Claims (5)
- ボトルの首部に残された封緘リングを取り除くために使用される装置であって、
前記ボトルの口部頂面に上から当たる規制体と、ばねに抗して押し下げ可能な状態で前記規制体に取り付けられたプッシャーとを有しており、
前記規制体には、前記ボトルの口部に内側から又は外側から若しくは内外両方から嵌まる位置決め部が設けられている一方、
前記プッシャーに、その押し下げ動にて前記封緘リングをボトルの軸線方向に切断するカッターが設けられている、
ボトルの封緘リング除去装置。 - 前記プッシャーは、前記ボトルを外側から囲う筒部と、前記筒部の上端に設けた底部とを有しており、前記カッターは前記プッシャーの内側に配置されている、
請求項1に記載したボトルの封緘リング除去装置。 - 前記カッターは、その先端が前記ボトルにおける首部の外周面に当接又は近接する方向に弾性体で押されている、
請求項1又は2に記載したボトルの封緘リング除去装置。 - 前記規制体を前記ボトルに嵌め込まないと前記プッシャーが下降できないように保持するロック部材が備えられている、
請求項1又は2に記載したボトルの封緘リング除去装置。 - 前記プッシャーの内部に、前記規制体を前記ボトルの口部に嵌め込まないと前記プッシャーが下降できないように保持するロック部材が、前記カッターから周方向に離れた状態で配置されており、前記規制体をボトルの口部に嵌め込んでいない状態では、前記ロック体が前記規制体に突っ張ることによってプッシャーは押し下げできない状態に保持されており、前記規制体がボトルの口部に嵌め込まれると、前記ロック体が前記規制体から逃げ移動して前記プッシャーの押し下げが許容される、
