本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种清洗机,其清洗的洁净度高,毛刷调节机构调节方便,稳定性好,精度高,而且风干的效率高,噪音低。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:一种清洗机,用于手机玻璃屏幕的清洗,包括机架和数个排列设置在所述机架上以形成输送通道的输送胶辊,所述机架上设置有用于驱动所述输送胶辊转动的驱动电机,所述输送通道的一端为进料端、另一端为出料端,所述进料端和所述出料端之间为清洗区域,所述清洗区域内设置有清洗机构和用于干燥所述玻璃屏幕的干燥装置,所述清洗机构包括喷淋装置和用于刷洗所述玻璃屏幕的毛刷组件,所述毛刷组件包括并列设置且外周壁覆盖有刷毛的上、下毛刷轴,所述上、下毛刷轴的两端设置有用于调节所述上、下毛刷轴之间间隙距离的毛刷调节机构,所述干燥装置连接有空气过滤器。
具体地,所述清洗区域包括交替设置的洗剂清洗区域和清水清洗区域,所述洗剂清洗区域和所述清水清洗区域之间通过隔离区隔开,所述洗剂清洗区域和所述清水清洗区域内均设置有所述清洗机构。
具体地,所述喷淋装置包括设置在所述输送通道上下两侧的喷淋管,所述喷淋管上均设置有朝向待清洗玻璃屏幕的喷头,位于所述输送通道的下方设置有用于接纳洗剂或清水的接纳槽,接纳槽下方相应的设置有容纳箱,所述容纳箱内设置有加热器和水泵,所述水泵连接有水过滤器,所述水过滤器的出水口与所述喷淋管连通。
具体地,所述毛刷调节机构包括调节组件、用于安装支撑所述调节组件的支撑组件和用于定位调节位置的定位组件。
具体地,所述支撑组件包括设置在所述上、下毛刷轴两端的左支撑座和右支撑座,所述左支撑座和所述右支撑座上均分别开设有用于安装放置所述调节组件的安装槽,两所述安装槽的侧壁均分别开设有供所述上、下毛刷轴两端穿出的安装孔。
具体地,所述调节组件包括一对左右相对设置用于调节所述上毛刷轴的上调节块和一对左右相对设置用于调节所述下毛刷轴的下调节块,处在同一侧的所述上调节块和所述下调节块上下并列滑动设置在相应的所述安装槽内,每个所述上、下调节块上均开设有用于安装所述上、下毛刷轴的轴孔和连接有调节螺杆。
具体地,所述定位组件包括设置在每个所述上、下调节块上的定位孔和与所述定位孔连接的固定件,所述左支撑座和所述右支撑座上均开设有供所述紧固定件穿过的定位调节槽。
具体地,所述上、下毛刷轴相同的一端设置有用于驱动自身转动的同步轮,所述机架上设置有滚刷电机,所述滚刷电机通过传送带与所述同步轮连接。
具体地,所述空气过滤器包括底座和外壳,所述外壳设置在所述底座上,形成有储气腔室,所述储气腔室内设置有用于过滤空气的过滤组件,所述过滤组件组合形成有中空的过滤腔室,所述底座上开设有进气口和出气口,所述进气口与所述储气腔室相通,所述出气口与所述过滤腔室相通。
具体地,所述过滤组件包括中空的筒形过滤元件以及设置在所述过滤元件两端、用于支撑固定所述过滤元件的第一固定件和第二固定件,所述底座内设置有用于安装支撑所述第一固定件的安装筒,所述安装筒内设置有固定杆,所述固定杆位于所述过滤元件的轴线处且穿过所述过滤元件,所述第一固定件安装在所述安装筒的端面上,所述第二固定件通过螺母紧固件与所述固定杆连接,且将所述过滤元件夹设在所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件之间。
具体地,所述第一固定件与所述安装筒安装的一面设置有安装台阶,所述安装台阶上设置有用于密封的密封件。
优选地,所述过滤元件的筒壁为过滤棉芯。
有益效果
本发明提供的一种清洗机,通过在输送通道上设置有清洗机构和干燥装置,这样,输送通道输送的玻璃屏幕通过清洗机构的清洗,清洗掉表面的灰尘杂质,并在干燥装置的作用下能够快速的干燥,清洗洁净度好,效率高。而设置的毛刷调节机构能够方便快速的调节上、下毛刷轴之间的间隙距离,调节精度高,满足了对不同厚度的玻璃屏幕的清洗功能,与干燥装置连接的空气过滤器过滤风量大,过滤洁净度高,噪音低,提高了风干的效率。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供的一种清洗机,用于手机玻璃屏幕的清洗,包括机架100和数个排列设置在机架100上以形成输送通道的输送胶辊210,机架100上设置有用于驱动输送胶辊210转动的驱动电机300,各并排设置的输送胶辊210之间通过传送件(图中未示出)传递驱动电机300的驱动力,通过驱动电机300的驱动,输送胶辊210能够相滚动,使待清洗的玻璃屏幕在摩擦力的作用下随着输送胶辊210的滚动而往前移动,实现了稳定输送玻璃屏幕的功能。输送通道的一端为进料端230、另一端为出料端240,进料端230和出料端240之间为清洗区域,清洗区域内设置有清洗机构600和用于干燥玻璃屏幕的干燥装置700,清洗机构600包括喷淋装置610和用于刷洗玻璃屏幕的毛刷组件620。喷淋装置610能够喷洒出洗剂或是清水,然后在毛刷组件620的刷洗下完成对玻璃屏幕的清洗,最后经过干燥装置700,将表面烘干,完成整个清洗工作。
具体地,如图2至图5所示,毛刷组件620包括多个并列设置的上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622,且外周壁均覆盖有刷毛(图中未标示),各上毛刷轴621按设计要求设置在输送胶辊210的上方,各下毛刷轴622按设计要求间隔插设在输送胶辊 210中,与输送胶辊210平齐,这样使得待清洗的玻璃屏幕能够平稳的输送以及被刷洗。由于设计要求的不同,玻璃屏幕的厚度便不一,为了在同一清洗机上能够对不同厚度的玻璃屏幕进行清洗,便需要对上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622之间的间隙进行调整,使不同厚度的玻璃屏幕能够进入到上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴 622之间,然后在刷毛摩擦滚刷的作用下将其表面的杂质清洗干净,因此在上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622的两端设置有用于调节上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622之间间隙距离的毛刷调节机构800,毛刷调节机构800能够方便快速地对上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622之间间隙距离进行调整,定位精准,满足了不同厚度玻璃屏幕的清洗要求。而干燥装置700连接有的空气过滤器710能够有效地滤除空气中的灰尘、水汽等杂质,过滤洁净度高,并且过滤的风量大,干燥效率高。而且过滤空气时噪音低,没有噪声污染,使工作环境得到了改善。
本发明提供的清洗机,喷淋装置610和毛刷组件620能够作用,对待清洗的屏幕玻璃进行刷洗,能够有效地去除掉玻璃屏幕上的灰尘杂质,清洗效率高、洁净度好。设置的毛刷调节机构800能够方便、精准的调整上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴 622之间的间隙距离,满足了不同厚度玻璃屏幕的清洗要求,干燥装置700连接有空气过滤器710,出风量大、洁净度高、噪音低,能够对清洗的玻璃屏幕进行快速的干燥,进一步提高了清洗的效率及质量。
具体地,如图1所示,清洗区域包括交替设置的洗剂清洗区域410和清水清洗区域420,洗剂清洗区域410和清水清洗区域420之间通过隔离区430隔开。由于清洗要求的不同,整个清洗机上设置的洗剂清洗区域410和清水清洗区域420的个数可以根据具体的要求来设置,图1中省略了重复的区域。洗剂清洗区域410和清水清洗区域420内均设置有清洗机构600。洗剂清洗区域410内的清洗剂为化学药物洗剂,清水清洗区域420内为DI水(即去离子水),隔离区430内设置有风干装置(图中未标示),能够喷出高压气体。在清洗时,待清洗的玻璃屏幕先在洗剂清洗区域410内用化学药物洗剂进行预先清洗,然后经过隔离区430,由风干装置将残留的化学药物洗剂吹干,再进入到清水清洗区域420内,经过DI水的漂洗,由下一个风干装置进行吹干后,再进入到下一个洗剂清洗区域410内清洗,然后再次进行漂洗,如此交替进行清洗,直至达到清洗要求。而在达到清洗洁净度要求之后,将玻璃屏幕在清水清洗区域420内再一次用纯水进行冲洗,最后经过干燥装置700的风干,便完成了整个清洗工作。由于化学药物洗剂具有一定的腐蚀性,因此设置的隔离区430能够防止化学药物洗剂进入到DI水中,确保了DI水漂洗的有效性。
具体地,如图1、图2和图11所示,喷淋装置610包括设置在输送通道上、下两侧的喷淋管611,喷淋管611上均设置有朝向待清洗玻璃屏幕的喷头612,位于输送通道的下方设置有用于接纳洗剂或清水的接纳槽613,接纳槽613下方相应的设置有容纳箱614,容纳箱614内设置有加热器615和水泵616,水泵616连接有水过滤器617,水过滤器617的出水口与喷淋管611连通。在清洗时,通过喷淋装置610的喷洒,对应区域内的洗剂或DI水能够均匀的喷洒在待清洗的玻璃屏幕的上下两面,使刷洗或是漂洗更充分,确保清洗的效果。喷洒出的化学药物洗剂或是DI水经过接纳槽613的收集,流入到相应的容纳箱614内,然后经过水泵616的抽吸和水过滤器617的过滤,成为洁净度合格的洗剂,再次用于喷洒清洗,如此循环利用。而设置在容纳箱614内的加热器615。能对洗剂或是DI水进行加热,以提高清洗的效率。
具体地,毛刷调节机构800包括调节组件、用于安装支撑调节组件的支撑组件和用于定位调节位置的定位组件。调节组件安装在支撑组件上且能够往复移动,上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622的两端设置在调节组件上。通过这样的设置,使调节组件能够在支撑组件上移动,实现对上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622之间的间隙距离进行调整,从而使不同厚度的玻璃屏幕能够进入到上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622之间进行刷洗。而且,还设置有定位组件,能够对调整好间隙距离的上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622进行定位,确保了上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622在工作过程中间隙距离不会出现变动,定位稳定可靠,保证了清洗机工作的可靠性。调节组件可以是齿轮机构,通过齿轮啮合传动进行调节;也可以是滑块-滑槽或滑杆机构,通过滑块的滑移来进行调节;还可以是定位块与螺杆的配合,利用螺杆与定位块之间的螺纹传动来进行调节,当然,还可以是其它机构,具体的设置方式可根据实际的设计要求来设定。
具体地,如图4、图6、图7和图8所示,支撑组件包括设置在上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622两端的左支撑座821和右支撑座822,左支撑座821和右支撑座822上均分别开设有用于安装放置调节组件的安装槽823,两安装槽823的侧壁均分别开设有供上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622两端穿出的安装孔824。通过这样的设置,使调节组件能够在安装槽823的导向下往复滑动,从而实现对上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622之间的间隙距离进行调整。由于有安装槽823的导向,使设置在安装槽 823内的调节组件在滑动时不会发生错位或卡死,确保了间隙距离调整的可靠性,调整的间隙距离准确度高。而在安装槽823侧壁上开设安装孔824,使上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622的两端能够穿过,满足了其安装和传动的需求。
具体地,如图4、图6、图7和图8所示,调节组件包括一对左右相对设置用于调节上毛刷轴621的上调节块811和一对左右相对设置用于调节下毛刷轴622的下调节块812,处在同一侧的上调节块811和下调节块812上下并列滑动设置在相应的安装槽823内,每个上、下调节块812上均开设有用于安装上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622的轴孔813和连接有调节螺杆814。这样设置,一对左右相对设置的上调节块811能够为上毛刷轴621提供支撑,使上毛刷轴621能够在上调节块811的轴孔 813内转动,而一对左右相对设置的下调节块812则能够为下毛刷轴622提供支撑,使下毛刷轴622能够在下调节块812的轴孔813内转动。每个上调节块811和每个下调节块812上开设有与调节螺杆814螺纹连接的螺纹孔815,通过旋拧调节螺杆814,能够分别对应驱动上调节块811和下调节块812在安装槽823内滑动,进而实现了对上毛刷轴621或是下毛刷轴622处在的位置进行调整。采用旋拧调节螺杆814的方式调节,可控性好,能够精准的控制调节的间隙距离,精确度高。另外,由于处在同一侧的上调节块811和下调节块812是并列设置的,为了能够对下调节块812进行调节,便在每个上调节块811和下调节块812上均设置至少两个孔,其中一个是光孔,另一个是能与调节螺杆814螺纹连接的螺纹孔815,这样在装配时,上调节块811有光孔的位置则对应下调节块812上的螺纹孔815,这样便能够分别实现对上调节块811和下调节块812的驱动调整,不会发生干扰,调节方便、可靠性高。
具体地,如图4、图7和图8所示,定位组件包括设置在每个上调节块811和下调节块812上的定位孔831和与定位孔831连接的固定件(图中未示出),左支撑座821和右支撑座822上均开设有供固定件穿过的定位调节槽833。定位孔831为螺纹孔815,紧固件为螺钉或螺丝。这样,在上调节块811或下调节块812的位置调整好之后,通过拧紧紧固件,便能够将上调节块811或下调节块812固定不动,定位方便,稳定可靠,不易松动,而在需要调节时松开紧固件即可。当然,可以理解地,定位组件也可以是止挡块等其它机构
具体地,如图1和图4所示,上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622相同的一端设置有用于驱动自身转动的同步轮623,机架100上设置有滚刷电机624,滚刷电机624通过传送带625同步轮623连接。同步轮623在滚刷电机624的驱动下便能够带动其自身转动,使上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622转动方向相反、形成对夹形式,以便对玻璃屏幕进行滚动夹持刷洗。而转动时,可以是上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622中的单个转动,也可是两个同时同步转动。在本实施例中,上毛刷轴621和下毛刷轴622同时同步转动,确保了滚动刷洗玻璃屏幕的可靠性。
具体地,如图9和图12所示,干燥装置700是通过高压空气来干燥玻璃屏幕的,其用于吹风的风刀720与空气过滤器710连接,将经过空气过滤器710过滤后的洁净高压气体吹向玻璃屏幕,将玻璃屏幕表面上残留的水分吹干。空气过滤器710与气泵(图中未示出)连接组装好之后,整体安装在机架100上。空气过滤器 710包括底座711和外壳712,外壳712设置在底座711上,形成有储气腔室713,用于容纳存储待过滤的空气。储气腔室713内设置有用于过滤空气的过滤组件 714,过滤组件714组合形成有中空的过滤腔室715,过滤组件714可以是安装固定在底座711上,也可以是安装固定在外壳712内,均可为过滤组件714提供支撑。底座711上开设有进气口716和出气口717,进气口716与储气腔室713相通,出气口717与过滤腔室715相通。通过这样的设置,在出气口717一端抽吸的作用下,使得待过滤的空气从进气口716进入到储气腔室713内,然后经过过滤组件714的过滤,滤除空气中的灰尘及水分等杂质后,进入到过滤腔室715内,最后经过出气口717输送给清洗机,对手机玻璃屏幕进行风干加工。过滤组件714能够有效地滤除空气中的杂质,过滤的空气洁净度高,而且过滤组件714组合形成有过滤腔室715,这样过滤后的空气能够先在过滤腔室715内缓存,确保了出气口717的出风量,进而保证了对手机玻璃屏幕进行风干的效率。不会因为供风量的不足而造成风干的效率低或是风干效果差的问题。另外,由于有过滤腔室715起到缓存空气的作用,内部空气的流动速度便不会很高,进而降低了空气流动时产生的噪音,克服了传统的空气过滤器710工作时噪音污染大的问题,改善了工作的环境。
具体地,如图9、图10和图12所示,过滤组件714包括中空的筒形过滤元件7141以及设置在过滤元件7141两端、用于支撑固定过滤元件7141的第一固定件7142和第二固定件7143。过滤元件7141是具有行业内规定型号的物件,在使用时能够过滤掉型号规定大小的杂质颗粒,将空气中的杂质颗粒阻挡,而得到的清洁空气则能够透过过滤元件7141进入到由过滤元件7141、第一固定件7142和第二固定件7143组合形成的过滤腔室715内。这样设置,不仅实现了过滤要求,而且过滤元件7141能够进行更换,使用方便性好,同时也节约了成本。在本实施例中,底座711内设置有用于安装支撑第一固定件7142的安装筒718,安装筒718内设置有固定杆719,固定杆719位于过滤元件7141的轴线处且穿过过滤元件7141,第一固定件7142安装在安装筒718的端面上,第二固定件7143通过螺母紧固件7144与固定杆719连接,且将过滤元件7141夹设在第一固定件7142和第二固定件7143之间。采用这样的方式来组装形成过滤组件714,降低了过滤组件714的组合结构的复杂程度,不仅安装固定方便,同时也便于拆卸更换过滤元件7141。另外,由于安装筒718、第一固定件7142、过滤元件7141以及第二固定件7143是相互配合安装组合的,因此,还可以将它们都设置成为多边形,以增大与空气接触的接触面积,提高过滤空气时的效率。
具体地,如图9和图13所示,第一固定件7142与安装筒718安装的一面设置有安装台阶7145,安装台阶7145上设置有用于密封的密封件7146。通过这样的设置,保证了过滤元件7141和第一固定件7142之间安装完成后的稳定性以及安装完成后之间的密封性。
优选地,过滤元件7141的筒壁为过滤棉芯。过滤棉芯质密度高,能够滤除空气中细微的颗粒杂质,采用过滤棉芯来过滤空气,确保了过滤后得到的空气的洁净度。同时过滤棉芯材质较软,因此在过滤时,流动的空气与过滤棉芯之间的碰撞冲击较弱,进而产生的噪音较弱,从而降低了过滤时的噪音污染,工作环境得到了改善。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种清洗机,用于手机玻璃屏幕的清洗,包括机架和数个排列设置在所述机架上以形成输送通道的输送胶辊,所述机架上设置有用于驱动所述输送胶辊转动的驱动电机,所述输送通道的一端为进料端、另一端为出料端,所述进料端和所述出料端之间为清洗区域,其特征在于,所述清洗区域内设置有清洗机构和用于干燥所述玻璃屏幕的干燥装置,所述清洗机构包括喷淋装置和用于刷洗所述玻璃屏幕的毛刷组件,所述毛刷组件包括并列设置且外周壁覆盖有刷毛的上、下毛刷轴,所述上、下毛刷轴的两端设置有用于调节所述上、下毛刷轴之间间隙距离的毛刷调节机构,所述干燥装置连接有空气过滤器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗区域包括交替设置的洗剂清洗区域和清水清洗区域,所述洗剂清洗区域和所述清水清洗区域之间通过隔离区隔开,所述洗剂清洗区域和所述清水清洗区域内均设置有所述清洗机构。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述喷淋装置包括设置在所述输送通道上下两侧的喷淋管,所述喷淋管上均设置有朝向待清洗玻璃屏幕的喷头,位于所述输送通道的下方设置有用于接纳洗剂或清水的接纳槽,接纳槽下方相应的设置有容纳箱,所述容纳箱内设置有加热器和水泵,所述水泵连接有水过滤器,所述水过滤器的出水口与所述喷淋管连通。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述毛刷调节机构包括调节组件、用于安装支撑所述调节组件的支撑组件和用于定位调节位置的定位组件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述支撑组件包括设置在所述上、下毛刷轴两端的左支撑座和右支撑座,所述左支撑座和所述右支撑座上均分别开设有用于安装放置所述调节组件的安装槽,两所述安装槽的侧壁均分别开设有供所述上、下毛刷轴两端穿出的安装孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括一对左右相对设置用于调节所述上毛刷轴的上调节块和一对左右相对设置用于调节所述下毛刷轴的下调节块,处在同一侧的所述上调节块和所述下调节块上下并列滑动设置在相应的所述安装槽内,每个所述上、下调节块上均开设有用于安装所述上、下毛刷轴的轴孔和连接有调节螺杆。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述定位组件包括设置在每个所述上、下调节块上的定位孔和与所述定位孔连接的固定件,所述左支撑座和所述右支撑座上均开设有供所述紧固定件穿过的定位调节槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述上、下毛刷轴相同的一端设置有用于驱动自身转动的同步轮,所述机架上设置有滚刷电机,所述滚刷电机通过传送带与所述同步轮连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述空气过滤器包括底座和外壳,所述外壳设置在所述底座上,形成有储气腔室,所述储气腔室内设置有用于过滤空气的过滤组件,所述过滤组件组合形成有中空的过滤腔室,所述底座上开设有进气口和出气口,所述进气口与所述储气腔室相通,所述出气口与所述过滤腔室相通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述过滤组件包括中空的筒形过滤元件以及设置在所述过滤元件两端、用于支撑固定所述过滤元件的第一固定件和第二固定件,所述底座内设置有用于安装支撑所述第一固定件的安装筒,所述安装筒内设置有固定杆,所述固定杆位于所述过滤元件的轴线处且穿过所述过滤元件,所述第一固定件安装在所述安装筒的端面上,所述第二固定件通过螺母紧固件与所述固定杆连接,且将所述过滤元件夹设在所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件之间。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一固定件与所述安装筒安装的一面设置有安装台阶,所述安装台阶上设置有用于密封的密封件。
