Description
発明者等は、鋭意検討の結果、霧化手段に供給する電力量を一定とした場合に、1回あたりのパフ動作において、単位時間当たりのエアロゾル量が異なる点について着目した。具体的には、1回あたりのパフ動作は、初期区間、中期区間、終期区間に分類することができる。例えば、エアロゾル源を加熱するための熱源を霧化手段として用いた場合、初期区間では、霧化手段が十分な温度に達していないため、単位時間当たりのエアロゾル量が少なく、霧化手段に供給する電圧に対するエアロゾル量の効率が低い。中期区間では、霧化手段が十分な温度に達しているため、単位時間当たりのエアロゾル量が多く、霧化手段に供給する電圧に対するエアロゾル量の効率が高い。終期区間において霧化手段熱源が過加熱状態となるため、霧化手段の近傍にエアロゾル源が供給される供給速度に対して、霧化手段の近傍でエアロゾルが発生する発生速度(霧化手段の近傍でエアロゾル源が消費される消費速度)が大きい。従って、終期区間において、単位時間当たりのエアロゾル量が減少し、霧化手段に供給する電圧に対するエアロゾル量の効率も低下する。
(非燃焼型香味吸引器)

第1実施形態では、発光素子制御部52は、エアロゾルを吸引していない非パフ状態において、第1発光態様とは異なる第2発光態様で発光素子40を制御する。これによって、非パフ状態においても、非燃焼型香味吸引器100が使用可能な状態であるのか否かをユーザに把握させることができる。また、パフ状態の発光態様が非パフ状態の発光態様と異なるため、燃焼を伴ってエアロゾルを生じる一般的なシガレットの使用感に似せた使用感を実現できる。

前記制御部は、前記標準モード及び前記短縮モードの中から選択されたモードを選択的に実行し、
前記制御部は、前記標準モードの1回あたりのパフ動作において、第1時間が経過するまでの区間で標準電力量を前記霧化手段に供給するように前記電源を制御し、
前記制御部は、前記短縮モードの1回あたりのパフ動作において、前記第1時間よりも短い第2時間が経過するまでの区間で前記標準電力量よりも大きい電力を前記霧化手段に供給するように前記電源を制御することを特徴とする非燃焼型香味吸引器。 - 前記制御部は、ユーザのパフ動作の学習によって、前記標準モード又は前記短縮モードを設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非燃焼型香味吸引器。
- 前記制御部は、ユーザの操作によって、前記標準モード又は前記短縮モードを設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非燃焼型香味吸引器。
- 発光素子をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記エアロゾルを吸引しているパフ状態において、第1発光態様で前記発光素子を制御し、前記エアロゾルを吸引していない非パフ状態において、前記第1発光態様とは異なる第2発光態様で前記発光素子を制御し、
前記制御部は、前記第1時間が経過した後の区間においても、前記第1発光態様が継続することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の非燃焼型香味吸引器。 - 前記霧化手段は、燃焼を伴わずにエアロゾル源を加熱する熱源であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の非燃焼型香味吸引器。
- 前記制御部は、2以上のパフ動作に適用されるモードとして、前記標準モード及び前記短縮モードの中から選択されたモードを選択的に実行することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の非燃焼型香味吸引器。
- 非燃焼型香味吸引器で用いる制御方法であって、
ユーザが選択可能なモードとして、霧化手段によって霧化されたエアロゾルを吸引する1回あたりのパフ動作の所用時間が標準所要時間区間間隔内であるユーザに適用すべき標準モードと、前記エアロゾルを吸引する1回あたりのパフ動作の所用時間が前記標準所要時間区間間隔よりも短いユーザに適用すべき短縮モードとが予め定義されており、
前記標準モード及び前記短縮モードの中から選択されたモードを選択的に実行するステップを備え、
前記ステップは、
前記標準モードの1回あたりのパフ動作において、第1時間が経過するまでの区間で標準電力量を前記霧化手段に供給するステップと、
前記短縮モードの1回あたりのパフ動作において、前記第1時間よりも短い第2時間が経過するまでの区間で前記標準電力量よりも大きい電力を前記霧化手段に供給するステップとを含むことを特徴とする制御方法。
