본 발명은 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는, 특정 지역, 위치 혹은 특정활동에 대한 실시간 영상이 요청되는 경우, 해당 지역, 위치 혹은 활동에 대하여 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말들을 통해 실시간으로 촬영 및 업로드 된 실시간 영상이 제공되도록 하는 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다.
최근, 정보통신 기술의 비약적 발전에 따라 각종 정보들이 수집되어 사용자들에게 제공되고 있으며, 사용자들은 인스타그램, 유튜브(YouTube) 등과 같은 영상 제공 서비스를 이용하여, 원하는 영상을 제공받을 수 있다.
그러나 이러한 종래의 영상 제공 방식은 영상 제공의 주도권이 제공자에게 있기 때문에, 수요자인 요청자는 자신이 원하는 영상을 능동적으로 제공받지 못하고, 제공자가 제공하는 영상들 중에서 자신이 원하는 영상을 수동적으로 선택하고 있으며, 이에 따라 요청자는 자신이 원하는 영상을 찾을 때까지 다수의 영상들에 대한 시청을 반복해야 한다는 문제점이 있다.
예를 들어, 사용자는 현재 특정 지역(혹은 위치)에서의 실시간 현장 상황을 확인하고 싶은데, 인스타그램 혹은 유튜브를 통해 제공되는 영상은 대부분이 영상을 업로드하는 제공자에 의해 가공된 영상에 해당하며, 실시간으로 올리는 영상의 경우에도 해당 제공자의 개인 계정 혹은 개인 채널에 업로드 된다는 점에서, 해당 채널을 구독하거나 팔로우하는 사람에 한해서만 실시간 영상이 공개된다는 한계점을 가지고 있었다.
본 발명은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 특정 지역, 위치 혹은 특정활동에 대한 실시간 영상이 요청되는 경우, 해당 지역, 위치 혹은 활동에 대하여 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말들을 통해 실시간으로 촬영 및 업로드 된 실시간 영상이 제공되도록 하는 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템(100)은 하나 이상의 사용자 단말과 연결되며, 각 사용자 단말 별 사용자 계정이 생성되도록 하는 사용자 계정 생성부(110) 및 사용자 단말을 통해 특정 위치 또는 특정 활동에 대한 실시간 영상 시청이 요청되는 경우, 해당 특정 위치에 위치하는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말에게 촬영 요청 메시지를 전송하며, 상기 촬영 요청 메시지를 확인한 타 사용자 단말과 상기 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 서로 매칭시킴으로써, 해당 타 사용자 단말을 통해 촬영되는 실시간 영상이 해당 사용자 단말에게 제공되도록 하는 실시간 영상 제공부(120)를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는 기 설정된 시간 내에 상기 촬영 요청 메시지를 확인하는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말이 존재하지 않을 경우, 상기 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 통해 설정되는 검색 반경 내에서 상기 촬영 요청 메시지를 재전송할 수 있다.

일 실시예에서, 본 발명은 실시간 영상 시청을 요청한 사용자 단말에게 실시간 영상 요청에 대한 비용이 결제되도록 하는 비용 결제부(140)를 더 포함할 수 있다.

또한, 일 실시예에서, 비용 결제부(140)는 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말에게 해당 실시간 영상 시청 요청에 따른 비용이 결제되도록 하되, 경매 방식을 적용함으로써, 다수의 촬영된 실시간 영상 데이터 중에서 재생에 따라 발생되는 비용이 최저가인 영상에 대하여 비용을 결제한 사용자 단말이 직접 실시간 영상을 선택하도록 하고, 해당 선택된 실시간 영상을 촬영한 사용자 계정과 연계된 계좌에 비용 일부가 지급되도록 할 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 사용자가 '제주도 해변'에 대한 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하고 비용을 결제한 경우, 이에 따른 촬영 요청 메시지를 확인한 불특정 다수의 타 사용자들이 각각 자신의 사용자 단말을 통해 다수의 실시간 영상 촬영을 희망하게 된다.
일 실시예에서 본 발명은 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말을 통해 촬영되는 실시간 영상들 중에서, 재생 횟수가 일정 횟수 이상이거나, 반응 지수(예를 들어, 좋아요, 공유, 추천 등)가 일정값 이상이거나, 또는 해당 사용자 단말과 연계된 개인 채널의 구독자수, 팔로워 수가 일정값 이상인 경우 해당 실시간 영상에 대해 외부 광고 데이터를 삽입할 수 있는 선택권을 부여하며, 외부 광고 데이터의 삽입에 따라 발생되는 광고 수익을 해당 사용자 계정과 연계된 계좌로 현금으로 지급하거나 또는 별도의 가상 포인트로 지급하는 광고 관리부(160)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이때 가상 포인트는 추후 현금화가 가능하도록 제공될 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 청구의 범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명은 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는, 특정 지역, 위치 혹은 특정활동에 대한 실시간 영상이 요청되는 경우, 해당 지역, 위치 혹은 활동에 대하여 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말들을 통해 실시간으로 촬영 및 업로드 된 실시간 영상이 제공되도록 하는 것으로 산업상 이용 가능하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하나 이상의 사용자 단말과 연결되며, 각 사용자 단말 별 사용자 계정이 생성되도록 하는 사용자 계정 생성부(110); 및
    사용자 단말을 통해 특정 위치 또는 특정 활동에 대한 실시간 영상 시청이 요청되는 경우, 해당 특정 위치에 위치하는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말에게 촬영 요청 메시지를 전송하며, 상기 촬영 요청 메시지를 확인한 타 사용자 단말과 상기 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 서로 매칭시킴으로써, 해당 타 사용자 단말을 통해 촬영되는 실시간 영상이 해당 사용자 단말에게 제공되도록 하는 실시간 영상 제공부(120);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는,
    기 설정된 시간 내에 상기 촬영 요청 메시지를 확인하는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말이 존재하지 않을 경우, 상기 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 통해 설정되는 검색 반경 내에서 상기 촬영 요청 메시지를 재전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 통해 입력되는 실시간 영상에 대한 세부 설정 옵션 중 위치 정보에 기반하여 해당 위치에 위치하고 있는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말들의 목록을 사용자 단말에게 제공하고, 사용자 단말을 통해 선택되는 타 사용자 단말에게 촬영 요청 메시지를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말의 위치 정보를 파악하는 과정에서, 위치 정보 공개를 거부하는 사용자 단말에 대해 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하지 못하도록 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말과, 실시간 영상 촬영을 희망하는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말로부터 실시간 영상에 대한 세부 설정 옵션을 입력받되,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말로부터 입력 받는 세부 설정 옵션은,
    요청하는 실시간 영상의 위치를 검색할 수 있는 위치 검색 영역 및 해당 요청하는 실시간 영상의 시청 목적을 선택 또는 입력할 수 있는 목적 입력 영역을 포함하고,
    실시간 영상 촬영을 희망하는 불특정 다수의 사용자 단말로부터 입력 받는 세부 설정 옵션은,
    촬영하고자 하는 실시간 영상의 위치를 선택할 수 있는 위치 선택 영역, 촬영하고자 하는 실시간 영상의 촬영 목적을 선택 또는 입력할 수 있는 목적 입력 영역 및 해당 촬영하고자 하는 실시간 영상의 제목을 입력할 수 있는 제목 입력 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말로부터 특정 위치에서의 실시간 영상 촬영 예약이 요청되는 경우, 상기 실시간 영상 촬영 예약에 상응하는 실시간 영상 촬영 예약권을 생성 및 실시간 영상을 촬영하고자 하는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말들에게 선착순으로 제공하며, 가장 높은 우선순위의 실시간 영상 촬영 예약권을 획득한 타 사용자 단말이 해당 특정 위치에서 대기하고 있는 상태에서, 상기 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 통해 해당 특정 위치에 대한 실시간 영상 촬영이 요청될 시 가장 높은 우선순위의 실시간 영상 촬영 예약권을 획득한 타 사용자 단말에게 촬영 요청 메시지를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 통해 해당 특정 위치에 대한 실시간 영상 촬영이 요청된 상태에서, 가장 높은 우선순위의 실시간 영상 촬영 예약권을 획득한 타 사용자 단말이 해당 특정 위치에 대기하지 않는 경우, 차순위의 실시간 영상 촬영 예약권을 획득한 타 사용자 단말에게 촬영 요청 메시지를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 통해 입력되는 실시간 영상에 대한 세부 설정 옵션 중 특정 위치를 설명하기 위한 텍스트 정보 및 특정 위치에 대한 캡쳐 이미지를 포함하는 위치 찾기 정보를 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말에게 제공하고, 상기 위치 찾기 정보에 대한 피드백을 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말로부터 회신 후 상기 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말에 제공한 후 사용자 단말을 통해 선택되는 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말에게 촬영 요청 메시지를 전송하며,
    상기 실시간 영상 제공부(120)는 상기 텍스트 정보 및 상기 캡쳐 이미지를 불특정 다수의 타 사용자 단말에게 제공하고, 각각의 타 사용자 단말로부터 상기 텍스트 정보 및 상기 캡쳐 이미지를 토대로 촬영된 실시간 영상 샘플을 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말에 제공하며, 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말에 의해 선택되는 실시간 영상 샘플을 촬영한 타 사용자 단말과 실시간 영상 시청을 요청하는 사용자 단말을 서로 매칭시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    다수의 사용자 단말을 통해 검색되는 단어에 대한 검색 단어 랭킹을 산출하며, 기 설정된 순위 내에 포함되는 단어가 각 사용자 단말을 통해 시인 가능하도록 추천하는 랭킹 단어 추천부(130);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 랭킹 단어 추천부(130)는,
    사용자 단말을 통해 검색되는 단어의 검색 테마, 검색 일자, 검색 시간 및 해당 사용자 단말과 연동된 사용자 계정의 나이 정보를 토대로 해당 사용자 계정에 대한 단어 검색 패턴을 분석하고, 상기 검색 단어 랭킹 중에서 상기 단어 검색 패턴에 상응하는 단어를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  11. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 랭킹 단어 추천부(130)는,
    다수의 사용자 단말을 통해 검색되는 전체 단어 별 검색량에 따라 상기 검색 단어 랭킹을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    실시간 영상 시청을 요청한 사용자 단말에게 실시간 영상 요청에 대한 비용이 결제되도록 하는 비용 결제부(140);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위치 기반 불특정 다수의 사용자와 실시간 영상 공유가 가능한 수요자 중심의 실시간 영상 공유 플랫폼 제공 시스템.
