Abstract
Description
図1~図3に示した第1実施形態では、バルブボディB1にスプールSが摺動自在に組み込まれる。スプールSの両端はパイロット室1,2に臨んでいる。
図4~図6に示した第2実施形態では、開閉弁V2は、バルブボディB2の、リリーフ弁20が設けられた面に組み付けられている。第2実施形態における制御弁装置は、第1実施形態と同様に、切り換えに応じていずれか一方のアクチュエータポートを供給側に連通しいずれか他方のアクチュエータポートを戻り側に連通するスプールSを備える。したがって、第2実施形態の説明において、第1実施形態と同一の構成要素については同一符号を付して説明し、それらの詳細な説明は省略する。
図7~図9に示した第3実施形態は、上記第1実施形態における開閉弁V1として第1開閉弁を備え、上記第2実施形態における開閉弁V2として第2開閉弁を備える。つまり、第3実施形態における制御弁装置は、第1及び第2実施形態における第1,2開閉弁V1,V2の両方をバルブボディB3に備える。
Claims (4)
- 制御弁装置であって、
アクチュエータに接続されるアクチュエータポートと前記アクチュエータポートを戻り通路に連通させるリリーフ通路とを有するバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディに摺動自在に組み込まれ、前記アクチュエータポートを供給側または戻り側に選択的に連通させるスプールと、
前記アクチュエータポートの圧力を制御し、前記リリーフ通路を開閉するリリーフ弁と、
前記バルブボディに形成された組込み孔に組み込まれた開閉弁と、を備え、
前記開閉弁は、開弁時に前記組込み孔を通じて前記アクチュエータポートと前記リリーフ通路とを連通させる制御弁装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御弁装置であって、
前記組込み孔は、前記アクチュエータポートの中心を通りかつ前記スプールの軸線と平行な仮想線から外れた位置と、前記アクチュエータポート及び前記リリーフ弁に干渉しない位置と、の2つの位置条件を満たす位置に設けられる制御弁装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御弁装置であって、
前記組込み孔は、前記アクチュエータポートの開口部が形成された前記バルブボディの面に設けられる制御弁装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御弁装置であって、
前記組込み孔は、前記リリーフ弁が設けられた前記バルブボディの面に設けられる制御弁装置。
