종래는 국가적 대규모 이벤트에 대규모 숙박시설의 수요를 아파트를 지어서 한시적으로 대규모 이벤트 숙소로 사용하고 나서 이벤트 종료 후에 민간에 아파트로 분양하는 방법을 주로 사용하였으나, 막대한 재정과 시간, 환경파괴등이 필요하고 민간 아파트 수요가 없을 경우 이벤트 종료 후 미분양등 애물단지로 남게 될 위험성이 컸었다.

  1. 인터넷망(20)을 통해 이벤트 참가자들이 숙소용도로 사용할 수 있는 모든 유형의 각 숙박시설 관리자 컴퓨터들(10-mn)과 본 사이트 관리자 컴퓨터(60)와 일반예약자 컴퓨터들(70-n)을 상호 유기적으로 연계하여서 본 사이트의 전체시스템을 관리하는 관리서버(30)가 예약 및 결제 기능을 수행하고, 숙박시설정보 데이터베이스(40), 관리정보 데이터베이스(50)와 예약 및 결제 정보 데이터베이스(80)의 정보를 저장 및 갱신하고 그것을 사용자에게 제공하는 시스템으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 이벤트를 위한 숙박시설 연계와 예약 및 관리를 위한 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 관리서버(30)를 통해 제휴카드사 또는 제휴 전자화폐사의 결제서버들(90-n)를 더 포함하여 카드 또는 전자화폐결제가 가능하도록 한 대규모 이벤트를 위한 숙박시설 연계와 예약 및 관리를 위한 시스템.

  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기방법들은 무선 인터넷망과 무선 인터넷기기를 사이트 관리자, 숙박시설 관리자회원, 일반 예약자 회원들의 컴퓨터를 대체하여 무선 인터넷망을 사용한 스마트폰, 테블릿PC, 노트북 등과 같은 무선인터넷기기들과 유무선 ARS전화기 등의 기기를 사용하여 본 시스템에 연결하여 상기의 모든 기능을 수행 할 수 있도록 하는 대규모 이벤트를 위한 숙박시설 연계와 예약 및 관리를 위한 방법.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 방법들은 예약을 원하는 숙박시설 일반예약 회원들에게 이벤트 행사 티켓 구매도 원하는 경우, 티켓 구매 사이트와 연계하여 티켓 구매 및 티켓 예약을 숙박시설 예약 과 동시에 가능하도록 하는 것을 포함하는 대규모 이벤트를 위한 숙박시설 연계와 예약 및 관리를 위한 방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 방법들은 이벤트가 동시에 다수지역에서 다수의 이벤트가 진행 되는 기간의 경우나 진행되는 이벤트가 일시적으로 없는 기간의 경우도 포함하여 이루어진대규모 이벤트를 위한 숙박시설 연계와 예약 및 관리를 위한 방법.
