Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'adhésion par fusion destiné à un récipient en papier (20, 20'), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer un matériau de papier brut (10, 10') comprenant une première partie (11, 11') et une seconde partie (12, 12'), au moins la surface de la première partie (11, 11') étant pourvue d'une couche de revêtement plastique (111, 111') ; préchauffer la première partie (11, 11') à une température située dans la plage allant de 80 °C à 200 °C ; coller la seconde partie (12, 12') sur la première partie (11, 11') et mettre en œuvre une stratification par adhésion par fusion à une température située dans la plage allant de 260 °C à 400 °C de manière à faire fondre la couche de revêtement plastique (111, 111') de sorte que la première partie (11, 11') et la seconde partie (12, 12') soient fortement liées l'une à l'autre ; et transformer le matériau de papier brut (10, 10') sur lequel la stratification par adhésion par fusion a été mise en œuvre en un récipient en papier (20, 20').
