Abstract

본 발명은 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로, 이용자가 원하는 명소(예컨대, 관광지, 문화유적지, 국립공원 등)에 설치된 표시장치의 화면에 이용자가 원하는 표시 조건(예컨대, 표시기간, 표시요일, 표시시간)에 따라 이용자의 이름이나 별칭, 메모, 사진이 표시된 형태의 가상 자물쇠를 사랑이나 우정 등의 표식으로 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠를 사용하면 명소에 설치된 종래의 자물쇠 부착소(예컨대, 자물쇠 부착용 울타리나 기둥 등)에 부착된 자물쇠들이 해당 명소의 미관을 해치고 환경 오염원이 되는 문제점을 완벽하게 해소할 수 있으며, 특히 이용자가 직접 방문했던 명소뿐만아니라 직접 방문하지는 않았지만 방문하고 싶은 명소 혹은 방문 예정일이 정해진 명소에서 가상 자물쇠를 표시함으로써 자신의 사랑이나 우정 등을 추억하고 기념할 수 있다.

Description

가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템
본 발명은 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세히는 이용자가 사랑이나 우정 등의 표식으로 사용할 수 있고 이용자가 선택한 명소(famous places)에 설치된 표시장치에 표시할 수 있는 가상 자물쇠를 제공하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다.
특허문헌1(KR10-2001-0100099 A)에는 커플이나 친구들이 사랑이나 우정의 맹세를 하는 글을 쓰게 하는 사랑의 맹세판에 관한 기술이 게재되어 있다.
다른 한편, 자물쇠는 잠금장치로 사용되는 것이지만 특별하게 누군가에겐 사랑이나 우정 등의 표식으로 사용되기도 한다.
예컨대, 명소(예컨대, 관광지, 문화유적지, 국립공원 등)를 방문한 사람들이 사랑이나 우정 등의 표식으로 해당 명소에 설치된 자물쇠 부착소(예컨대, 자물쇠 부착용 울타리나 기둥 등)에 서로의 이름이나 별칭, 메모를 기록한 자물쇠를 부착하기도 하고, 자물쇠 부착일을 서로의 사랑이나 우정 등을 추억하는 기념일로 삼기도 한다.
참고로, 도 1은 종래의 자물쇠 부착용 울타리에 이용자가 자물쇠를 부착하는 상태를 나타낸 실시예이다.
하지만, 상기와 같이 명소에 설치된 자물쇠 부착소에 자물쇠를 부착하는 경우 철재로 만들어진 자물쇠가 시간이 지남에 따라 녹슬어 해당 명소의 미관을 해치고 환경 오염원이 될 수 있다.
또한, 명소에 설치된 자물쇠 부착소에 부착된 자물쇠가 많아질수록 자물쇠를 부착하려는 경쟁이 심하여 사람들끼리 다투거나 심지어는 누군가는 정해진 자물쇠 부착소가 아닌 다른 위험한 곳에 자물쇠를 부착하려다 다치는 사고가 발생할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 사용되는 철재 자물쇠의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 철재 자물쇠를 대신하여 고무나 실리콘 또는 합성수지로 만든 자물쇠를 자신들의 사랑이나 우정, 맹세 등의 표식으로 명소에 설치된 자물쇠 부착소에 부착하는 사람들이 늘어나고 있다.
하지만, 이 경우에도 고무나 실리콘 또는 합성수지로 만든 자물쇠 사용량이 늘어날 수록 자물쇠들이 해당 명소의 미관을 해치고 환경 오염원이 될 수 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 이용자가 선택한 명소(예컨대, 관광지, 문화유적지, 국립공원 등)에 설치된 표시장치의 화면에 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건(예컨대, 표시기간, 표시요일, 표시시간)에 따라 이용자의 이름이나 별칭, 메모, 사진이 포함된 형태의 가상 자물쇠를 사랑이나 우정 등의 표식으로 제공하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템은, 가상 자물쇠와 상기 가상 자물쇠를 표시하는 표시장치 및 상기 가상 자물쇠의 표시 조건을 선택하기 위한 입력 장치로 사용되는 이용자 단말기와; 이용자가 선택한 명소에 설치되어 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건에 따라 상기 가상 자물쇠를 화면에 표시하는 표시장치; 상기 이용자 단말기와 유무선정보통신망(예컨대, 유선 인터넷, 무선 인터넷 등)을 통해 통신할 수 있고, 상기 이용자 단말기로부터 상기 가상 자물쇠와 상기 표시장치 및 상기 표시 조건에 대한 선택 요청 혹은 수정 요청을 받으면 상기 이용자 단말기에 표시되는 가상 자물쇠 선택화면과 표시장치 선택화면 및 표시조건 선택화면을 통해 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠와 표시장치 및 표시조건을 이용자 표시정보로 정하여 정보제공DB에 저장하고 표시관리서버로 전달하는 정보제공서버; 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택화면을 통해 제시되는 1개 이상의 가상 자물쇠와 상기 표시장치 선택화면을 통해 제시되는 1개 이상의 표시장치가 저장되어 있고, 상기 이용자 표시정보를 저장하는 정보제공DB; 및 상기 표시장치 또는 상기 정보제공서버와 유무선정보통신망(예컨대, 유선 인터넷, 무선 인터넷 등)을 통해 통신할 수 있고, 상기 정보제공서버로부터 상기 이용자 표시정보를 전달받으면 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠가 이용자가 선택한 표시장치의 화면에 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건에 따라 표시되게 하는 표시관리서버;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠를 사용하면 명소에 설치된 종래의 자물쇠 부착소(예컨대, 자물쇠 부착용 울타리나 기둥 등)에 부착된 자물쇠들이 해당 명소의 미관을 해치고 환경 오염원이 되는 문제점을 완벽하게 해소할 수 있으며, 특히 이용자가 직접 방문했던 명소뿐만아니라 직접 방문하지는 않았지만 방문하고 싶은 명소 혹은 방문 예정일이 정해진 명소에서 가상 자물쇠를 표시함으로써 자신의 사랑이나 우정 등을 추억하고 기념할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템(100)은 이용자 단말기(110)와, 표시장치(120), 정보제공서버(130), 정보제공DB(140), 및 표시관리서버(150)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 이용자 단말기(110)는 가상 자물쇠와 상기 가상 자물쇠를 표시하는 표시장치(120) 및 상기 가상 자물쇠의 표시 조건(예컨대, 표시기간, 표시요일, 표시시간)을 선택하기 위한 입력 장치로 사용된다.
상기 이용자 단말기(110)로는 모바일통신기기(예컨대, 스마트폰, 태블릿, 노트북 등)나 퍼스널컴퓨터 또는 무인정보단말기(KIOSK) 등이 사용될 수 있다.
상기 표시장치(120)는 명소(예컨대, 관광지, 문화유적지, 국립공원 등)에 설치되고, 상기 이용자 단말기(110) 이용자에 의해 선택되고, 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건에 따라 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠를 화면에 표시한다.
상기 정보제공서버(130)는 상기 이용자 단말기(110)와 유무선정보통신망(예컨대, 유선 인터넷, 무선 인터넷 등)을 통해 통신할 수 있다.
상기 정보제공서버(130)는 상기 이용자 단말기(110)로부터 상기 가상 자물쇠와 상기 가상 자물쇠를 표시하는 표시장치(120) 및 상기 가상 자물쇠의 표시 조건에 대한 선택 요청 혹은 수정 요청을 받으면 상기 이용자 단말기(110)에 표시되는 가상 자물쇠 선택화면과 표시장치 선택화면 및 표시조건 선택화면을 통해 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠와 표시장치(120) 및 표시조건을 이용자 표시정보로 정하여 정보제공DB(140)에 저장하고 표시관리서버(150)로 전달한다.
상기 가상 자물쇠 선택화면은 이용자의 이름이나 별칭, 메모, 사진 중 어느 하나 혹은 둘 이상이 포함된 형태의 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택할 수 있는 것이라면 어떤 형태로든 다양하게 구성할 수 있다.
상기 표시장치 선택화면은 국가별 혹은 도시별로 명소를 검색하여 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)를 검색하고 선택할 수 있거나, 국가나 도시와 상관없이 명소 검색을 통해 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)를 검색하고 선택할 수 있는 것이라면 어떤 형태로든 다양하게 구성할 수 있다.
상기 표시조건 선택화면은 표시기간, 표시요일, 표시시간 중 어느 하나 혹은 둘 이상을 선택할 수 있는 것이라면 어떤 형태로든 다양하게 구성할 수 있다.
상기 정보제공DB(140)는 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택화면을 통해 제시되는 1개 이상의 가상 자물쇠와 상기 표시장치 선택화면을 통해 제시되는 1개 이상의 표시장치(120)가 저장되어 있고, 상기 이용자 표시정보를 저장한다.
상기 표시관리서버(150)는 상기 표시장치(120) 또는 상기 정보제공서버(130)와 유무선정보통신망(예컨대, 유선 인터넷, 무선 인터넷 등)을 통해 통신할 수 있고, 상기 정보제공서버(130)로부터 상기 이용자 표시정보를 전달받으면 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠가 이용자가 선택한 표시장치(120)의 화면에 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건에 따라 표시되게 한다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템(100)은 다음과 같이 작동한다.
본 발명의 이용자는 상기 이용자 단말기(110)를 이용하여 상기 정보제공서버(130)에 접속하여 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 제공 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.
본 발명의 이용자는 상기 정보제공서버(130)에서 가상 자물쇠 제공 서비스를 위해 운용하는 유무선 인터넷 홈페이지를 통해 회원 가입 및 로그인한 후 유료로 가상 자물쇠 제공 서비스를 이용하는 것이 바람직하며, 비회원 이용자이더라도 유료 서비스를 위한 본인인증을 거치면 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 제공 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 제공 서비스와 같은 유무선 인터넷 서비스 기술분야에서 회원정보를 확인하고 아이디와 비밀번호를 부여하는 회원 가입 및 로그인 방법, 비회원 이용자의 개인정보를 확인하고 금융거래인증서 등을 이용하는 본인인증기술, 유료 서비스를 위한 금융기관에서 운용하는 금융결제서버와의 연동기술은 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양하게 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 이용자는 상기 이용자 단말기(110)를 이용하여 상기 정보제공서버(130)에 접속하여 현재 자신이 방문하고 있는 명소에 대하여 자신의 사랑이나 우정 등의 표식으로 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)에 표시할 가상 자물쇠를 선택하고 표시조건을 선택함으로써 해당 표시장치(120)에 가상 자물쇠를 표시할 수 있다. 이 경우, 이용자는 선택한 표시조건에 따라 해당 명소에서 현재 표시되는 가상 자물쇠를 보면서 자신의 사랑이나 우정 등을 기념할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미래의 어느 시점에서 해당 명소에서 표시되는 가상 자물쇠를 추억하고 기념할 수 있다.

먼저, 이용자는 상기 이용자 단말기(110)를 이용하여 상기 정보제공서버(130)에 접속하여 상기 가상 자물쇠와 상기 표시장치(120) 및 상기 표시 조건에 대한 선택 요청 혹은 수정 요청을 한다. 참고로, 수정 요청은 상기 선택 요청이 선행되어 이미 이용자가 가상 자물쇠와 표시장치(120) 및 표시조건을 선택한 상태에서 상기 정보제공서버(130)에 요구되는 것이다.
이에 따라서, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 상기한 가상 자물쇠 선택화면과 표시장치 선택화면 및 표시조건 선택화면을 상기 이용자 단말기(110)에 표시한다.
이때, 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택화면과 표시장치 선택화면 및 표시조건 선택화면은 순차적으로 표시되거나 비순차적으로 표시될 수 있으며, 어느 경우든 어느 하나의 선택화면을 통한 이용자의 선택이 완료되면 다음 순차화면이 표시되는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에서는 도 3 내지 도 11을 참조하여 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택화면이 가장 먼저 표시되고, 다음으로 표시장치 선택화면과 상기 표시조건 선택화면이 순차적으로 표시되는 실시예를 설명한다.
도 3 내지 도 11에서는 터치 가능한 소프트버튼을 포함하는 터치화면을 예시하고 있으며, 터치스크린 모니터를 사용하지 않는 퍼스널컴퓨터의 경우 마우스나 키보드를 조작하여 화면에 표시되는 소프트버튼을 선택할 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 선택화면의 제1실시예로서 가상 자물쇠 검색화면이고, 이용자가 이름을 입력할 수 있는 이름입력창을 표시하는 이름추가버튼(NAME)과 이용자가 메모를 입력할 수 있는 메모입력창을 표시하는 메모버튼(MEMO), 이용자가 사진을 첨부할 수 있는 사진첨부창을 표시하는 사진첨부버튼(PICTURE), 및 가상 자물쇠 리스트를 요청하는 검색버튼(SEARCH)을 포함한다.
도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 선택화면의 제2실시예 내지 제4실시예로서 도 3의 검색화면을 통한 검색 결과로 표시되는 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면이고, 이용자가 가상 자물쇠를 선택할 수 있는 선택버튼(SEL)이 붙어있는 가상 자물쇠 리스트를 포함한다.
참고로, 도 4 내지 도 6에 예시한 가상 자물쇠 견본 사진은, 남녀간의 사랑을 맹세하거나 기념하는 일명 가상 사랑의 자물쇠(virtual love locks) 견본 사진이다.
이용자는 도 3의 검색화면을 통해 이용자의 이름, 메모, 사진 중 어느 하나 혹은 둘 이상이 포함된 형태의 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택할 수 있다.
이용자가 이름을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택하고자 하는 경우, 이용자가 도 3의 이름추가버튼(NAME)을 누를 때마다 삭제버튼(DEL)이 붙어 있는 이름입력창(NAME#1,NAME#2,…,NAME#N 등)이 추가로 표시되고, 이용자가 원하는 갯수의 이름입력창에 이름을 입력한 후 상기 검색버튼(SEARCH)을 누르면 도 4에 나타낸 바와 같이 입력된 이름을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠 리스트를 표시하는 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면이 표시된다.
상기 삭제버튼(DEL)을 누르면 이름입력창(NAME#1,NAME#2,…,NAME#N 등)이 삭제된다.
이용자가 상기 이름을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠 리스트 중에서 어느 하나의 가상 자물쇠에 대응하는 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르면 해당 가상 자물쇠가 선택된다. 이용자는 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르지 않고 이 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면에서 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진을 터치하여 선택할 수도 있다.
이때, 이용자가 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누른 후, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 선택/취소 화면을 제시하여 이용자에게 재차 선택 여부를 확인하고 현재 선택된 가상 자물쇠를 취소할 수 있는 기회를 부여할 수 있으며, 이용자의 취소 요청 시 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면이 다시 표시된다. 상기 선택/취소 화면은 도시하지 않았지만 구체적인 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양한 형태로 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 이용자가 이름을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택하고자 하는 경우, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 이용자가 가상 자물쇠를 최종적으로 선택한 후 결제화면을 제시하여 해당 가상 자물쇠 구매대금의 결제를 요청할 수 있다. 상기 결제화면은 도시하지 않았지만 통상 결제화면을 이용한 유료 서비스를 위한 금융기관에서 운용하는 금융결제서버와의 연동기술은 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양하게 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
이용자가 이름과 메모를 포함하는 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택하고자 하는 경우, 이용자가 도 3의 이름추가버튼(NAME)을 누를 때마다 삭제버튼(DEL)이 붙어 있는 이름입력창(NAME#1,NAME#2,…,NAME#N 등)이 추가로 표시되고, 도 3의 메모버튼(MEMO)을 누르면 삭제버튼(DEL)이 붙어 있는 메모입력창이 추가로 표시되며, 이용자가 원하는 갯수의 이름입력창에 이름을 입력하고 메모입력창에 메모를 입력한 후 상기 검색버튼(SEARCH)을 누르면 도 5에 나타낸 바와 같이 입력된 이름과 메모를 포함하는 가상 자물쇠 리스트를 표시하는 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면이 표시된다.
이용자가 상기 이름과 메모를 포함하는 가상 자물쇠 리스트 중에서 어느 하나의 가상 자물쇠에 대응하는 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르면 해당 가상 자물쇠가 선택된다. 이용자는 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르지 않고 이 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면에서 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진을 터치하여 선택할 수도 있다.
이때도, 이용자가 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누른 후, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 선택/취소 화면을 제시하여 이용자에게 재차 선택 여부를 확인하고 현재 선택된 가상 자물쇠를 취소할 수 있는 기회를 부여할 수 있으며, 이용자의 취소 요청 시 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면이 다시 표시된다.
상기와 같이 이용자가 이름과 메모를 포함하는 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택하고자 하는 경우, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 이용자가 가상 자물쇠를 최종적으로 선택한 후 결제화면을 제시하여 해당 가상 자물쇠 구매대금의 결제를 요청할 수 있다. 상기 결제화면은 도시하지 않았지만 통상 결제화면을 이용한 유료 서비스를 위한 금융기관에서 운용하는 금융결제서버와의 연동기술은 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양하게 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
이용자가 이름과 메모 및 사진을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택하고자 하는 경우, 이용자가 도 3의 이름추가버튼(NAME)을 누를 때마다 삭제버튼(DEL)이 붙어 있는 이름입력창(name#1,name#2,…,name#N 등)이 추가로 표시되고, 도 3의 메모버튼(MEMO)을 누르면 삭제버튼(DEL)이 붙어 있는 메모입력창이 추가로 표시되며, 도 3의 사진첨부버튼(PICTURE)을 누르면 상기 이용자 단말기(110)에 저장된 사진을 첨부할 수 있는 첨부버튼(ATT)이 붙어 있는 사진첨부창이 추가로 표시되고, 이용자가 원하는 갯수의 이름입력창에 이름을 입력하고 메모입력창에 메모를 입력하고 사진첨부창에 사진(혹은 사진이 저장된 경로)를 입력한 후 상기 검색버튼(SEARCH)을 누르면 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이 입력된 이름과 메모 및 사진을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠 리스트를 표시하는 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면이 표시된다.
이용자가 상기 이름과 메모 및 사진을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠 리스트 중에서 어느 하나의 가상 자물쇠에 대응하는 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르면 해당 가상 자물쇠가 선택된다. 이용자는 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르지 않고 이 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면에서 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진을 터치하여 선택할 수도 있다.
이때도, 이용자가 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누른 후, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 선택/취소 화면을 제시하여 이용자에게 재차 선택 여부를 확인하고 현재 선택된 가상 자물쇠를 취소할 수 있는 기회를 부여할 수 있으며, 이용자의 취소 요청 시 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택리스트화면이 다시 표시된다.

상기 도 3 내지 도 6을 참고하는 실시예와 다른 실시예로, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 도 4 내지 도 6에 예시한 자물쇠 견본 사진(2D 혹은 3D 사진)만을 가상 자물쇠 검색화면(도시하지 않음)으로 먼저 표시하고, 이용자가 이 검색화면에서 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진을 터치하거나 함께 표시된 선택버튼(SEL)을 눌러 선택하고 난 후, 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이 이름입력창을 표시하는 이름추가버튼(NAME)과 메모입력창을 표시하는 메모버튼(MEMO), 사진첨부창을 표시하는 사진첨부버튼(PICTURE), 및 도 3의 검색버튼(SEARCH) 대신 선택 완료를 요청하는 확인버튼(CONFIRM)을 포함하는 가상 자물쇠 선택요청화면(도시하지 않음)을 표시한 다음, 도 4에 예시한 이름이 포함된 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진, 도 5에 예시한 이름과 메모가 포함된 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진, 도 6에 예시한 이름과 메모 및 사진이 포함된 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진 중 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진을 이용자에게 보여줄 수 있다.
이때도, 상기와 같이 어느 하나의 자물쇠 견본 사진을 이용자에게 보여준 후, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 선택/취소 화면을 제시하여 이용자에게 재차 선택 여부를 확인하고 현재 선택된 가상 자물쇠를 취소할 수 있는 기회를 부여할 수 있으며, 이용자의 취소 요청 시 상기한 바와 같이 자물쇠 견본 사진(2D 혹은 3D 사진)만을 예시한 가상 자물쇠 검색화면(도시하지 않음)이 다시 표시된다.

도 7은 본 발명에 따른 표시장치 선택화면의 제1실시예로서 표시장치 검색화면이고, 이용자가 국가를 선택할 수 있는 화살표 검색버튼이 붙어 있는 국가선택창과 이용자가 도시를 선택할 수 있는 화살표 검색버튼이 붙어 있는 도시선택창, 이용자가 명소의 이름을 입력할 수 있는 명소입력창, 및 가상 자물쇠 리스트를 요청하는 검색버튼(SEARCH)을 포함한다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 표시장치 선택화면의 제2실시예로서 도 7의 검색화면을 통한 검색 결과로 표시되는 표시장치 선택리스트화면이고, 이용자가 표시장치(120)를 선택할 수 있는 선택버튼(SEL)이 붙어있는 표시장치 리스트를 포함한다.
이용자는 도 7의 검색화면을 통해 국가별 혹은 도시별로 명소를 검색하여 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)를 검색하고 선택할 수 있거나, 국가나 도시와 상관없이 명소 검색을 통해 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)를 검색하고 선택할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 이용자는 도 7의 국가선택창의 화살표 검색버튼을 눌러 상기 정보제공서버(130)에서 제시하는 국가들 중에서 어느 하나를 선택할 수 있고, 도 7의 도시선택창의 화살표 검색버튼을 눌러 상기 정보제공서버(130)에서 제시하는 도시들 중에서 어느 하나를 선택할 수 있으며, 도 7의 명소입력창에 명소 이름을 입력한 후 상기 검색버튼(SEARCH)을 누르면 도 8에 나타낸 바와 같이 국가별 혹은 도시별로 구분되는 명소에 설치된 표시장치(#1∼#N) 리스트를 표시하는 표시장치 선택리스트화면이 표시된다.
도 8에서는 명소에 설치된 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 번호(#1∼#N)로 구분할 수 있도록 된 표시장치 선택리스트화면을 예시하고 있지만, 도 9에 나타낸 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 표시장치 선택화면의 제3실시예로서 선택버튼(SEL)이 붙어있는 표시장치 견본 사진을 예시한 표시장치 선택리스트화면을 예시할 수도 있다. 도 9에서는 이용자가 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르지 않고 이 표시장치 견본 사진을 터치하여 선택할 수도 있다.
이때, 표시장치 견본 사진은 표시장치(#1∼#N)와 그 주변 경관을 함께 보여주는 것이 바람직하며, 이에 따라서 이용자는 현장감을 느끼면서 원하는 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 선택할 수 있게 된다.
이용자가 상기 명소에 설치된 표시장치(#1∼#N) 리스트 중에서 어느 하나의 표시장치(#1∼#N)에 대응하는 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르면 해당 표시장치(#1∼#N)가 선택된다.
한편, 도 10은 본 발명에 따른 표시장치 선택화면의 제4실시예로서 하나의 명소에 다수개의 표시장치(#1∼#N)가 행과 열로 구분되어 설치된 표시장치 견본 사진을 예시한 표시장치 선택리스트화면이고, 이용자가 다수개의 표시장치(#1∼#N) 중 어느 하나를 선택할 수 있는 화살표 검색버튼과 선택버튼(SEL)을 포함한다. 도 10에서는 이용자가 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르지 않고 이 표시장치 견본 사진을 터치하여 선택할 수도 있다.
이 경우, 이용자는 상기 화살표 검색버튼을 눌러 번호(#1∼#N)를 고르고 선택버튼(SEL)을 눌러 다수개의 표시장치(#1∼#N) 중에서 자신이 선호하는 위치에 있는 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 선택할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 이용자가 상기 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 선택한 후, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 선택/취소 화면을 제시하여 이용자에게 재차 선택 여부를 확인하고 현재 선택된 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 취소할 수 있는 기회를 부여할 수 있으며, 이용자의 취소 요청 시 상기 표시장치(#1∼#N) 선택리스트화면이 다시 표시된다. 상기 선택/취소 화면은 도시하지 않았지만 구체적인 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양한 형태로 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 이용자가 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)를 검색하고 선택하고자 하는 경우, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 이용자가 표시장치(120)를 최종적으로 선택한 후 결제화면을 제시하여 해당 표시장치(120) 이용대금의 결제를 요청할 수 있다. 상기 결제화면은 도시하지 않았지만 통상 결제화면을 이용한 유료 서비스를 위한 금융기관에서 운용하는 금융결제서버와의 연동기술은 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양하게 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기와 같이 이용자가 선택한 명소에 행과 열로 구분되어 설치되어 있는 다수개의 표시장치(#1∼#N) 중에서 자신이 선호하는 위치에 있는 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 선택하는 경우, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 상기 표시장치(#1∼#N)의 위치에 따라서 가중치를 부과하여 이용대금을 부과할 수 있다.
도 11는 본 발명에 따른 표시조건 선택화면의 실시예이고, 이용자가 가상 자물쇠의 표시기간을 선택할 수 있는 표시기간 선택창과, 이용자가 가상 자물쇠의 표시요일을 선택할 수 있는 화살표 검색버튼이 붙어 있는 표시요일 선택창, 및 이용자가 가상 자물쇠의 표시시간을 선택할 수 있는 표시시간 선택창, 및 선택버튼(SEL)을 포함한다.
이용자는 도 11의 선택화면을 통해 표시기간, 표시요일, 표시시간 중 어느 하나 혹은 둘 이상을 선택할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 이용자는 도 11의 표시기간 선택창에 년원일 단위로 표시기간을 입력할 수 있고, 도 11의 표시요일 선택창의 화살표 검색버튼을 눌러 요일을 선택할 수 있고, 도 11의 표시시간 선택창에 시분초 단위로 표시시간을 입력한 후 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누르면 표시기간 혹은 표시요일 혹은 표시시간이 선택된다.
이때, 이용자가 상기 선택버튼(SEL)을 누른 후, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 선택/취소 화면을 제시하여 이용자에게 재차 선택 여부를 확인하고 현재 선택된 표시기간 혹은 표시요일 혹은 표시시간을 취소할 수 있는 기회를 부여할 수 있으며, 이용자의 취소 요청 시 상기 표시조건 선택화면이 다시 표시된다. 상기 선택/취소 화면은 도시하지 않았지만 구체적인 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양한 형태로 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 이용자가 가상 자물쇠의 표시 조건을 선택하고자 하는 경우, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 이용자가 표시 조건을 최종적으로 선택한 후 결제화면을 제시하여 해당 표시 조건 이용대금의 결제를 요청할 수 있다. 상기 결제화면은 도시하지 않았지만 통상 결제화면을 이용한 유료 서비스를 위한 금융기관에서 운용하는 금융결제서버와의 연동기술은 실시예를 설명하지 않더라도 이 기술분야의 통상의 기술자 수준으로 용이하게 이해하고 다양하게 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기와 같이 이용자가 선택한 표시조건에 대해서는 이용자들이 선호하는 정도에 따라서 가중치를 부과하여 이용대금을 부과할 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 이용자가 가상 자물쇠와 표시장치(120) 및 표시조건을 선택하면 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 선택된 가상 자물쇠와 표시장치(120) 및 표시조건을 확인하여 상기 정보제공DB(140)에 이용자 표시정보로 저장하고 상기 표시관리서버(150)로 전달한다.
이후, 상기 표시관리서버(150)는 상기 정보제공서버(130)로부터 전달받은 상기 이용자 표시정보를 확인하고, 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠가 이용자가 선택한 표시장치(120)의 화면에 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건에 따라 표시되게 한다.
상기한 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠를 사용하면 명소에 설치된 종래의 자물쇠 부착소(예컨대, 자물쇠 부착용 울타리나 기둥 등)에 부착된 자물쇠들이 해당 명소의 미관을 해치고 환경 오염원이 되는 문제점을 완벽하게 해소할 수 있으며, 특히 이용자가 직접 방문했던 명소뿐만아니라 직접 방문하지는 않았지만 방문하고 싶은 명소 혹은 방문 예정일이 정해진 명소에서 가상 자물쇠를 표시함으로써 자신의 사랑이나 우정 등을 추억하고 기념할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명에 따른 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 않고, 이하의 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양하게 변경하여 실시할 수 있는 범위까지 그 기술적 정신이 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 가상 자물쇠와 상기 가상 자물쇠를 표시하는 표시장치(120) 및 상기 가상 자물쇠의 표시 조건을 선택하기 위한 입력 장치로 사용되는 이용자 단말기(110)와;
    명소에 설치되고, 상기 이용자 단말기(110) 이용자에 의해 선택되고, 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건에 따라 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠를 화면에 표시하는 표시장치(120);
    상기 이용자 단말기(110)와 유무선정보통신망을 통해 통신할 수 있고, 상기 이용자 단말기(110)로부터 상기 가상 자물쇠와 상기 표시장치(120) 및 상기 표시 조건에 대한 선택 요청 혹은 수정 요청을 받으면 상기 이용자 단말기(110)에 표시되는 가상 자물쇠 선택화면과 표시장치 선택화면 및 표시조건 선택화면을 통해 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠와 표시장치(120) 및 표시조건을 이용자 표시정보로 정하여 정보제공DB(140)에 저장하고 표시관리서버(150)로 전달하는 정보제공서버(130);
    상기 가상 자물쇠 선택화면을 통해 제시되는 1개 이상의 가상 자물쇠와 상기 표시장치 선택화면을 통해 제시되는 1개 이상의 표시장치(120)가 저장되어 있고, 상기 이용자 표시정보를 저장하는 정보제공DB(140); 및
    상기 표시장치(120) 또는 상기 정보제공서버(130)와 유무선정보통신망을 통해 통신할 수 있고, 상기 정보제공서버(130)로부터 상기 이용자 표시정보를 전달받으면 이용자가 선택한 가상 자물쇠가 이용자가 선택한 표시장치(120)의 화면에 이용자가 선택한 표시 조건에 따라 표시되게 하는 표시관리서버(150);
    로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이용자 단말기(110)는 모바일통신기기나 퍼스널컴퓨터 또는 무인정보단말기(KIOSK) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가상 자물쇠 선택화면은 이용자의 이름이나 별칭, 메모, 사진 중 어느 하나 혹은 둘 이상이 포함된 형태의 가상 자물쇠를 검색하고 선택할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표시장치 선택화면은 국가별 혹은 도시별로 명소를 검색하여 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)를 검색하고 선택할 수 있거나, 국가나 도시와 상관없이 명소 검색을 통해 해당 명소에 설치된 표시장치(120)를 검색하고 선택할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표시조건 선택화면은 표시기간, 표시요일, 표시시간 중 어느 하나 혹은 둘 이상을 선택할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 이용자가 선택한 명소에 다수개의 표시장치(#1∼#N)가 행과 열로 구분되어 설치되어 있는 경우 상기 표시장치 선택화면을 통해 이용자가 다수개의 표시장치(#1∼#N) 중에서 자신이 선호하는 위치에 있는 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 선택할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정보제공서버(130)는 상기 표시장치 선택화면에 표시장치(#1∼#N)와 그 주변 경관을 함께 보여주는 표시장치(#1∼#N) 견본 사진을 예시하여 이용자가 주변 경관을 확인하면서 표시장치(#1∼#N)를 선택할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 자물쇠 제공 시스템.
