Description

一种活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套 技术领域
本发明涉及钻机技术领域,更具体涉及一种活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套。
背景技术
桩基础施工的钻机如常用的旋挖钻机的动力头驱动套工作过程是由齿轮箱的主动齿轮带动与驱动套本体连接在一起的驱动齿轮旋转,再通过固定在驱动套内孔凹槽中的多个活动键来驱动插在内空中的钻杆一起回转。驱动套与钻杆通常是采用键槽的结构配合。在施工过程中,钻杆上的键条频繁的与驱动套的键槽摩擦,键条容易磨损,需要更换与修补。目前市场上的驱动套分两种,一种是整体式驱动套,这种驱动套内腔加工成可以直接和钻杆配合的键槽的形式,为单一零件,结构简单,但是过度磨损后,需要整体更换驱动套,成本较高;另外一种为组合式驱动套,即由驱动套本体和相关的活动键,挡块,螺栓等安装而成。此种组合式驱动套键条磨损后可以单独更换活动键,成本相对低廉,延长了昂贵的驱动套本体的使用寿命。
目前传统的组合式驱动套结构为通过分布在活动键上的多排螺栓将活动键固定在驱动套内孔凹槽上,此种结构存在如下问题:螺孔加工麻烦,精度要求高;活动键固定不可靠,容易松动脱落;拆装麻烦,更换时要在空间狭小的驱动套内孔中拆卸、安装数十个螺栓,劳动强度大,耗费时间长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是现有技术中的钻机组合式驱动套活动键固定不可靠,容易松动脱落,拆装麻烦,因此需要提供一种活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种活动键固定可靠的钻 机组合式驱动套,该驱动套包括:驱动套本体,活动键,固定挡块,活动挡块,螺栓;固定挡块固定在驱动套本体凹槽的一端,活动挡块通过螺栓固定在驱动套本体凹槽的另一端,活动键通过固定挡块与活动挡块固定在驱动套本体的凹槽内。
优选地,所述活动键上下对称。
优选地,将在驱动套本体凹槽一端的固定挡块换为活动挡块。
优选地,所述活动键,固定挡块和活动挡块上都加工有一定配合关系的一个或两个以上止动台阶。
优选地,所述止动台阶为斜面或斜面与平面的组合。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套,与现有技术中的钻机组合式驱动套相比固定可靠、结构简单、工作稳定、维修方便、制作成本低。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,目前的组合式驱动套结构为活动键2通过螺栓3安 装在驱动套本体1凹槽内,上下两端都是固定挡块6,该结构存在如下问题:加工困难,驱动套本体1和活动键2上数十个位置公差要求严格的螺栓3的固定孔加工难度大、费用高。而且还要解决驱动套本体外侧齿轮箱润滑油通过螺栓孔产生泄漏的问题;活动键固定方式不可靠,容易松动脱落,产生施工停止故障;拆卸更换麻烦,更换时要在空间狭小的驱动套内孔中拆卸、安装数十个螺栓,劳动强度大、耗费时间长。
如图2所示,本发明的组合式驱动套活动键安装方式,固定挡块6固定在驱动套本体1凹槽的一端,活动挡块7通过螺栓8固定在驱动套本体1凹槽的另一端,活动键5由固定挡块6与活动挡块7固定在驱动套本体1的凹槽内。活动键5、固定挡块6、活动挡块7上都加工有一定配合关系的台阶,通过此止动台阶,活动键5的两端被固定挡块6、活动挡块7简单而可靠的固定在凹槽中。驱动齿轮与组合式驱动套连接在一起。钻杆4插入组合式驱动套中,利用钻杆4上的键与组合式驱动套的活动键5传递扭矩与加压力。
活动键5可制造成对称结构,完全可以倒置互换安装。
工作时,动力头马达减速机带动主动齿轮旋转,主动齿轮驱动驱动齿轮带动组合式驱动套与钻杆一起旋转。
当活动键5磨损到一定程度时需要进行更换,更换时只需将螺栓8卸掉,即可进行更换处理。拆卸此螺栓的工作空间较大,且单个活动挡块7上的螺栓8通常只设置1-3个,操作简单方便。
由图2可知,本发明组合式驱动套加工相对简单,活动键5与驱动套本体1都不要加工螺栓孔,只需将挡块与活动键加工成止动台阶;固定方式简单可靠;活动键5更换的操作空间大,拆卸的螺栓8数量少,螺栓上拧紧力矩也方便。
本发明的组合式驱动套活动键安装形式还包含如下结构。
如图3所示,本发明的组合式驱动套不限于一端固定、一端活动 的形式,可设计两端挡块为活动挡块7的结构方式。
如图4所示,本发明的组合式驱动套挡块的止动台阶可以为两个以上的多台阶结构。
如图5所示,本发明的组合式驱动套挡块的止动台阶可以为斜面或斜面与平面组合的方式。

本发明的活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套包括:驱动套本体,活动键,固定挡块,活动挡块,螺栓;本发明的活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套,与现有技术中的钻机组合式驱动套相比固定可靠、结构简单、工作稳定、维修方便、制作成本低。因此本发明的活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套经济效益、社会效益十分可观。

  1. 一种活动键固定可靠的钻机组合式驱动套,其特征在于,该驱动套包括:驱动套本体,活动键,固定挡块,活动挡块,螺栓;固定挡块固定在驱动套本体凹槽的一端,活动挡块通过螺栓固定在驱动套本体凹槽的另一端,活动键通过固定挡块与活动挡块固定在驱动套本体的凹槽内。
