- the puff detection unit 51 detects the puff state based on the detection result of the sensor 20 (for example, the negative pressure in the non-combustion flavor inhaler 100). Specifically, the puff detection unit 51 detects a puff state in which aerosol is sucked and a non-puff state in which aerosol is not sucked. Thereby, the puff detection unit 51 can specify the number of times of the puffing operation for sucking the aerosol.

- control circuit 50 determines whether the second cumulative power amount reaches the allowable power amount and the second cumulative power amount reaches the required power amount, depending on the light emission mode of the light emitting element 40. It is preferable to notify that the unit should be replaced.
- the control circuit 50 resets the first accumulated power amount by a first operation and resets the second accumulated power amount by a second operation different from the first operation.
- the first operation is a series of multiple puffing operations executed after the second unit (here, the capsule unit 130) is attached to the first unit (here, the electrical unit 110 and the atomizing unit 120). Among them, the operation is performed to start the second and subsequent puff operation series.
- the second operation is a series of multiple puffing operations performed after the second unit (here, the capsule unit 130) is attached to the first unit (here, the electrical unit 110 and the atomization unit 120). This is an operation to start the first puff operation series.
- the first accumulated power amount is preferably reset by the second operation.
- the first unit is provided with detection means for detecting the replacement of the second unit (here, the capsule unit 130)
- the first unit is detected by detecting the replacement of the second unit (here, the capsule unit 130).
- One accumulated power amount may be automatically reset. In such a case, it should be noted that it is not necessary to reset the first accumulated power amount by the second operation.
- the electric energy is a result of multiplication of time and power (voltage or current), and is a value controlled by time and power.
- the allowable power amount, the required power amount, the first cumulative power amount, and the second cumulative power amount are managed only by time, assuming that the power (voltage or current) is constant. That is, the allowable power amount is read as an allowable time threshold value, and the required power amount is read as a required time threshold value.
- the first accumulated power amount is read as a first accumulated time (hereinafter, Tc), and the second accumulated power amount is read as a second accumulated time (hereinafter, Ta).
- the allowable time threshold is a cumulative value of the time allowed to supply power to the heat source 80 after the second unit is attached to the first unit.
- the required time threshold is a cumulative value of the time during which power is to be supplied to the heat source 80 in a single puff operation series.
- the second cumulative time (Ta) is a cumulative value of the time when power is supplied to the heat source 80 since the second unit is attached to the first unit. That is, the second cumulative time (Ta) may be considered as the cumulative value of the time when the puff state has occurred since the second unit was attached to the first unit.
- the first cumulative time (Tc) is a cumulative value of the time when power is supplied to the heat source 80 in one puff operation series. That is, the first cumulative time (Tc) may be considered as the cumulative value of the time when the puff state occurs in one series of puff operation.
- step S100 the control circuit 50 executes a startup process (first time).
- the start-up process (first time) includes a plurality of puff motion series executed after the second unit (here, the capsule unit 130) is attached to the first unit (here, the electrical unit 110 and the atomization unit 120). This is the process when starting the first puff motion series.
- the details of the startup process (first time) will be described later (see FIG. 11).
- step S200 the control circuit 50 executes a startup process (second and subsequent times).
- the start-up process (from the second time on) is a series of multiple puffing operations that are executed after the second unit (here, the capsule unit 130) is attached to the first unit (here, the electrical unit 110 and the atomization unit 120). Among these, it is a process when starting the second and subsequent puff operation series. The details of the starting process (second and subsequent times) will be described later (see FIG. 12).
- step S300 the control circuit 50 executes a process of detecting the remaining battery level. Specifically, when the voltage of the power supply 10 is less than a predetermined threshold, the control circuit 50 should replace or charge the power supply 10 by light emission of the light emitting element 40 (for example, LED blinks in red for 3 seconds). After notifying that there is, the power supply 10 is turned off. On the other hand, if the voltage of the power supply 10 is equal to or higher than the predetermined threshold, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S400.
- step S300 the above-described operation mode (standard mode or shortened mode) may be determined.
- step S400 the control circuit 50 executes an operation monitoring process.
- the operation monitoring step is a step of monitoring each puff operation in one puff operation series. Details of the operation monitoring process will be described later (see FIG. 13).
- step S500 the control circuit 50 executes an end determination process.
- the end determination step is a step of determining the end of one puff operation series. The details of the end determination step will be described later (see FIG. 14).
- FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing details of the startup process (first time).
- step S ⁇ b> 110 the control circuit 50 detects pressing of the push button 30.
- step S120 the control circuit 50 notifies the user that the power supply 10 has been turned on by light emission of the light emitting element 40 (for example, red LED lighting). Note that such light emission of the light emitting element 40 may be interpreted as notifying that the current puff operation series is the first puff operation series.
- the light emitting element 40 for example, red LED lighting
- step S130 the control circuit 50 determines whether or not the pressing time of the push button 30 exceeds a predetermined time. If the determination result is YES, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S140. If the determination result is NO, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S160.
- step S140 the control circuit 50 determines whether or not a predetermined operation has been performed.
- the predetermined operation is, for example, an operation of pressing the push button 30 twice within 2 seconds after the LED (lighted in red) turned off in step S120 is turned off.
- the operation detected in step S140 is an example of the second operation described above.
- step S150 the control circuit 50 resets the second cumulative time (Ta) and the first cumulative time (Tc).
- step S160 the control circuit 50 turns off the power supply 10.
- FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing details of the startup process (first time).
- step S210 the control circuit 50 detects pressing of the push button 30.
- step S240 the control circuit 50 determines whether or not a predetermined operation has been performed.
- the predetermined operation is, for example, an operation of pressing the push button 30 twice within 2 seconds.
- the operation detected in step S240 is an example of the first operation described above.
- step S250 the control circuit 50 resets the first cumulative time (Tc).
- step S260 the control circuit 50 turns off the power supply 10.
- FIG. 13 is a flowchart showing details of the operation monitoring process.
- step S410 the control circuit 50 indicates that the current state is a non-puff state due to light emission of the light emitting element 40 (for example, the LED blinks green at a cycle of 5 seconds). Notify the user.
- step S420 the control circuit 50 detects whether or not the puff operation has started. If the determination result is yes, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S450. If the determination result is NO, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S430.
- step S430 the control circuit 50 determines whether or not the current non-puff state period (non-puff period) is equal to or longer than a predetermined period (for example, 1 minute). If the determination result is yes, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S440. If the determination result is NO, the control circuit 50 returns to the process of step S410.
- a predetermined period for example, 1 minute
- step S440 the control circuit 50 determines that the smoking operation has not been performed and the puff operation series has ended, and turns off the power supply 10.
- step S450 the control circuit 50 notifies the user that the current state is the puff state by the light emission of the light emitting element 40 (for example, white lighting of the LED).
- step S460 the control circuit 50 supplies power to the heat source 80.
- the method for supplying power to the heat source 80 in the puff state is as described above.
- step S470 the control circuit 50 detects whether or not the puffing operation has ended. If the determination result is yes, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S480. If the determination result is NO, the control circuit 50 returns to the process of step S450.
- step S480 the control circuit 50 integrates the second cumulative time (Ta) and the first cumulative time (Tc). Specifically, the time interval at which step S480 is performed can be counted by the clock of the control circuit 50, and the control circuit 50 determines the time interval at which step S480 is performed as the second cumulative time (Ta) and the first cumulative time. Add to (Tc).
- step S490 the control circuit 50 determines whether or not the first cumulative time (Tc) is equal to or greater than the required time threshold. If the determination result is YES, the control circuit 50 ends the operation monitoring process and proceeds to the end determination process. If the determination result is NO, the control circuit 50 returns to the process of step S410.
- Tc first cumulative time
- FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing details of the end determination step.
- step S510 the control circuit 50 determines whether or not the second cumulative time (Ta) is equal to or greater than an allowable time threshold. If the determination result is yes, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S520. If the determination result is NO, the control circuit 50 proceeds to the process of step S540.
- step S520 the control circuit 50 needs to replace the second unit by light emission of the light emitting element 40 (for example, after the LED is turned on in red, the brightness of the LED is lowered and finally the LED is turned off). Notify the user to that effect.
- step S530 the control circuit 50 turns off the power supply 10 to end the puff operation series.
- step S100 starting process (first time)
- step S540 the control circuit 50 does not require replacement of the second unit by light emission of the light emitting element 40 (for example, after the LED is turned on in white, the brightness of the LED is lowered and finally the LED is turned off). Notify the user to that effect. It should be noted that the light emission mode of the light emitting element 40 in step S540 is different from the light emission mode of the light emitting element 40 in step S520.
- step S550 the control circuit 50 turns off the power supply 10 to end the puff operation series.
- the determination process in Step S490 is the determination process in Step S510 (Comparison process between the second cumulative time (Ta) and the allowable time threshold value).
- the control circuit 50 disconnects the power supply 10 when the first cumulative time (Tc) has not reached the required time threshold even when the second cumulative time (Ta) has reached the allowable time threshold. Without continuing, supply of the electric power with respect to the heat source 80 is continued.
- the power source 10 of the non-combustion flavor inhaler 100 is turned off after the end of one puff operation series is notified by the light emitting mode of the light emitting element 40.
- the embodiment is not limited to this. That is, before the end of one puff operation series is notified by the light emitting mode of the light emitting element 40, the end of one puff operation series may be notified by stopping the power supply to the heat source 80. . In such a case, the end of one puff operation series is notified by both the stop of power supply to the heat source 80 and the light emission mode of the light emitting element 40.
- the control circuit 50 assumes that the allowable time set for the second unit (capsule unit 130) is longer than the required time when the first cumulative power amount reaches the required power amount. Notify the end of one puff motion series. As a result, even when the allowable time set for the second unit (for example, the capsule unit 130) is longer than the required time, the user ends the puff motion series with a feeling of use similar to that of a general cigarette. It is possible to grasp the timing to be performed.
- the control circuit 50 disconnects the power supply 10 if the first cumulative power amount does not reach the required power amount even when the second cumulative power amount reaches the allowable power amount. Without continuing, supply of the electric power with respect to the heat source 80 is continued. As a result, the second cumulative power amount exceeds the allowable power amount, so that a sufficient aerosol amount cannot be supplied in the next puff operation series. However, in the current puff operation series, the second cumulative power amount is the allowable power amount. Even if it exceeds the amount, it is possible to taste the aerosol (or savory taste) equivalent to the amount to be supplied in the puff action series, and to suppress smoking from being forcibly terminated in the middle of the puff action series it can.
- the control circuit 50 when the second cumulative power amount reaches the allowable power amount, notifies that the second unit should be replaced according to the light emission mode of the light emitting element 40. Thereby, the user can grasp the replacement timing of the second unit (here, the capsule unit 130).
- the control circuit 50 resets the first accumulated power amount by a first operation, and resets the second accumulated power amount by a second operation different from the first operation. That is, since the user's explicit second operation is required to reset the second accumulated power amount, the user can be appropriately prompted to replace the second unit.
- the light emitting element control unit 52 controls the light emitting element 40 in the second light emitting mode different from the first light emitting mode in the non-puff state where the aerosol is not sucked.
- the inhaler knows whether or not the non-combustion flavor inhaler 100 is in a usable state.
- the light emission mode in the puff state is different from the light emission mode in the non-puff state, it is possible to realize a feeling of use similar to that of a general cigarette that generates aerosol with combustion.
- the second light emission mode changes according to the number of puff operations for sucking aerosol.
- the heat source control unit 53 gradually increases the amount of power supplied to the heat source 80 from the reference power amount as the number of puff operations for sucking the aerosol increases. Thereby, the supply amount of aerosol can be brought close to a general cigarette that generates aerosol with combustion, and a feeling of use resembling that of a general cigarette can be realized.
- the heat source control unit 53 uses a first mode that uses the first reference power amount as the reference power amount, and a second mode that uses a second reference power amount that is larger than the first reference power amount as the reference power amount. And control.
- the aspirator can select the aerosol amount according to the aspirator's preference by one non-combustion type flavor inhaler 100.
- the temperature of the heat source is increased faster than the standard mode.
- the satisfaction of such a sucker can be improved.
- the amount of electric power supplied to the heat source is decreased in the section after the first time or the third time has elapsed, so that the suction of the decomposed substances is suppressed and the lowering of the taste is suppressed.
- predetermined operation modes (standard mode and shortening mode) are prepared, and the amount of power supplied to the heat source may be controlled in accordance with the predetermined operation mode.
- This eliminates the need for complicated control such as continuing to control the supply amount of the electric power based on the air flow (suction amount) while the electric power is supplied to the heat source 80. In other words, it is possible to achieve a reduction in taste and an improvement in the satisfaction of the suctioner with a simple configuration.
- the heat source control unit 53 controls the amount of power supplied from the power source 10 to the heat source 80 by controlling the voltage applied from the power source 10 to the heat source 80. Specifically, the heat source control unit 53 gradually increases the amount of power (voltage) supplied to the heat source 80 from the reference power amount (reference voltage) as the number of puff operations for sucking aerosol increases. 7).
- the heat source control unit 53 controls the voltage applied from the power source 10 to the heat source 80 by pulse control, and controls the pulse width (Duty ratio) for applying the voltage to the heat source 80.
- the amount of power supplied from the power source 10 to the heat source 80 is controlled.
- the heat source control unit 53 gradually shortens the pulse width for applying a voltage to the heat source 80 from the reference pulse width as the number of puff operations for sucking aerosol increases (see FIG. 15).
- FIG. 15 illustrates a case where the amount of power is increased between the puff state # 4 and the puff state # 5, following the example illustrated in FIG. In FIG. 15, the puff states other than the puff state # 4 and the puff state # 5 are omitted.
- the same effect as the example shown in FIG. 7 can be obtained by controlling the pulse width (Duty ratio). is there.
- the heat source control unit 53 controls the amount of power supplied from the power source 10 to the heat source 80 by controlling the time interval at which the voltage is applied to the heat source 80. Specifically, the heat source controller 53 extends the time interval for applying a voltage to the heat source 80 stepwise from the reference time interval as the number of puff operations for inhaling aerosol increases (see FIG. 16).
- the reference time interval means the maximum time during which the voltage is continuously applied to the heat source 80 when the user continues the puff operation. Therefore, when the time during which the user continues the puff operation exceeds the reference time interval, the application of voltage to the heat source 80 is stopped. Note that the first light emission mode of the light emitting element 40 is maintained while the user's puffing operation continues even after the voltage application is stopped. As a result, the total amount of power supplied to the heat source 80 in one puff operation changes, so the same effect as in the example shown in FIG. 7 can be obtained.
- the first time, the second time, and the third time are adjusted as the number of puff operations for sucking aerosol increases ( May be extended).
- the number of puff operations may be corrected by a value (aerosol generation amount) defined by the time required for one puff operation and the amount of electric power supplied to the heat source 80. .
- a value as an integer.
- the number of puff operations is added by adding a value obtained by multiplying a predetermined coefficient ⁇ ( ⁇ ⁇ 1) at a time. May be accumulated.
- the number of puff operations is accumulated by adding a value obtained by multiplying a predetermined coefficient ⁇ ( ⁇ > 1) at one time. May be.
- the number of puff operations is not necessarily an integer.
- the puff operation series is a series of operations that repeats the puff operation a predetermined number of times (for example, 8 times).
- the predetermined number of times may be the number of puff operations performed by a general cigarette that generates aerosol with combustion.
- the predetermined number of times may be determined according to a desired aerosol generation amount to be aspirated by the user in the puff operation series.
- the allowable power amount, the required power amount, the first cumulative power amount, and the second cumulative power amount are managed only by time, assuming that the power (voltage or current) is constant.
- the embodiment is not limited to this.
- the allowable time threshold, the required power amount, the first cumulative time (Tc), and the second cumulative time (Ta) are the amount of power supplied to the heat source 80. May be corrected by a value defined by (aerosol generation amount).
- control unit is provided in the first unit, but the embodiment is not limited to this.
- the control unit may be provided in the second unit.
- control unit may be provided in each of the first unit and the second unit.
- a part of the control unit is provided in the first unit, another part of the control unit is provided in the second unit, and the control unit is in a state where the second unit is attached to the first unit.
- the function of the control unit may be expressed.
- the timing of increasing the amount of power supplied to the heat source 80 is synchronized with the timing of changing the second light emission mode. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 7, when the amount of power (voltage) supplied to the heat source 80 increases between the puff state # 4 and the puff state # 5, the puff state # 4 and the puff state # It is preferable that the second light emission mode changes between 5 and 5.
- a voltage smaller than the standard voltage is applied to the heat source 80 in a section after the first time T1 or the third time T3 has elapsed.
- the first light emission mode continues even in such a section.
- the first mode using the first reference power amount as the reference power amount (Low mode shown in FIG. 6) and the second mode using the second reference power amount larger than the first reference power amount as the reference power amount. (High mode shown in FIG. 7) is provided.

That is, the first light emission mode, the second light emission mode, and the end light emission mode in the first mode may be different from the first light emission mode, the second light emission mode, and the end light emission mode in the second mode, respectively.
- the electrical unit 110 and the atomization unit 120 constitute a first unit having a non-suction end.
- the capsule unit 130 constitutes a second unit configured to be detachable from the first unit.
- the embodiment is not limited to this.
- the electrical unit 110 may constitute a first unit having a non-suction end
- the atomization unit 120 having an aerosol source may constitute a second unit that is detachably attached to the first unit.
- the allowable power amount is determined according to the lifetime of the aerosol source.
