Abstract
Description
更に、体内に長期間留置されるステント等は、表面にタンパク質や細胞が吸着すると、例えば血栓となり、血管が塞がるなどの問題が起きるため、表面にタンパク質や細胞が極力付かないことが求められている。
他方、機能性官能基がフッ素含有疎水性基の場合は、表面張力が著しく下がるため、金属医療用具の表面と、その表面と接するもの(例えば、金属医療用具がガイドワイヤーである場合、カテーテル内面や体細胞など)との間の分子の凝着力が大きく下がり、摺動性をより大きく向上できる。
また、長期間留置する間において、潤滑層が流れて取れることを防止できるため、低タンパク質吸着性や低細胞吸着性の低下も抑制できる。
R62としては、直鎖状若しくは分岐鎖状の炭素数1〜5のアルキレン基が好ましく、直鎖状若しくは分岐鎖状の炭素数1〜3のアルキレン基がより好ましい。
すなわち、本発明の金属医療用具は、金属医療用具の表面を、上記共重合体C又は重合体eで処理する工程を含む製造方法等で作製できる。
3−アクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン0.082g、SPMK(3−スルホプロピルメタクリレート・カリウム塩)0.86gとベンゾフェノン0.2mgを10mlのメタノールに溶かした。これをガラス容器に入れ、ふたをした。アルゴンで30分間置換したのち、365nmの波長をもつLED−UVを90分間照射して、重合体を得た。これを回収して乾燥した。
SUS製のガイドワイヤー(芯線)をアセトンで洗浄し、乾燥した。前記重合体の回収物を水に溶かした(5wt%水溶液)。この水溶液中に前記洗浄したガイドワイヤーを浸漬して、引き揚げた。これを高湿下(湿度90%)で24時間放置して反応させた。そののち水で洗浄して乾燥し、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
SPMKに代えて、MTAC(2−(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチルトリメチルアンモニウム・塩素塩)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
SPMKに代えて、[2−(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチル]ジメチル−(3−スルホプロピル)アンモニウムヒドロキシドを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
3−アクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランに代えて、3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
SUS製のガイドワイヤーに代えて、ニッケル−チタン合金製のガイドワイヤーを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
前記重合体の回収物を5wt%酢酸水溶液(pH3)にして、この水溶液中に前記洗浄したガイドワイヤーを浸漬して、引き上げ、高湿下(90%)で1時間放置して反応させたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
メタクリル酸グリシジル0.082gとSPMK0.86gとベンゾフェノン0.2mgを10mlのエタノールに溶かした。これをガラス容器に入れ、ふたをした。アルゴンで30分間置換したのち、365nmの波長をもつLED−UVを90分間照射して、重合体を得た。これを回収して乾燥した。
前記回収物0.42gをメタノール10mlに溶かし、N−(2−アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン0.02gを添加して、40℃で撹拌しながら24時間反応させた。これを回収して乾燥した。
SUS製のガイドワイヤー(芯線)をアセトンで洗浄し、乾燥した。前記回収物を水に溶かした(5wt%水溶液)。この水溶液中に前記洗浄したガイドワイヤーを浸漬して、引き揚げた。これを高湿下(湿度90%)で24時間放置して反応させた。そののち水で洗浄して乾燥し、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
SPMKに代えて、MTACを用いたこと以外は、実施例7と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
SPMKに代えて、[2−(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチル]ジメチル−(3−スルホプロピル)アンモニウムヒドロキシドを用いたこと以外は、実施例7と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
前記回収物を5wt%酢酸水溶液(pH3)にして、この水溶液中に前記洗浄したガイドワイヤーを浸漬して、引き上げ、高湿下(90%)で1時間放置して反応させたこと以外は実施例7と同様にして、表面処理ガイドワイヤーを得た。
SUS製のガイドワイヤー(芯線)をアセトンで洗浄し、乾燥しただけのものを下記する摺動性評価に供した。
ニッケル−チタン合金製のガイドワイヤー(芯線)をアセトンで洗浄し、乾燥しただけのものを下記する摺動性評価に供した。
表面処理ガイドワイヤー又はガイドワイヤーに水をつけて手で擦り摺動性を評価した。
評価の結果、比較例1、2のガイドワイヤーに比べ、実施例1〜10の表面処理ガイドワイヤーはつるつる感があり、摺動性が向上していた。また、100回擦ってもつるつる感に変化はなかった。
また、ポリオキシアルキレン基がタンパク質や細胞の吸着量が少ないこと、金属塩含有水酸基、ハロゲン塩含有親水性基、双極性イオン基がポリアルキル基よりも更にタンパク質や細胞の吸着量が少ないことが知られており、実施例のサンプルもタンパク質や細胞の吸着量が少なかった。
Claims (7)
- 重合性を有するシラン化合物A及び機能性官能基を有する重合性化合物Bの共重合体Cにより処理された表面を少なくとも一部に有する金属医療用具。
- シラン化合物dへの反応性を有する重合性化合物a及び機能性官能基を有する重合性化合物bの共重合体cに、更に該シラン化合物dを反応させた重合体eにより処理された表面を少なくとも一部に有する金属医療用具。
- 前記機能性官能基がポリオキシアルキレン基、金属塩含有親水性基、ハロゲン塩含有親水性基、双極性イオン基又はフッ素含有疎水性基である請求項1又は2記載の金属医療用具。
- 前記金属塩含有親水性基がアルカリ金属塩含有親水性基又はアルカリ土類金属塩含有親水性基である請求項3記載の金属医療用具。
- 前記ハロゲン塩含有親水性基が塩素塩含有親水性基である請求項3記載の金属医療用具。
- 前記双極性イオン基がベタイン基である請求項3記載の医療用具。
- 前記フッ素含有疎水性基がパーフルオロオキシアルキレン基である請求項3記載の医療用具。
