和限位结构2012,半限位结构2011和限位结构2012与旋钮14的中心相连形成一大圆周角度和一小圆周角度,用于限定第二卡片13的旋转行程。其中,第二卡片13在旋转的过程中无法转过限位结构2012;但,在对第二卡片13施力的情况下,第二卡片13能够转过半限位结构2011;优选地,半限位结构2011与第二卡片13的滑动接触面设有一定的坡度,以便于第二卡片13能够顺利克服阻力,转过半限位结构2011。第一卡片12与第二卡片13的具体连接原理如下:
如图10中所示,上盖1与底壳2未进行连接时,第二卡片13位于半限位结构2011和限位结构2012与旋钮14的中心相连形成的小圆周角度范围内,此时不对旋钮14施加任何力,从而在第二卡片13空闲状态时将第二卡片的旋转行程限定在半限位结构2011和限位结构2012之间的空间内,限定第二卡片13在较小的范围内转动,从而防止了上盖1与底壳2未连接时第二卡片13任意转动而带来的不便。
如图11中所示,上盖1与底壳2连接时,上盖1覆盖在底壳2上,第一卡片12刚好位于第二卡片13的上方;对旋钮14施加一定的力带动第二卡片12转动,并使得第二卡片12转过半限位结构2011卡进卡口121内,使第二卡片12转变为卡紧状态,然后松开旋钮14;此时第二卡片12位于卡口121与半限位结构2011之间,在半限位机构2011的作用下,实现第一卡片12与第二卡片13之间的锁定,从而防止了上盖1与底壳2之间的松动。
综上,本实施例提供了一种模组化圆形LED照明装置,包括灯壳、电源和模组;灯壳呈圆形,并通过一弯臂与灯杆相连,弯臂由弯臂主体和弯臂盖板可拆卸连接组成;灯壳包括底壳和上盖,上盖与底壳的一侧通过铰链或铰链组件连接,且底壳上铰链设置位置处设置有翻转槽,使得上盖实现指定角度如270度翻转;上盖与底壳的另一侧通过旋钮开关连接,旋钮开关包括设置在上盖上的第一卡片以及设置在底壳上的第二卡片和旋钮,并在底壳上第二卡片设置位置处设置有半限位结构和限位结构;本实施例通过旋钮开关连接实现免工具拆装,通过限位结构和半限位结构来限定第二卡片的旋转范围,从而防止了上盖与底壳未连接时第二卡片任意转动,同时实现了第一卡片和第二卡片连接后的锁定。
实施例2
请参见图12-图17所示,本实施例的一种直臂式LED照明装置,包括灯壳、LED模组9’、电器设备和灯具连接件,该灯具连接件为直臂式灯具连接件4,灯壳包括底壳2’和上盖1’,底壳2’和上盖1’形成一容置LED模组9’和电器设备的空腔,并且底壳2’与上盖1’的一侧为可转动式连接,直臂式灯具连接件4连接至底壳2’。电器设备可以包括电源、防雷器、接线压板、防水接线、压线板等。
请参见图12,在本实施例中,直臂式灯具连接件4包括一柱体41及设置在该柱体41一端部的连接部42,该直臂式灯具连接件4通过连接部42连接至底壳2’,请参见图13。
在本实施例中,直臂式灯具连接件4内部设有用于走线的空腔43,请参见图12;对应地,底壳2’在其与直臂式灯具连接件4连接的部位设置有走线孔位,请参见图15和图16。这样的设计是为了保证灯具的内部走线。
在本实施例中,底壳2’与上盖1’的一侧通过铰链组件5可转动连接。请参见图17,铰链组件5包括枢转连接的一铰链51和一上盖合页52,其中铰链51包括第一连接片511和第一连接端部512,该铰链51通过第一连接片511固定连接于底壳2’,请参见图15;上盖合页52包括第二连接片521和第二连接端部522,该上盖合页52通过第二连接片521固定连接于上盖1’的内侧,请参见图15;并且,铰链51的第一连接端部512和上盖合页52的第二连接端部522通过一枢转连接端部53进行枢转连接,请参见图17。此处设置了包含铰链51和上盖合页52两个组件的铰链组件,可以使上盖和底壳组装起来后,上盖翻转更方便。
在本实施例中,直臂式灯具连接件4与底壳2’的连接位置与铰链组件5的设置位置相对应,直臂式灯具连接件4的连接部42上还设有容置铰链组件5的枢转连接端部53的凹槽,该凹槽为通槽,简单的说,可以将连接部42上对应的枢转连接端部53安装的部分切除从而形成所述通槽,当然也可以以其它通常设置方式设置上述通槽或凹槽。请参见图13和图14,铰链组件5的枢转连接端部53为悬空设置在上述通槽内,并不与该通槽的边缘连接或固定。但是,本发明也包括将枢转连接端部53进行固定的技术方案。
在本实施例中,上盖1’与底壳2’的另一侧通过旋钮开关6连接,本实施例中旋钮开关的结构可与实施例1中相同或不同。请参见图15和图16。具体的,旋钮开关6包括设置在上盖1’上的第一卡片以及设置在底壳2’上的第二卡片和旋钮,其中第一卡片通过螺钉等方式固定到上盖1’内侧面上,且第一卡片上设置有一卡扣如弧形卡口。底壳2’内侧面上与第一卡片对应位置处设置有一凸起平面,以便第二卡片的安装;旋钮的一端自底壳2’的外侧穿进底壳2’内,且穿孔位置位于凸起平面上;第二卡片呈弯折状,其一侧弯折部固定安装到旋钮的另一端上,且通过转动旋钮带动第二卡片转动,使第二卡片的弯折 部卡入所述弧形卡口内。本发明通过旋钮开关来对上盖1’和底壳2’进行连接,从而实现了免工具拆装,维护便利,大大减少了维护成本。
在本实施例中,灯壳的外轮廓为圆形,此外还可以为椭圆形,或者其它任何合适的形状。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例2的区别在于,在本实施例中,直臂式灯具连接件4还连接一可调角度连接件7,并且直臂式灯具连接件4和可调角度连接件7以连接夹角可调方式进行连接,请参见图18和图19。将可调角度连接件与直臂式灯具连接件配合使用,不仅可以因为灯具连接件的直臂形设计实现整灯包装体积小的效果,而且还同时实现了灯壳相对于灯杆的安装角度可调节,使其使用更加方便。
请参阅图20和图21,本实施例的可调角度连接件7,包括齿轮压板71和与灯杆连接的连接体72,标号411的接头管为直臂式灯具连接件4的柱体41的中心圆柱部分(图中柱体长度仅为示意,不作为长度标准参考),接头管411与连接体72可转动连接,其中具体的,连接体72上固定设有齿轮721,齿轮压板71连接在接头管411上,齿轮压板71上设有齿轮槽,该些齿轮槽可与齿轮721的轮齿啮合。
请参阅图23,在本实施例中,连接体72的一端对称设有两个连接耳722,接头管411与连接耳722通过转轴连接,齿轮721设有两个,并分别设置在连接耳722的内侧,可替换地,齿轮721也可以设置在连接耳722的外侧。在本实例中,转轴为螺栓,接头管411与连接耳722可绕螺栓转动以调节连接角度;齿轮721和连接体72可以一体成型,也可以是齿轮721通过螺钉固定于连接体72上。连接体72、齿轮压板71和齿轮721可由铝压铸成型。
请参阅图22,在本实施例中,齿轮压板71包括压板本体,压板本体上设有螺纹孔712和若干齿轮槽711,齿轮槽711的整体形状及密度与齿轮721的轮齿相适配。齿轮压板71通过螺钉74连接在接头管411上。
请参见图21,在本实施例中,可调角度连接件7还包括护线管73,护线管73的一端设置有外螺纹管,连接体72上设有螺纹穿线孔,外螺纹管与螺纹穿线孔相配合。护线管73可用于保护电线。护线管的长度略长于接头管411,以便安装使用时电线的穿入。在接头管73的一端设有堵头75,堵头75与接头管411螺纹连接,护线管73的一端从堵头75的穿线孔穿出。堵头的材质可为橡胶,橡胶堵头可以保护电线。
使用时,接头管411与连接耳722通过螺栓转动连接,齿轮压板71通过螺钉74连接在接头管411上,齿轮压板71上的齿轮槽与齿轮721的轮齿啮合。当要调整角度时,拧松螺钉74,使齿轮压板71的齿轮槽711与齿轮721的轮齿分开,使接头管411与连接体72调整至合适的角度后,再拧紧螺钉74使齿轮压板71的齿轮槽711与齿轮721的轮齿啮合,从而固定接头管411与连接体72的相对位置,使接头管411与 连接体72不能绕螺栓转动,即可完成角度的调整。
本实施例的可调角度连接件将灯头的大部分重量分解至齿轮压板与接头管连接的螺钉上,同时,连接接头管与连接耳的转轴也承受了径向力,从而使接头管与连接体的连接更为稳固,提高了连接强度。并且,本实施例的转接装置采用齿轮压板与齿轮啮合,可调角度范围大,且两者不容易错位掉落。
本实施例的直臂式LED照明装置通过设置可调角度连接件,能达到调节灯具安装角度的功能。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种设置有实施例3的上述可调角度连接件的LED照明装置。
以上公开的本发明优选实施例只是用于帮助阐述本发明。优选实施例并没有详尽叙述所有的细节,也不限制该发明仅为所述的具体实施方式。显然,根据本说明书的内容,可作很多的修改和变化。本说明书选取并具体描述这些实施例,是为了更好地解释本发明的原理和实际应用,从而使所属技术领域技术人员能很好地理解和利用本发明。本发明仅受权利要求书及其全部范围和等效物的限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种LED照明装置,其特征在于,包括:
    灯壳;
    LED模组;
    电器设备;
    灯具连接件;其中,
    所述灯壳通过所述灯具连接件连接至一灯杆;
    所述灯壳包括底壳和上盖,所述上盖与所述底壳形成一容置所述LED模组和所述电器设备的空腔;所述上盖和所述底壳的一侧转动连接;
    所述灯具连接件为直臂式灯具连接件或弯臂式灯具连接件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述弯臂式灯具连接件包括弯臂主体和弯臂盖板,且所述弯臂主体沿其走向具有一开口,所述弯臂盖板沿所述弯臂式灯具连接件的走势方向可拆卸地覆盖在所述弯臂主体的所述开口上,所述弯臂主体与所述弯臂盖板之间形成用于走线的空腔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述直臂式灯具连接件连接一可调角度连接件,所述直臂式灯具连接件和所述可调角度连接件以连接夹角可调方式进行连接,所述可调角度连接件连接所述灯杆。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述可调角度连接件包括一齿轮压板,及与所述灯杆连接的连接体,所述齿轮压板设有齿轮槽;所述直臂式灯具连接件与所述连接体枢转连接;所述连接体上固定设有齿轮,所述齿轮压板上的齿轮槽可与所述齿轮的轮齿啮合,同时所述齿轮压板连接在所述直臂式灯具连接件上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述连接体的与所述直臂式灯具连接件连接的一端设有对称的连接耳,所述直臂式灯具连接件与所述连接耳通过转轴连接,所述齿轮设置在所述连接耳的内侧或外侧。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮压板通过螺钉连接在所述直臂式灯具连接件上。
  7. 如权利要求1-5中任一所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述底壳与所述上盖的一侧通过铰链组件进行转动连接;其中,
    所述铰链组件包括枢转连接的一铰链和一翻盖合页,
    所述铰链包括第一连接片和第一连接端部,所述铰链通过所述第一连接片固定连接于所述底壳;
    所述翻盖合页包括第二连接片和第二连接端部,所述翻盖合页通过所述第二连接片固定连接于所述上盖的内侧,
    并且,所述第一连接端部和所述第二连接端部枢转连接。
  8. 如权利要求1-5中任一所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的一侧通过铰链与所述底壳的一侧相连。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述底壳的安装所述铰链的位置处设置有实现所述上盖绕与所述底壳的连接处以指定角度翻转的翻转槽。
  10. 如权利要求1-5中任一所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述底壳和所述上盖的另一侧通过一旋钮开关连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述旋钮开关包括第一卡片、第二卡片和旋钮,其中,
    所述第一卡片固定设置在所述上盖内侧,且所述第一卡片上设置有一卡口;
    所述旋钮的一端自所述底壳的外侧穿进所述底壳内,且所述第二卡片固定安装在所述旋钮的该端上,所述旋钮转动而带动所述第二卡片旋转并卡进所述卡口内;
    所述底壳内侧与所述第二卡片对应位置处设置有限位结构和半限位结构;所述第二卡片具有空闲状态和卡紧状态;所述限位结构与所述半限位结构之间的空间限定所述第二卡片空闲状态的旋转行程;通过所述旋钮对所述第二卡片施力使其转过所述半限位结构后,所述第二卡片卡在所述卡口内,使所述第二卡片处于卡紧状态,此时所述第二卡片的旋转角度限定在所述卡口与所述半限位结构之间,以实现所述第一卡片与所述第二卡片之间的锁定。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述半限位结构的与所述第二卡片的滑动接触面设有一定的坡度。
  13. 如权利要求1-5中任一所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述灯具连接件具有用于走线的空腔,所述灯具连接件连接至所述底壳,所述底壳在其与所述灯具连接件连接的部位设置有走线孔。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述直臂式灯具连接件包括一柱体及设置在所述柱体的一端部的连接部,所述直臂式灯具连接件通过所述连接部连接至所述底壳,所述柱体具有所述用于走线的空腔。
  15. 如权利要求3所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,进一步包括护线管,所述护线管的一端设置有外螺纹管,所述弯臂式灯具连接件或所述可调角度连接件内部设有螺纹穿线孔,所述外螺纹管与所述螺纹穿线 孔相配合。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述灯壳为圆形或椭圆形;所述电器设备包括电源。
  17. 一种权利要求3-6中任一项所述的可调角度连接件。
  18. 一种设置有权利要求3-6中任一项所述的可调角度连接件的LED照明装置。
  19. 一种模组化圆形LED照明装置,包括灯壳、电源和模组,其特征在于,所述灯壳呈圆形,所述灯壳通过一弯臂式灯具连接件与灯杆相连,所述灯壳包括底壳和上盖;所述上盖与所述底壳的一侧转动连接,另一侧通过旋钮开关连接,所述上盖与所述底壳连接形成一容置所述电源和模组的空间。
  20. 一种直臂式LED照明装置,包括灯壳、LED模组、电器设备和灯具连接件,其特征在于,所述灯具连接件为直臂式灯具连接件,所述灯壳包括底壳和上盖,所述底壳和所述上盖形成一容置所述LED模组和所述电器设备的空腔,所述底壳与所述上盖的一侧为可转动式连接,所述直臂式灯具连接件连接至所述底壳。
