本发明涉及一种 LED水下灯, 特别涉及一种用于浴缸内的 LED水 下灯。 背景技术
目前,将 LED灯固定在浴缸壁上,用其发出带色彩的光线进行装饰, 能够为在浴缸中沐浴的人带来视觉上的美感, 并增添乐趣。 为此, 用于 浴缸上的 LED水下灯深受顾客的喜爱。 然而, 现有的产品的结构比较简 单, 包括有 LED灯体, 在 LED灯体内设置有 LED灯泡, LED灯体一端 一体连接有电源线。 在安装时, 通过固定螺母将 LED灯体直接安装在浴 缸壁上的孔内, 这样, 需要更换 LED灯体时, 必须要从浴缸里面拧下固 定螺母, 这样要打开整个浴缸的外罩, 更换比较麻烦、 且比较费时, 而 且更换后还要做防水处理, 效率很低。 发明内容
本发明克服了上述技术的不足,提供了一种结构设计合理、更换 LED 灯体方便、 快捷的 LED水下灯。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用了下列技术方案:
一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于包括外壳和 LED灯体, 所述外壳固 定在安装板上的安装孔内, 外壳一端设置有开口, 所述 LED灯体从开口 插入并紧固到外壳内, LED灯体与外壳的开口之间设置有内防水密封圈, 在该外壳开口处的 LED灯体内设置有 LED灯泡, LED灯体的另一端可 分离地连接有穿过外壳伸到外部的电源线。
如上所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于所述 LED灯体通过一旋 转紧固结构转动地固定在外壳内。
如上所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于在 LED灯体的外表面设 置有凹槽。
如上所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于旋转紧固结构包括有设置 在外壳内壁上的内螺紋, 在 LED灯体外壁上设置有与该内螺紋配合的外 螺紋。
如上所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于旋转紧固结构包括有多个 设置在外壳内壁上且围成环状的卡台, 所述卡台远离外壳开口的一侧设 置有卡合面, 该卡合面为倾斜弧面, 在 LED灯体外壁上设置有可沿着卡 合面滑行的卡钩, 该卡钩设置有与卡合面配合的倾斜平面。
如上所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于在外壳的开口一端设置有 可卡在安装板一面的台阶, 在台阶与安装板之间设置有外防水密封圈, 在外壳的外壁上设置有外螺紋, 在外壳外部螺紋连接有固定螺母, 该固 定螺母可卡在安装板的另一面。
如上所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于在外壳内可分离地固定有 母插, 所述电源线与该母插一端连接, 在 LED灯体上可分离的固定有公 插, 该公插与所述母插插接。
本发明的有益效果是: 1、 由于发明具有外壳, 在需要更换 LED灯 体时, 不需要拆下外壳, 外壳是一直固定在浴缸上的, 用 LED灯体的装 入 /取出工具旋转 LED灯体, 即可完成 LED灯体的拆装, 然后再换上新 的 LED灯体, 用 LED灯体的装入 /取出工具再进行旋转, 就很快捷、 方 便地完成 LED灯体的更换, 操作比较简单、 方便。 2、 本发明的结构设 计合理、 便于批量生产。 3、 由于采用了内、 外两个密封圈, 所以本发明 的防水效果好。 附图说明

下面结合附图与本发明的实施方式作进一步详细的描述 : 本发明为 一种 LED水下灯, 其包括外壳 1和 LED灯体 2, 所述外壳 1固定在安装 板 20 (如果是安装在浴缸内,安装板 20指的是浴缸的壁)上的安装孔内, 外壳 1一端设置有开口,所述 LED灯体 2从开口插入并紧固到外壳 1内, LED灯体 2与外壳 1的开口之间设置有内防水密封圈 3, 在该外壳 1开 口处的 LED灯体 2内设置有 LED灯泡 4, 该 LED灯泡 4密封于 LED灯 体 2内, 具有防水特性, 可以避免水侵入内部, LED灯体 2的另一端连 接有穿过外壳 1伸到外部的电源线 5, 所述 LED灯体 2通过一旋转紧固 结构 6可以转动地固定在外壳 1内。
参见图 8, 在 LED灯体 2的外表面设置有的凹槽 7, 在 LED灯体 的装入 /取出工具 30上设置有与凹槽 7配合的凸块 31, 需要拆下 LED灯 体时,将 LED灯体的装入 /取出工具 30的凸块 31对准凹槽 7,然后旋转, 就可以方便地拆下 LED灯体 2。装 LED灯体时, 只需向相反方向旋转即 可。
参见图 1 5,是本发明的实施例 1,在该实施例中旋转紧固结构 6包括 有多个设置在外壳 1内壁上且围成环状的卡台 8, 所述卡台 8远离外壳 1 开口的一侧设置有卡合面 9, 该卡合面 9为倾斜弧面, 在 LED灯体 2外 壁上设置有可沿着卡合面 9滑行的卡钩 10, 该卡钩 10设置有与卡合面 9 配合的多段连续的倾斜平面 101。
参见图 6 7, 是本发明的实施例 2, 在该实施例中, 所述旋转紧固结构 6包括有设置在外壳 1内壁上的内螺紋, 在 LED灯体 2外壁上设置有与 该内螺紋配合的外螺紋。
上述两个实施例具有以下共同的特征, 为了便于将本外壳固定在安 装板上, 在外壳 1的开口一端设置有可卡在安装板 20—面的台阶 11, 在 台阶 11与安装板 20之间设置有外防水密封圈 12, 在外壳 1的外壁上设 置有外螺紋,在外壳 1外部螺紋连接有固定螺母 13, 该固定螺母 13可卡 在安装板 20的另一面。 为了方便的将 LED灯体与电源线脱离在外壳 1 内可分离地固定有母插 14,所述电源线 5与该母插 14一端连接,在 LED 灯体 2上可分离的固定有公插 15, 该公插 15与所述母插 14插接。

Claims

1、 一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于包括外壳 (1) 和 LED灯体 (2), 所述外壳 (1) 固定在安装板 (20) 上的安装孔内, 外壳 (1) 一端设置 有开口, 所述 LED灯体 (2)从开口插入并紧固到外壳(1) 内, LED灯 体(2)与外壳(1) 的开口之间设置有内防水密封圈 (3), 在该外壳(1) 开口处的 LED灯体 (2) 内设置有 LED灯泡 (4), LED灯体 (2) 的另 一端可分离地连接有穿过外壳 (1) 伸到外部的电源线 (5)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于所述 LED灯体 (2) 通过一旋转紧固结构 (6) 转动地固定在外壳 (1) 内。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于在 LED灯 体 (2) 的外表面设置有凹槽 (7)。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于旋转紧 固结构 (6) 包括有设置在外壳 (1) 内壁上的内螺紋, 在 LED灯体 (2) 外壁上设置有与该内螺紋配合的外螺紋。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种 LED水下灯, 其特征在于旋转紧 固结构 (6) 包括有多个设置在外壳 (1) 内壁上且围成环状的卡台 (8), 所述卡台 (8) 远离外壳 (1) 开口的一侧设置有卡合面 (9), 该卡合面
(9) 为倾斜弧面, 在 LED灯体 (2) 外壁上设置有可沿着卡合面 (9) 滑行的卡钩 (10), 该卡钩 (10) 设置有与卡合面 (9) 配合的倾斜平面 (101)。
6、根据权利要求 1-5任意一项所述的一种 LED水下灯,其特征在于 在外壳 (1) 的开口一端设置有可卡在安装板 (20) —面的台阶 (11), 在台阶(11)与安装板(20)之间设置有外防水密封圈(12), 在外壳(1) 的外壁上设置有外螺紋, 在外壳 (1) 外部螺紋连接有固定螺母 (13), 该固定螺母 (13) 可卡在安装板 (20) 的另一面。
