筒体 2的侧壁开设有通孔 21, 筒体 2的一端开设有第一阶梯孔 22, 第一阶梯孔 22 内通过螺钉固定连接有连接套 8, 连接套 8内插设有插座 3, 插座 3的上部还设置有端 套 9, 该插座 3具有朝端套 9一侧设置的插孔 31, 该插座 3还具有朝筒体 2的内腔设置 的电连接片 32;
筒体 2的另一端开设有第二阶梯孔 23, 该第二阶梯孔 23内设置有导通件 4, 该导 通件 4包括有固定连接在第二阶梯孔 23的阶梯面上的底座 41和穿设于该底座上导体, 导体的下端形成有能和插座 3的插孔 31相插配的插头 42, 导体的上端为和插座 3电连 接的导线 43, 并且, 第二阶梯孔 23的孔径大小和端套 9的内径相适配;
当多节灯体串联时, 后一个灯体的端套 9正好套设在前一个灯体的导通件 4尾部, 并且,前一个灯体的导通件 4尾部的插头部分正好插入后一个灯体的插座 3插孔 31中, 从而实现相邻灯体之间的电连接。
本实施例的灯头 1可以采用现有技术中的各种结构,内置发光体可以采用 LED灯, 也可以为其它发光体,灯头 1可以通过导电线和插座 3的电连接片 32相连,实现灯头 1 的电源导通,灯头 1的底部固定有一横向设置且与筒体 2的轴线相垂直的短轴 11,该短 轴 11上铰接有横截面和筒体 2的横截面相平行的连杆 12, 灯头 1能够相对于连杆 12 沿垂直方向在 180范围内做上下摆动;
连杆 12穿过筒体 2的通孔 21伸入至该筒体 2内腔中, 连杆 12的横截面呈 U形, 连杆 12的 U形两端分别铰接在短轴 11上, 连杆 12的 U形底部还成型有向外弯折的第 一翻边 121, 该第一翻边 121和连杆 12的 U形底部之间形成开口朝下设置的第一卡扣。
内衬件 5、 弹簧座 6和挡板 7分别设置于筒体 2内, 其中, 内衬件 5包括有与筒体 2的内侧壁相适配的弧形衬板 51, 该衬板 51的背面呈弧形面, 该衬板 51在位于长度方 向设置的侧边上分别形成有沿该衬板 51的周向外伸的侧翼 52,两个侧翼 52之间的部分 为平面, 每个侧翼 52朝内设置的侧面上还连接有与筒体 2的轴线垂直设置的立板 53, 该立板 53的其中一侧边与侧翼 52的内侧面相连, 该立板 53的另一侧边与两个侧翼 52 之间的平面相连, 并且, 两块立板 53之间形成和连杆的横截面宽度相适配的间隔 54, 于是,两个侧翼 52、两块立板 53和平面之间形成卡座,两块立板 53即为该卡座的底面; 为了方便内衬件 5和筒体 2之间的连接和拆卸,筒体 2的内侧壁沿轴向设置有凸轨 24, 衬板 51的弧形外侧壁沿轴向开设有能和凸轨 24插接配合的导槽 511, 安装时, 将 内衬件 5的导槽 511对准筒体 2内的凸轨 24插入, 即可实现内衬件 5和筒体 2的插接 配合, 装配十分方便简单, 当需要拆卸式, 只要将内衬件 5沿凸轨 24拉出即可。
本实施例的弹簧座 6包括有两个腔体, 每一腔体由侧板 61、 顶板 62和背板 63两 两垂直围成,每一腔体和背板 63相对而设的一端敞口,背板 63上设置有第一凸台 631, 两个腔体位于敞口端的顶板 62上通过横向设置的横梁 64固定连为一体,每一腔体的侧 板 61上还设置有凸块 611, 卡座的每一侧翼 52上开设有可供凸块 611插入的卡孔 521 ; 挡板 7为一与腔体的背板 63平行设置的平板, 该挡板 7设置于弹簧座 6和卡座平 面之间的空挡内, 该挡板 7和腔体的背板 63相对而设的侧面上成型有向外弯折的第二 翻边 71, 该第二翻边 71和挡板 7侧面之间形成开口朝上设置的第二卡扣, 挡板 7在第 二卡扣的两侧分别设置有能分别与相应的第一凸台 631相对应的第二凸台;
连杆 12的第一卡扣和挡板 7的第二卡扣反向错位后进行插接扣合, 使得连杆 12 与挡板 7连接于一起, 此时, 弹簧座 6的两个腔体正好位于连杆 12的 U形臂的两侧, 每一腔体、 连杆 12的 U形臂、 所述挡板 7和卡座平面之间形成一个一面敞口的立方形 空腔, 每一个空腔内设置有沿筒体 2的径向方向放置的弹簧 65 , 弹簧 65的一端套设在 位于该空腔背板 63的第一凸台 631上,该弹簧 65的另一端套设在和该空腔内的第一凸 台 631相对应设置的第二凸台上。
装配时, 将弹簧 65座 6装入内衬件 5的卡座内, 弹簧 65座 6每一腔体侧板 61上 的凸块 611正好卡入卡座相应侧翼 52的卡孔 521中, 实现弹簧 65座 6和内衬件 5之间 的固定连接; 然后将挡板 7放入弹簧 65座 6和卡座之间的空挡中, 在弹簧 65座 6的每 个腔体内放入弹簧 65, 弹簧 65的两端分别固定在相对应的一组第一凸台 631和第二凸 台上; 再将内衬件 5装入筒体 2内, 内衬件 5的导槽 511正对着筒体 2的凸轨 24实现 插配连接;最后将连杆 12从筒体 2的通孔 21伸入至筒体 2内,该连杆 12U形底部的第 一卡扣和挡板 7的第二卡扣实现反向错位扣接, 将连杆 12和挡板 7固定连接于一起。
于是,挡板 7在连杆 12的拉力作用下能同时推动弹簧 65座 6的两个腔室内的弹簧 65压缩, 弹簧 65压缩后产生的弹性力反作用于挡板 7, 使得挡板 7具有始终反向牵拉 连杆 12的趋势, 保证灯头 1能够紧靠在筒体 2上, 防止灯头 1松动或脱落, 而因为灯 头 1与连杆 12之间为铰接连接, 当灯头 1固定到筒体 2上后, 转动灯头 1能够实现灯 头 1沿竖直方向的上下摆动, 实现照明角度的灵活调节; 当需要更换掉灯头 1时, 只需 将位于筒体 2—端插座 3取出, 然后用螺丝刀或者其他工具将连杆 12的第一卡扣和挡 板 7的第二卡扣进行有效脱离, 就能够将灯头 1顺利取下, 无需破坏现有的连接结构, 提高了灯头 1更换的效率, 使得灯头 1的拆装更加方便灵活, 降低了维护成本。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种竹节灯, 包括有
筒体 (2);
灯头 (1), 可摆动地连接在所述筒体 (2)上;
插座 (3), 设置于所述筒体 (2)的一端, 该插座 (3)具有插孔 (31);
导通件 (4), 设置于所述筒体 (2)内并和所述插座 (3)电连接, 该导通件 (4)还具有能和 所述插座 (3)的插孔 (31)相插接的插头;
其特征在于: 所述灯头 (1)的底部连接有穿过所述筒体 (2)的侧壁且横截面呈 U形的 连杆 (12), 该连杆 (12)的横截面和所述筒体 (2)的横截面相平行, 所述连杆 (12)的 U形底 部还成型有幵口朝下设置的第一卡扣;
所述筒体 (2)内还设置有:
内衬件 (5), 插设于所述筒体 (2)中, 该内衬件 (5)上形成有卡座, 该卡座的底面和所 述筒体 (2)的轴线相垂直;
弹簧座 (6), 固定设置于所述卡座上,该弹簧座 (6)包括有两个分别位于所述连杆 (12) 两侧的腔体, 每一所述腔体的一端敞口, 另一端设置有背板 (63), 并且, 每一所述腔体 内设置有沿所述筒体 (2)的径向方向放置的弹簧 (65), 所述弹簧 (65)的一端和相应所述腔 体内的背板 (63)相抵;
挡板 (7),设置于所述弹簧座 (6)和卡座之间,每一所述腔体内的弹簧 (65)另一端分别 与该挡板 (7)相抵, 并且, 所述挡板 (7)在与所述弹簧 (65)相抵的侧面中部还成型有开口朝 上设置的第二卡扣, 所述连杆 (12)的第一卡扣和所述挡板 (7)的第二卡扣反向插配扣合固 定于一起。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的竹节灯, 其特征在于: 所述内衬件 (5)包括有与所述筒体 (2)的内侧壁相适配的弧形衬板 (51), 所述衬板 (51)在位于长度方向设置的侧边上分别形 成有沿该衬板 (51)的周向外伸的侧翼 (52),所述侧翼 (52)向内设置的侧面上连接有与所述 筒体 (2)的轴线垂直设置的立板 (53), 所述侧翼 (52)、 立板 (53)和衬板 (51)之间形成所述的 卡座。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的竹节灯, 其特征在于: 所述筒体 (2)的内侧壁沿轴向设置 有凸轨 (24), 所述衬板 (51)的外侧壁沿轴向开设有能和所述凸轨 (24)插接配合的导槽 (511)。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的竹节灯, 其特征在于: 所述弹簧座 (6)的两个腔体在敞口 端的顶部通过横向设置的横梁 (64)固定连为一体, 所述卡座的每一侧翼 (52)上开设有卡 孔 (521), 所述腔体在对应所述卡孔 (521)的外侧壁上设置有凸块 (611), 所述凸块 (611)卡 设于所述卡孔 (521)内而实现所述弹簧座 (6)和所述卡座的固定连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的竹节灯, 其特征在于: 每一所述腔体的背 板 (63)上设置有第一凸台 (631), 所述挡板 (7)在所述第二卡扣的两侧分别设置有第二凸 台, 位于每一腔体内的弹簧 (65)的一端套设在该腔体内的第一凸台 (631)上, 该弹簧 (65) 的另一端套设在对应该第一凸台 (631)的第二凸台上。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的竹节灯, 其特征在于: 所述筒体 (2)的一端开设有第一阶 梯孔 (22), 该第一阶梯孔 (22)内插设有连接套 (8), 所述插座 (3)设置于该连接套 (8)内, 所 述插座 (3)的插孔 (31)端朝外设置; 并且, 所述筒体 (2)的另一端幵设有第二阶梯孔 (23), 所述导通件 (4)固定设置于该第二阶梯孔 (23)上, 并且, 所述第二阶梯孔 (23)的孔径大小 和所述连接套 (8)的外径相适配。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的竹节灯, 其特征在于: 所述灯头 (1)上固定有横向设置的 短轴 (11), 所述连杆 (12)的 U形两端铰接连接在所述短轴 (11)上。
